Objective: To investigate the clinical value of psychological nursing and nutritional intervention in radiopharmaceutical therapy of patients with thyroid carcinoma. Methods: This was retrospective study. One hundred and twenty patients with thyroid carcinoma were included at Baoding No.1 Central Hospital from May 10, 2021 to July 10, 2023 to as subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group (n=60 each group). Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing, while those in the experimental group received psychological nursing and nutritional intervention. The differences in quality of life, compliance, satisfaction and cognitive level between the two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results: After intervention, the scores of emotional functions, role function, cognitive function, physical function and social function of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P= 0.00); The compliance of the experimental group was 100%, which was significantly higher than 90% of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P= 0.01). Moreover, the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention, with a statistically significant difference (P= 0.00). Conclusion: Psychological nursing and nutritional intervention may result in a variety of benefits for patients with thyroid carcinoma receiving radiopharmaceutical therapy, such as effectively ameliorating the quality of life of patients, improving the cognitive level of patients with the disease and treatment compliance, reducing anxiety and depression, and enhancing patient satisfaction with nursing. Abstract Background As a common psychological problem among older adults, fear of falling was found to have a wide range prevalence in different studies. However, the global prevalence of it was unknown and a lack of the large sample confirmed its risk factors. Objectives To report the global prevalence of fear of falling and to explore its risk factors among older adults for further developing precise interventions to systematically manage FOF. Design A systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted by PRISMA guidelines. Methods Searches were conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE, the Cochrane Library and the manual search in August 20, 2022, updated to September 2, 2023. Observational studies published in English were included and two researchers independently screened and extracted the data. Fixed or random effects mode was used to estimate the pooled prevalence of and risk factors for fear of falling. Heterogeneity resources were analyzed by subgroup and sensitivity analysis. Publication bias was assessed through funnel plots, Egger’s test and Begg’s test. Results A total of the 153 studies with 200,033 participants from 38 countries worldwide were identified. The global prevalence of fear of falling was 49.60%, ranging from 6.96–90.34%. Subgroup analysis found the estimates pooled prevalence of it was higher in developing countries (53.40%) than in developed countries (46.7%), and higher in patients (52.20%) than in community residents (48.40%). In addition, twenty-eight risk factors were found a significant associations with fear of falling, mainly including demographic characteristics, physical function, chronic diseases and mental problems. Conclusion The global prevalence of FOF was high, especially in developing countries and in patients. Demographic characteristics, Physical function, chronic diseases and mental problems were a significant association with FOF. Policy-makers, health care providers and government officials should comprehensively evaluate these risk factors and formulate precise intervention measures to reduce FOF. Peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) are used as first-line central venous catheters for the delivery of chemotherapy and supportive care in cancer patients. However, PICCs-related complications, such as phlebitis, blockage, infection and allergic dermatitis may increase the level of pain and affect the following treatment. This paper summarized the nursing experience of allergic dermatitis after PICC placement in a breast cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy. Based on analyzing the relevant factors of allergic dermatitis and syndrome differentiation, timely medication, psychological intervention, dietary guidance, and other nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the local symptoms such as sitching, inflammation, rash and redness. Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on relieving postoperative pain of patients after breast cancer surgery. Methods A total of 80 breast cancer patients were randomly divided into the study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received routine nursing and pharmacologic treatment for postoperative pain, and those in the study group were given comprehensive interventions such as basic nursing, psychological nursing and positioning nursing. The degree of postoperative pain was measured by using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and patients’ satisfaction with nursing service was investigated by using a self-made questionnaire. Results The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1 day, 3 days and 7 days after surgery(P＜0. 01). The satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, with a significant difference(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions are effective to reduce the postoperative pain and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients after breast cancer surgery. Objective To understand the cognitive and behavioral status of clinical nurses in general hospital implementing psychological nursing for inpatients, and to provide basis for the development of psychological nursing training program for nurses. Methods From February to March 2022, a self-designed questionnaire on nurses' psychological care for patients was made to conduct an online questionnaire survey on all clinical nurses in a 3A hospital in Tai' an. Results A total of 700 questionnaires were collected from 860 nurses in the hospital, and the recovery rate was 81. 39%. Among the 700 nurses, 99. 43% thought it was important to implement psychological nursing for inpatients, and 95. 00% could apply psychological knowledge to provide psychological nursing for patients, but only 52. 71% of nurses could understand the basic process of implementing psychological nursing, 55. 57% of nurses think that their psychological knowledge could not meet the needs of clinical work, and they were poor in mastering common skills of psychological care such as mindfulness and hypnosis. Nurses with different demographic data had different understanding of the importance of psychological nursing, the application of psychological knowledge or methods and the understanding of the basic process of psychological nursing. Conclusion Nurses lack psychological nursing knowledge and skills in clinical work, mental nursing ability is insufficient. Hospitals should actively create conditions to popularize psychological nursing education for nurses with different demographic data, and carry out systematic training of psychological nursing knowledge and skills, so as to improve nurses' psychological nursing ability. OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to investigate the effect of parecoxib sodium combined with perioperative psychological nursing on postoperative pain in elderly patients with hip fractures. PATIENTS AND METHODS: 80 elderly patients with hip fractures who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to the different interventions received by the patients, they were divided into a control group (CG) (n=40) who received intravenous parecoxib sodium intervention before surgery, and an observation group (OG) (n=40) who received perioperative psychological nursing intervention in addition to the intervention received by the CG. The pain status, psychological status, hip joint function, daily living ability level, and quality of life of the two groups were compared. RESULTS: After surgery, the VAS score, SAS score and SDS score of the OG were lower than those of the CG (p < 0.05). After surgery, the Harris score of the OG was higher than that of the CG (p < 0.05). Before surgery, there was no significant difference in the Barthel index and SF-36 score between the two groups (p > 0.05). After surgery, the Barthel index and SF-36 scores of both groups showed a significant improvement compared to before surgery, and the scores in the OG were higher than those in the CG (p < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Perioperative psychological nursing combined with preemptive analgesia of parecoxib sodium has a significant positive effect on elderly patients with hip fractures after surgery. The combined nursing intervention can further alleviate postoperative pain, improve patients' psychological status, promote the recovery of hip joint function, and significantly improve the daily living ability and quality of life of patients. Aims: This study aimed to measure sleep quality and its possible association with fear of progression (FOP) in patients with chronic heart failure (HF). Design: A cross‐sectional study. Methods: A total of 254 patients with chronic HF were recruited from two tertiary hospitals in China. The sociodemographic and clinical data of participants were collected using a general information questionnaire. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Fear of Progression Questionnaire‐Short Form were used to evaluate sleep quality over 1 month and FOP. Pearson correlation and hierarchical regression were conducted to analyse the relationship between sleep quality and FOP. Results: Of all participants, 85.8% had poor sleep quality, with a mean score of 12.3 ± 4.2 (possible score could be 0 to 21). The severity of FOP was positively correlated with poor sleep quality. HF hospitalization in the past year, numbers of HF drugs, monthly income and total score of FOP were strong predictors of decreased sleep quality, accounting for 24.2% of the variance in the sleep quality of these patients. Conclusions: Patients with chronic HF generally reported poor sleep quality, which should be highly concerned for medical workers. Alleviating FOP as a therapeutic strategy may improve sleep quality. Impact: It is urgent to raise clinical attention that Chinese patients with chronic HF have poor sleep quality, which is not just due to the symptoms of HF itself. FOP is an important psychological factor influencing sleep quality in patients with chronic HF, which has not been explored in China. Purpose: This study investigated levels of anxiety and sleep quality and their association with physical activity in junior high school students under quarantine during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also tests the effectiveness of physical activity and psychological nursing interventions in alleviating anxiety ‘and improving sleep quality. Methods: In July 2021, 14,000 home-quarantined junior high school students in Yangzhou City (China) were selected by random cluster sampling to complete an online survey. We then selected 95 junior high school students for an 8-week longitudinal experiment exploring whether the two types of intervention made positive contributions to students' anxiety, sleep quality, and physical activity. Results: The cross-sectional study revealed that physical activity was significantly related to anxiety and sleep quality. In the longitudinal study, students who underwent the exercise intervention or the psychological nursing intervention experienced significant improvement in their anxiety levels. The exercise intervention also promoted improved sleep quality. Overall, the exercise intervention was more effective than the psychological nursing intervention in reducing levels of anxiety and sleep disorders. Conclusion: During the epidemic period, junior high school students should be encouraged to spend more time engaging in physical activity, and their sleep quality and anxiety shouldbe focused on. Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on relief of negative emotions and improving sense of coherence of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplant. Methods Totally 180 patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplant were selected by a convenience sampling method. According to the sequence of admission, the patients were divided into the control group (n=90) and the study group (n=90). All patients received routine nursing care during the treatment. In the study group, psychological nursing plan according to three factors of “the sense of coherence (SOC)” was carried out. The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Sense of Coherence(SOC-13)Scale were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores decreased in both control group and study group after intervention, and SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). The total score of SOC-13 in the study group was higher than that in the control group after intervention(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The establishment and implementation of psychological nursing plan based on the three factors of SOC can effectively alleviate negative emotions, improve the level of SOC among patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplant. Aim: We tested key hypotheses derived from the Cultural Determinants of Trauma Recovery Theory (CDTR) with an American sample. Design: A cross‐sectional study using anonymous online surveys. Methods: This study was conducted with 225 American survivors of gender‐based violence (GBV) between August to November 2019. Demographics, distress (depression: PHQ8; PTSD: PCL‐5), mental health service utilization (counselling and medication), sense of coherence (SOC), internal barriers to help‐seeking (shame, frozen and problem management subscales: BHS‐TR Internal) and the GBV healing (GBV‐Heal) were used. Structural equation modelling (SEM) was conducted to test the hypotheses. Results: The final SEM model showed that the relationship between distress and mental health service utilization was not mediated by internal help‐seeking barriers; the relationship between distress and trauma healing was partially mediated by internal help‐seeking barriers; the relationship between internal help‐seeking barriers and trauma healing was partially mediated by SOC; mental health service utilization was not significantly associated with trauma healing. Overall, the relationship between distress and trauma healing was partially mediated by internal help‐seeking barriers and SOC. Conclusions: This study confirmed some hypothetical pathways between distress and trauma healing. Further research with larger and international samples should be necessary to test the overall CDTR and compare groups. Impact: This study can help us focus on psychological interventions that enhance meaning and mitigate internal help‐seeking barriers to promote holistic trauma recovery. Background: This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of a combined approach involving psychological nursing and fluoxetine in improving the mental well-being and quality of life in patients undergoing hysterectomy. Methods: Patients were categorized into three groups: control, intervention group A, and intervention group B, based on the nursing plan. The control group received routine nursing care, whereas intervention group A received routine nursing care and psychological support. Intervention B received routine nursing care, psychological support, and fluoxetine treatment. Psychological symptoms, anxiety, depression, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the three groups before and after nursing interventions. Results: The outcomes of intervention groups A and B were superior to those of the control group. Furthermore, intervention group B outperformed intervention group A. After the interventions, the nursing satisfaction was higher in both intervention groups, A and B, compared to the control group. In contrast, intervention B exhibited the highest satisfaction scores, surpassing those of intervention group A. Conclusions: The combination of psychological nursing and fluoxetine therapy for patients with endometrial cancer undergoing hysterectomy holds significant promise in alleviating anxiety and depression, improving their overall quality of life, and increasing nursing satisfaction.

This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type II respiratory failure treated by sequential non-invasive positive pressure ventilation via nasal high-flow oxygen therapy. Nursing interventions were carried out in the following ways: non-invasive positive pressure ventilation, medication nursing, enteral nutrition support, pipeline maintenance, skin care and psychological nursing and other issues. Efforts were made to improve the respiratory failure status and various vital signs, control of carbon dioxide retention and reduce the occurrence of complications. By providing patients with a constant, adjustable, high-speed breathing gas mixture formed from air and oxygen, it was aimed to crush the gas left in the nasal cavity, oral cavity and pharynx, and significantly reduce the amount of carbon dioxide inhaled during the next inhalation. The application of sequential treatment with transnasal high-flow oxygen therapy has achieved positive therapeutic results in patients with hypoxic respiratory failure. This paper reviewed the analgesic treatment and nursing for a patient with diabetic peripheral vascular disease complicated with post-herpetic neuralgia. This paper summarized the application effect of auricular acupoint massage and related psychological nursing measures for a patient undergoing breast mass resection under local anesthesia. Based on the analysis of the psychological characteristics of the patients before, during and after the surgery, corresponding psychological nursing and auricular acupoint massage were carried out. The Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology combined with psychological nursing is effective to reduce the psychological burden, relieve the anxiety, fear and other psychological discomfort, improve the tolerance and cooperation of patients to the operation, and ensure the success of operation and postoperative recovery. This paper introduced the application of family support in stroke rehabilitation. The concept of family support, evaluation tools and role of family support in improving recovery of stroke patients were summarized, in order to provide reference for further researches of interventions on stroke rehabilitation. Patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention are vulnerable to develop anxiety and depression. Targeted psychological nursing interventions are required to relieve the negative emotions, improve the drug adherence, reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life. This paper reviewed the studies of psychological nursing in postoperative nursing of patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention, in order to raise medical worker’s awareness on mental problems of patients and improve the quality of nursing after PCI. This paper summarized the experience of nursing of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine for a patient undergoing repair of tissue defect after surgical treatment for oral and maxillofacial-head and neck carcinoma. Key issues should be mentioned included close observation, standard wound-cleaning process, dressing change, moxibustion, rehabilitation exercise instruction, diet nursing and psychological nursing. The application of nursing of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine could improve the wound healing and relieve the negative emotion of the patient undergoing repair of tissue defect after surgical treatment for oral and maxillofacial-head and neck carcinoma. Background: In extant literature, the concept of social isolation has been explored primarily in the context of older adults. However, people with cancer may also experience social isolation, and there is a need for increased clarity regarding this phenomenon in this population. Objective: To conceptualize social isolation in adult cancer care. Methods: PubMed, Web of Science, PsycINFO, CINAHL, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data, and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were systematically searched using the key terms "cancer," "social isolation," "social alienation," and "social exclusion" for studies (from the earliest date available to June 2022). The main disciplines involved were psychology, nursing, medicine, and public health. Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis was employed to clarify the antecedents, attributes, and consequences of social isolation in adults with cancer. Results: A total of 60 eligible articles were reviewed entirely and the main findings were categorized into antecedents, attributes, and consequences. The antecedents of social isolation were classified into six categories: cancerrelated physiological changes, cognitive beliefs, psychological wellbeing, unsatisfactory social supports or relationships, restrictions associated with receiving treatments, and social-level barriers. Attributes were characterized according to behavior or social avoidance and negative affective experiences, while consequences were attributed to low therapeutic compliance, poor health conditions and mental health problems, and low quality of life. White's heuristic model is a potential theoretical context applicable to social isolation in adults with cancer. Conclusion: This concept analysis provides a basis for developing multidimensional assessment tools and measures to alleviate social isolation in adults with cancer, a complex and varied phenomenon. Objective: To investigate the clinical value of psychological nursing and nutritional intervention in radiopharmaceutical therapy of patients with thyroid carcinoma., Methods: This was retrospective study. One hundred and twenty patients with thyroid carcinoma were included at Baoding No.1 Central Hospital from May 10, 2021 to July 10, 2023 to as subjects and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group (n=60 each group). Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing, while those in the experimental group received psychological nursing and nutritional intervention. The differences in quality of life, compliance, satisfaction and cognitive level between the two groups before and after intervention were compared., Results: After intervention, the scores of emotional functions, role function, cognitive function, physical function and social function of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P= 0.00); The compliance of the experimental group was 100%, which was significantly higher than 90% of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P= 0.01). Abstract Aim To explore the prevalence of depressive symptoms among patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and analyse the relationship between free fatty acids (FFAs), body mass index (BMI) and depressive symptoms among patients with CHF. Design A cross‐sectional study. Methods Questionnaires were distributed to 200 patients with CHF in the department of Cardiology at a tertiary first‐class hospital in Shandong province. A total of 195 hospitalized patients completed the survey. Data collected from February 2017–November 2017 were analysed by using Pearson's correlation and multiple linear regression. The depressive status of the patients was assessed by the Zung Self‐rating Depression Scale (SDS), and the relationships between FFA, BMI and depressive symptoms were analysed using SPSS 20.0. Results The results showed that 71.28% CHF patients have depressive symptoms. The serum FFA level was significantly higher in CHF patients with depressive symptoms than those without depressive symptoms (p = .003), and FFA level was significantly positively correlated with the SDS score (r = .242, p = .001). This paper reported the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) holographic scraping therapy and related nursing management for a patient with functional constipation. BackgroundDuring the pandemic and with the growing shortage of nurses, the problem of how to retain existing nurses was of paramount importance. However, there is limited evidence on the relationship between nurses' self-acceptance and intention to stay.ObjectivesThis study aimed to investigate the factors influencing nurses' intention to stay at work, and explore the relationship between self-acceptance and their intention to stay.MethodsConvenience sampling was conducted to select nurses who worked in a clinical environment during June 2020, in hospitals in Shandong Province, China. Self-designed basic information and two questionnaires, namely, the “self-acceptance questionnaire” and “intention to stay” were adopted. Mean, median, related analysis, and regression analysis were adopted to describe the relationship of self-acceptance and intention to stay on part of Chinese nurses.ResultsA total of 1,015 clinical nurses participated in the survey. The mean score of intention to stay among participants was 22.00. The multiple regression analysis revealed various factors, such as age, family support the work, interest in work, job suitability, type of employment, professional level, weekly working hours, working department and self-acceptance influenced the nurse's intention to stay (β range from −1.506 to 2.249).ConclusionOur findings identified several factors that are significantly related to and impact the level of intention to stay among clinical nurses.

This paper reviewed the clinical data and nursing management of a patient with severe pneumonia and diabetes mellitus. The patient received transnasal feeding tube placement for enteral nutrition support. In addition to enteral nutrition-related nursing management, a care bundle including psychological nursing, oral/nasal cavity and skin care, maintenance of feeding tube and catheter was carried out to improve the treatment efficacy. Aims: To investigate the status and influencing factors of illness uncertainty among patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID‐19) in the mobile cabin hospital. Design: A cross‐sectional study. Methods: 114 patients with COVID‐19 admitted to a mobile cabin hospital in Wuhan, Hubei Province, in February 2020 were enrolled by a convenience sampling method. The Chinese version of the Mishel Illness Uncertainty Scale (MUIS) was used to assess patients' degree of illness uncertainty, and multiple regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors. Results: The average total score of MUIS (Chinese version) was 52.22 ± 12.51, indicating a moderate level of illness uncertainty. The dimension unpredictability turned out to have the highest mean score: 2.88 ± 0.90. The multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that female (t = 2.462, p =.015), monthly family income not less than RMB 10,000 (t = −2.095, p =.039), and disease duration of 28 days or more (t = 2.249, p =.027) were independent influencing factors of illness uncertainty. Conclusion: Patients with COVID‐19 are at a moderate level of illness uncertainty. Medical staffs should pay more attention to female patients, patients with lower monthly family income, patients with the prolonged disease, and take targeted interventions to help them reduce illness uncertainty. Impact: Facing the brand new and unknown infectious disease, patients confirmed of COVID‐19 suffer from immense physical and psychological stress, where illness uncertainty is a major stressor that troubles patients. The present study surveys illness uncertainty among patients with COVID‐19 in the mobile cabin hospital with results revealing a moderate level. Background: Peptic ulcer is a common gastrointestinal disease, and psychological intervention has an important influence on its occurrence and development., Aim: To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the anxiety level and quality of life of patients with gastrointestinal peptic ulcers., Methods: Two groups of patients with peptic ulcer were selected from January to December 2012, with 60 cases in each group, and psychological nursing intervention and routine treatment were respectively performed. Psychological nursing interventions include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychological support and relaxation training. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and quality of life questionnaire were used to evaluate the anxiety level and quality of life of patients before, during and after treatment., Results: The SAS scores of the experimental group significantly decreased over the course of treatment, from 52.3 before treatment to 30.5 after treatment, while SAS scores of the control group did not change significantly. Meanwhile, the experimental group's quality of life score (SF-36) significantly improved over the course of treatment, from 65.2 to 85.2, while the control group remained stable. Further analysis showed that sex and age had no significant influence on the effect of psychotherapy. Background: Febrile convulsions are a common pediatric emergency that imposes significant psychological stress on children and their families. Targeted emergency care and psychological nursing are widely applied in clinical practice, but their value and impact on the management of pediatric febrile convulsions are unclear., Aim: To determine the impact of targeted emergency nursing combined with psychological nursing on satisfaction in children with febrile convulsions., Methods: Data from 111 children with febrile convulsions who received treatment at Nantong Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital between June 2021 and October 2022 were analyzed. The control group consisted of 44 children who received conventional nursing care and the research group consisted of 67 children who received targeted emergency and psychological nursing. The time to fever resolution, time to resolution of convulsions, length of hospital stays, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, patient compliance, nursing satisfaction of the parents, occurrence of complications during the nursing process, and parental anxiety and depression were compared between the control and research groups. Parental anxiety and depression were assessed using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) and the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety (HAMA)., Results: The fever resolution, convulsion disappearance, and hospitalization times were longer in the control group compared with the research group ( P < 0.0001). The time to falling asleep, sleep time, sleep quality, sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency, and daytime status scores were significantly better in the research group compared with the control group ( P < 0.0001). The HAMD and HAMA scores for parents of children in the research group were lower than the scores in the control group after nursing ( P < 0.05). Compliance with treatment of children in the research group was higher than in the control group ( P < 0.05). Parental satisfaction with nursing in the research group was higher than in the control group ( P < 0.05). Gender, age, FFA and BMI were associated with depressive symptoms, accounting for 7.1% of the variance in depressive symptoms. Conclusions: The prevalence of depressive symptoms in CHF patients is very high, and high FFAs and low BMI are risk factors for depressive symptoms. Background: To explore and analyze the influence of psychological nursing and health education on depression, anxiety and life quality of elderly patients with lung cancer. Methods: There were 84 elderly patients with lung cancer who were admitted and treated in our hospital since July 2018 till July 2019, serving as the objects of observation. The selected patients were divided into the control group (n = 42) and the observation group in principle of random allocation by computer numbers. Routine care was conducted to the control group, while psychological nursing and health education were implemented to the observation group, so as to compare the improvement effect of depression, anxiety, life quality and compliance on the two groups of patients before/after the two different nursing methods were adopted for intervention. Results: Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of various pulmonary function indicators including degree of blood oxygen saturation, forced expiratory volume in 1 second, forced vital capacity and maximum ventilatory capacity and quality of life scores were significantly improved; compared with the control group, the total compliance of the observation group was significantly increased, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The psychological nursing and health education implemented for elderly patients with lung cancer will improve patients' bad mood effectively, enhance life quality and perfect prognosis for patients, maintaining significant value in clinical application. Background: Patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) often experience depression, and some may require magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for diagnosis, which can lead to MRI failure due to claustrophobia., Aim: To explore the value of psychological interventions in successfully completing functional MRI scans of the brain for PD-related depression., Methods: Ninety-six patients with PD were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (47 patients) received general care, and the experimental group (49 patients) received general care combined with psychological care. The Unified Parkinson's Disease Assessment Scale (UPDRS), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), and Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS)-15 scores, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and MRI-Anxiety Questionnaire (MRI-AQ) scores before and after the scan were recorded. The completion rate of magnetic resonance (MR) scanning, scanning duration, and image quality scores were recorded., Results: Before scanning, no statistically significant difference was observed between the two groups in terms of heart rate, systolic blood pressure, and UPDRS, HAMD, GDS-15, and MRI-AQ scores. The present study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of psychological nursing of patients with stroke in China. The Embase, PubMed, Cochrane Library, CNKI, and Wanfang databases were searched from inception to February 1, 2020. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) reporting the efficacy of psychological nursing of patients with stroke were included. Revman 5.3 and Stata 15.0 were used for data analysis. Twelve RCTs and 1,013 patients with stroke were included in this systematic review and meta-analysis. The results revealed a significant difference in the Hamilton depression score between the psychological nursing and usual care groups. The meta-analysis of three studies (n = 235) that used a depressive symptom control of ≥25% as the outcome measure showed a significant difference between the two groups. In addition, significant differences were detected in the National Institute of Health stroke scale score and activities of daily living score between the two groups. The present meta-analysis suggests that in China, compared to the usual care, psychological nursing is more effective for alleviating depressive symptoms, improving neurological rehabilitation, and recovering the ability of daily life.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with externalized narrative therapy on the physical and mental rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 103 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Shantou from June 2019 to Mach 2020 were selected as the research objects. Using random number table method, the patients were divided into an observation group (n =52) and a control group (n =51). The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the observation group received psychological nursing combined with externalized narrative therapy. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) scores, Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale (SQLS) scores, Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) scores, and Stigma Scale for Mental Illness (SSMI-C) scores before and after intervention were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, the PANSS scores, SQLS scores and SSMI-C scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (all P <0. 05), and the SSRS scores were significantly higher than those of the control group (ah P <0. 05). Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with externalized narrative therapy can effectively alleviate the mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia, reduce their stigma, and improve their social support and quality of life, which is worthy of promotion. Objective To analyze the influence of family nursing combined with psychological nursing in the treatment of patients with Alzheimer's disease. Methods 90 patients with Alzheimer's disease treated in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the observation group was given family nursing combined with psychological nursing. The influence of the two nursing measures on the patients was analyzed. Results The Family Adaptability, Partnership, Growth, Affection, and Resolve (Family APGAR) scores and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) scores of the two groups of patients after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing (both P < 0. 05), the APGAR scores and ADL scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group (both P < 0. 05). Objective To explore the effects of comfort intervention combined with sequential nursing countermeasure on the recovery situation, psychological stress status and Barthel index after hyperbaric oxygen( HBO) treatment in the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 112 patients with cerebral infarction undergoing HBO treatment in this hos pital from July 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and observation group by adopting the random number table method, 56 cases in each group. The control group adopted the conventional nursing combined with the com fort intervention nursing, while the observation group used the comfortable intervention combined with the sequential nursing countermeasure. The motor function score(Fugl Meyer score), Barthel index, and NIH SS scores before treatment and in 2 months after nursing were compared between the two groups, the HAMD and SAS scores were investigated in the two groups. The occurrence situation of adverse reactions during nursing were recorded in both groups.
