Penempatan auditor di kantor wilayah merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM khususnya di kantor wilayah. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apa faktor pendorong dan kendala dalam penempatan auditor di kantor wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode gabungan antara penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dan bersifat deskriftif analisis yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran analis kebutuhan penempatan auditor di kantor wilayah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa penempatan auditor di kantor wilayah merupakan suatu kebutuhan bagi Inspektorat Jenderal dan kantor wilayah karena akan mendukung pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi pengawasan di kantor wilayah lebih efektif dan efisien. Bahwa terdapat kendala dalam penempatan auditor di Kantor Wilayah baik secara kelembagaan, belum dilakukannya identifikasi risiko, dan kurangnya sumber daya auditor. Oleh karena itu, penempatan auditor di kantor wilayah belum memungkinkan untuk dilaksanakan dalam waktu dekat karena terhambat oleh kendala-kendala tersebut. Untuk menempatkan auditor di Kantor Wilayah harus dilakukan persiapan terlebih dahulu baik secara regulasi, kelembagaan dan sumber daya auditor. Abstract Auditors placement at regional offices is one of the efforts to intensify task and function of supervision of the Ministry and Law and Human Rights, especially at regional offices. The main problem of this research is what the booster factors and obstacles of auditors placement at regional offices of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This research uses mix- method approach between qualitative and quantitative with analysis descriptive. It aims to describe the need analysis of auditors placement at regional officers. Bases on the result of research known that its placement is a need for Inspectorate General and regional offices because they will support task and function more effective and efficient. But, it still finds obstacles in the placement of auditors at regional offices namely institutionally, risk identification has not been done, yet and lack of human resources of the auditor. Therefore,It requires to preparation such regulation, institutional and human resources.

This article is focused on the evaluation of information outputs of the regional offices of the environment. Portals of regional offices are monitored and the results of monitoring are evaluated. Purpose of evaluation is to get the best possible output from the current portals from the environment. Outputs that would best display the information as possible from areas of the environment could serve to create an environmental portal. This portal in the Czech Republic does not exist. There are only portals, which are closely specialized to a specific area of the environment. The only provider of summary environmental information are portals of regional offices.
