Mühendislik bölümlerinin lisans ve lisans sonrası eğitim seviyelerinde, kontrol sistemleri eğitimi önem arz etmektedir. Elektronik, bilgisayar ve makine bölümlerinde verilen bu alandaki derslerin amacına ulaşabilmesi için teorinin yanında uygulama destekli olması gerekmektedir. Teori odaklı mühendislik eğitiminde uygulamaya da yer verilmesi, mühendislik öğrencilerine farklı sektörlerdeki problemlerini çözme kabiliyeti kazandıracaktır. Bu çalışmada kontrol deney düzeneği ve deney tasarımı yapılması üzerine çalışılacaktır. Kurgulanan deney düzeneğinde temel problemleri basit ve açık şekilde göstermesi dersin başarısı açısından önemlidir.Bu tez çalışması DC motor hız kontrol ve sıcaklık kontrol problemini sayısal kontrol yöntemleri kullanarak modern ve klasik kontrol yöntemlerinin birbirlerine göre avantaj ve dezavantajlarını mühendislik öğrencilerinin görmelerini sağlamaktadır. Ayrıca yeni bir metot geliştiren araştırmacıların mevcut sonuçlarla kendi sonuçlarını karşılaştırabilmelerine imkân sağlayacaktır. Çalışmada ilk olarak deney sistemindeki malzemelerin davranış özellikleri kullanılarak sistem matematiksel modeli çıkartıldı. Çıkarılan matematiksel model kullanılarak ve/veya matematiksel modeli çıkartılamayan sistemler için klasik ve modern kontrol metotlarıyla kontrol sistemi tasarlanmıştır. Tasarlanan kontrol sisteminin benzetim programıyla davranışı çıkartılacak, son olarak DC motor veya sıcaklık kontrol deney düzeneği üzerinde çalıştırılmıştır.Son olarak deney düzeneğini kullanan mühendislik öğrencileri üzerinde anket çalışması yapılarak, deney sisteminin öğrenimlerine etkileri tespit edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kontrol sistemleri eğitimi, PID denetim, PID kat sayı belirlenmesi, Deney düzeneği tasarımı Education of control systems is very important in undergraduate and graduate programs of Engineering faculty. It is necessary that these classes thought in department of electronics, computer, control and mechanical engineering are given both in theoretical and applied to achieve their goals. Engineering students will gain abilities to solve problems in different industries with providing application studies in Engineering education. In the present study we will focus on building a control experimental design. The success of the class depends on how the design setup represents basic problems both simple and clearly. In this study DC motor speed control problem was realized using designed real-time numerical control setup with classic and modern control methods.Thus, Engineering students will acknowledge the advantages and disadvantages of different control methods using control interface. Besides researchers will be able to compare results from their own methods and the recent result.Moreover, Engineering students will create a mathematical model of the system using behavior properties of the matters in this experimental setup. A control system will be designed based on previously generated mathematical model using classical and modern methods for control systems. Dr. Sinan KAYALIGİL Ocak, 1990, 105 sayfa Karmaşık üretim süreçlerinde tekrarlı % 100 muayene uygulandığı durumlarda, hatalı girdi olasılıklarındaki değişikliklerin etkilerini incelemek üzere muayene olanaklarının yerleştirimi problemi modellenmiştir. Bayes kestir im yöntemi II. tip hata yapan muayene elemanları için geliştirilmiş ve hatalı girdi olasılıklarının bilgi vermeyen önsel dağılım fonksiyonu göz önüne alınarak sonsal dağılım fonksiyonunun kestirimi için kullanılmıştır. Duyarsızlık bölgeleri; en iyi kararın değişmediği bölgeler, en kısa yol modeli kullanılarak olasılıklar cinsinden elde edilmiştir.Sonsal yoğunluk fonksiyonu bu bölgelerdeki üst ve alt kestirimlerin beklenen maliyetlerini bulmak için kullanılmıştır. En iyi karar bu üst ve alt kestirim maliyetlerini en küçükleyerek elde edilmiştir. Bu yöntemin avantajı, muayene anında elde edilen bilgileri kullanması ve ilave bir maliyet ya da emek istememesidir. Prof.Dr. Sinan KAYALI GIL January, 1990, 105 pages The inspection allocation problem (IAP) in a special class of non-serial production processes where 100% repeated inspections are made is formulated to deal with the effects of changes in input defect probabilities. For the inspectors who are due to make type II error the Bayesian estimation methodology is developed and is used to find the posterior probability distribution function (PDF) of input defect probabilities considering noninformative prior PDF. The insensitivity regions; regions where the optimal decisions do not change are obtained in terms of probabilities by using shortest path modeling. IllThe posterior PDF is used to find expected costs of overestimation and underestimation for each of these regions. Optimum decision is obtained by minimizing the sum of these overestimation and underestimation costs. The advantage of this methodology is, it uses the information obtained during the inspection and does not need any extra efforts and costs.
