The editorial history of the two Pseudo-Clementine narratives known as the Recognitions and the Homilies is intricate, to say the least. From an ever-elusive "basic writing" spring two novelistic stories with extensive translation histories, subjected to significant editorial interventions, and anthologized alongside other late ancient and medieval texts. This article focuses on the addition of pseudonymous epistles as prefatory material for these Pseudo-Clementines and follows one of these letters in particular, the Epistula Clementis (Ep. Clem.). The Epistula Clementis accompanies the Latin Pseudo-Clementine Recognitions in a host of medieval anthologies concerned with Petrine hagiography and ecclesial succession, as well as histories, dialogues, and epistolary texts with anti-Judaic resonances. I argue that the Epistula Clementis, as a prefatory text, was integral to the success of the Recognitions in these later anthologies, highlighting the transformative power of the preface upon its associated text as well as the hermeneutical force of the anthology itself. Der Beitrag nimmt eine bislang kaum berücksichtigte Dimension der – imAnschluss an John Hattie – immer wieder diskutierten Lehrer*innen-Schüler*innen-Interaktion in den Blick. Auf der Basis von insgesamt 24 ausführlichenOral-History-Interviews fokussiert er auf die longue durée der Erinnerungen an(Religions-)Lehrpersonen. Er analysiert, wie sich Zeitzeug*innen, die in der ZwischenkriegszeitWiener Schulen besucht haben, in der Gegenwart an ihre damaligenLehrer*innen erinnern. Die Analysen zeigen zum einen, dass Lehrpersonen,die grundsätzlich positiv erinnert werden, auch Jahrzehnte nach dem Schulbesuchdurchaus als Persönlichkeiten präsent sein können. Als negativ charakterisierteLehrer*innen werden in the long run dagegen nur sehr selten erinnert. Vergleichbaresgilt für die konkreten Unterrichtsinhalte. Auch in den Erinnerungenan ein klar umrissenes Fach wie den Religionsunterricht verweisen die Zeitzeug*innen in den Interviews kaum auf konkrete fachliche Inhalte.

The P/S-style spectral ratio method is used to process and analyze the records of several stations with high SNR in Xiangshui explosion. An earthquake that occurred about 7 kilometers away from it on January 19，2013 was selected as the comparison event. In the frequency range of 2—15 Hz，for more than 90% stations，the P/S amplitude spectrum ratio of explosion is greater than 1，and the value of natural earthquake is less than 1，while it reaches 100% in the range of 4—15 Hz. In order to further verify the feasibility of this method in judging explosions and earthquakes，this paper calculated the Tianjin Port explosion on August 12，2015，and obtained the same results. This study provides a case study for using P/S-style spectral ratio method to verify low magnitude explosion. At the same time，this paper analyzes the waveform characteristics and spectrum characteristics of the Xiangshui explosion. We concluded that the seismic phase of this event is relatively single，which is similar to an ordinary blasting record，and there is no low-speed air-pressure and ground coupled Rayleigh wave as in the Tianjin Port explosion. And the event has two main frequencies，which are between 0.2—1 Hz and 4—10 Hz respectively.

This paper empirically examined the impact of employee job satisfaction on organizational performance in large and medium scale manufacturing industries. It notes that Employee job satisfaction is vital for improved organizational performances. The paper tells that an employee with a high level of job satisfaction holds positive attitudes towards his job. On the contrary, an employee who is dissatisfied with his job holds negative attitudes about the job. It also noted that improved organizational performances result from committed workforces who are satisfied with their work facets in the organizations. The usually judgment about employees is that "A satisfied worker is a productive worker". If employees are satisfied then it will create a pleasant atmosphere within the organization to perform in a better and efficient manner, therefore, job satisfaction and its relation with organizational performance has become a major topic for research studies. The aim of this study is to analyse the impact of employees job satisfaction on organizational performance among the employees working in manufacturing sector in Karnataka and also to explore the link between job satisfaction and organizational performance and to determine if there is an empirically provable relationship between these two variables, and the direction and the intensity of this relationship. Empirical research was conducted on a research sample of ten companies consists of large and medium scale industries, with 155 employees surveyed. The results of this study show the existence of a clear link between employees' job satisfaction and organizational performance in both directions, but with pretty weak intensity. Detailed analysis showed that the connection between job satisfaction and organizational performance is stronger than the connection between organizational performance and job satisfaction. From the detailed analysis showed that there is a strong positive relationship between employee job satisfaction and organizational performance. At the same time, analysis showed that "remuneration" and "promotion" are the two crucial factors of job satisfaction these are closely related with job satisfaction. Consequently, based on overall research findings can say that there is a strong positive relationship between employee job satisfaction and organizational performance. Background: Wheat yield is influenced by the number of ears per unit area, and manual counting has traditionally been used to estimate wheat yield. To realize rapid and accurate wheat ear counting, K-means clustering was used for the automatic segmentation of wheat ear images captured by hand-held devices. The segmented data set was constructed by creating four categories of image labels: non-wheat ear, one wheat ear, two wheat ears, and three wheat ears, which was then was sent into the convolution neural network (CNN) model for training and testing to reduce the complexity of the model. Results: The recognition accuracy of non-wheat, one wheat, two wheat ears, and three wheat ears were 99.8, 97.5, 98.07, and 98.5%, respectively. The model R2 reached 0.96, the root mean square error (RMSE) was 10.84 ears, the macro F1-score and micro F1-score both achieved 98.47%, and the best performance was observed during late grain-filling stage (R2 = 0.99, RMSE = 3.24 ears). The model could also be applied to the UAV platform (R2 = 0.97, RMSE = 9.47 ears). Conclusions: The classification of segmented images as opposed to target recognition not only reduces the workload of manual annotation but also improves significantly the efficiency and accuracy of wheat ear counting, thus meeting the requirements of wheat yield estimation in the field environment. The article analyses Violet Cannon's collaborative life story, Gypsy princess: The true story of a Romany childhood (2011) from various positions that Cannon takes up in relation to dubious paratextual representations: a much-critiqued popular television series, the group(s) that she belongs to, marriage and divorce, and family and friends. Cannon deconstructs generalizations about Romanies/Gypsies/Travellers and various forms of representation by using non-dichotomous arguments, and provides insights into various nuances and variances in gender relations, including constellations of gender support systems. An analysis of the paratextual threshold reveals a continuum of historical and more contemporary connections and disconnections to the life story content, including a suggested counter-discourse formed between Cannon and her co-author that deconstructs static and stereotyped views of Romani/Gypsy/Traveller women. The article is dedicated to the study of the rates of claims and recognitions of musculoskeletal occupational disorders based on the Inail data and emerging related inequalities. The first paragraph is focused on the construction of the dataset and the second shows the calculation of the incidence of the aggregate complaints from production sector (Ateco) and province. The third paragraph analyzes the relationship between Ateco and the province in determining the course of the complaint. In the fourth paragraph the influence of Province and Ateco is analyzed in relation to social, economic and institutional phenomena. The fifth paragraph investigates the probabilistic influence regarding the recognition of occupational diseases in the employment sector, province, and pathology. The study shows a general framework of underestimation of the phenomenon, where institutional distortions arise and generate inequalities: in determining a claims or a recognition, being resident in one territory is more valuable than the related employment sector. In this paper we consider states of grace in analysis. These encompass a range of phenomena which share an experience of something being received or revealed rather than produced by the ego. It feels that they are events that happen rather than events that are made to occur. They are marked by a profound sense of transformation of feeling tone. The quality of relatedness in the analytic dyad is also heightened. Some of these phenomena have been referred to as experiences of the self, synchronicities, moments of meeting, the unthought known and Eureka moments. The latter are experiences of sudden realization where a meaningful thought or image emerges which results in a dramatic shift in direction of the analysis and a transcendence of impasse. Although many authors describe these phenomena, we find that a Jungian approach provides a loom on which these threads can be woven together. Jung's concept of the transcendent function and his understanding of the gift of grace are particularly illuminating here. We also consider the conditions which allow grace to be experienced and how these inform our analytic practice. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A methodology to recognize and classify electric power quality (PQ) disturbances is proposed as a part of a solution for improving the diagnostic and making decision processes of planning and operation engineers in the distribution networks. This methodology used the continuous wavelet transform (CWT) for the PQ recognition and the fuzzy sets for the PQ classification which was implemented in a virtual instrument (VI) in LABVIEW. This allows for reducing the uncertainty when variations in the reference waveforms appear. The developed VI has been thoroughly tested using signals of ATP-EMTP simulations with PQ events such as harmonics, voltage transients, sags and swells. Results show that the methodology proposed can achieve more accurate and robust recognition and classification process of PQ disturbance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
