Objectives. Research literature has not given much evaluation to why the proposed noise control actions in workplaces are not being implemented. There are views of the different personnel groups in the workplace and the reasons why the possibilities for solutions have not been examined. Methods. The companies under study were a welding machine shop, an assembly plant, a heavy steel company and an art glass factory. Noise management was approached by combining the perspectives of technology, acoustics and occupational safety with the examination of sociocultural factors at the workplace level. Results. Noise was not well represented in occupational safety practices. The productivity aspect was strongly emphasized. The use of personal protective equipment created the illusion that everything possible has been done and noise controlled. Conclusion. The study developed a model in which experts in the field of acoustics and sociocultural researchers together evaluated the state and development needs of noise abatement. Aim Background Methods Results Conclusion Implication for nursing policy and practice To synthesize the current literature on the impact of bridging education programs for internationally educated nurses (IENs) from low‐ and middle‐income countries (LMICs) seeking to become registered nurses (RNs) in high‐income countries (HICs).The issue of qualification pathways for IENs through bridging programs has garnered significant attention in contemporary discourse. The growing population of IENs in HICs has made it imperative to streamline the qualification process to facilitate their integration into the healthcare system.Utilizing a structured review method, we sourced data between January 2023 and April 2024 from the CINAHL, Scopus, and MEDLINE databases with no year limitations. Out of 817 studies, eight were included. The mixed‐methods systematic review was carried out by two authors who adhered to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‐Analyses (PRISMA) checklist. We employed a qualitative content analysis from a feminist standpoint to assess the impact of bridging programs on the transition of IENs to become RNs.Eight studies were included (mixed methods = 1, quantitative = 3, qualitative = 4). Three themes revealed important key findings. Language proficiency emerged as a critical factor influencing success in bridging programs, with IENs needing to attain a certain level of proficiency in the local language required for licensure. Enhancing nursing competence highlighted skepticism and the need for tailored educational approaches. Transitioning into the workplace emphasized cultural challenges, highlighting the importance of targeted support for continuous integration.Our findings revealed that despite previous higher education attainment in nursing and nursing experience in the home countries from LMICs, bridging programs aided IENs in transitioning and assimilating into the host country's healthcare employment sector.It is essential for policymakers in the education sector to integrate language instruction, cultural sensitivity training, and adapted educational approaches into bridging programs to enhance IENs' readiness for efficient healthcare delivery. Spring Onion (Allium fistulosum), is a perennial plant and a native of Eastern Asia. It is rich in vitamins A and K, iron, calcium, and dietary fiber, which contribute to various health benefits, blood pressure and cholesterol levels and improve blood regulation. The study aims to evaluate the response of spring onion to the different levels of concentration of bio-stimulant. Around 160 spring onion plants were utilized as planting materials. Before planting, extra leaves were cut to around 3 inches and roots were trimmed off too. The study was conducted at the School of Agriculture, University of Negros Occidental–Recoletos, Philippines using a Complete Randomized Design (CRD). All data gathered were statistically computed, and subjected to ANOVA using STAR 2.0.1. The experiment has four treatments: 0%, 20%, 30%, and 40% BSS, respectively, and was replicated four times. Results indicate that the application of 30% BSS significantly enhances the height to 32.02cm higher by 2.09cm for those with 0% BSS at 29.93 cm only, On the number of slips, 30% BSS has a greater number of slips of 3.42 against those with 0% BSS at 2.17 slips only. Biomass accumulation is highly significant with 3,375.00kg/ha for 30% BSS higher by 1,562.50kg/ha for 0% BSS. The total yield for 30% BSS is 3,000.00kg/ha significantly higher by 1,562.50kg/ha for 0% BSS with 1,437.50kg/ha only. Based on these findings, the application of a 30% BSS is recommended to optimize some of the agronomic attributes and yield of spring onions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

We present a survey of the methods aimed at solving matrix linear bilateral equations (and, in particular, Sylvester-type equations) over different domains and at describing the structure of their solutions. Our main attention is focused on the extension and generalization of the results obtained by the authors earlier. On the basis of the standard form of polynomial matrices with respect to semiscalar equivalence, we develop a method aimed at solving Sylvester-type matrix polynomial equations. The structure of these solutions is investigated. We select solutions of bounded degrees and present the conditions for the uniqueness of these solutions. A method for constructing the solutions of Sylvester matrix equations over adequate rings is developed and criteria for the uniqueness of solutions of a certain type are obtained. We also establish the conditions for the existence of solution to the Sylvester-type matrix equation in rings of triangular and block-triangular matrices over the commutative domain of principal ideals. We propose a 0-D model describing processes in a system comprising an atmospheric pressure DC discharge and aqueous nickel nitrate solution. The model is represented as two coupled subsystems: plasma and solution. Characteristics of the discharge plasma have been determined by jointly solving the Boltzmann equation for electrons; equations of vibrational kinetics for the ground states of N2, O2, NO, H2, and H2O molecules; and equations of chemical kinetics (328 reactions, 34 components). In doing so, use was made of experimentally determined reduced electric field strength and vibrational and gas temperatures. The kinetics of the processes in the solution included 121 reactions and 34 components. The calculation results agree with experimental data on the vibrational temperatures of N2(X) molecules, the kinetics of the decrease in Ni2+ concentration, and the variation in solution pH. We have determined the degree of Ni2+ conversion and the energy yield of conversion and identified the mechanisms that determine the concentration of the major solution components. Indonesia implemented a Work From Home policy as an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The Work From Home policy has an impact on environmental ASNs, City Civil Service Agency, Adm. West Jakarta. The aim of the research is to find out the impact of the Work From Home policy on the performance of ASN, as well as solutions to improve the impact of Work From Home in the Municipal Civil Service Administration Subdistrict environment. West Jakarta. The research was carried out using qualitative methods by conducting interviews with ASN employees within the City Admin Personnel Agency. West Jakarta. The research results show that the Work From Home policy has an impact on work adaptations and adjustments that must be made. ASN needs to make a work schedule as best as possible according to office hours with the support of a conducive work space. This has an impact on the ability to complete work more quickly because working times are more flexible. However, interaction and coordination between teams decreased because they did not meet face to face. This can be seen in employees who are difficult to contact for coordination. Apart from that, there is a lack of supervision from superiors in monitoring work. So the solution to improve the impact of implementing Work From Home is the need to optimize the use of communication tools, transparent division of work and the need for coordination between members. Here the natural flax fiber plays a vital role due to its eco‐friendly behavior. Cotton‐flax blended yarns are manufacturing for perfect use of natural fibers and getting the better quality yarn than single product yarn. Here in this work it was trying to find out the perfect blending ratio by using Design‐Expert software. Because different blended ratio contain different characteristics. So it was trying to find out a perfect blending solution from the thirteen different ratios by using Design‐Expert software. This software analyses the blended ratios through statistical analysis. This study focuses on the unevenness (U%), imperfection index (IPI), hairiness (H%), tenacity (cN/tex) and elongation at break of the blended yarn. During the analysis the actual and predicted values were checked and it shows good significance, the correlation and regression analysis highlight the results of the samples summary. The findings of the study have great impact on the quality of cotton‐flax blended yarn, which impact on the quality of textile products. This work not only helps to understand cotton‐flax blending using Design‐Expert software, but it also highlights the possibility of using the perfect blended ratio by giving a solution. Purpose: Creating value in family firms is considered a challenge, especially with the entry of the second generation. It is important to identify the obstacles and solutions to the challenges in the value creation process. This article answers the question of what factors prevent the success of the G1 and G2 in value creation and what solutions are there to deal with these challenges. In this research, the construct of "5 management levers at the corporate analysis level and the capabilities of G1 and G2 at the level of family analysis" were used. This research identifies and describes some of the barriers firms face and solutions are provided in this field. Method: To investigate the above relationships, a literature review method and case study of 5 firms were used with 13 semi-structured interviews with G1 and G2 and experts in the publishing industry. After the theoretical saturation of the findings, they were matched with the theoretical views of the background, and finally, the resulting data were analyzed using the analytical method of Straus Corbin. Using the construct of "5 managerial levers (Crossan, 2010)and capabilities of G1 and G2 in solving value creation challenges (Soluk J. K., 2021)" at the level of corporate and family analysis, based on the findings of axial and selective coding, a descriptive model and a theoretical framework were presented. Results: The factors of solving conflicts and obstacles with the interaction of two generations, acceptance of G2 in the firm, succession and empowerment of the new generation and reducing the risk aversion of the G1 with the arrival of the new generation and specialists were recognized as the main categories. and the factors of creating vision and motivation and flexibility in G1, interactions and exchanging knowledge and ideas between two generations, changing management style, structure and systems by transferring management to the new generation and creating an innovative culture and changing culture with The arrival of G2 and specialists were recognized as twogeneration value creation solutions. Abstract Background Contamination in the contact lens training area could be due to bacteria, which can lead to the major consequence of ocular infections. We aimed to investigate the contamination caused by bacteria in the contact lens training area in private optical clinics of the Udupi district, India. Methods A cross-sectional study evaluated the swabs from the contact lens container, contact lens solution tip, washing area and lens fitting area for bacterial contamination. Twenty swabs collected from different areas of five optical clinics were inoculated in Brain heart infusion broth (BHIB). The broth was streaked in MacConkey and Blood agar and incubated at standard conditions for the growth of bacteria. All isolates were identified using conventional culture methods, and Gram staining was performed. Results Twenty samples (contact lens case, n = 5; contact lens solution tip, n = 5; washing area, n = 5; cleaning towel, n = 5) from private optical clinics were recruited for the study. Bacterial growth was indicated in which lactose fermentation was seen at (15%), non-lactose fermentation at (35%), and no bacterial growth at (50%) in MacConkey agar. Partial or alpha-hemolytic (α hemolysis) was seen in (5%), complete or beta-hemolytic (β hemolysis) was seen in (40%), no hemolysis or gamma hemolysis (ϫ haemolysis), was seen in (30%), no growth was seen in (25%) on blood agar. Gram-positive cocci (45%), Gram-negative bacilli (20%), and no increase in (35%) were observed in MacConkey agar and Blood agar. Bacterial species were not identified in this study. Conclusion Contamination was found in lenses, solution tips, washing areas, and cleaning towels which might lead to ocular infections. Perception should be given to those responsible for fitting lenses.

In this paper, we apply the variational approach for solving the time-space fractal Bogoyavlenskii equation. By the two-scale fractal complex transformation, the fractal modification of Bogoyarlenskii equation is equivalently rewritten as the original Bogoyavlenskii equation. By variational principle, different type solutions including fractal bright soliton solution, fractal bright-like soliton solution, fractal kinky-bright soliton solution and fractal periodic wave solution are provided, which are not touched in the existing literature. Numerical results are presented to show the propagation behaviours.

Introduction. A method for protecting concrete and aerated concrete by treatment with a calcium polysulfide-based solution is considered. The solution penetrates into the pores of the materials and, after drying, forms a water-repellent nanoscale layer, protecting the material from water penetration. This ultra-thin layer is formed as a result of the destruction of calcium polysulfide molecules while drying the impregnating solution and gives the material hydrophobic properties. The paper presents research results of the properties and composition of the forming protective layer and its effect on water penetration into the materials. Materials and methods. In the article authors present data on water penetration into the studied concrete and aerated concrete samples, the size and composition of the hydrophobic agent using laser and X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet spectroscopy, as well as using visual research methods, including electron microscopy. Results. It has been revealed that the hydrophobic surface is formed from a mixture of sulfur and calcium carbonate. It is shown that concrete and aerated concrete impregnated with a calcium polysulfide-based solution acquires pronounced water-repellent properties, expressed in contact angles corresponding to superhydrophobic surfaces. The presence of sulfur was established by ultraviolet spectroscopy, and force microscopy showed the formation of nanocomposite particles from sulfur and calcium compounds. X-ray phase analysis showed that the protective layer deposited on the surface of the materials consists of sulfur nanoparticles (65%), as well as nanoparticles of calcium compounds – vaterite (21%) and calcite (13%). Surface treatment of concrete with a sprayer leads to a decrease in water absorption from 5.4% to 3.1%, and in the case of treatment by immersion to a value of 1.5%, while the use of preliminary vacuuming before immersion of the samples allows achieving a water absorption parameter of 0.9%. It is shown that impregnation with preliminary vacuuming leads to water absorption values of less than 1%, which indicates the practical water impermeability of samples of full-scale products (concrete curbs and pipes). Discussion. It is noted that during surface treatment of aerated concrete with a sprayer, a chemically resistant superhydrophobic layer in the form of a nanocomposite is being formed, which penetrates to a depth of 3–3.5 cm, reliably protecting the material from water and chemical penetration. Surface treatment is effective in cases where objects (facades, above-ground structural elements, etc.) are exposed to water in the form of rain. Treatment of concrete products by immersion and immersion treatment with vacuuming can be carried out in harsh cases of constant water exposure (underground utilities, tunnels, manholes). Conclusions. The limitation of water penetration, and in some cases the absence of water in the pores of building materials impregnated with calcium polysulfide, indicate the preservation of substance, since water is a carrier of substances that destroy concrete and aerated concrete. Accordingly, there is no destructive effect from freezing of water in the pores of such materials as a result of the formation of a nano-sized coating of sulfur particles. Comparison of the results for aerated concrete shows that it acquires superhydrophobic properties, which indicates its excellent modification and expands the possibilities of its use. The data observed for concrete products indicate that after treatment with a calcium polysulfide-based solution, they can be used under conditions of long-term and constant exposure to water

In a number of works by domestic and foreign authors, modern methods are proposed to solve the problem of the effectiveness of decision-making and execution. Quite satisfactory results have been achieved both in theoretical, methodological and applied terms. However, this only casually mentions the effect that occurs in any, and not only an unrealized solution — the appearance of some remnants; not unrealization, but fundamental unrealizability without a remainder. The very nature of unrealizability or the presence of residual has not been considered before, although the effect of residual is constantly observed. The discrepancy between the solution and its implementation was associated with the insufficient quality of the solution or with the shortcomings of its implementation, which is considered in the context of “incomplete information” and “the presence of hidden variables/factors”. This understanding allowed the remnants themselves to be considered in several angles and aspects: a) as a residue from the implementation (“unrealized opportunities”), b) as an over-realization of realized opportunities, c) as errors in the development of solutions, d) as technical, organizational, etc. disadvantages in the implementation of the solution, etc. However, the immediate consideration of the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of decision-making indicates the presence of a fundamental unrealizability in it, which is expressed in the appearance of a remainder when it is implemented in any case. Moreover, this remainder is not associated with realizability as such and not with the solution as such, but with the presence of a special property of residuality, which is of a fundamental nature. The purpose is to identify, describe and propose a method for assessing the phenomenon associated with the incompleteness of the implementation of a management decision, regardless of its quality. A set of logical and descriptive methods was used in the study. Results: a review of situations with the appearance of residues in decisionmaking is carried out; a criterion and a method for evaluating the effectiveness of decisionmaking is proposed, a rule for the residual implementation of a decision is formulated; a justification of the proposed rule in various aspects is given; a classification of options for the unrealizability of decisions is proposed. The results obtained can be useful in making and implementing a decision.

SCIENTIFIC RELEVANCE. The high prevalence of fungal skin infections motivates expanding the range of sertaconazole products for external use.AIM. The study was a preclinical comparison of the safety, antifungal activity, and pharmacokinetics of Sertaverin® 2% medicated shampoo (VERTEX JSC, Russia) with those of Sertamicol® 2% solution for external use (Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd, India) and Nizoral® 2% shampoo (Janssen Pharmaceuticals N.V., Belgium) approved in the Russian Federation.MATERIALS AND METHODS. In the toxicity study, the medicinal products were applied to the skin of male and female outbred rats at doses of 0.5 or 1.5 mL/animal for 28 days. The authors evaluated the pharmacokinetics of two sertaconazole formulations (shampoo and solution) following a single administration to adult male rats at the same dose. Nizoral® was not used in the pharmacokinetics study because it contains a different active substance, ketoconazole. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined using the serial microdilution method in a wide range of concentrations.RESULTS. The medicinal products did not exhibit any significant toxic effects in laboratory animals after 28 days of repeated dermal application. Plasma sertaconazole concentrations were negligible. Sertaconazole was intensively distributed in the liver, which is a highly vascularised organ, and in the target organ (skin at the site of application). The relative bioavailability of sertaconazole from the shampoo relative to that from the solution for external use was approximately 30% in liver tissues and approximately 363% in skin tissues at the application site. Sertaverin® was comparable to sertaconazole in the active substance form in terms of inhibiting the growth of Malassezia furfur strains. The MICs calculated on the active substance basis were ≤16–64 μg/mL.CONCLUSIONS. With its synergistic dual mechanism of action, broad-spectrum antifungal activity, lipophilic properties, and low systemic absorption, Sertaverin® may provide a more effective and safe alternative to marketed medicinal products for scalp diseases.

Objective: To examine and evaluate ways in which an understanding of the quintessential element of Human Factors/ Ergonomics can address the spectrum of existential threats that confront contemporary civilization. Background: HF/E is dedicated to improving quality of life. Paradoxically, many processes which sustain contemporary civilization act to reduce that overall quality. Some technological developments themselves now even present existential threats to the fragile skein of civilization itself. Many disciplines address these diverse threats, and each may be advised and facilitated by HF/E knowledge and methods. It is a moral imperative of our science to contribute what we can to proposed resolutions. Method: A primary conduit, by the established strengths of HF/E can contribute to potential solutions is identified. The present work advocates for specific, practical interventions using a direct-perception mediated, panopticon principle, that derives from the corpus of our science. Result: Limitations upon a general, social understanding of imminent global concerns, which are largely ignorable when not actually present, are brought to immediate consciousness via an HF/E principle emphasizing the direct-perception of threat. It is argued that this, and allied HF/E insights can generate practical steps toward problem resolution at both macroscopic and localized levels of implementation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The literature on transitional care in anorectal malformation (ARM) and Hirschsprung's disease (HD) is diverse and heterogeneous. There is a lack of standards and guidelines specific to transitional care in these conditions. We aim to establish and systematically categorize challenges and solutions related to colorectal transition care. Systematic review of qualitative studies from MEDLINE, EMBASE, PubMed and Scopus databases (2008–2022) was conducted to identify the challenges and solutions of healthcare transition specific to ARM and HD. Thematic analyses are reported with reference to patient, healthcare provider and healthcare system. Sixteen studies from 234 unique articles were included. Fourteen themes related to challenges and solutions, each, are identified. Most challenges identified are patient related. The key challenges pertain to: (1) patient's lack of understanding of their disorder, resulting in over-reliance on the pediatric surgical team and reluctance towards transitioning to adult services; (2) a lack of education and awareness among adult colorectal surgeons in caring for pediatric colorectal conditions and inadequate communication between pediatric and adult teams; and (3) a lack of structured transition program and joint-clinic to meet the needs of the transitioning patients. The key solutions are: (1) fostering young adult patient's autonomy and independence; (2) conducting joint pediatric-adult transition clinics; and (3) ensuring a structured and coordinated transition program is available using a standardized guideline. A comprehensive framework related to barriers and solutions for pediatric colorectal transition is established to help benchmark care quality of transitional care services. IV. Background: Amidst a rapidly evolving digital landscape that accelerates the flow of information, higher education institutions face the unique challenge of managing vast and dynamic knowledge resources. This research delves into the motivations and innovative solutions for developing Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), which is key to optimizing knowledge resource utilization and enhancing academic collaboration. Objective: This research provides a comprehensive mapping of problems and solutions for developing university knowledge management systems based on previous research. Not only that, but the results of this study also suggest three future research studies that can be adopted. Methods: This study used the Kitchenham systematic literature review method. The author uses literature in the form of journals and conference proceedings published from 2019 to 2023. Twenty-three articles were used for this study from 5 databases, such as ACM, ProQuest, Scopus, Taylor & Francis, and IEEE Xplore. Results: This study reveals research trends in knowledge management systems within higher education, examining aspects such as country, data collection methods, research methodologies, and theoretical frameworks. The main problems motivating the development of KMS are identified and categorized based on the people, process, and technology framework. In overcoming these problems in the university business process, there are several alternative solutions, both in the form of requirements and systems. Thus, the results of this study seek to provide guidelines for future research to adopt alternative solutions from this research and develop KMS to provide new solutions. Conclusion: This study advances knowledge about various trends, motivations, requirements, and system solutions to address KMS problems in higher education. The authors' research results can add valuable insights to improve our understanding of the development of KMS in universities in various countries. Molecular photoswitches are widely used in material sciences, physics, chemistry, and biology. As needs grow more complex, materials have to react more than one‐dimensionally. The use of multiple photoswitches at once opens manifold opportunities for further improved and more complicated systems. However, this requires independent addressability, i.e., orthogonality, and reversible processes. Herein, the first study on ultrafast excited state dynamics of two orthogonal photoswitches, a push‐pull azobenzene and a donor‐acceptor Stenhouse adduct is reported. In order to gain detailed insight in their interactions and mutual influences on their photoswitching behavior, they are addressed individually and simultaneously via transient absorption spectroscopy supported by quantum chemical calculations. They show reversible photoswitchability and in addition, can be used in 4D printing to provide easy access to a plethora of functional devices. Furthermore, environmental influences on the excited state dynamics are examined using different solvents and thin films. Both compounds photoisomerize independently when addressed individually or simultaneously and only little impacts on the excited state dynamics are found. Especially the vibrational relaxation is affected by different surroundings changing the energy dissipation while hardly affecting the electronic states involved. The present paper is about the non-negative integer solution of the exponential Diophantine equation nx + 43y = z², where are non-negative integers, is a positive integer with nx + 43y = z², where n = 2 (mod 129) and n + 1 and is not a perfect square. The authors use the famous Catalan conjecture for this purpose. Results of the present paper indicate that 2, 3, 0, and 3 are the only required values of and respectively, that satisfy the exponential Diophantine equation, where are non-negative integers, is a positive integer with nx + 43y = z², where n = 2 (mod 129) and n + 1 and is not a perfect square. The present technique of this paper proposes a new approach to solving the Diophantine equations, which is the main scientific contribution of this study, and it is very beneficial, especially for researchers, scholars, academicians, and people interested in the same field. The Internet of Things (IoT) and blockchain are both recognized as cutting-edge, popular technologies. In contrast to IoT, which pertains to the spread of linked equipment via supplying information over the Internet, blockchain offers innovative data storage and management avenues. Even as blockchain demands real-time data application and IoT specifies mechanisms to securely store and handle data overflows, a combination of the two seems promising. Blockchain, a technology created with the cryptocurrency Bitcoin, could meet the needs of the IoT. However, combining blockchain with the IoT might present a multitude of issues due to the features of blockchain and IoT technology. Although many articles have been released on the blockchain and the IoT, the concerns with this combination are still vague and dispersed. In light of this, this study seeks to give an overview of the problems that have the biggest impact on blockchain-based IoT by reviewing the pertinent peer-reviewed articles. This article also addresses some suggestions for lessening the impact of these concerns. The study considered peer-reviewed articles published within the last five years, focusing on topics related to blockchain and IoT integration. We identified 44 articles for this review. The study's significance is that it not only expands the scholarly understanding of this complex intersection between blockchain and IoT but also provides actionable insights that can drive innovation and enhance the reliability and security of IoT ecosystems in practical settings. To ensure the healthy growth of plants in hydroponics, it is crucial to determine the amount of nutrient solution that peristaltic pumps inject per unit time under various hydraulic conditions. The aim of this study is to test the effect of peristaltic pumps, suction heads and nutrient solutions on the flow-rate of the peristaltic pump. The tests of the flow-rate were conducted as aging and main test. Treatments consisted of 3 pumps (PP1, PP2 and PP3), 2 suction heads (30 (SH30) and 60 cm (SH60)) and 5 solutions (tap water (S1), stock A (S2), stock B (S3), nitric acid (HNO3) (S4) and potassium hydroxide (KOH) (S5)). In both tests, the volume of liquid pumped by the pumps for 2 minutes was determined and the volume-time relationship was utilized to calculate flow-rates. Aging tests showed that the new peristaltic pumps should be used in nutrition dosing after aging number was equal and greater than 5. All treatments had significant effect (p<0.01) on flow-rates. The mean flow-rates of pumps (PP1, PP2 and PP3) were found to be 102.0, 103.4 and 103.7 mL min-1, respectively. The flow-rates of PP2 and PP3 are 1.36% and 1.67% greater than that’s of PP1, and they could vary according to the pumps. Average flow rates for SH30 and SH60 were found as 103.6 and 102.5 mL min-1, and flow rate decreased by 1.1% when the suction head increased from 30 to 60cm. The highest average flow-rate was obtained in tap water (S1=104.7 mL min-1 ), while the lowest average flow rate (S5=101.2 mL min-1 ) was found for Stock B. Flow rates of the S1, S2, S4 and S5 compared with the lowest flow-rate of solution (S3=101.2 mL min-1 ) were found to be higher as 3.51%, 1.78%, 1.1% and 2.66%, respectively. The highest flow-rates changed between S1-S3, and the lowest ones between S4- S5. As the specific weights of the solutions decreased, the flow-rates of the pumps increased. Objectives: This in vitro study evaluated the effect of different colouring solutions and primer systems used in the bonding of brackets on enamel colour change and bond strength. Materials and methods: 120 premolar teeth were divided into four main groups; brackets were bonded with 37% orthophosphoric acid + Transbond XT Primer in Group 1, 3 M Single Bond Universal in Group 2, Transbond Plus SEP in Group 3, and G-Premio Bond in Group 4. Each group was divided into three subgroups, and the teeth were placed in a cup containing coffee and tea mixture, in a cup containing cola and in distilled water. A bond strength test was applied to all teeth. Colour measurements of all teeth were performed at 2 different times: before bonding and after the bond strength test. Results: The average bond strength of the 37% orthophosphoric acid group was higher than that of the other groups. The effect of primer and solution groups on colour change was statistically significant (p = 0.001 and p = 0.023, respectively). Conclusions: In this study, the bond strength was clinically sufficient in all primer groups. The highest colour change was observed when the tea–coffee solution and Transbond Plus SEP primer were used. Clinical relevance: This study has identified enamel discoloration and bond strength from different colouring solutions and primer systems used for bonding braces, which can be used to inform clinicians and patients to achieve better treatment results. The aim. Study the properties of 20 % solutions of poloxamer 338 (P338) in water and mixed solvents water-ethanol using rotational viscometry and the spin probe method at various temperatures. Materials and methods. 20 % m/m solutions of P338 in water and water -- ethanol mixtures were the objects of research. The solutions were studied by rotational viscometry at various temperatures; the flow behaviour, lower yield stress (τ0) and dynamic or apparent viscosity (η) were determined. Spin probes based on fatty acids, which differ in molecular structure, solubility, and radical localization, were added to the solutions. Electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectra were obtained to determine their type and parameters. Results. Depending on the content, ethanol affects the rheological properties of 20 % solution of P338. The solution was demonstrated to be able to thermally induce sol→gel transition at 32 °C when ethanol content is 5 % m/m. The rheological parameters of the gel at 32 °C and 37 °C exhibit an increase (in comparison to the gel without ethanol), accompanied by a reduction in the packing density of polypropylene oxide (PPO) chains within the cores of P338 micelles. At an ethanol content of 10 % m/m, the gel formation temperature rises to 40 °C. At ethanol content of 15 % m/m and above, 20 % P338 solutions do not form gels at temperatures between 25 °C and 40 °C. The values of rotational correlation times (τ) and the order parameter (S) of fatty acid-based spin probes were observed to decrease with increasing ethanol content up to 30 % m/m; in the case of the ammonium salt of 5-doxylstearic acid (5-DSA NH4 salt), the anisotropic EPR spectra transform, becoming a superposition of two triplets and subsequently a triplet. P338 solutions retain their ability to undergo thermally induced sol↔gel transitions as long as the EPR spectra of this probe exhibit anisotropy at temperatures ranging from 25 °C to 37 °C. As the concentration of ethanol in the solution increases, the solvation of the cores of P338 micelles by the dispersion medium of the solution also increases. Conclusions. It was demonstrated that ethanol, when added to the 20 % P338 solution, results in changes to the rheological properties of this solution. However, at the ethanol content of 5-10 % m/m, the ability of P338 to thermally induced sol→gel transition remains unaltered. The rheological properties of the 20 % P338 solution exhibit a correlation with the observed change in EPR spectra types for the 5-DSA NH4 salt. This paper presents a new faster iteration approach that is based upon the well-known three-step fixed point iteration scheme called SP-iterative scheme for a broad and larger class of non-linear BVPs. The scheme is constructed using Green's function based integral operator and the new modified scheme in the paper will be called SP–Green's iterative scheme. We present a fixed point convergence theorem using some assumption on the sequences of scalars in our scheme. We also prove the weak w 2 -stability for our scheme and present a numerical example to support our scheme. This paper discusses finding solutions to the modified Fractional Black–Scholes equation. As is well known, the options theory is beneficial in the stock market. Using call-and-pull options, investors can theoretically decide when to sell, hold, or buy shares for maximum profits. However, the process of forming the Black–Scholes model uses a normal distribution, where, in reality, the call option formula obtained is less realistic in the stock market. Therefore, it is necessary to modify the model to make the option values obtained more realistic. In this paper, the method used to determine the solution to the modified Fractional Black–Scholes equation is a combination of the finite difference method and the fractional differential transformation method. The results show that the combined method of finite difference and fractional differential transformation is a very good approximation for the solution of the Fractional Black–Scholes equation. The paper focuses on the Lotka-Volterra function in its discrete form. The purpose of the study was to determine the fixed points of the function. The study employs the Banach Fixed Point Theorem and Contraction Mapping in Metric Space on the function to demonstrate the uniqueness of the fixed points and its continuous stability after several iterations, using the fixed points as the initial conditions. The study has shown that (0, 0), (0, α−1/β), (1+γ /δ, 0 ) and (1+γ/ δ, α−1/ β)are the fixed points of the function, with the initial pair serving as a trivial one and the other three solely depending on the parameter values for the behavior of the function. The outcome of the limit points of the function as the fixed points after several iterations forms a fixed orbit structure of the function, irrespective of the value of the parameter. We investigate the solutions of the Sylvester-type matrix polynomial equation A(λ)X(λ) + Y (λ)B(λ) = C(λ), where A(λ), B(λ), and C(λ) are the polynomial matrices with elements in a ring of polynomials F[λ], F is a field, X(λ) and Y (λ) are unknown polynomial matrices. Solving such a matrix equation is reduced to the solving a system of linear equations... over a field F. In this case, the Kronecker product of matrices is applied. In terms of the ranks of matrices over a field F, which are constructed by the coefficients of the Sylvestertype matrix polynomial equation, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of solutions X0(λ) and Y0(λ) of given degrees to the Sylvester-type matrix polynomial equation are established. The solutions of this matrix polynomial equation are constructed from the solutions of the linear equations system. As a consequence of the obtained results, we give the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the scalar solutions X0 and Y0, whose entries are elements in a field F, to the Sylvester-type matrix polynomial equation. Agricultural products have been utilized in various capacities and fortitudes by human beings ever since the dawn of civilization. Agricultural products currently hold significant strategic and political value due to their ability to ensure the continued existence of governments. Hence, the objective of this study is to propose a framework for addressing the barriers that impede the growth of agricultural export enterprises. present study employs a qualitative research design, specifically descriptive field research, to gather and analyze data in accordance with the foundation's qualitative data method. One method of data acquisition utilized in this study is an open interview. The statistical community consists of individuals who possess extensive knowledge and experience in the field, including administrators of agricultural export companies and high-level customs officials. In the quantitative aspect, this expertise is supplemented by administrative personnel. Thus, until theoretical saturation was attained, thirteen interviews were conducted for the qualitative portion, and 260 sample members were selected for the quantitative portion using Cochran's formula and the random method. The solutions containing core codes (company level, sustainability, technological, market level, government and laws level, individual level) exhibit a coefficient of 0.402. Conversely, the challenges and obstacles, with a coefficient of 0.106, comprise fundamental codes (policies and laws, infrastructure, environmental factors, and market and production factors). These obstacles have a direct and statistically significant impact on the removal of barriers to the advancement of agribusiness. Even though Indonesia faces significant gender disparities across various sectors, including education, health, employment, and political representation, there remains a dearth of research addressing the barriers and strategic solutions for women's empowerment, which is the aim of this study. A quantitative method driven by the Modified Penta Helix Model (MPM) and the Delphi Analytical Network Process (DANP) was used. On the one hand, MPM was used to establish renewal between the five strategic dimensions and other additional elements such as economic, socio-cultural, and education and training. On the other hand, D-ANP developed indicators based on Focus Group Discussions (FGD) outcomes, in-depth interviews, and structured questionnaires. According to this study, education and training are essential in empowering women. The results of this study indicate the main problems in empowering women, which are divided into eight main dimensions: economic, socio-cultural, education and training, government support, association support, academic support, media support, and private sector support. Education and training were the most critical problems in empowering women. Collaboration between academics, business, community, government, and media is essential to develop effective education and training programs to empower women in Indonesia. Through employing D-ANP and MPM methodologies, this study suggests a model of women's economic empowerment to improve the quality of Indonesian women and Indonesia's position in the Women's Empowerment Index.

Due to several geopolitical factors, the number of older migrants increased worldwide with an estimated of 34.3 million in 2020. Older migrants are particularly vulnerable to mental health problems because of their physical health, reduced social networks, and lack of social support. This review aims to summarize current evidence on mental health issues of older persons related to migration and propose possible actions to promote mental health and prevent psychiatric illnesses of this vulnerable group. There are two types of migration in the elderly, for those with and without secured support. Not surprisingly, they have major differences in many characteristics. Common mental health problems in older migrants are depression, loneliness, anxiety, and other symptoms that become complicated with existing or new physical conditions. The links between migration, mental health, and older adults are explored in this paper. Suggested solutions for mental health practitioners and policymakers are proposed. In order to explore these challenges, further suggestions are offered to ensure that older adults’ mental health and wellbeing are looked after.
