This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the government program with TP PKK in accelerating stunting reduction through convergence action in Bangka Regency and to determine the factors that encourage or hinder the achievement of the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program through convergence action in Bangka Regency. This research was conducted using the qualitative descriptive method. The data used in this research are primary data from observations and interviews with informants from the Regional Government Organization implementing the program, TP PKK cadres and service recipient communities, and secondary data for the 2021-2023 period. The results finds that (1) The convergence action to accelerate stunting reduction that implemented by Bangka Regency Government and TP PKK has been very effective (2) The inhibiting factors of the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program through convergence action in Bangka Regency are: the Covid-19 pandemic in the 2020-2022 period, low parental awareness of the importance of vaccines for toddlers, low public awareness of the importance of adopting a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS), there is a stigma from parents who do not accept that their child is called stunted and there is low access to clean water and a lack of healthy latrines (3) The encouraging factors of the effectiveness of the stunting reduction acceleration program through convergence action in Bangka Regency is the high commitment of the Bangka Regency government and TP PKK in implementing the stunting reduction acceleration program in Bangka Regency. The purpose of this study was to qualitatively analyze and examine the experiences of sexuality education by health and physical education teachers and to obtain findings for improving and enriching the sexuality education programs. In our survey, semi-structured interviews were conducted between February and June 2020 targeting five health and physical education teachers working at junior high school and high school. The obtained data were analyzed by the qualitative descriptive method. As a result, we found that the specialized teachers selected as the subjects in this study "Help students understand the contents of sexuality education", "Comprehensively cover topics on sexuality", "Offer individual support to students who need extra assistance", "Cooperate closely with colleagues and guardians", and "Understand diversity in sexuality". It was suggested that in order to improve and enrich the programs of future sexuality education, teachers are further required to (1) Devise teaching materials and methods used in classes from the perspective of encouraging students to think, (2) Comprehensively cover topics on sexuality related to modern issues while taking human rights into account, and (3) Cultivate diversity regarding sexuality. It was also suggested that teachers should continuously try to grasp the learning situation of each student while offering thoughtful support as they consult and share information with colleagues and guardians in the practice of sexuality education. Deep vein thromboses (DVTs) are common sequelae of injecting drugs into the groin. We explored meanings and experiences of DVTs in a group of 19 patients from the North East of England with a DVT and in treatment for opioid use. We report three themes: (a) DVT meaning making, (b) embodied experience, and (c) Stigma. Patients attributed DVTs to groin injecting, though thought other factors were also partially responsible. Medication performed both treatment and preventive functions. The most pertinent worry was amputation. Patients recognized stopping injecting as important, but it did not necessarily occur. Stigma resulted in delayed admission to hospital and feelings of isolation; support groups might alleviate the latter. Although groin injecting was undertaken partly to avoid the censure of being a drug user, ironically, a DVT led to long-standing stigmata that were discrediting signs of that exact status.
