В статье рассматриваются современные тренды развития партизанского маркетинга и тесно связанной с ним модели поп-ап магазинов. Отмечается возрастающий интерес к партизанскому маркетингу со стороны многих брендов на фоне падения эффективности традиционных маркетинговых стратегий и рекламы. Приведены базовые принципы и основные преимущества партизанского маркетинга, которые хорошо вписываются в тенденции развития современной экономики и торговли. Сделан акцент на том, что применение стратегии партизанского маркетинга может быть связано с рисками и в некоторых случаях даже привести к негативным последствиям. Большое внимание в работе уделено историческим особенностям развития современных форматов розничной торговли. В частности, подробно исследовано одно из инновационных направлений развития партизанского маркетинга – формат временных поп-ап магазинов. Поп-ап магазины могут хорошо сочетаться с электронной торговлей, обладают дополнительной ценностью для потребителей и широко используются многими торговыми фирмами с мировым именем. Сделан вывод о том, что поп-ап магазины наилучшим образом вписываются в концепцию современной эмпирической экономики, вследствие чего можно прогнозировать дальнейший рост этого сегмента рынка розничной торговли., The article discusses modern trends in the development of guerrilla marketing and the closely related pop-up store model. It is marked that there is an increasing interest in guerrilla marketing from many brands against the background of a decline in the effectiveness of traditional marketing strategies and advertising. Basic principles and main advantages of guerrilla marketing are given, which fit well with trends of modern economy and commerce development. The emphasis is made on the fact that the use of a guerrilla marketing strategy can be associated with risks and in some cases even lead to negative consequences. Much attention is paid to the historical features of modern retail formats development. In particular, one of the innovative directions of guerrilla marketing development – the format of temporary pop-up stores was studied in detail. Pop-up stores can agree well with electronic commerce, hold additional value for consumers and they are widely used by many world-famous trading firms. It was concluded that pop-up stores best fit into the concept of a modern experience economy, therefore it is possible to predict the further growth of this segment of the retail market.

Одним із найбільш популярних та актуальних видів діяльності в усьому світі на сьогоднішній день є продажі товарів та послуг. У цьому контексті науковцями та практиками досліджуються навики, уміння та компетенції фахівців у даному напрямку діяльності. В компаніях, що працюють в галузі реалізації товарів та послуг, приділяється особлива увага розробці мотиваційної системи для сейлзменеджерів з метою підвищення їх продуктивності праці. В статті досліджуються теоретичні та науково-методичні підходи щодо удосконалення системи управління компанією, яка функціонує в галузі продаж. На прикладі досвіду однієї з ведучих компаній в галузі продаж визначаються основні напрямки та види продаж, виявляється сучасний інструментарій здійснення ефективних продажів. Також, в статті особливої уваги приділяється діловим характеристикам та особистісним якостям успішного сейлменеджера. У вигляді алгоритму описані бізнес-процеси для менеджера вхідної лінії. На базі використання системного аналізу вивчені процеси управління відділами продажів підприємств. Запропоновано підхід щодо визначення ефективності роботи сейлз-менеджерів, на основі якого передбачається формування річної матриці ефективності роботи сейлз-менеджерів. Виявлено основні причини втрат якісних запитів та замовлень. Запропоновано підхід до управління персоналом торгівельних підприємств та обґрунтовано необхідність ведення аналітичного контрою продаж, управління взаємопов’язаними процесами як єдиним потоком для ефективної роботи. Визначено напрямки підвищення ефективності роботи відділу продажів, шляхом зменшення часу на обробку запитів, запровадження управлінських заходів, Виявлено можливість збільшення доходу компанії шляхом збільшення якості роботи кожного працівника відділу продажів. Запропоновано систему мотивації для фахівців з продажів відповідно до їх рівнів: фінансова мотивація (І рівень), фінансова та не фінансова мотивація (ІІ рівень), промоція сейлз-менеджерів (ІІІ рівень), надання творчої свободи у роботі та можливість приймати рішення в управлінні компанією (VІ рівень). В свою чергу мотиваційний пакет повинен враховувати рівень відмови від замовлення за кожним менеджером. При цьому мають бути ураховані і напрямки продажів: В2В продажі, В2D продажі, В2С продажі, D2C продажі. Today the sale of goods and services is one of the most popular and relevant activities in the world. In this context, scientists and practitioners study the skills, abilities and competencies of specialists in this field. In companies working in the field of sales of goods and services, special attention is paid to the development of a motivational system for sales managers in order to increase their productivity. The theoretical and scientific and methodological approaches to improving the management system of a company operating in the field of sales have been investigated in the paper. The main directions and types of sales have been determined, the modern tools of effective sales have been revealed taking into account the experience of one of the leading companies in the field of sales. Also, the special attention is paid to the business characteristics and personal qualities of a successful sales manager. The business processes for the incoming line manager have been described as an algorithm. The processes of management of sales departments of enterprises have been studied on the basis of the use of system analysis. An approach to determining the efficiency of sales managers has been proposed, on the basis of which the formation of an annual matrix of sales managers' efficiency has been envisaged. The main reasons for the loss of quality requests and orders have been identified. The approach to personnel management of trade enterprises has been offered and the necessity of conducting analytical control of sales, management of interconnected processes as a single stream for effective work have been substantiated. The directions of increase of efficiency of work of sales department, by reduction of time for processing of inquiries, introduction of administrative actions have been defined. The possibility of increasing the company's income by increasing the quality of work of each employee of the sales department has been identified. A system of motivation for sales professionals according to their levels has been proposed: financial motivation (I level), financial and non-financial motivation (II level), promotion of sales managers (III level), providing creative freedom in work and the ability to make decisions in company management ( IV level). In turn, the motivation package should take into account the level of rejection of the order for each manager. At the same time the directions of sales should be taken into account: B2B sales, B2D sales, B2C sales, D2C sales.

Предмет дослідження - теоретико-методичні засади управління збутом товарів в логістичній системі виробничого підприємства. Методологія дослідження базується на принципах діалектичного методу, що дозволяє оцінити діалектику загального і приватного, зміст і форми, позитивного і нормативного підходу. При проведенні дослідження застосовувалися принципи системності, спостереження, соціологічного обстеження, вибіркового спостереження та інших економіко-статистичних і загальнонаукових методів. Результати дослідження можуть використовуватись вітчизняними підприємствами для удосконалення управління збутом товарів в сучасних умовах. Запропонована в дисертаційній роботі пропозиція удосконалення управління збутом товарів задля підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства була представлена на розгляд керівному складу ТОВ «НОДЕСТ», де було визнано можливість практичного застосування в майбутньому.
