Pragmatic impairment has become a critical aspect of language development in autistic children and has gained significant academic attention over the past two decades. This study leverages bibliometric methods to conduct an exhaustive analysis of literature derived from Web of Science database. Utilizing CiteSpace software, we construct a knowledge map to dissect the academic hotspots in research related to pragmatic impairment in autistic children. This enables us to delineate the evolutionary trajectory of this research domain, analyze the prevailing research dimensions, and anticipate potential future dimensions. Our findings indicate that research hotspots in this field over the past two decades predominantly concentrate on assessing and diagnosing pragmatic impairment in autistic children, intervention strategies, and theory of mind. The research scope on pragmatic impairment in autistic children has progressively broadened and deepened. Research has evolved from initial descriptions and interpretations of autism to exploring the theory of mind in high-functioning, school-aged children. BACKGROUND: Research on carbon nanomaterials in the biomedical field is booming, and related scientific research results are increasing year by year. However, visualization analysis of the annual number of publications, the research status of countries, institutions, authors, and research hotspots and trends in this field is relatively scarce. OBJECTIVE: To present the research status of carbon nanomaterials in biomedical field, reveal the main research subjects, explore the research hotspots and development trends, and provide a reference for the future development of this field. METHODS: The core data set of Web of Science was used as the literature source to search the relevant researches on carbon nanomaterials in the biomedical field from 2012 to 2023. The knowledge map was generated by using Citespace software with countries, institutions, authors, keywords, and co-citations as nodes and for visualization analysis. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) A total of 2 932 papers were included in this study. In the medical field, carbon nanomaterials had a large number of papers and a fast growth rate. The United States has a large number of papers; China is an emerging force in this field, although the number of papers is the largest, but the level of research and influence need to be improved. The Chinese Academy of Sciences is the largest cooperative network institution, which mainly targets domestic institutions and lacks cooperation with well-known foreign institutions. (2) Keyword analysis displays that the green synthesis method and application of displaying carbon points have been the focus of research, followed by the new method of combining carbon nanomaterials with cancer phototherapy and immunotherapy, the key direction of future research. (3) The dynamic development trend of co-citations suggests that tissue engineering is a hot research topic of carbon nanomaterials in the field of biomedicine, mainly including the research of carbon nanomaterials for the repair and regeneration of heart and nerve tissue and as a bio-ink additive for 3D and 4D bioprinting. (4) In the future, with the development of the biomedical field in the direction of precision and treatment, researchers should speed up the creation of carbon-based systems formed by the combination of scientific and effective carbon nanomaterials with science and technology, new polymers or organic molecules, and new therapeutic methods, so as to give full play to the maximum effect of carbon nanomaterials. Delayed graft function (DGF) is an early complication after kidney transplantation. The literature on DGF has experienced substantial growth. However, there is a lack of bibliometric analysis of DGF. This study aimed to analyze the scientific outputs of DGF and explore its hotspots from 2013 to 2023 by using CiteSpace and VOSviewer. The 2058 pieces of literature collected in the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2023 were visually analyzed in terms of the annual number of publications, authors, countries, journals, literature co-citations, and keyword clustering by using CiteSpace and VOSviewer. We found that the number of papers published in the past ten years showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing; 2021 was the year with the most posts. The largest number of papers was published by the University of California System, and the largest number of papers was published by the United States. The top five keyword frequency rankings are: 'delayed graft function', 'kidney transplantation', 'renal transplantation', 'survival', and 'recipients'. These emerging trends include 'brain death donors', 'blood absence re-injection injuries', 'tacrolimus', 'older donors and recipients', and 'artificial intelligence and DGF'. In summary, this study reveals the authors and institutions that could be cooperated with and discusses the research hotspots in the past ten years. To obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the hotspots and research progress of tea beverage at home and abroad, this research paper analyzed the annual publication volume, author co-occurrences, co-citations, research institutions, the number of country publications, journals, and research hotspots of 1247 English literature collected by WOS from 2002 to 2022 using the Web of Science core collection database as the data source and the visual data analysis software CiteSpace v 6.1.6R. The results of the analysis showed that the heat for research on tea beverage at home and abroad continued to rise, and the annual number of publications showed a rising trend year by year. The number of core authors with more than four articles was 584, accounting for 82.4% of the total number of authors. The majority of institutional publications came from Chinese universities, of which the first institution with the highest number of publications was Anhui Agricultural University. The People's Republic of China was the most actively published country, followed by USA and JAPAN. The journals with high publication volume were mainly concentrated in the field of agricultural and food chemistry, and Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry was the journal with the highest co-citation frequency, with a total of 988 citations. The "caffeine" "acid" and "catechin" were high-frequency keywords in tea beverage research, with research hotspots focusing on the detection and extraction of active substances in tea beverage, fermented teas, antioxidant and antibacterial activities. In summary, research on tea beverage was still on the rise, but existing studies suffered from a lack of cooperation among authors, limited research areas and convergent research methods, etc. Scholars should strengthen multifaceted cooperation and communication to broaden the breadth and depth of the research, and to jointly promote the development of research in this field. This study provided a reference for a more in-depth understanding of the current status of global tea beverage research in the future.

In order to explore the current situation, hot spots and development trend of agricultural information and degree education in colleges and universities and scientific research institutions in China, we took the master's doctoral papers in the China knowledge Network (CNKI) database as the data source and agricultural information as the key word. A total of 1 298 master's doctoral papers from 2012 to 2022 were searched, and the word frequency and eluster analysis were carried out on the publishing institutions and keywords of these papers by u- sing CiteSpace software. The results showed that Hunan Agricultural University was a high-yield institution for research in the field of agricultural information. The research hotspots in the field of agricultural information in the past decade were mainly focused on agricultural information services, modern agriculture supported by information technology, Internet, intelligent agriculture and new media. The research was helpful to understand the current situation of degree education in the field of agricultural information in China, strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation, and discover research hotspots and development trends in the field. Rural revitalization is a major strategic measure to promote the modernization of national agriculture and rural areas in the new era. Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the breadth and depth of academic research on rural revitalization have been continuously expanded, and fruitful research results have been achieved. In recent years, the research field of rural revitalization in Hainan has focused on five research themes, which were rural revitalization strategy research, rural party building research, rural industry development research, rural culture construction research and free trade port and rural revitalization research. The specific content of the research has developed in the direction of diversification and longitudinal deepening. Sweetpotato is an economically important crop, and it has various advantages over other crops in addressing global food security and climate change. Although substantial articles have been published on the research of various aspects of sweetpotato biology, there are no specific reports to systematically crystallize the research achievements. The current review takes the lead in conducting a keyword-centric spatiotemporal dimensional bibliometric analysis of articles on sweetpotato research using CiteSpace software to comprehensively clarify the development status, research hotspot, and development trend in the past 30 years (1993-2022). Quantitative analysis was carried out on the publishing countries, institutions, disciplines, and scholars to understand the basic status of sweetpotato research; then, visual analysis was conducted on high-frequency keywords, burst keywords, and keyword clustering; the evolution of major research hotspots and the development trend in different periods were summarized. Finally, the three main development stages--preliminary stage (1993-2005), rapid stage (2006-2013), and diversified mature stage (2014-2022)--were reviewed and analyzed in detail. Particularly, the development needs of sweetpotato production in improving breeding efficiency, enhancing stress tolerance, coordinating high yield with high quality and high resistance, and promoting demand were discussed, which will help to comprehensively understand the development dynamics of sweetpotato research fromdifferent aspects of biological exploration. The land issue is the central issue of social and economic development, and it is of far-reaching significance to explore the development logic and evolution trend of land policy to promote socialist modernization. In order to systematically sort out and examine the origin and research process of land policy-related research results, and explore the hotspots and development trends of policy research, the relevant domestic literatures collected by CNKI from 1992 to 2024 were used as the data source, and the visual analysis softwares of CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to analyze and process, and the knowledge graph of core authors and research institutions was drawn, and the relevant research hotspots and development trends were revealed through the co-occurrence, clustering, and emergence of key words. The results show that ① from the overall trend, the research process of land policy has gone through a period of initial exploration, vigorous development, moderate fluctuation, and steady development; the research results have continued to grow, and the research content and disciplines have shown diversified development; ② the relevant research authors and institutions are led by the core, showing a radiating driving effect, and the cooperation between the core authors and research institutions is relatively close; ③ the research hotspots focus on institutional reform, urban-rural integration, rural revitalization, etc., which are reflected in the driving effect, influence, and collaborative innovation generated by implementation, reflecting the current policy orientation and urgent problems to be solved.In summary, the research on land policy in China has shown a trend of “rural reform→urbanization→urban-rural integration”.In the future, the evaluation of land policy effectiveness and response mechanism, the research on system reform and efficient allocation of land resources, and the research on sustainable intensification and high-level protection of cultivated land should be paid attention to, so as to provide a theoretical basis for promoting rural revitalization and achieving common prosperity. The Party and the state have consistently emphasized the importance of the education on the inheritance of red gene. The 20th National Congress of the Party outlined the direction of the Chinese Communists to inherit the red gene in the new era. To explore the theoretical and practical focal points of research on inheritance education of red gene in colleges and universities, this study analyzed 210 articles and 170 copies of relative policy by using the analysis method of keyword co-occurrence network. The study finds that the focal points encompass the essence and the significance of education on the inheritance of red gene, its educational practices, and its inheritance pathways, while the focuses on policy include the safeguarding of red resources and the revolutionary education among the youth. Therefore, in the Internet era, innovative approaches are needed for the inheritance education of red gene in colleges and universities and it is recommended to enhance "Internet+" thinking, implement the development of "Great Ideological and Political Courses", and explore the establishment of a new paradigm for digital education. Purpose: This study aimed to examine the research hotspots and evolution paths in the field of health information behavior (HIB) in China and abroad, and conduct comparative analysis to better understand its development trajectory globally. Design/methodology/approach: A keyword search of the relevant literature included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database and Web of Science (WoS) core collection database was conducted, using the visualized analysis tool CiteSpace V for bibliometric analyses. Findings: The common research hotspots in China and abroad can be divided into related research on HIB, research on its influencing factors and health information research. Among these, health information-seeking behavior has been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. From the subdivision perspective, the focus of Chinese and foreign research hotspots differs. In terms of evolutionary path, the initial stage of HIB research in China and abroad revolves around health information and health information-seeking behavior, followed by the influencing factors of HIB; however, the research breakthrough point is the reverse. Then, domestic and foreign research was conducted on different types of HIBs. Regarding the selection of research objects, Chinese and foreign research objects were increasingly diversified. Research limitations/implications: This study also has several limitations. First, the literature sample only selected the literature in the WoS and CNKI databases, and there may be many HIB-related works published in other databases. Therefore, future research should include other databases. Second, in terms of language, this study selected only Chinese and English literature, but in many countries, important research results on certain topics are usually published in native language, and future research should expand the language selection. Third, this study only conducted national and institutional collaboration network analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, cluster analysis and timeline chart analysis. Practical implications: The implication of practice can be divided into the following three points. (1) Analyzing the domestic and foreign literature on HIB and identifying highly cooperative institutions and countries in the field of HIB can reveal the research situation of HIB and help researchers establish new research networks in the future. (2) Analyzing the research hotspots and evolutionary paths of HIB at home and abroad is helpful for quickly understanding the development context of this field and grasping the emerging research directions such as HIB of people in close contact with patients, health information exchange behavior, health information avoidance behavior and health information discontinuation behavior, which can help researchers to explore the future research direction in this field, so as to determine the topic and fill the research gap. (3) Combining the analysis of HIB-related research at home and abroad is helpful for professionals to understand the characteristics and rules of HIB of users, consumers and other groups to further optimize and improve health information services. Originality/value: Comparing and summarizing the research status of HIB in China and globally, and presenting the findings visually, will help researchers better grasp the research overview and hotspot changes in this field, as well as provide a follow-up reference. Background: Gutmicrobiome (GM) and type 2 diabetesmellitus (T2DM) have twoway effects. Improving T2DM by modulating GM in various ways, such as diet, exercise, and medication, is gradually becoming popular, and related studies have yielded positive results. However, there is still a lack of high-quality bibliometric analyses of research in this area. This study aims to systematize and comprehensively summarize the knowledge structure, research tropics, and research trends of GM and T2DM through bibliometric analysis. Methods: Publications related to GMand T2DM before January 9, 2024, in the Web of Science Core Collection (WOSCC) were searched in this study. Microsoft Excel 2019 was used to analyze publishing trends and CiteSpace (v.6.1.R6 Advanced) was used to analyze institutions, cited journals, references, and keywords.SCImago Graphica (v.1.0.39) was used to analyze countries/regions, institutions' collaborations, cited authors, and published journals. Results: We finally included 1004 articles published from 2008 to 2023. The number of published articles showed an upward trend and reached its peak in 2022. China is the country with the largest number of articles, Univ Copenhagen is the institution with the largest number of articles, Fukui, Michiaki, Hamaguchi, Masahide are the scholars with the largest number of articles, and Cani and Patrice D. are the scholars with the largest number of citations. NUTRIENTS(Q1/5.9) published the most publications, while Nature (Q1/64.8; Cited 804 times) is the most frequently cited journal. Gut microbiota, Obesity, and insulin resistance are the most frequently used keywords. This study found that current researches focus on the effects of diet, exercise, and pharmacological modification of GM to improve T2DM and explores specific mechanisms. Future researches will focus on three areas: complications of T2DM and specific physiological processes, methods and measures to regulate GM, and new experimental techniques and assays. Conclusion: The current researches confirmed the effects and specificmechanisms ofmodulatingGMto improve T2DM. Further exploration of the effects of modulating GM on T2DM complications and specific physiologic processes is a future trend of research. Ecosystem services offered by urban forests must be proactively managed to remain diverse and sustainable. Recent research findings deserve a systematic synthesis to elucidate inherent knowledge structures and dynamics. This study focused on the urban tree diversity theme from 2000 to 2022. Web of Science Core Collection database provided bibliometric details on academic publications. The data‐driven quantitative analysis explored research quantities, emphasis, trends, patterns, linkages, and impacts by countries, institutions, authors, journals, and citations. Publications and research topics have expanded continually, with accelerated growth in recent years. Research activities, outputs and interactions demonstrated conspicuous spatial clustering. A few countries, institutions and researchers generated a notable proportion of publications. Their scholarly contributions were visualized in knowledge graphs as complex networks of nodes and inter‐node links. Keyword analysis generated a network to indicate research hotspots and frontiers to steer and prioritize future studies. Recent findings affirmed that cities can harbor substantial tree diversity due to enhanced habitat heterogeneity and successful species adaptation. Aligning tree traits with environmental conditions and management objectives can improve benefits. Urbanization can filter tree traits to shape community assemblages through stressors: habitat degradation, fragmentation and loss, in conjunction with pollution, climate change, and introduced species. Diversity preservation strategies include protecting remnant natural vegetation, connecting green spaces, and restoring complex canopy geometry and biomass structure. The emerging frontiers are marked by modeling future species distributions, leveraging technologies like remote sensing, linking ecology with human values, and committing to community‐based stewardship. Management can be upgraded by interdisciplinary perspectives integrating ecological science and social engagement. The findings highlight the need for biodiversity enrichment anchored by native species, trait‐matched assemblages, adaptive policies, and community participation to create livable‐green cities. The Party Central Committee has placed a high priority on the preservation and transfer of cultural heritage in recent years. To this end, the Committee has released several significant documents, including Opinions on the Implementation of the Project for the Inheritance and Development of Excellent Traditional Chinese Culture, which clearly outline the goals and objectives of the preservation of intangible cultural heritage and are extremely significant both historically and practically. The national intangible cultural heritage list has gradually added many areas of the blue calico printing and dyeing procedures. It is discovered that there is some literature on blue calico, but there are not many in-depth discussions of the topic. The research angle on blue calico is primarily concentrated on its creative design and application, as well as its in a particular area. The term “comprehensive discussion” refers to the fact that all blue calico is included in the summary rather than being restricted to a specific area, and there is a dearth of literature that analyzes the data and text that have been transformed into pictures, graphs, charts, and diagrams from the standpoint of visualization. Therefore, it is very crucial to create a knowledge map and visualization analysis of the blue calico to comprehend the development state, identify research hotspots, and forecast the future development trend of the blue calico. Professor Chen Chaomei of the Drexel University in the United States created CiteSpace, a Java application for information visualization that has been widely used in a variety of fields. Its features include a good visualization effect, a large amount of information provided, simple operation, etc. To analyze the literature in the field of blue calico in terms of publications, authors and collaboration, source journals and institutions, keyword clustering mapping, and bursts, the paper chose journal articles and dissertations from the CNKI database. The paper then used CiteSpace visualization software to analyze the literature and provide a summary of the research content on China’s blue calico over the previous 23 years. Data support for the development of new research directions can be obtained through data visualization and analysis of the existing blue calico research literature from multiple dimensions scientifically and systematically, and understanding the current status and hot trends of blue calico research from a macroscopic point of view. It is discovered that: there are very few complete works on blue calico, and the research varies greatly by location; colleges and universities are the primary sources of literature research institutions, with the majority of them being collaborations between the same institution and department; the design of patterns or motifs, protection and inheritance, and innovation and development are the keywords that are concentrated in these areas; the literature research has undergone three phases: the period of exploration, the period of development, and the period of innovation and inheritance; and improving product design, cultural and creative products, printing, and dyeing direction is going to be a major trend in the future. The legacy of blue calico must adapt to the current circumstances while providing effective protection. Achieving a balance between inventive progress and inheritance requires the integration of current technology and digital communication while maintaining the use of natural raw materials, traditional techniques, and inherited pattern styles. Psychedelics, as a class of potent psychoactive substances, significantly alter sensory perception and mood, thereby profoundly impacting cognition. Increasing evidence indicates that psychedelics can facilitate individual social function and rapidly and sustainably improve symptoms of moderate and severe depression. The growing interest in psychedelics as potential treatments for depression has led to a substantial increase in related publications; however, the overall quantity and quality of these works remain unclear. To address this issue, we conducted a bibliometric analysis of literature on psychedelic drugs for depression published between 2004 and October 2023. Our study meticulously collected 710 publications, allowing for a comprehensive analysis of bibliographic elements such as annual publication trends, authorship, country of origin, institutional affiliations, journals, and keywords. By visualizing trends, emerging frontiers, popular topics, author collaborations, and influential factors in the field of psychedelics for depression, we have enhanced our understanding of advancements in this area. On this basis, we assert that the regulation of psychedelic drugs is necessary, but it should not hinder the scientific research progress.

Background In the context of fragmented medical insurance and normalized population mobility, how to provide more convenient and efficient medical fee settlement services for patients with cross-regional medical treatment has become a hot issue of common concern in practice and theory. Objective To analyze the current situation, hotspots and evolutionary trends of research on the issue of cross-regional medical treatment in China, so as to provide a reference for the research on cross-regional medical treatment. Methods CNKI was searched for papers in the field of cross-regional medical treatment in China from inception to 2023-06-10. CiteSpace software was used to perform quantitative analyze of literature data in the field of cross-regional medical treatment and visual analysis of knowledge graph in terms of publication time, author, institution and keywords. Results A total of 590 papers were finally retrieved. The publication volume in the field of cross-regional medical treatment in China broke through the single digit for the first time in 2009 to 16, and exhibited a fluctuating trend in the following years. There were 57 core authors who published more than 3 articles, and the total number of published articles was 238, accounting for 40.34% of the total number of sample articles, with the author collaborative network density of 0.051. Most of the articles were published by universities, research institutes, medical institutions and local health insurance management departments. Institute of Medical Information Sciences Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences ranked first with 22 publications, followed by the School of International Pharmaceutical Business, China Pharmaceutical University with 9 publications, North China University of Science and Technology with 8 publications, Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University with 6 publications, and Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine with 6 publications. The collaborative network density among research institutions was only 0.001 6. Keyword frequency analysis showed 424 nodes and 1, 188 edges in the keyword network mapping, with a network density of 0.013 2, "cross-regional medical treatment""medical insurance""cross-provincial medical treatment" and "different settlement" occupied a central positions in the co-occurring keyword network. Keyword clustering timeline mapping analysis showed a total of nine clustering themes formed, including "different settlement" "medical insurance" "immediate reimbursement" "management" "New Rural Cooperative" "cross-provincial medical treatment" "satisfaction" "Yangtze River Delta" "hierarchical diagnosis and treatment". Conclusion The quality and depth of research in the field of cross-regional medical treatment in China are continuously improving. However, there are still deficiencies in research methodology, research content and collaborative network. It is necessary to focus on challenges and issues in the field of cross-regional medical treatment, promote the innovation of research methods, and continuously strengthen the communication and cooperation among scholars.

The largest number of papers was published by the University of California System, and the largest number of papers was published by the United States. The top five keyword frequency rankings are: ‘delayed graft function’, ‘kidney transplantation’, ‘renal transplantation’, ‘survival’, and ‘recipients’. These emerging trends include ‘brain death donors’, ‘blood absence re-injection injuries’, ‘tacrolimus’, ‘older donors and recipients’, and ‘artificial intelligence and DGF’. In summary, this study reveals the authors and institutions that could be cooperated with and discusses the research hotspots in the past ten years. It provides a reference and direction for future research and application of DGF.

To comprehend the newest research progress, hotspots, and development trends concerning coal fly ash’s role in environmental remediation, this paper objectively reflects scientific contributions and influences from related countries（regions）,institutions, and individuals. An econometric analysis of the relevant literature included in the Web of ScienceTM core collection database of ISI Web of Knowledge from 1990～2022 was conducted. Specifically, the TOP10 countries（regions） were considered in terms of publication numbers, high-yield authors, source journals, important research institutions, as well as research hotspots to evaluate the current state of coal fly ash application and research in the field of environmental remediation since 1990. Extensive research has made significant progress in exploring the potential application of extracellular vesicles (EV) in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis (OA). However, there is current a lack of study on bibliometrics. In this study, we completed a novel bibliometric analysis of EV research in OA over the past two decades. Specifically, we identified a total of 354 relevant publications obtained between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2022. We also provided a description of the distribution information regarding the countries or regions of publication, institutions involved, journals, authors, citations, and keywords. The primary research focuses encompassed the role of extracellular vesicles in the diagnosis of OA, delivery of active ingredients, treatment strategies, and cartilage repair. These findings highlight the latest research frontiers and emerging areas, providing valuable insights for further investigations on the application of extracellular vesicles in the context of osteoarthritis.

Abstract Ecosystem services offered by urban forests must be proactively managed to remain diverse and sustainable. Recent research findings deserve a systematic synthesis to elucidate inherent knowledge structures and dynamics. This study focused on the urban tree diversity theme from 2000 to 2022. Web of Science Core Collection database provided bibliometric details on academic publications. The data‐driven quantitative analysis explored research quantities, emphasis, trends, patterns, linkages, and impacts by countries, institutions, authors, journals, and citations. Publications and research topics have expanded continually, with accelerated growth in recent years. Research activities, outputs and interactions demonstrated conspicuous spatial clustering. A few countries, institutions and researchers generated a notable proportion of publications. Their scholarly contributions were visualized in knowledge graphs as complex networks of nodes and inter‐node links. Keyword analysis generated a network to indicate research hotspots and frontiers to steer and prioritize future studies. Recent findings affirmed that cities can harbor substantial tree diversity due to enhanced habitat heterogeneity and successful species adaptation. Aligning tree traits with environmental conditions and management objectives can improve benefits. Urbanization can filter tree traits to shape community assemblages through stressors: habitat degradation, fragmentation and loss, in conjunction with pollution, climate change, and introduced species. Diversity preservation strategies include protecting remnant natural vegetation, connecting green spaces, and restoring complex canopy geometry and biomass structure. The emerging frontiers are marked by modeling future species distributions, leveraging technologies like remote sensing, linking ecology with human values, and committing to community‐based stewardship. Management can be upgraded by interdisciplinary perspectives integrating ecological science and social engagement. The findings highlight the need for biodiversity enrichment anchored by native species, trait‐matched assemblages, adaptive policies, and community participation to create livable‐green cities. This review synthesizes key advances in urban tree ecology and biodiversity research to inform the planning and stewardship of resilient urban forests.

Background In recent years, there has been a noticeable increase in the prevalence of polypharmacy among the older population, leading to a rise in the number of related studies. As a result, a stage analysis of its development is crucial. Objective To analyze the research trends and cutting-edge topics in the field of polypharmacy in the elderly from 2003 to 2022. Methods The Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E) and Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) subsets of the Web of Science Core Collection database were searched for articles and reviews about polypharmacy in the elderly published in English between 2003 and 2022. VOSviewer (v.1.6.18) and CiteSpace (v.6.1.R6) were used for bibliometric analysis. Results A total of 3 987 articles were obtained, including 3 208 articles and 779 reviews. The global volume of publications has increased rapidly in the last 20 years, with the United States (1 097 articles, 27.51%) having the most publications in this field. The University of Sydney in Australia has been the most prolific institution, publishing 156 articles (3.91%), while Dr. Sarah N. Hilmer of this institution has been the most productive author with 67 publications (1.68%). Among the journals, Drugs & Aging (181 articles, 4.54%) has featured the highest number of publications related to polypharmacy in older people. The high-frequency keywords in the field included elderly, polypharmacy, prevalence, and risk, while the current emerging topics revolved around clinical outcomes and public health issues about polypharmacy in the elderly. Conclusion Over the past two decades, the field of polypharmacy among older people has experienced rapid progress, characterized by an increasing number of publications with the United States as the largest contributor. Research topics have primarily focused on the prevalence and risks associated with polypharmacy among older people, while future studies are expected to focus more on the associated clinical outcomes and public health issues.

Despite their relatively small numbers, large old trees play disproportionately important roles in global biodiversity and ecosystem functions. There is a lack of systematic reviews and quantitative analyses of the accumulated literature. Understanding the research context and evolution could pump prime research and conservation endeavors. Using the comprehensive Web of Science, we applied VOSviewer (1.6.19) and CiteSpace (6.1R2) bibliometric software to examine the large old tree research field in 2000–2022. The queries of the bibliographic database generated quantitative–visual depictions in the form of knowledge maps. The nodes denote research intensity, and inter-node linkages denote the pathways and frequencies of collaborative activities. The research outputs differed significantly in terms of regions, countries, institutions, high-citation articles, productive researchers, hot topics, and research frontiers. Conspicuous spatial disparities were displayed, with the U.S.A., China, and Australia leading in publication counts and a cluster of European countries making considerable collective contributions. The research collaboration demonstrated a dichotomy: European countries networked more by geographical propinquity, and the top three countries connected by long-distance leap-frog jumps. The entrenched discrepancies between the endowed developed domains vis-à-vis the deprived developing domains were clearly expressed. The research productivity progressed through three stages: initial, growth, and flourishing. The leading institutions, researchers, and highly cited papers were recognized. The keyword analysis pinpointed diverse research hotspots: growth dynamics, conservation and management, ecological functions, and environmental response. This study informs recommendations for future research directions and cooperation on longevity mechanisms, evolutionary adaptation, dynamic monitoring, and temporal–spatial patterns. Urban green roofs have emerged as an innovative nature-based solution for enhancing urban sustainability and resilience. Based on the Web of Science Core Collection database, the scholarly papers on green roofs published in the past two decades were analyzed quantitatively and visualized using bibliometric techniques. The study scope covered research countries, institutions, main journals, crucial authors, highly cited documents, hot topics, and research frontiers. The 3210 publications mined from the bibliographic database on green roofs have increased progressively in the study period, with a significantly faster pace in recent years. The research subjects changed gradually over time, extending into more disciplines and becoming decidedly multidisciplinary. The notable bibliometric features registered a pronounced spatial concentration of research outputs in a small number of countries, regions, research institutions, journals, and researchers, mainly associated with developed metropolises. The number of publications and citation impacts identified the world's top ten researchers and journals. Well-defined clusters depicted by knowledge graphs indicated a diverse range in the number and strength of inter-node connections for countries, institutions, researchers, and research topics defined by keywords. The research scope focuses on quantifying benefits and costs and optimizing designs to maximize biodiversity, hydrologic, thermal, and energy benefits as urban sustainability and climate-adaptation solutions. Emerging research should enhance biodiversity through optimal plant selection, integrate green roofs with renewable energy systems for sustainability, apply computational tools to enhance designs, evaluate low-cost and locally relevant design options for developing cities, and quantify co-benefits like stormwater reduction and energy savings. Objective To visually analyze the syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine based on CiteSpace software, and to understand its research status and hot trends. Methods China CNKI database in recent 20 years was searched for the related literatures about qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome collected in CNKI database in the past 20 years was searched, and the CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the number of publications, authors, institutions, and keywords. Results A total of 634 articles were included. The number of published papers showed that the number of published papers of qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome showed an upward trend. The author and institutional analysis found that the teams with LU Yi and SHI Zhenfu as the core and ZHANG Hainan and HU Suiyu as the core were the core team to study the syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome. The analysis of key words suggested that the research direction was mainly in the classification of the syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm coagulation syndrome, and the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Under the background of new urbanization and rural revitalization, rural space has become a hot research field of rural geography. A total of 1 566 papers collected in CSSCI indexed journals from 1998 to 2022 were used as data sources, and CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the hot spots and trends of domestic rural space research. The results showed that rural space research in China could be divided into three stages of initiation period, rapid development period and stable development period. The research teams showed a trend of dispersing to concentrating, and the subject fields mainly involved human geography, urban and rural planning, land resource management, macroeconomic management, etc. Research hotspots in the field of rural space mainly included rural settlement, rural transformation, rural reconstruction and rural revitalization. The trend of rural space research in China was that the research object was extending from rural space to urban-rural co-governance, the research dimension was expanding from material space to multi-dimensional space, the research perspective was developing from single scale to multi-scale, and the research method was evolving from single discipline to multi-discipline. Abstract This study aimed to visualize the knowledge structure and research trends in neonatal sepsis research through bibliometric methods. Articles and reviews regarding neonatal sepsis from 2002 to 2022 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database. CiteSpace software was used to visualize the knowledge network of countries/regions, institutions, authors, journals, keywords, and references in this field. Altogether, 2314 publications were identified. During the study period, the number of publications increased yearly. The USA is the leading country in neonatal sepsis research. Duke University was the most prolific institution, with Pediatric Infectious Disease Journal and BASU S being the most prolific journal and author in the field, respectively. Pathogen, diagnosis, and management were the main topics of research, and future studies may concentrate on novel diagnostic biomarkers and judicious use of antibiotics. In summary, the results of our bibliometric analysis revealed views on the current situation and trends of neonatal sepsis research for the first time. This study may provide guidance for promoting research on neonatal sepsis.

This study aims to explore the research progress, hotspots and future development trends of the field of microorganisms in meat products. Based on bibliometrics, CiteSpace was used as a knowledge graph analysis tool in this paper. Based on the database of academic journals in CNKI for 1980 to 2022 and the Web of Science (WOS) from 1977 to 2022, 842 Chinese and 1530 English literatures in the field of microbiology of meat products were analyzed. The current research status and hot spots in this field were described from the perspectives of the annual number of published papers, core literatures, core publishing countries, authors, institutions and journal distribution, and keyword co-clustering. The results demonstrate that the number of literatures published in the study of microorganisms in meat products fluctuates and increases at home and abroad, and the increase in English literatures was more significant. The cited frequency of English literature was much higher than that of Chinese literature. The United States, Spain, Brazil and China were the main contributors, and affiliations were mainly universities and research institutes, such as the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Jiangnan University. Additionally, the global research focused on the effects of microorganisms on the flavor quality and physicochemical properties of meat products, the mechanism of microbial metabolism in meat production and food safety. According to the comprehensive analysis, this paper provides a reference and helps Chinese scientific researchers engage in related research and predict the future development of this field.

ObjectiveTo examine status quo and development trends of research worldwide on highly pathogenic pathogens. MethodsIn this study, highly pathogenic pathogens refered to 29 pathogens classified as pathogens of first category in the List of Human Pathogenic Microorganisms released by National Health Commission on December 31, 2021. Research papers relevant to the 29 pathogens published worldwide from 1900 to 2022 were retrieved based on thematic search through Web of Science database and were analyzed visually and multi-perspectively using gCLUTO and bicomb and research themes, hotspots and clustering topics of the papers were summarized. ResultsTotally 27 840 papers were retrieved, of which, 6 970, 6 691, and 6 459 were relevant to the top three pathogens most frequently studied: yellow fever virus, Ebola virus, and variola virus. The number of research papers relevant to the 29 pathogens increased during 2012 – 2022. The first three countries with more authors submitted relevant research papers are United States, United Kingdom, and Germany; the authors from the United States submitted more research papers on Ebola virus, yellow fever virus, variola virus, and monkeypox virus compared to the authors from United Kingdom and Germany. The results of high-frequency keywords and thematic clustering analysis showed that investigations on the development of vaccine and drugs related to the highly pathogenic pathogens were research hotspots in those published papers. ConclusionChinese scholars should pay attentions to international research on highly pathogenic pathogens for the prevention of the emerging and fulminating infectious diseases and biosafety.

Background Primary healthcare is the first line of defense for the containment of COVID-19 pandemic. Primary healthcare has been studied extensively by academic circles in various countries during the pandemic, but the focuses vary across these studies due to differences in primary healthcare systems in different countries. Objective To understand the advances, hotspots, trends and differences of primary care-related research at home and abroad during the COVID-19 epidemic, and to provide a reference for further research in this field. Methods Primary healthcare-related studies published during the COVID-19 pandemic (between January 1, 2020 and June 30, 2022) were searched in databases of CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection on July 5, 2022, and 282 from the former database and 1 755 from the latter were included. CiteSpace was used for visualization analysis to provide a graphic visualization of co-occurrence networks of authors, keywords and keywords clusters, to perform a timeline analysis, and to detect keywords with bursts. Results The number of publications in China grew fast at the beginning of the pandemic, then the growth gradually decreased, and tended to level off at the late stage. In contrast, relevant research started later in foreign countries, but the number of relevant publications maintained high-speed growth as of the study time. The major author cooperation forms were inter-small teams cooperation and inter-individual cooperation, and no large-scale inter-team cooperation was found. The hotspots of domestic research focus on the systems, the exploration of mechanisms and management practices related to pandemic prevention and control, while international research focuses on changes in healthcare-seeking patterns and the satisfaction of patients' medical needs under the influence of the pandemic. Psychological problems related to the pandemic were concerned by both domestic and international research. Conclusion Domestic and foreign studies have similarities and different focuses. To continuous refine and diversify domestic research, it is suggested to learn international experience, pay attention to the construction of relevant research forces, improve the knowledge system in this field, and actively use information technology to improve the primary care system amid the pandemic.

In order to reduce the environmental pressure caused by petroleum based packaging materials, the development of natural and environmentally friendly soybean protein based food packaging film has become a hot research topic. This paper searched research papers on soy protein based food packaging films from 1990 to 2021 in the Web of Science (WOS), visualized 1318 related articles by using scientific knowledge mapping tool CiteSpace5.8.R3, deeply discussed and analyzed the research hotspots and development trends of soybean protein based food packaging film combined with the method of literature and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the research process of soybean protein based food packaging film could be divided into three stages: Initial, steady and accelerated development, and now it was in the accelerated development stage. China ranked first in the number of publications, reflecting its huge development potential in this field. The betweenness value of the United States was 0.59, indicating that it had a strong scientific research strength. Food Hydrocolloids was a leading journal in this field. The modification of soybean protein based food packaging film and its application in food packaging are the promising research topics, and it tends to develop green food packaging film with natural bioactive compounds in the future.

From the perspective of bibliometrics, based on CNKI database and CiteSpace software, we analyzed the knowledge graph of the current situation of the black soldier fly and summarized the number and trend of the publications, author group and organization type, and generated the key word co-occurrence and time zone migration graph. The results showed that in general, the number of publications related to the black soldier fly in China showed an upward trend, indicating that the research related to the black soldier fly in China was in the development stage, especially after 2016 when the number of publications related to the black soldier fly in China started to increase rapidly. The author groups were scattered in small settlements, with occasional cooperation between groups. Researchers mainly work in groups, with weak connections between different teams and lack of extensive communication. Huang Yanhua, Wang Guoxia team and Hu Wenfeng research teams had strong influences, together with Xia Qiang and Yu Guohui teams as the core author groups. The universities were the main research research institutions, the College of Fisheries and Life Sciences, Shanghai Ocean University and College of Environment and Resources, Zhejiang University are the main research institutions. The biological characteristics of black soldier fly itself, the processing and utilization of organic matter extracted from it and its application in biological treatment were the research hotspots in this field. Exploring the international research status, hotspots and future development trend of quantum computing is significant for China's strategic deployment and technological planning. The literature related to quantum computing collected in the Web of Science database from 2007 to 2021 is taken as the research object. Based on bibliometric and content analysis methods, text mining and visualization analysis tools are used to explore the research status in this field from the dimensions of publication trend, major countries, institutions, researchers, hotspots, and development trends. Studies have shown that: quantum computing literature presents an increasing trend year by year; the United States ranks first in literature number and citations per article, and has strong scientific research strength; China has a group of influential institutions and scholars in this field, but the cooperation intensity between institutions is low; research hotspots are distributed in quantum algorithms, quantum computing models, the physical realization of quantum computers and the application of quantum computing; research frontiers focus on quantum computing model and the application in artificial intelligence, cryptanalysis and other fields. ObjectiveBy using bibliometrics and scientific knowledge mapping technology， this study systematically combs and visually analyzes the research hotspots， frontiers and trends of infectious disease prevention and control in China in the past 30 years， summarizes the research direction in this field， combs the knowledge structure， and provides guidance and reference for subsequent research.MethodsThe databases of CNKI and Wanfang were searched by （"infectious diseases" or " communicable diseases"） and "prevention and control" not "chronic diseases"， The bibliometric software VOSviewer 1.68 and CiteSpace 5.8.3 were used to analyze the co-occurrence network of scientific knowledge maps from the keywords， emerging words， research authors， institutions and other aspects， and summarized the research hotspots， frontiers and trends in the field of infectious disease prevention and control in China.ResultsA total of 10 777 literatures were retrieved， and 7 676 literatures were included after screening. From the perspective of research trend， the number of published literatures in the field of infectious disease prevention and control in China showed an overall upward trend， and the number of studies was closely related to the outbreak of infectious diseases. The Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention has played a leading role in the research. In terms of researchers' cooperation， Hao Mo， Li Chengyue， Wang Ying and others from Fudan University were the main researchers' cooperation teams. Tu Wenxiao， Meng Ling and Xiang Nijuan from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention were the main researchers. Wang Quanyi， Li Xinyu， Wang Xiaoli from the Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention were the main researchers' research teams. Yang Zhicong， Li Meixia， Luo Lei and other research teams from Guangzhou Center for Disease Control and Prevention have formed a relatively obvious cooperation network. Analysis of the keyword cluster atlas showed that the articles related to the prevention and control of infectious diseases mainly were focused on the epidemiology of new coronavirus infection （new infectious diseases）， school infectious diseases， common infectious diseases， and the related research of vector infectious diseases. The analysis of salient words indicated the research focus and trend change in different time periods. At present， the research focus and frontier in the field of infectious diseases are mainly concentrated in the field of prevention and control of new infectious diseases， such as the monitoring， early warning， reporting， emergency management， laws and regulations of the new coronavirus infection.ConclusionOur country attaches great importance to the prevention and control of infectious diseases， with extensive and in-depth research hotspots. In particular， research on emerging infectious diseases has developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results. With the application of molecular biology， big data， AI and other technologies in the field of infectious disease prevention and control， China's infectious disease prevention and control capabilities will be greatly improved. At the same time， it is necessary to strengthen the linkage between universities， disease control institutions， and medical institutions， and establish and improve a long-term normal prevention and control mechanism.

Under the background of climate change, vegetation restoration in arid area ecosystem is faced with great challenges, which has important research value and is also an important research direction of ecology. In this paper, CiteSpace software was used to carry out data mining and econometric analysis on the research progress of vegetation restoration in arid area ecosystem. Besides, the number of papers published under this topic, the trend of change, the main research strength and the development path of the research topic were presented. The study found that (1) the overall volume of papers showed a significant growing tendency on the whole, and generally experienced three growth stages of slow, steady and rapid growth. The research hotspots were different at different stages. At present, the research mainly focuses on clustering topics such as “soil moisture”, “abandoned farmland”, “biological soil skinning” and “layered soil”, and the cross-study of engineering, hydrology, geosciology and other related disciplines is increasing day by day. (2) China, the United States and Spain were the countries with the largest number of publications, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences was the research institution with the largest number of publications. Li Xinrong and others constituted the core group of authors under the research topic. (3) The strategies of vegetation restoration in response to drought stress and the changing rules of the structure and function of different restored ecosystems under the background of climate change may be the research hotspots of vegetation restoration in arid areas in the near future.
