Along with the quality of clothing production, the basic expectation of the customers is that the product in every size has the dimensions of the relevant body. Moreover, symmetry in clothing products can be achieved in shape and aesthetics. The measurement and symmetry problems encountered can be caused by processes such as the fabric used, the cutting process, the inexperience of the operator, and the machine used in sewing. The aim of this research is to develop a new measurement system in order to provide the desired dimensions and symmetrical appearance in the products in line with customer expectations. However, at every step, the philosophy of quality control is imposed on the sample department under the title of total quality management. As a result of the follow-up and analysis, 392 products were examined in the initial state of the department. While 210 (53.5%) of them were intact, the remaining 66 (16.8%) were faulty basic t-shirts, 60 (15.3%) were faulty polo t-shirts, and 56 (14.2%) were also faulty sweatshirt products. With the application of the developed system in the sample department, a total of 360 products were examined and 237 (65.8%) of them were intact, while 110 (30.5%) of the remaining products were found to be faulty and recovered thanks to the system developed during the sewing process. Bu çalışmanın amacı, tornalama işleminde bir son işlemci geliştirerek, parça programı optimizasyonu için yeni bir yöntem geliştirmektir. Çalışmada, tornalama işleminde oluşan iki ana kesme kuvveti BOXFORD CNC torna tezgahı ve diğer elemanlar kullanılarak ölçülmüştür. Optimizasyon ve simülasyon için PASCAL dilinde bir bilgisayar programı hazırlanmıştır. Programın optimizasyon bölümünde optimum kesme şartları saptanarak parça programının otomatik olarak oluşturulması sağlanmıştır.

A novel approach to specifying and creating rammed earth soil recipes, through a process of blending graded quarry material, has been presented. The soil recipes are highly consistent and reproducible, allowing the accurate control of parameters such as particle-size distribution. A novel technique for the consistent production of rammed earth cube samples has been presented that satisfies NZS 4298: 1998, and is in good agreement with the established Proctor standard for compaction. Under the proposed method for rammed earth sample production, the level of energy input used for compaction can be varied depending upon soil type. For a given compactive effort, the variation in dry density due to soil type did not appear to be directly related to the characteristic unconfined compressive strength of the rammed earth samples. Recent findings in genome-wide transcriptomics revealed that RNAs are involved in almost every biological process, across all domains of life. The characterization of native RNAs of unknown function and structure is particularly challenging due to their typical low abundance in the cell and the inherent sensitivity toward ubiquitous RNA degrading enzymes. Therefore, robust in vitro synthesis and extensive work-up methods are often needed to obtain samples amenable for biochemical, biophysical, and structural studies. Here, we present a protocol that combines the most recent advances in T7 in vitro transcription methodology with reverse phase ion pairing and ion exchange HPLC purification of RNAs for the production of yield-optimized large-scale samples. The method is easy to follow, robust and suitable for users with little or no experience within the field of biochemistry or chromatography.
