It is necessary for decision-makers to have a rating system in the banking industry in order to reflect the banks' status and performance. Although most institutions across the countries have rating banks and financial institutions, there is a lack of a comprehensive rating system across Iranian banks. Rating requires identifying the appropriate criteria according to the environmental and macroeconomic conditions. For this purpose, 35 components are determined through the opinion of 34 banking and academic experts using the Delphi method and rating is done by the TOPSIS method for 15 banks listed on the Tehran stock exchange over the period of 5 years from 2015 to 2019. The results show that in addition to the quantitative aspects, the qualitative aspects and aspects related to environmental and macro aspects are effective in the native model of banks ratings. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between banks stock prices variation and the suggested ratings. The obtained results showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between the comprehensive model and early warning system so that the bank's position can be relatively described in the early warning system by identifying it within the model. This evidence addresses the need for a comprehensive consideration of proposed indicators to evaluate and rate banks.

The article analyses the possibilities of development of one of the most peripheral micro-regions of Moravia on the basis of the theory of sustainability. It notes its above-average focus on agriculture and tourism, which is linked to seasonality, lower education of the population, depopulation and higher unemployment. The settlement structure with predominantly very small villages conditions a worse infrastructure, which is partially balanced by a high-quality natural environment. Possible solutions are seen in the focus on qualitative development and support of social capital. The transition to post-productive development and counter-urbanization gives to regions of this type new opportunities associated with the development of housing and tourism.

As of today, data analysis focuses primarily on the findings to be made inside the data and concentrates less on how those findings relate to the domain of investigation. Contemporary visualization as a field of research shows a strong tendency to adopt this data-centrism. Despite their decisive influence on the analysis result, qualitative aspects of the analysis process such as the structure, soundness, and complexity of the applied reasoning strategy are rarely discussed explicitly. We argue that if the purpose of visualization is the provision of domain insight rather than the depiction of data analysis results, a holistic perspective requires a qualitative component to to be added to the discussion of quantitative and human factors. To support this point, we demonstrate how considerations of qualitative factors in visual analysis can be applied to obtain explanations and possible solutions for a number of practical limitations inherent to the data-centric perspective on analysis. Based on this discussion of what we call qualitative visual analysis, we develop an inside-outside principle of nested levels of context that can serve as a conceptual basis for the development of visualization systems that optimally support the emergence of insight during analysis. residence ,home ,element of altruism ,qualitative aspects ,Architecture ,NA1-9428 - Abstract
Home as a place of residence has the most extensive and intimate relationship with the human being. Home is a materialized form of space although its material entity extends beyond spatial dimensions. Aspirations, needs and value systems of the human being are directly affected by the conceptual, non-physical and sometimes humane aspects of homes, which make home a special functional attribute. Home provides a place for sheltering and simultaneously maintains human values. Considering the materialistic aspects of homes without regard to the quality is one of the major causes of emotional and spiritual problems of the contemporary human that segregate home settlers from their innermost needs and make them alienated. The main objective of the present paper is to strive to improve the qualitative aspect of home by directing and harmonizing the holy and the highest desires and requirements. After familiarizing the reader with the concept of residence and the element of altruism, the paper seeks to achieve the true understanding of the qualitative aspect of home through a short review of literature in the field. In this regard, the qualitative aspects of home are divided into social, cultural, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects. Human being by nature has a tendency to perfection. One of these desires is the element of altruism, which will be explained in the present paper. Considering this goal, the way of the altruistic element will be elaborated. There are features that lead home toward being an ideal one and ultimately these features improve the quality of home.

The decline of traditional banking activities raise the issue of efficiency of financial stability, in terms ofquantitative and qualitative aspects – the increasing danger of banking failures as well as of susceptibility due toincreased propensity of banking institutions to assume additional to risks either in the form of riskier loans offer orengaging in other "non-traditional" financial activities which give a promise for greater profitability, but also higherrisks. Non-traditional activities of banking as financial products dealers (financial derivatives), generate an increasingrisks and vulnerabilities in the form of moral hazard issues. That is the reason why and these activities should beregulated as well as are the traditional activities. Challenges posed by the decline of traditional banking activities istwofold: the stability of the banking system must be maintained, while the banking system needs to be restructured toachieve financial stability in the long run. One possible way is an appropriate regulatory framework to encourage atransition period of changing the structure of banking activity(reduction of traditional activities and expanding nontraditional activities) to enable banking institutions to perform a deep methodic analysis of non traditional activities, oriented to the financial banking efficiency.

Lambs born from Romney ewes and sired by Romney, East Friesian x (Finn x Texel), and Finn x Poll Dorset, under pasture grazing system, were evaluated for meat quality. Animals were slaughtered at two age groups (150 and 300 days), each group with 15 animals of each sire breed, in a total of 90 animals. The meat from Romney lambs was more tenderness than those from the other genotypes. The final pH in semimembranosus muscle of younger lambs was higher (5.61) than those in muscle from older lambs (5.58). But, these last showed meat less tenderness (11.16 kg) than that from lambs slaughtered at 150 days of age (7.45 kg). In relation to meat color, the luminosity of meat from lambs slaughtered at 150 days was higher (38.20) than that from lambs slaughtered later (36.80), but this trait was not affected by genotype. In conclusion, both genotype and slaughter age influenced quantitative aspects of lamb carcass and lamb meat quality characteristics.

- Abstract
There is need of improvement the quality of the play and the performances continually, above all the motor skills. The tests that have been made to the male young athletes, are easy to administer and are intended to investigate two different motor skills (general coordinative and specific coordinative). The purpose of this study is to monitor and to evaluate the improvement of the performance on a sample of fifteen male young soccer players of 12-13 years old. Method is experimental and has to carry out the usual parameters for monitoring the trainings. Data were collected during eight weeks. All data detected were expressed as average ± SD on: height (162.8 ± 3.45), Weight (54.6 ± 3.21), body mass index (20.6 ± 1.72) and using some field tests (Harre test, Precision shooting test and Control test of ball). Analysis of statistical data has been conducted with Test-t to check the differences between pre-test and post-test (at the beginning and at the end of a month of specific training). The significant differences have been fixed in p < .05. The results show that there is a significant difference between the performance pre and post training, in the three tests conducted. This study analyse and evaluate the reduction or the improvement of the performance, allowing at the coaches of monitor the training process.

The quality assurance of the educational process, the changes in its growth, as well as the direction towards a university performance represent requirements, at least in theory. The governing of the country in what regards education, irrespective of the party or coalition of parties in power, expresses through its very political program the desire to invest in the education and training of specialists in all fields of activity. This is hardly any possible except through the allocation of financial resources from the budget at a level determined by the need to achieve that goal. The ever more limited character of the resources in this period, rich in social and political events at national and international level, the "health" of the national economy, attracting higher, diverse and multiple financial resources to the budget, as well as the mismanagement of the educational system particularly the higher education one, are just a few elements that influence directly the evolution towards a quality educational and training process. This goal is so much less feasible as the evolution of resource allocation is continuously diminishing as a result of the recessive economy and ensuing impossibility to collect financial resources at national and local levels. Additionally, the evolution of higher education expenditure has been decreasing, as a result of the hierarchization of universities and study programs in our country. Being components of the training cost in students education, these expenses constitute a synthetic value size. Consequently, the cost of education and training in higher education has registered a descending trend as a result of its individual components; hence, their specific developments are offset and compensated based on the increase or decrease in the number of students in higher education institutions. In this sense, we may conclude that "the cost of education and training represents, in terms of its evolution, the specifics of a qualitatively new size". [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The objective of this work was to determine the various quantitative and qualitative aspects that explain the culture of vegetable consumption of families living in the so-called south-south region of Costa Rica. This work presents results from the characterization of horticulture products consumption culture performed in 2011 amongst families that live in the region known as south-south Costa Rica. Through surveys applied to a stratified sample of families, market prices were determined for home consumption of these foods, which determined a maximum value of US$1,74 million per week, where the main items of consumption according to the amount paid would be the tomato, potato, plantain, onion and broccoli to name the top five. Qualitative assessments of the consumption of these products were also possible to establish, for example, 71.2% of families in the study area indicated that freshness was the most valuable property for purchase, amongst other traits such as the main place to acquire these foods, were the supermarket was the most common corresponding to 38.4% of cases. ADAMSEN L., MIDTGAARD J., ROERTH M., ANDERSEN C., QUIST M. & MOELLER T. (2004) European Journal of Cancer Care 13, 362–370 Transforming the nature of fatigue through exercise: qualitative findings from a multidimensional exercise programme in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy The objective of this study was to explore the nature of fatigue in cancer patients with advanced stages of disease undergoing chemotherapy and concurrently participating in a 6-week multidimensional exercise programme (physical exercise, relaxation, massage and body-awareness training). Semi-structured qualitative interviews were conducted with 23 patients between 18 and 65 years of age prior to, during, and at termination of the programme. The findings endorsed that physical debilitation, fatigue, and uncertainty of physical capacity were the patients’ motivation for participation. Throughout the programme the patients experienced exercise-induced fatigue, which they associated with a sense of increased physical strength, improvement in energy and physical well-being. This positive sense of fatigue can be seen as a contrast to the negative chemotherapy-induced fatigue, which is characterized by physical discomfort and uncontrollable exhaustion. The patients learned to manoeuvre through periods of intense fatigue by using exercise as a strategy to adjust their sense of physical debilitation. Visibility of fatigue's qualitative aspects is necessary if patients are to be encouraged to stay active and to set realistic goals. The transformation process of fatigue identified in this study supports the theory of exercise as a beneficial intervention strategy in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Corporate headquarters, which occupy the top of enterprise organizational hierarchies became the subject of an increased interest in last three decades. Until now, post-transformation economies suffer from a distinct cognitive gap in this respect. The main objective of this paper is to analyse and interpret the development of the spatial pattern of top 100 biggest companies in the Czech Republic. Both quantitative and qualitative dimension of this issue will be investigated in the frame of this article. The basic territorial level we examine is constituted by self-governing regions. Finally, particular managerial and regionally-orientated recommendations for both largest enterprises and public administration will be formulated. Highlights for public administration, management and planning: Foreign owners of largest enterprises perceive the location decision-making as much more complex and versatile process than their Czech counterparts. Owners from advanced economies accentuate soft location factors more intensely than their domestic peers. Regional authorities should develop more initiatives and improve their institutional density to become investor-friendly and bait the corporate headquarters. Both regional authorities and enterprise managements should concentrate on the creation of milieu conducive to quality labour. Web of Science 12 2 83 76

A detailed neuropsychological assessment plays an important role in the diagnostic process of mild cognitive impairment. However, available brief cognitive screening tests for this clinical population are administered and interpreted based mainly, or exclusively, on total achievement scores. This score based approach can lead to erroneous clinical interpretations unless we also pay attention to the test taking behaviour or to the type of errors committed during the test performance. The goals of the current review are to present the grounds for the process-based approach to neuropsychological assessment, to offer a brief review of the evidence obtained so far regarding its usefulness, and to show the results of a systematic review of existing screening and neuropsychological assessment tools, some of which were already created and/or modified using this approach, and others that may benefit in their screening properties if they underwent modifications according to a process-based approach. It is expected that, in a relatively short period of time, process-based approach versions of screening tools will be available. These modified versions will not alter substantially the standard administration procedure, but will provide a way for scoring and interpretation that goes beyond total scores. This will allow clarifying with higher accuracy the underlying cognitive components involved in the successful or unsuccessful performance in cognitive tasks, and thus will facilitate an early diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment.

The final publication is available at Springer via http://dx.doi.org/10.1007/s00028-014-0242-6. In two recent papers, the authors have studied conditions on the relaxation parameters in order to guarantee the stability or instability of solutions for the Taylor approximations to dual-phase-lag and three-phase-lag heat conduction equations. However, for several limit cases relating to the parameters, the kind of stability was unclear. Here, we analyze these limit cases and clarify whether we can expect exponential or slow decay for the solutions. Moreover, rather general well-posedness results for three-phase-lag models are presented. Finally, the exponential stability expected by spectral analysis is rigorously proved exemplarily.

In this study, we analyzed 22 strawberry and soil samples after their collection over the course of 2 years to compare the residue profiles from organic farming to integrated pest management practices in Portugal. For sample preparation, we used the citrate-buffered version of the quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe (QuEChERS) method. We applied three different methods for analysis: (i) 27 pesticides were targeted using LC-MS/MS; (ii) 143 were targeted using low pressure GC - tandem mass spectrometry (LP-GC-MS/MS); and (iii) More than > 600 pesticides were screened in a targeted and untargeted approach using comprehensive, two-dimensional gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC × GC-TOF-MS). Comparison was made of the analyses using the different methods for the shared samples. The results were similar, thereby providing satisfactory confirmation of both similarly positive and negative findings. No pesticides were found in the organic-farmed samples. In samples from integrated pest management practices, 9 pesticides were determined and confirmed to be present ranging from 2 µg kg-1 for fluazifop-p-butyl to 50 µg kg-1 for fenpropathrin. Concentrations of residues in strawberries were less than European maximum residue limits.

Different aspects and (dis)advantages of the use of qualitative and quantitative methods in studying ethnic relations will be presented in the analysis of the case of conflict and peace processes in some multiethnic areas in Croatia. The paper starts with a brief overview of the use of different methods, separately or combined, in research aimed at explaining processes and dynamics of phenomena covered by research in historiography and historical sociology. The authors especially focus on the understanding of the importance of studying time as a dynamic process, through time series, i.e. quantitatively, or narrative interviews / oral history, i.e. qualitatively. The central question is: what are (dis)advantages of the both methods in the attempt at explaining of causality of social phenomena such as conflict and peace between different ethnic groups? In the second part of the paper a possible answer to the question will be pursued on the example of research on conflict and peace areas in Croatia in 1990s. A particular attention will be given to how quantitative and how qualitative analysis of the attitudes of respondents elucidates processes predating conflict and peace respectively, and the dynamics of conflict and peace on the whole. Also, is it true that – as claimed by many authors – qualitative analysis is inclined more to theoretical approaches such as ethnomethodology, constructionism, and path dependence, and is less deterministic, while quantitative analysis prefers functionalism, rational choice and similar, i.e. more deterministic, approaches? Does the case-study in Croatia corroborate such theoretical-methodological alignments? If so, what the combination of the use of different methods, as demonstrated in the case-study, elicits theoretically? Just another portion of eclecticism or an opportunity for creating a new theoretical approach?

There is a group of communication services that use resources from multiple domains in order to deliver their service. Authorization of the end-user is important for such services, because several domains are involved. There are no current solutions for delivering authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) to multi-domain services. In our study we present two architectures for the delivery of AAA to such services. The architectures are analyzed on their qualitative aspects. A result of this analysis is that direct interconnection of AAA servers is an effective architectural solution. In current multi-domain IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) architectures, direct interconnection of AAA servers, such as the Home Subscriber Servers (HSS), is not yet possible. In this paper we argue and recommend to extend the IMS specification by adding a new interface to HSS in order to support the direct interconnection of HSS/AAA servers located in different IMS administrative domains.
