- Abstract
The article present the contemporary tendencies of human resource paradigms development and analyzes topical theme related to the fact, that socially oriented approaches to the social, economic and human development is more and more integrated into practices (or rhetorically declared). This requires new methods and standards to be incorporated into practices in order to avoid rhetoric and reality incompatibility, when humanistic social welfare ideas become stakeholders ‘politically charged' discussions. The objective of article is to provide theoretical and empirical arguments showing progressiveness and benefits of socially oriented human resource methods and standards. The research is based on a set of mixed research methods: logical classification, metaanalysis, theoretical modeling, interpretation of primary sources, prediction methods. The usefulness of relevant human resource practices, methods and standards assessed using empirically derived arguments after expert evaluation. Experts are personnel managers and specialists from organizations, what are members of Human Resources Professionals Association. This article is structured in two parts. The first part describes the human resource objectives and principles reasons for change in response to new social and economic development challenges. The second part presents the results of the evaluation of the benefits of advanced methods and standards applicable to organizations. Presented empirical results show that the advanced methods and standards in organizations are beneficial to human resource processes harmonization. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
