El presente artículo está basado en el Trabajo Fin de Máster realizado en la Universidad de Jaén (España) por Laura María Rodríguez-Campos bajo la dirección de la Dra. Trinidad Ortega-Expósito., En la actualidad, son muchas las personas - en su mayoría mujeres -, dedicadas al cuidado de personas mayores o personas en situación de dependencia, que realizan la labor del cuidado de modo formal o informal. Esta labor, realizada de un modo u otro, es el ejercicio de una profesión para la que se requiere una serie de conocimientos, características profesionales y rasgos de la personalidad determinados, es decir, un saber, un saber hacer y un saber estar. Por ello, el objetivo general de la presente investigación consiste en determinar las posibles diferencias entre cuidado informal y cuidado formal, considerando a ambos como el ejercicio de una profesión. Para ello, se ha planteado una metodología cuantitativa en la que se ha utilizado el profesiograma como herramienta de medida. Este profesiograma ha sido administrado a mujeres cuidadoras de la localidad de Peal de Becerro (Jaén), que se dedican al cuidado de personas mayores o personas en situación de dependencia, y lo hacen tanto de modo informal, como de modo formal., At present, many people, mostly women, are dedicated to the care of elderly people or people in situations of dependency who perform care work formally or informally. The profesiogram allows to carry out the professional demands more effectively, to create good conditions for the development of a personality and to receive a result necessary for society, to determine the most effective ways of obtaining psychological qualities, professional training and re-education, the improvement of qualification and requalification and also available changes to the professional orientation in case it is needed for the particular profession.The profesiongram of an officer-tutor at a military lyceum is a full set of competences, knowledge, skills and abilities that are to be acquired by an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to effectively perform its obligations in the line of duty while functioning at a military lyceum.The scientific article presents the analyses of scientific research in the field of profesiology and profesiography (V. Bodrov E.Garber, L.Herasymenko, E.Zeer, E. Klimov, Y. Kruschelnytska, R. Makarov, K. Platonov, V. Ryzhykov), the normative-legal documents on the educational process of higher military education, questioning and testing of a significant number of officers and cadets of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the expert evaluation of military specialists have allowed to develop a profesiogram of an officer-tutor at a military lyceum. Cadets, military PhD students, scientific-pedagogical workers of the Military Institute at the Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko university have participated into the questionnaire, as well as the representatives of the military chair of the National Aviation University with a general number of 370 individuals. The questionaries’ have been processed in accordance with the metrics method, which is described in the course of the scientific article. In order to conduct the practical experiment, the educational disciplines of the variable part have been taken “Pedagogics and military training”, “The general and military pedagogics” accordingly the knowledge, abilities and skills of pedagogical training of future officers have been determined that are to be developed in order to function effectively at a military lyceum., У статті розглянуто технологію розробки професіограми офіцера-вихователя як засіб реалізації фахових вимог, умову розвитку особистості співробітника військового ліцею. Описано змістову частину технології професіограми офіцера-вихователя, що дозволяє окреслити основні вектори професійного навчання та перенавчання, підвищення кваліфікації та перекваліфікації фахівця військового ліцею, розкриття його фахових компетентностей для проходження служби. Здійснено аналіз сучасних нормативно-правових документів, науково-методичних джерел з питань освітнього процесу вищої військової освіти, проведено анкетування й тестування значного числа офіцерів Збройних Сил України та курсантів. Отримано експертні оцінки щодо складових професіограми офіцера-вихователя військового ліцею.

El presente proyecto de investigación despliega una metodología para el diseño del Profesiograma como una Herramienta útil en el Sector Constructor específicamente de la empresa Dpwatering S.A.S. de la ciudad de Cota en el departamento de Cundinamarca, quien es una compañía Colombiana con experticia en la dirección y ejecución de proyectos de ingeniería de fluidos; cuya actividad principal es el diseño de procesos y construcciones de plantas altamente confiables por la calidad técnica de su equipo de ingenieros, entregando soluciones innovadoras en los distintos sistemas de construcción de Plantas de tratamiento de aguas que ofrecen a sus clientes. Por ello la compañía Dpwatering dentro de las necesidades para cumplir con todos los requerimientos de los clientes y del mundo globalizado identifica la importancia y requisito de la implementación de un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, en donde dentro de todos los estándares mínimos legales surge la importancia de la implementación de un profesiograma, en el cual recae en analizar concretamente cuáles son las características concretas de cada puesto de trabajo y, por ende, dar con el perfil perfecto para desarrollarlo. Es por ello que en el presente proyecto de grado, se propone crear un documento entregable a la empresa muy útil para el departamento de recursos humanos y salud ocupacional, que además se puede modificar en función de las necesidades de cada puesto y/o vacante dentro de la empresa. Además, ayudan a que los procesos de selección sean más concretos y objetivos, por tanto, evita que se pierda tiempo en entrevistar a personas que no se asemejan al perfil deseado. The present research project deploys a methodology for the design of the Profesiograma as a useful tool in the Constructor Sector specifically of the company Dpwatering S.A.S. from the city of Cota in the department of Cundinamarca, who is a Colombian company with expertise in the direction and execution of fluid engineering projects; whose main activity is the design of highly reliable processes and constructions for the technical quality of its team of engineers, delivering innovative solutions in the different water treatment systems that they offer to their clients. Therefore the company Dpwatering within the needs to meet all the requirements of customers and the globalized world identifies the importance and requirement of the implementation of a safety and health management system at work, where within all standards minimum legal arises the importance of the implementation of a profesiograma, which lies in analyzing specifically what are the specific characteristics of each job and, therefore, give the perfect profile to develop it. That is why in the present project degree, it is proposed to create a deliverable document to the company very useful for the department of human resources and occupational health, which can also be modified depending on the needs of each vacancy within the company . In addition, they help to make the selection processes more concrete and objective, therefore avoiding wasting time in interviewing people who do not resemble the desired profile. Resumen Abstact 1. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop professiogram as the basis for further training of social workers in low- threshold centers for drug addicts. The thesis "The construction of an educational program for field social workers in excluded areas" focuses in its topic on one of the social work approach - field social work. It addresses the field social work performed in the areas in the Usti region which are labelled as "socially excluded Roma areas" and primarily addresses the personality of social worker and his or her professional competencies. The aim of the thesis is a construction of an educational program reflecting knowledge, skills and competencies needed for effective and high quality professional performance. I based this topic on knowledge from the field social work, work with ethnic minority approaches and andragogy. I also included topic of Roma people focused on specific needs of Roma arising from their history, culture and tradition. I also mention recent situation in social exclusion of Roma people in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis was to compare two positions in one particular organization with the help of an analytical job diagram that has characterized these posts in depth and structure, and to define the requirements and demands on both positions in turn summarizing information useful in the context of training programs or finding suitable staff for these positions . The thesis is focused on a detailed analysis of the activities of a personal assistant and consultant , including claims of mental and physical disabilities. The theoretical part deals with the subject of mental disability in general with emphasis on specific education and communication, that are key to promoting independent and complacent people with intellectual disabilities in everyday life. The bachelor thesis "Professiogram as the basis for creation of methodologies for social workers of Department of Social and Legal Protection of Children (OSPOD) in the field of foster care" is focused on an analysis of work activities of social workers of municipal authorities of municipalities with extended competence, using an analytical professiogram. The objective of the thesis is to develop a proposal of a unified methodology for the process of mediation of foster car arranged by a social worker. The theoretical part explains the foster care system in the Czech Republic and describes needs of both target groups that are supposed to be accomplished by activities of the social worker. The foster care system is perceived as an institute aiming to ensure welfare and benefits for children in conformity with the theory of attachment. The practical part concentrates on creation of a professiogram of a social worker, based on a survey and working day activities schedule along with analysis of various documents and interviews with representatives of superior authorities. Bachelor thesis "Professiogram as the basis for the creation of methodologies for social workers in health care when working with chronically ill children" deals with the capture file professional activities, requirements and conditions of health and social worker, from which can be deduced further demands on the professionalism of personality worker and the eventual design methodologies. The theoretical part deals with the issue of chronic disease in children, including its impact on the daily life of the child, and social work in health care and the efficiency of the health status of the client that influence disease got into a difficult situation. (in English): The topic of the thesis is submitted, as an adaptation of a new employee in the organization. Introducing the topic within its complexity, showing his particular aspects of psychophysiology, mainly psychological resilience, and the influence to stress. Works on maps of the current possibilities and knowledge relating to the adaptation of the work. Specific attention is applied to the adaptation of the organizational culture. Aim of the empirical part of the thesis is to analyze employee orientation program of the specific banking company, its organizational culture and the specific position to organize the adjusting options, further improvements to the existing program. To this end, we have used variety of wide methods, mainly the qualitative nature of its character.

Objektive of the thesis: The objective of this study is to get an overview of soldiers activities of the reconnaissance platoon of HQ company of 41st mechanized battalion, located in Ţatec. To try to confirm or refute the results of my bachelor thesis, in which I found out, that soldier in reconnaissance position needs mainly endurance for his work. Methods: Main used method is the analysis time frame and creation of characteristics of the given possition in the AČR. I will conduct by standardized tests for testing of motor skills. Results: Think out tests, that best reflect the activities of soldiers of reconnaissance platoon and to determine their level of motor skills. Setting the limits of tests of physical training for selection of candidates for the reconnaissance platoon.
