As organizations are increasingly expressing their value for diversity and investing in efforts to create more equitable and inclusive workplaces and societies, such efforts have become scrutinized by critics. Often disparaged as being "woke," firms have been stigmatized for public support of social initiatives. Much criticism derives from skepticism regarding organizations' true motivation for engaging in social activism, which some consider antithetical to business purposes. More specifically, an awareness of, and active attention to, social issues are posited to derive from firms' interests in creating an appearance of social consciousness to acquire resources or boost their own reputations. Drawing upon impression management theory, we explore performativity (i.e., inauthentic or insincere activity designed to make a positive impression on others) in diversity management. We present a typology for examining how organizational investment in and communication of diversity management influence stakeholder impressions and other outcomes. We also consider enabling conditions that may alter the likelihood of performativity in their actions. Based thereon, we offer a research agenda for examining impression management as a motivation for diversity management and understanding variability in firm approaches. The high degree of social consciousness among Generation Z (Gen Z) makes the cohort a critical target for nonprofits. Our study investigates the relative impact of advertising appeals based on guilt and sympathy on Gen Z students in the U.S. The study fills a research gap by comparing the impact of both emotions in one study and examining their effect on Gen Z vs. non-Gen Z individuals. Findings indicate that advertising appeals eliciting guilt and sympathy are more impactful among Gen Z than non-Gen Z individuals, but that sympathy is more effective among the Gen Z cohort. We relate these findings to sympathy being more sensitive to the Gen Z desire not to be manipulated by guilt. In addition, the effect of sympathy is stronger among women than men among the Gen Z cohort. Results are valuable to nonprofits seeking to make inroads on charitable giving with Gen Z. Albanian customary law represents an unwritten set of rules, which were established ad hoc by courts of elders or assemblies and aimed to regulate social relations in various fields of life. The implementation of these norms, was provided by the force of tradition, social consciousness and the patriarchal authority of the people’s self-government bodies. It is created by people over the centuries, not from a particular person, or a special legislative body. It was a reflecion of the material conditions of life in human consciousness and therefore has a double character. The purpose of the research paper is to analyze that on one hand it preserves the characteristic rates of the old tribal order (common ownership), while on the other hand it regulates the category of private ownership with all its features (eg. property rights do not expire). The methodology I used for the research paper is the analytical method. The result of the research paper is that rates of Albanian customary law are summarized in canons, such as: the Canon of Leke Dukagjini (The Canon of the highlands), the Canon of Laberia, the Canon of Skanderbeg (Canon of Arberia), the Canon of Luma. These canons acted in different times and space: so the Canon of Laberia acted during 11th century in southwestern Albania, the Canon of Leke Dukagjini and the Canon of Skanderbeg acted during 15th century in the northern highlands, as well as central Albania, nonetheless they have many similarities. Women, according to these ancient rules, are considered to be of a lower social status: they do not share either the rights and privileges or the responsibilities of men. In conclusion, as severe and discriminating to women as it may seem, customary law has to be seen in a historical context. The preservation of customary law was one of the most important elements in helping the Albanian people to maintain their individuality over the centuries and under different invasions. Although customary law is inversely proportional to the rise and development of the modern state, it shows distinguished lawmaking capacities and laid the foundations of today’s positive law. Triple X is largely unheard of: in global medical science where there is only a partial knowledge, and in welfare and community-based institutions which have virtually no knowledge of it at all. This article focusses on the unheard voices of Triple X families: on the reflections of ten UK parents on nurturing their daughters with Triple X throughout their childhood and into adulthood and the world of work. Layers of daughters' individual characteristics, institutional bodies' knowledge and preparedness to adapt, and centrally, parental interventions in daughters' lives are assessed to consider these young women's own autonomy and community citizenship as they consolidate. Using a Bourdieusian framework, and testing against a benchmark of cultural and social capital, the article assesses the position of families of varying social classes who are differently able to mitigate institutional inadequacy. But equally, the article looks into the notion of disability as a factor independent of the standard system of generational capital transfer. Granted that (as it emerges) they effectively live their lives outside the typical familial socio-economic structure, adult daughters' individual abilities and achievements relating to their own growing social consciousness and contributiveness are investigated. The involvement of the private sector in fostering sustainable development is propelled by significant advancements in commercial and industrial spheres. However, despite these advancements, there is a noticeable decline in corporate social responsibility, attributed to various factors such as scepticism among owners or board members regarding sustainability concepts and the perceived high costs associated with adopting sustainable technologies. This paper endeavours to investigate the relationship between community responsiveness and the extent of businesses' commitment to sustainability in the context of Jordan. Utilizing a mixed methods approach comprising interviews and a comprehensive questionnaire, data was collected from a sample of two hundred and ten members of the Jordan community through an online platform. The collected data underwent rigorous analysis including descriptive and regression analyses as well as relevant correlations. Encouragingly, the findings of this study reveal a robust association between individuals' social consciousness and their support for businesses and organizations operating within the Jordan community. Future research endeavours could further explore additional influential factors. The conclusions drawn from this research hold potential significance as they may provide valuable insights for incentivizing businesses to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency in cultivating a genuine societal commitment to sustainability, thereby contributing to scholarly discourse on the subject. The authors talk about the methodological problems of training designers in transitional educational systems of postcolonial society. They solve new theoretical perspectives of integrative design teaching for future specialists. The authors aim not only to generalize the theoretical foundations, but also to create a single relatively closed model of formation of artistic and graphic skills and abilities of future designers and even offer illustrative tasks with simultaneous use of different types of social consciousness and the main (generic) types of modern design - environmental, universal., communicative (communicative-digital) and futuristic. Achieving this goal was possible by using only theoretical methods - system analysis of literature, historical and typological observations, epistemological generalizations extrapolations within an integrative understanding of the object of transformation and pedagogical modeling. The main practical achievements of the article are the universal multilevel model, its explication and illustrative examples of the tasks of its implementation. The theoretical results of the article were a new understanding of the functionality of artifacts, the secondary nature of the aesthetic component, the integration of its practical and universal communicative functions. Objective: This comparative analysis scrutinized the entrepreneurship education curriculum and social-emotional learning, aiming to distinguish the similarities and discrepancies between the two programs based on the ten components of the Acker curriculum. Methods: This study involved a detailed comparison that was conducted through the utilization of the Brody method. Results: The study revealed that both initiatives share commonalities concerning the instructor's role, educational materials, group dynamics, geographical setting, and scheduling. Nonetheless, distinctions exist in their underlying principles, goals, subject matter, educational tasks, and evaluation techniques. Nevertheless, both schemes contribute to enhancing the individual and social growth of children, enabling them to cultivate mutual competencies in self-awareness, self-esteem, self-regulation, strategic planning, social consciousness, interpersonal communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Conclusions: The outcomes of this investigation serve as a foundational exploration and open up the opportunity to amalgamate these two programs, thereby crafting a more beneficial and efficient educational framework to equip individuals with the necessary skills for a productive role in forthcoming societies. This study explores the evolving landscape of Indonesian cinema and its profound societal ramifications, focusing on the film 99 Cahaya di Langit Eropa (99 Lights in the European Sky). Using critical discourse analysis and drawing insights from Baudrillard's theoretical framework on simulation, this research systematically unpacks the ideological underpinnings embedded in the film. At the heart of this investigation is the symbiotic relationship between Islam and popular culture as manifested through the film's discursive constructions. The study combines Jäger and Maier's method of critical discourse analysis with Baudrillard's conceptualization of simulacra and simulacrum. It examines how the film's audio-visual elements shape perceptions of Islam within the broader social consciousness. The study brings to light the complex interplay of power dynamics and reveals how societal structures and practices contribute to the formation and perpetuation of these representations. Significantly, the research underscores the transformative potential of popular culture, presented in the film as an imaginative force, to shape the values and perspectives of contemporary young Muslim audiences, providing a new understanding of the role of popular culture in shaping religious identity. Amidst the transformative initiatives set forth by the Agenda 2030, literature, along with other cultural expressions, assumes a pivotal role. This research seeks to scrutinize the perceptions of university students undergoing teacher training regarding the roles of literary education and digital tools in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Employing a descriptive crosssectional methodology, the quantitative analysis is presented through descriptive statistics derived from a customized questionnaire administered to 237 students. The questionnaire consists of sixteen items rated on a ten-point Likert scale. The instrument demonstrated satisfactory reliability (a = .749) and is delineated into three factors based on confirmatory factor analysis, affirming its robustness as an analytical tool. The findings underscore the significance students place on comprehending the SDGs in their prospective roles as educators fostering social consciousness and civic responsibility. Nevertheless, they also reveal a limited self-awareness regarding proficiency in digital resources linked to literary education that could amplify critical reading through the lenses of sustainability and social consciousness.". This research provides a comprehensive overview of micro-influence marketing, analyzing the characteristics of influencers and the mechanisms of their impact. A systematic review was conducted, encompassing 2091 citing articles and references across 74 studies involving 95 research institutions and over 12,000 samples. Employing an interdisciplinary approach that integrates insights from computer science, information science, communication, culture, psychology, sociology, education, business, and management, this study outlines the distinct features of micro-influencers. These features include performable authenticity, affinity expressed through consistency and transparency, musical and artistic media talent, and competitive individual traits. The research synthesizes antecedents of trust and attachment mechanisms commonly employed in influencer theory, taking an objective standpoint and minimizing emphasis on audience engagement and perception to trigger influence. The findings highlight that followers' pursuit of self-branding, driven by self-consciousness, social consciousness, credibility, and social presence, significantly influences the impact of self-expressive products on the audience's purchase intention. The point of departure for this article is the small wooden chest that the Countess of Empúries, Maria Álvarez de Xèrica (c. 1310-1374), commissioned to hold the instructions for the annual commemorations of her death. I address the wills, tomb, death, funeral rites, and anniversary celebrations of the countess as a grand performance, a work deployed over space and time. In addition, I focus on the agency of the memory containers: chests, tomb, boxes. The aim of this exploration of the acts, desires, objects, and people that made up this performance is to understand them not only in and of themselves, but as parts of a network. The study reveals the potential of such a network to construct memory by forging a constellation of nodes of objects but also of family ties, and political and social consciousness. To test the relationship between social face consciousness (SFC) and life satisfaction (LS) among new employees in a Chinese context, we administered the Consciousness of Social Face Scale, the Satisfaction With Life Scale, the Perceived Social Support Scale, and the Ruminative Responses Scale to 624 employees with 1 year or less of service in the job market. The results showed that SFC had a significant negative predictive effect on new employees' LS, and indirectly affected new employees' LS through perceived social support. Further, rumination played a significant role in moderating the influence of SFC on new employees' LS; specifically, for new employees with a low level of rumination, SFC had no significant predictive effect on LS, whereas for those with a high level of rumination, SFC had a significant negative predictive effect on their LS. Thus, SFC inhibits new employees' LS and affects LS through the intermediary role of perceived social support, while rumination moderates this relationship. This preregistered study aimed to identify antecedents and consequences of adolescents' critical consciousness (CC) profiles with person‐centered approaches based on data from 663 ethnically diverse German adolescents collected from 2017 to 2019 (Mage = 12.91, 50% male, 50% female). Latent profile analyses of adolescents' critical reflection and interpersonal and structural critical action intentions yielded three profiles: "uncritical," "armchair activists," and "actionists." Discrimination experiences, but not CC classroom climate, predicted a higher likelihood of being in the armchair activist or actionist profiles. The actionist profile showed better, but the armchair activist profile worse socioemotional and academic adaptation cross‐sectionally and over time (vs. the other profiles). This research describes Islamic Religious Education as related to the lack of religious education for minority students. This research is qualitative research that uses a pedagogical approach. An innovative primary teacher education course at the University of Padova combines children’s literature, ecocritical dialogues, and social-emotional learning (SEL). It aims to enhance educational quality and prepare teachers for global environmental and social challenges. Developed through the Green Dialogues project, it fosters internationalization and interdisciplinarity. This article examines the course’s interdisciplinary teamwork, focusing on its design and teaching methods. This study examined the effect of the new teaching method applied in the Kazakh literature course on students' cultural identity and sensitivity, patriotic consciousness, and achievement. In this context, the experimental group experienced innovative teaching methods based on the works of Abish Kekilbayev. This quasi-experimental study examined the effects of educational activities on achievement, social consciousness, citizenship, cultural identity, and sensitivity based on the works of Abish Kekilbayev, a leading Kazakhstania writer, among second-year university students. The experimental group underwent the new teaching method, while the control group followed the activities outlined in the current Kazakh literature textbooks. The effectiveness of the method was assessed through post-test applications. The results indicated significant differences in students' academic achievement, citizenship, social consciousness, cultural identity, and sensitivity between the experimental and control groups, highlighting the substantial impact of the new method. Similar approaches can be applied to students at various educational levels. Additionally, a comprehensive citizenship and identity education program could be developed by closely examining the works of Abish Kekilbayev and other similar authors in detail. This article analyzes and proposes improvements to the policy of developing social consciousness during training in higher educational institutions. Furthermore, it focuses on the pedagogical aspect of this issue. Developing social consciousness is crucial in shaping modern specialists. These specialists must possess not only developed practical and theoretical professional skills, but also a high level of empathy and social awareness. The research employs the IDEF0 functional modeling method, a novel approach that goes beyond simply listing key stages. Instead, it demonstrates the place and role of additional elements within the process. As a result, a model system for enhancing the policy of developing social consciousness in higher education institutions was formed. The study acknowledges a limitation: it solely considers processes for improving pedagogical methods among students with a pedagogical profile. This paper investigates a government's subsidy strategy for motivating a manufacturer to set up a flexible production line for emergency supplies. Four subsidy strategies are proposed to ensure a desired service level in case of an emergency: zero subsidy, a fixed subsidy, a marginal subsidy, and a hybrid subsidy. We develop a game theoretical model to examine how the government can induce a manufacturer to set up a flexible production line that can respond promptly to an emergency, based on the manufacturer's cost structure (fixed and marginal costs). We find that when the marginal profit of an emergency product is higher than that of the manufacturer's regular product, a fixed (marginal) subsidy is the dominant strategy if the manufacturer's fixed (marginal) cost is high, while a hybrid subsidy strategy is dominant if both costs are high. When the marginal profit of an emergency product is lower than that of the manufacturer's regular product, neither a fixed subsidy nor a zero subsidy will be the dominant strategy. We also find that a marginal subsidy can ensure the effectiveness of the strategy, while a fixed subsidy helps improve strategy efficiency. We use government subsidy strategies implemented for Chinese COVID‐19 emergency supplies as examples to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the subsidy strategies under the proposed framework. Adorno's social theory is enjoying renewed attention, as is the debate to what extent is it Marxist. A central issue remains Adorno's concept of social totality: capitalism as a fully integrated society in which every difference is levelled. One problem this raises is why is he still committed to the Marxist concept of class. And second, how to understand his critique of the idea of proletarian class-consciousness, which seems to leave his critical theory without an addressee. The article suggests that, for Adorno, capitalist society exhibits what is termed here "differential integration." It is predicated both on the labor/capital distinction and, at the same time, on sufficient homology between the two, such that the qualitative class divide is experienced as mere quantitative variance. This efficacious gap between social structure and social experience is at the center of his concept of ideology. Ideology-critique for Adorno is mainly the critique of symptomatic misconceptions of how ideology functions, due to lack of attention to how the class structure is in fact not experienced as such. Adorno's alternative to proletarian class consciousness is "differential solidarity": consciousness of social domination that is on the one hand found across class divides yet is experienced differentially between them. In this paper, I foreground the view that, as human agents initiating and participating in developmental projects that are both economically and educationally oriented, the possession of social consciousness of what development in society in the twenty-first century fully entails is an indispensable attribute. This paper, therefore, interrogates the narrower views of development, which tend to focus on identifying development with the growth of a gross national product with the rise in personal incomes, with industrialisation, or with technological advance (Sen, 1999:3). Thus, I argue that social consciousness on the part of human subjects, who are in turn agents of social developmental change, is critical since development ...requires partnerships within a framework of common values and goals (Badat, 2009:11). It is against this backdrop, therefore, that Coppedge’s (1999:465) averment to the effect that “development is more than just average wealth”. Arguably, it is rendered intelligible since “development is a process of expanding the real freedoms that people enjoy”, which ‘contrasts with the narrower views of development’ (Sen, 1999:3). Thus, societies that are bedevilled by social illsresulting from a lack of development must continue to ‘search for human agency and for the means through which inequality can be undone (Hammami, 2006). Investment is the purchase of an asset to obtain profits in the future. Capital investment aims to increase income, avoid economic recession, and save for retirement funds. Currently, the most popular investment instruments are mutual funds and shares. Generation Z is interested in investing because it can add value to money in the future. Investment is also influenced by perceived risk and social consciousness. This research aims to find out whether social consciousness has a significant influence on investment decisions for mutual funds and shares of Generation Z in Surabaya, mediated by perceived risk. This research uses a survey approach and data collection method. The instrument used in this research is Google Forms which will be distributed via social media such as WhatsApp, LINE, Twitter, and Instagram. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling, with data processing using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis and the software to be used is Smart PLS4. The population in this research is Generation Z in Surabaya. The sample in this study was 100 people with minimum investment criteria of one year, and aged 17 to 26 years. Sample selection was based on the Lemeshow formula. This research proves that social consciousness has a significant influence on investment decisions for mutual funds and shares of Generation Z in Surabaya, mediated by perceived risk. After a near century of mainstream academic exclusion, recent efforts in sociology have centered Du Bois as a foundational figure. However, these efforts have overlooked his contributions to theorizing K‐12 and college/university formal curricula. Moreover, curricula, teaching, and learning scholarship, already marginalized within mainstream sociology of education, have typically overlooked Du Bois' theorizations, thus reproducing his marginalization. As a correction, this article centers Du Bois as a key figure in critical curricula theory. Specifically, Du Bois theorized that schools institutionalize formal curricula imbued with race‐class ideologies and that said ideologies shape peoples' subjectivities, identities, and consciousness of social processes. However, Du Bois also theorized how Black schools can serve as meso‐level sites for challenging hegemonic ideologies and producing transformative ideologies. In articulating these processes, Du Bois identifies how ideological propaganda, organizational structures, and interpretations of temporal processes maintain and perpetuate racism and capitalism. With the changing relationship between urban and rural areas in China, the rural areas are experiencing rapid social transformation. To ensure successful implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, land consolidation has become a major measure of rural economic reform. Existing research focuses on quantitative studies exploring the relationship between land consolidation and rural economic development, but there is a lack of studies on the relationship between land consolidation and social change. In this study, we utilized Rocha's conceptual framework for community empowerment and selected Jin'an Village as our study area, using semi-structured interviews and semi-participatory observation to obtain original materials, with the aim of providing a detailed description of the specific practice of land consolidation and analyzing the impact of land consolidation on the transformation of rural social consciousness. The study found that the participatory practices of Chinese rural villagers in the land consolidation process are consistent with the development process of community empowerment. Rural land consolidation involves villagers in the land consolidation process, which can effectively stimulate villagers' participation in public affairs. Concurrently, the interaction between villagers and outside investors disrupts the conventional socialization model in rural areas and motivates villagers to act in accordance with contractual agreements. The conclusion is that land consolidation in rural areas can enhance the political democracy and legal consciousness of local villagers, which can lead to a change in local social consciousness. Our findings also emphasize the crucial necessity of providing rural villagers with improved accessibility to professional services and information, coupled with the continued promotion of land consolidation to advance modernization in these areas. This multi-method qualitative study explores how immigrant-origin (I-O) youth express civic engagement on social media, and how youths' immigrant identities shape their online civic engagement. We analyzed 2,203 Twitter posts collected over a 6-month period from 32 racially and ethnically diverse I-O youth (an average of 69 posts per participant). Interviews with 11 participants supplemented Twitter analysis. Using a critical consciousness framework as a guiding lens, we identified three broad themes: Using Critical Reflection to Shift Culture and Minds, Navigating and Drawing on Multiple Identities, and Building Collective Political Efficacy. This article explores Hungarian sociographic documentary films from the late 1960s and 1970 which called attention to the inner contradictions of the consolidated Kádár regime. Representatives of critical sociology and filmmakers shared the view that many of these contradictions were the result of the discrepancy between ideological and empirical perceptions of social reality, the emergence of dual social consciousness, and the strict control over access to the public sphere. The paper argues that consolidating the political system came at the cost of setting off an epistemic crisis characterised by the desperate suppression of knowledge and experience incompatible with the official interpretations of social phenomena. Analysing a handful of films made about rural poverty, the Roma minority, and agricultural businesses, the article explores in great detail how documentary strategies of analytical realism depleted and invalidated official concepts (e.g. the concept of maternity, Romani, cooperative democracy) and brought to light concealed layers of individual and social experience. In broad terms, the article claims that a new kind of political cinema came into existence during the consolidated Kádár regime, a cinema which exposed the epistemological unconscious of political establishment and opened new avenues for the understanding of Hungarian society. Following a long period of neglect, research on different facets of collective memory is now developing apace in the human and social sciences, as well as at their interface with psychology and neuroscience. This resolutely multidisciplinary renewal of interest in memory sciences has given rise to a plethora of concepts with diverse meanings (e.g., social frameworks of memory, collective, shared, collaborative, social memory). The purpose of the present study was to provide a conceptual overview from a historical perspective, and above all to clarify concepts that are often used interchangeably, even though they refer to very different realities. Based on recent research in psychology and neuroscience, we use the concept of collective memory to refer to the operations of individual systems of consciousness. Collective memory is not the memory of a collective, but that of its individual members, either as members of social groups (shared memory) or as participants in social interactions (collaborative memory). Drawing on the contributions of contemporary sociology, we show that social memory is not collective memory, as it refers not to individual systems of consciousness, but to social systems. More specifically, it is the outcome of communication operations which, through redundancy and repetition, perform a continuous and selective re-imprinting of meaning that can be used for communication. Writing, printing and the new communication technologies constitute the three historical stages in the formation and development of an autonomous social memory, independent of living memories and social interactions. In the modern era, mass media fulfill an essential function of social memory, by sorting between forgetting and remembering on a planetary scale. When thinking about the articulation between collective memory and social memory, the concept of structural coupling allows us to identify two mechanisms by which individual systems of consciousness and social systems can interact and be mutually sensitized: schemas and scripts, and social roles. Transdisciplinary approach spearheads major methodological and conceptual advances and is particularly promising for clinical practice, as it should result in a better understanding of memory pathologies, including PTSD, but also cognitive disorders in cancer (chemobrain) or in neurodegenerative diseases. The comic art form's impact on cultural norms can engender new understandings of rights and shape conceptions of equality in our shared consciousness as a society. Drawing on the 1960s era of social change, this Article examines how comics can produce activism by shaping cultural norms which are reframed, contested, or contextualized to help generate new shared understandings of rights and equality in American democracy. The comic art form should be taken seriously as a medium for activism that can influence changes in social consciousness, illustrated in this Article with examples as diverse as the quiet revolution of the Peanuts cast and the brash, norm-busting cartoonists who propelled the underground comix movement. How we now conceive our rights, including implied fundamental rights, or the equality of protections under the Constitution, were influenced by comics. Today, the comics' world reaches more and more new audiences as a transnational, globalized network of art and artists and expresses ways of seeing and knowing that shape the collective consciousness of pluralistic societies. Nowadays, the increasing social consciousness on the protection of nature and, at the same time, the seeking for comfort and easiness caused by the pandemic, increase the interest in easy-to-use, comfortable textile products produced with natural raw materials. Seersucker woven fabrics are highly preferred in recent years due to their features such as providing wearing comfort and being user-friendly by not requiring ironing. However, in order to provide the three-dimensionality/wrinkle effect in woven seersucker fabrics in the currently used methods, it is necessary to use elastane in the weft/warp or to use double beams during production. At this point, it is not possible to produce completely natural fabric in the method using elastane, and in the other method, a special several warp and machine requirements are emerging. In this study, the literature on seersucker fabrics was reviewed and experimental seersucker weaving applications were carried out. Studies have been carried out in order to produce fabrics using completely natural raw materials (cotton), to improve production efficiency and to increase design possibilities. In this context, instead of the traditional methods used in seersucker fabric creation, seersucker fabric production was carried out with a single beam on the weaving machine by using different weaves in the dobby for fabric design. In this way, it has been provided that the seersucker weaving process can be performed with a single beam on any desired machine by using existing direct warps without the need for a special warp preparation. We all experience and possess an imagination of postmodernity, yet we describe it in highly individualized ways. What is lacking is a universally accepted vision of postmodernity. Even postmodernism, which focused mainly on critiquing modernist philosophy, did not create such a vision. This article interprets the views of the French philosopher Q. Meillassoux, a representative of the younger generation that follows postmodernism. The author sees in Meillassoux's ideas an attempt to provide answers that resonate with many interpretations within the cultural context of postmodernity. It turns out that philosophy can still be a relevant field in culture, even in postmodernity, provided that it engages in a reflection on classical philosophical questions in relation to postmodernity. The issue of social consciousness is an important content of Karl Marx's philosophy. Deeply understanding this issue is of great significance to the task of building a new social consciousness. On the basis of Karl Marx's philosophy, the role of language in the development of social consciousness is examined extensively. Marx not only considered language a tool of communication, but also a means of reflecting and influencing the relations of production and productive forces in society. Language not only reflects social conflicts but also forms ideology, affecting how people understand the world around them and themselves. In this work, we will focus on clarifying the above issues and suggesting future research directions.

Online stories posted in domestic and foreign social networks are a special case of storytelling, i.e., a method of transmitting information as a visual or audio-visual personal and subjective narrative that presupposes no mutual correspondence between this subjective knowledge and reality. The article describes theoretical approaches to the study of online narrative as a tool for influencing public consciousness. The authors used such methods as the analysis of secondary sources, empirical observation, and description to study online stories published in Russian and foreign social networks. Interdisciplinary scientific literature made it possible to draw a number of conclusions about the significant influencing potential of this type of storytelling. The genre relies on emotional impact: stories are short, convenient, and clear enough to represent large amounts of information and axiological attitudes. The narrative nature of the phenomenon provides both the fascination of the content consumed and the depth of its cognitive and behavioral influence on the imaginary communities of modern society and their individual representatives.

The main objective of this article was to analyze the occurrence of recognizing the other's perspective in preschool children when participating in oral tradition rule games. For this, we review the theoretical-methodological contributions of the Vygostkyan sociocultural perspective about the Recognition of the Other's Perspective (RPO) that allows preschool children to attribute beliefs, desires, emotions, and intentions to themselves and others. In this way, we show the traceability of this Higher Psychological Process (HPP) concerning the emergence of social consciousness in the child during the first year of life. In another way, the communicative acts that imply the use of external language, transitional language, and internal language, the relationship between rule handling and RPO in the participation of preschool children in rule games, are reviewed. The research followed a case study design with the participation of a 6-year-old boy during eight sessions of games with rules typical of her community of origin. The analysis model proposed the triangulation of the hermeneutic, phenomenological, and micro-genetic analysis to establish relationships between the RPO and the management of the rules in the game from different positions of the child. The analysis shows that the RPO progressively demands an awareness of the positioning of the roles in the game based on the rules to permanently update the relationship with others at the inter-psychological and intra-psychological levels [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Social informatics is an interdisciplinary area that examines how information and communication technologies (ICT), and the complex web of social and cultural contexts interact and change over time. This study not only helps with the design and use of ICT but also shows how these technologies significantly affect society and culture. It encourages new ideas, collaborations between different fields, and policymaking insights, which drives technological innovation and a better knowledge of how ICT affects society. The Conceive, Design, Implement, operate (CDIO) educational system stands out as a new and innovative teaching method. It emphasizes active learning and gives engineering students both technical and social skills. Its use in social informatics ushers in a new era of education that combines innovation and technology to help students become strong and independent. Future study on CDIO programs in social informatics education has the potential to augment the technical proficiency and social consciousness of graduates, thereby rendering them significant contributors to the field. A better understanding of how the mentoring affects mentees' innovation behavior is crucial to improve mentees' innovative work, so as to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Yet existing literature pays little attention to mentoring and mentees' innovation behavior from the self-expansion view. This study applies self-expansion theory to examine the link between mentoring and mentee innovation behavior (as rated by mentors) based on 430 dyads of mentors and mentees data from Chinese organizations. We further classify the roles of mentees self-expansion on this link. The results show that mentoring can stimulate mentees innovative behavior and self-expansion plays a mediating effect on this positive relationship. This paper also explores the role of social face consciousness (namely, desire to gain face and fear of losing face) in self-expansion and mentoring. It finds that mentees fear of losing face can moderate the mediating effect of their self-expansion. These empirical findings have implications for understanding how mentoring improves mentees' innovation behavior from individual heterogeneity perspective, which enriches mentoring and self-expansion theory. Bangladesh is an environmentally vulnerable country, where environmental crimes are massive and common. However, the environmental crime prevention mechanism in the country is very weak, and traditional policing is utilized to stop these crimes. Therefore, the green criminological approach to prevent environmental crimes in Bangladesh is underdeveloped in many ways, with a total absence of the green policing model. Hence, this study focuses on attaining a critical understanding of environmental crimes in Bangladesh by exploring the key underlying factors of environmental crimes. It also attempts to contribute to the environmental crime prevention mechanism by recommending a green policing model, while identifying the key weaknesses of the existing environmental crime prevention approach. This article implements the qualitative technique of data collection, and the analysis is based on an in-depth interview of 25 respondents, belonging to different categories of stakeholders, and participant observation. It also analyses the content of newspapers to understand the patterns of environmental crimes in Bangladesh. This article finds that environmental crimes are propagated by several political, economic, institutional, and social elements, such as the political affiliation of criminals, economic profit from natural resources, absence of institutional collaboration, and lack of social consciousness. The issue has become further aggravated due to the weakness of the crime prevention mechanism. Thus, the findings of this study suggest that environmental crimes in Bangladesh should be considered and understood from green criminological perspectives and the development of a green policing model would be effective in reducing environmental crimes in the country.
