With the development of the diagnosis and treatment for rare diseases and the promotion of the construction of ′Double First-Class′ Universities in China, the libraries of medical schools have to make full use of their strengths to better face new challenges in discipline construction proactively. This article refers to resource and information service practices related to the rare disease carried out by medical libraries in China and in other countries; explores the possibilities of building up the resource and information in the future, aiming at improving the awareness of rare diseases among medical students, researchers, and the general public. The article also focuses on the need for strengthening the support for teaching and research into rare diseases, hoping to contribute to the overall improvement of the diagnosis, treatment, and educational research in rare diseases in China.

University library holds an important position on the construction of campus culture and social culture. Attention should be paid to the construction, protection, and utilization of special collection. This article introduces four special collection systems of Wuhan University Library. In the service practice. Wuhan University Library has formed its own characteristics, including the transformation, inheritance and utilization of ancient books. the reconstruction and intelligent services of Luojia culture collections. and the cross-border engagement of library and museum. [Purpose/Significance] Research on the demand and supply analysis of agricultural literature resources is of great significance to the collection construction of agricultural libraries, especially under the current new situation. The demand analysis of academic resources of agricultural science has always been a difficult task for agricultural special libraries because it covers a wide range of disciplines and involves the multiple cross and integrated applications of various disciplines with agriculture science. This paper innovates the methods of demand and supply analysis based on multi-level information organization and fine-grained data analysis, which would discover both the systematic demands and accurate demands of agricultural researchers, and help to adapt to the changes of agricultural science research paradigm. [Method/Process] This study took the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) as an example, collecting its published foreign language journals and the corresponding cited references, as well as its usage data of foreign language electronic journals databases. Then this paper used the methods of citation analysis, subject organization, etc. to analyze the institutional demand characteristics that include literature language, document type, publication years, disciplines distribution, covered subjects and the utilized database of foreign-language periodical resources. The full-text supply rate of foreign-language electronic journals has been calculated to evaluate the satisfaction and the ability of supplying collection resources. The literature comprehensive utilization index has also been calculated to reflect the literature utilization capacity of CAAS's affiliated institutes by the methods of correlation analysis and multiple correlation coefficient weighting. [Results/Conclusions] The results show that the demands of foreign-language journals of CAAS involve not only classical agricultural disciplines but also some emerging and interdisciplinary fields, and there are big gaps in the level of literature supply and utilization among its affiliated institutes. The construction of literature resource supply system of CAAS should strengthen the demand analysis, enrich the subscription mode of full-text resources, and expand the non-full-text resources. As for the agricultural special libraries, the demand and supply analysis of agricultural science literature resources should follow the development trends of agricultural disciplines, taking into account the systematic and prospective demands, and carry out accurate, thematic and knowledge-based demand analysis in the relevant subject areas. Users can also be encouraged to participate in library collection construction, and diversified demand feedback channels should be provided for them. At the same time, resource construction quality and service efficiency evaluation should also be brought to the forefront.

[Purpose/Significance] The existing research on the subject of readers' recommendation lacks in-depth discussion on the reasons for readers' recommendation. This paper analyzes and interprets the reader's recommendations from a new perspective in order to explore the multiple values of reader recommendation and purchase services, and build relevant theoretical models. It provides a theoretical basis for giving better play to the role of reader recommendation service. [Method/Process] In recent years, grounded theoretical application has attracted much attention of more and more scholars. It is also considered to be a reliable and effective data processing and analysis method in the field of library and information science (LIS), which is especially helpful to improve the effectiveness of user based qualitative research. This study uses the research method of grounded theory to analyze the "recommendation reasons" based on the reader's recommendation data. We extracted and conceptualized the main meaning of the data, refined corresponding concepts and categorized them level by level, and integrated the relevant concept categories and their attributes, using the iterative research strategy to compare the data and concepts back and forth, considered the relationships between them, and linked these relationships in some way, from which we can conclude and deduce the interrelated concept categories, and then developed into a theoretical concept. On this basis, the promotion mechanism model of user demand to library literature resource construction, management and service is established. [Results/Conclusions] The information contained in the reader's recommendation data has a variety of values. The in-depth study and utilization of the recommendation information will help the library correctly evaluate the relationship between resource allocation and service allocation, and promote the library to improve its overall service level in resource construction, resource management, resource service and other aspects. There are still some shortcomings in this study, which is also the research direction in the future: only the recommended information of readers on printed book resources was selected as the research sample, and the resource type was relatively limited; there was lack of in-depth discussion on the feedback mechanism of readers' recommendation. Reader recommendation is a long-term service provided by university libraries. In the future, in combination with paper literature resources and electronic literature resources, and with the trend that electronic literature resources and open access literature resources become more and more abundant, we should carry out a survey on the comprehensive service of readers' recommendation of various types of resources, and further explore the interactive mechanism of readers' recommendation and recommendation feedback.

Based on behavioral entrepreneurship and institutional theory, we build a conceptual framework that describes the nature of the relationship between startup rates and economic growth. Our model indicates that the effects of startup rates on economic growth are contingent on entrepreneurship quality that is characterized by innovativeness, high growth, and export orientation. Then we investigate what factors determine the quality of entrepreneurship. We presuppose that entrepreneurial behaviors including entrepreneurial motivation, opportunity recognition, and resource construction are crucial antecedents of entrepreneurship quality. The linkages between entrepreneurial behaviors and entrepreneurship quality are positively moderated by environment factors according to institutional theory. These macro factors include economic freedom, policy supportiveness, cultural openness, and social supportiveness. We draw implications for research as well as the policy community. This paper summarizes the current situation and effectiveness of information resource construction, and investigates the problems, deficiencies, and development suggestions in the construction of the Humanities and Social Sciences Book Funding for Higher Education. Combined with the questionnaire survey, the development practices and the background of “Double First-Class” construction, the paper constructs the promotion strategies of information resource construction and service for liberal arts special fund project based on the needs of users from five aspects: deepening the information resource construction model centered on the research team of book selection experts, optimizing information resource structure and development policy, building a unified management system for book ordering and user services, constructing a unified revealing and integrated retrieval platform for grand special collections, strengthening the whole process management of foreign books from import to utilization, so as to promote the better and faster development of information resource construction and the greater improvement of user scale and utilization benefits of the Humanities and Social Sciences Book Funding for Higher Education. [Purpose/Significance] The novel coronavirus pneumonia has accelerated the changes in the way of information resources construction and information acquisition, and has greatly stimulated the development of open access activities. To grasp the trend of information resources construction in the post epidemic era, we observed the open access developments during the epidemic period. [Method/Process] Using website survey method to obtain and analyze the overseas open access developments. [Results/Conclusions] During the epidemic period, the trend of open access was mainly reflected in six aspects: the large-scale increase of capital investment, the construction and improvement of network infrastructure, the opening and integration of network resources, the innovation of online resource service, the cooperation and co-construction of various departments and institutions, and the accelerating of the development of open access.

Entrepreneurial resource construction through bricolage is an underappreciated element in a growing body of entrepreneurship and organization studies examining bricolage as an organizational strategy under conditions of resource scarcity. Drawing on in-depth ethnographic data, this study of the Danish island Samsø's successful transition to renewable energy argues for a richer understanding and a more positive appraisal of entrepreneurial bricolage as a multifaceted strategy for change on the community level. By demonstrating the constructed nature of the resource environments identified on Samsø, the article argues that bricolage, rather than revolving around the combination of already available resources to create new entrepreneurial ventures, is a process involving the construction of resources to achieve change. An in-depth understanding of this process of resource construction is especially relevant in the context of local sustainable energy transitions, as bricolage, in this context, can enable the community to work towards a shared goal without accepting the constraints of the resource-scarce local environment. [Purpose/Significance] The aim is to analyze the current situation of open access (OA) resources construction in Heilongjiang university libraries, so as to understand the overall level of OA resources construction in the region, find out the existing problems in OA resources construction and put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures. In order to provide reference for promoting the construction process of OA resources in university libraries in the region. [Method/Process] This paper uses website survey and questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation of the utilization of OA resources by university libraries in Heilongjiang Province. [Results/Conclusions] The survey found that OA is less popular in university libraries in Heilongjiang Province. And the names of the list of websites where OA is located are not uniform. Some libraries have less open access to content; The understanding and utilization of OA among college students in Heilongjiang province are not optimistic. In view of the above problems, this paper also puts forward corresponding solutions, such as increasing publicity and promotion of OA, introducing rich OA resources, improving the academic status of OA journals, and cooperating with universities in the province to build and share OA platforms.

Harvard Libraries has undergone two rounds of restructuring, and the issues that remain unchanged should be paid attention and studied, which include: keeping the printed collections as the main academic resources, keeping the specialty and diversity of knowledge, and decentralizing independent academic library systems. Based on the this, the paper puts forward the key issues in the construction of branch library system in domestic university libraries, including the importance of independent collection development policy in branch libraries, integrating the existing related roles of libraries, namely, to redefine the functions of discipline experts in departments, discipline literature experts in libraries and acquisition librarians. In order to optimize the for resource construction method of road traffic engineering's virtual simulation project, this paper puts forward the basic training, comprehensive training and innovation practice classification modes to support the requirements or students' professional basic knowledge, professional collaborative knowledge and advanced knowledge. With the type of basic training modular, we propose the use of virtual-reality combination and real-time interaction method as the main form of resource construction. With the comprehensive training modular, we suggest to use the series links of "software download-experimental project demonstration-experimental project release-experimental results submitted and online discussion'' to design the of virtual simulation projects. With the innovation practice modular, we need to diversify the types of virtual experimental projects to support the CDIO teaching modes. The experimental teaching center of Remote Sensing Information Engineering, Wuhan University, relies on the national key discipline and the national characteristic specialty, and takes the Excellent Engineer Education Training Flan as an opportunity to carry out the construction of tlie demonstration center. This paper makes a summary of the construction of the experimental center from the following aspects. Fiistly, the teaching reform of experiment center is introduced, including the experiment course system reformation according to the distinctive characteristics, the experiment teaching content reformation based on teaching transformation of scientific research , and the engineering practice education innovation based on teaching transformation of engineering application. Secondly, the team construction of tlie experimental center is introduced, including; excellent part-time staff establishment hy setting " ZhiZhuo" forum, the professional team optimization hy introducing overseas talents, and the double-qualified and three-excellent teaching staff establishment. Finally, the innovation of resource construction and management mode is summarized.
