[b]Introduction[/b]. Performance of work is related with experiencing various emotions, from positive – indicating full satisfaction with work, to negative – describing failures, and even harm caused by work. Such emotions are also experienced by children engaged in work on family farms. Objective. The objective of the study is the determination of emotions experienced in association with performing agricultural work in childhood, and indication of the factors conditioning the occurrence of positive and negative emotions. [b]Materials and Method[/b]. The study was conducted by the method of a diagnostic survey using a questionnaire technique, and covered a group of 482 adults from agricultural families. [b]Results[/b]. In childhood, positive emotions related with the performance of work are more often experienced than negative emotions. The occurrence of positive emotions is positively related with willingness to perform work activities, working time, respondent’s age, age at which a child started to perform work, and age at which a child discontinued helping on a farm. The occurrence of negative emotions is positively related with unwillingness to perform work, performing work activities beyond the physical capabilities of a child, neglecting school duties, missing classes at school due to work, and with working time. [b]Conclusion[/b]. With work performed in childhood are associated positive and negative emotions experienced in childhood and adulthood. The performance of work in childhood shapes emotions experienced by an adult which may affect his/her quality of life and functioning in adulthood.

Para el sector rural se han diseñado una cantidad de incentivos e instrumentos orientados teóricamente hacia el mejoramiento sostenible de las condiciones de vida de los habitantes del campo y en especial para los pequeños productores. Uno de estos está relacionado con los subsidios e incentivos otorgados por el Estado para apoyar la adecuación de tierras y apoyar la compra de tierras por parte de los campesinos que carecían de ella, no hay que desconocer que el problema rural en Colombia ha sido la fuente de los mayores enfrentamientos sociales y económicos del sector durante el último siglo, y uno de los obstáculos a los procesos de modernización, desarrollo sostenible y competitividad tanto del campo como del país en general. Sin embargo los esfuerzos institucionales y gubernamentales para superar esta situación, las condiciones de pobreza y la brecha entre lo urbano y lo rural se han incrementado en las últimas décadas. Es por esto que este ensayo es el resultado de la investigación documental realizada para determinar cuáles son los principales factores que dificultan el proceso de otorgamiento del subsidio integral de reforma agraria para la generación de ingresos a la población rural por medio del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural–INCODER- convocatorias 2011 con proyección vigencia 2014. Para lo cual se darán a conocer los aspectos más relevantes de la investigación referente al proceso de otorgamiento del Subsidio, forjando un panorama global para el uso y la tenencia de la propiedad de la tierra en Colombia. En el país, la concentración de la propiedad así como las dificultades para la tenencia de la tierra por parte de campesinos y los obstáculos para que accedan a esta, se suman a conflictos de uso de suelo y de los recursos productivos. Adicionalmente, la existencia y proliferación de actividades ilícitas —en especial el narcotráfico—, el control territorial por parte de grupos armados ilegales, el desplazamiento forzado las condiciones de pobreza extrema y el creciente deterioro medioambiental, son factores que confluyen en el sector rural colombiano y que profundizan su vulnerabilidad frente a distintas problemáticas. For the rural sector have designed a number of incentives and instruments theoretically oriented towards sustainable improvement of the living conditions of rural people and especially for small producers . One of these is related to subsidies and incentives granted by the State to support the suitability of land and support the purchase of land by peasants who lacked it , we should not ignore that the rural problem in Colombia has been the source of the major social and economic clashes sector over the last century , and one of the obstacles to the modernization , sustainable development and competitiveness in both rural and the country in general. However, institutional and government efforts to overcome this situation, the poverty and the gap between urban and rural areas have increased in recent decades. That is why this paper is the result of the documentary research to determine what are the main factors that hinder the process of granting the subsidy reform comprehensive income generation to the rural population through the Colombian Institute for Rural Development INCODER - calls - 2011 with 2014 force projection. To which will be announced the most relevant aspects of the investigation concerning the awarding of the grant process, forging a global scenario for the use and possession of the land in Colombia. In the country, the concentration of ownership and the difficulties for land ownership by farmers and barriers to accessing this , in addition to land use conflicts and productive resources. Additionally, the existence and proliferation of illicit activities , particularly drug trafficking , territorial control by illegal armed groups , forced displacement conditions of extreme poverty and increasing environmental degradation are factors that converge in the Colombian rural sector deepening their vulnerability to various problems .
