The research aims to describe the profile of the Sustainable Reserve Food Garden (SRFG) program resilient in Pacitan Regency East Java based on territory and soil fertility. The study was conducted from July to November 2021. The study used 45 SRFG respondents spread across 12 sub-districts in Pacitan Regency. This study used a survey method with questionnaires, observation sheets and interview instruments to determine the success profile of SRFG. Meanwhile, the determination of soil fertility status was carried out by organic carbon, organic matter, and total N level. The village's topography was determined through field observations. In contrast, information on elevation, geography (distance from the village to the district capital) and Village Development Index (VDI) status were obtained from secondary data. The results showed that elevation, geography, and topography did not relate to the resilience of the SRFG program. At the same time, village status based on VDI related to the resilience of the SRFG program. The highest percentage of SRFG with the excellent category was found in villages with developed village status based on the VDI. Even the percentage of SRFG with the excellent and good category in developed villages was around 50 per cent, the rest was SRFG with the fair category. The organic C and total N soil levels were the important factors had supported the implementation of the SRFG program. Home gardens with very high-level organic C status, as much as 71.4 per cent, were in villages with excellent SRFG category. 85.7 per cent of villages with good and excellent SRFG had very high-level organic C status home gardens. All home gardens with a high level of total N status were in villages with excellent SRFG category. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
