Les ruminants pâturant sont systématiquement infestés par des strongles gastro-intestinaux. Quelle que soit la filière, la réponse est souvent l’utilisation insuffisamment raisonnée d’anthelminthiques, ce qui entraine le développement de vers résistants. Aujourd’hui, il est donc nécessaire de mieux utiliser ces traitements. Le projet visait à répondre aux deux questions majeures « quand traiter » et « qui traiter » chez les vaches laitières, les ovins et les caprins, et à comprendre les motivations des éleveurs et des conseillers. Il apparait que, pour les vaches laitières, il serait préférable de traiter à la rentrée en stabulation uniquement les jeunes vaches insuffisamment immunisées et fortement exposées aux parasites au pâturage. Pour les petits ruminants, la coproscopie de mélange permet une bonne estimation du niveau d’excrétion d’un lot d’animaux et de cibler le moment d’intervention. De plus, au niveau individuel, les critères utilisés par les éleveurs de chèvres permettent de sélectionner correctement les animaux à traiter. Pour les bovins et les caprins, les périodes à risque parasitaire au pâturage peuvent être estimées grâce à un système expert. Enfin, il ressort que les acteurs de la filière bovine sont moins sensibilisés au traitement ciblé-sélectif que ceux de la filière caprine, mais leur sensibilisation est possible., Grazing ruminants are always infested by gastrointestinal nematodes. For small ruminants, the mixing coproscopy provides a good estimation of the level of excretion of a group of animals and enables to target the time of intervention. Moreover, at the individual level, the criteria used by goat and cow farmers permit to correctly select animals to be treated. For cattle and goats, grazing parasitic risk periods can be estimated by an expert system. A. Докторска дисертација под насловом „Образложење кривичне пресуде као елеменат права на правично суђење“ за предмет има анализу појма, значаја и услова које, у светлу права на правично суђење, треба да испуни образложење кривичне пресуде. У складу с тим, предмет дисертације чини разматрање у којој мери постојећа решења у упоредном, а пре свега домаћем кривичном процесном законодавству задовољавају стандарде права на правично суђење. Основни циљ истраживања је систематизована студија процесноправног дејства института образложења кривичне пресуде као елемента права на правично суђење. Значај образложења пресуде је двојак. На једној страни, реч је о обавези суда да изнесе разлоге којима се руководио приликом доношења одређене пресуде, а то подразумева обавезу сублимирања закључака о чињеничним и правним питањима до којих је дошао у току главног претреса. На другој страни, право је окривљеног да се кроз образложење пресуде упозна са ставовима суда и закључцима које је извео приликом доношења пресуде (ово право припада и другим лицима која су у одређеном својству учествовала у кривичном поступку). Природа предмета и постављени циљ истраживања утицали су на методолошки приступ. У истраживању су коришћени нормативно-правни, хипотетичко-дедуктивни, упоредноправни, историјско-правни, статистички и метод анализе случајева. Истраживање се базира на анализи релевантне праксе Европског суда за људска права и дефинисању основних захтева које образложење кривичне пресуде мора да испуњава у циљу поштовања права на правично суђење. Такође, и пракса Уставног суда који је својим одлукама инаугурисао право на образложену одлуку у домаћи правни поредак, представља незаобилазан путоказ у поступању судова.У случају да образложење не задовољи одговарајуће захтеве, уобличене у пракси Европског суда за људска права, постојаће повреда права на правично суђење, о чему постоји и завидна пракса стразбуршког Суда, као и одговарајуће одлуке нашег Уставног суда. Doctoral dissertation titled “Reasoned Criminal Judgements as an Element of the Right to a Fair Trial” deals with the analysis of the concept, importance and conditions which the reasoned criminal judgement should fulfil, in the light of the right to a fair trial. Accordingly, the subject of the dissertation is the consideration of the extent to which the existing solutions in, primarily domestic criminal procedural legislation, and also comparatively, meet the standards of the right to a fair trial. The main goal of the research is the systematic study of the effect of procedural legal institute of reasoned criminal decision as an element of the right to a fair trial. The significance of the reasoned judgement is twofold. On the one hand, the obligation of the court is to state the reasons taken into account while reaching a judgement, which implies an obligation to sublimate the conclusions on factual and legal issues that were established during the trial. On the other hand, the accused has the right to hear the attitudes of the court and the conclusions reached while forming the decision, through stating the reasons behind the judgement (this right also belongs to other entities that participated in criminal proceedings in a certain capacity). The nature of the subject and the research goal have influenced the methodological approach. During the research, several methods were used: the normative-legal, hypothetical-deductive, comparative-legal, historical-legal and statistical as well as the method of case study. The research is based on the analysis of the relevant practise of the European Court of Human Rights and on defining the basic requirements which stating of the reasons behind a judgement must meet in order to comply with the right to a fair trial. Also, an essential milestone in court actions is the practise of the Constitutional Court of Serbia which inaugurated the right to a reasoned decision within the domestic legal system through its decisions. In case the explanation does not satisfy the appropriate requirements stemming from the practises of the European Court of Human Rights, there will be a violation of the right to a fair trial, of which there is a noteworthy practise of the Strasbourg Court, as well as the corresponding decisions of our Constitutional Court.
