The paper presents the analysis of clinico-psychological and dynamic features of organic personal disorder development in interaction with the residual and organic psychosyndrome. Research was conducted over three years, 115 male teenagers aged 16 – 20 years were studied. The organic personal disorder was studied by a multidisciplinary team of experts with clinico-dynamic,clinico-psychopathological, psychological and clinico-anamnestical methods. The received results allowed to specify the main clinical stages of formation of organic disorder of the personality (on ICD-10), to define the main types at the final stage of its development, to track interaction of the forming psychopathic phenomena with the disontogenetic development caused by residual and organic cerebral pathology. Besides, we attempt to correlate clinico-psychopathological and clinico-dynamic signs to indicators of a residual psychoorganic syndrome in the frame of multiaxial diagnosis.
