Chiral carbon dots (CDs) with circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) are one of the most dynamic areas of modern science. However, the design, preparation, and ambiguity mechanism of solid‐state CPL‐active CDs remains a formidable challenge. Herein, for the first time, CDs with customized chiroptical activities in the solid state, especially CPL, are transcribed from chiral metal–organic framework (CMOFs) via a bottle‐around‐ship strategy. Within these CMOFs⊃CDs assemblies, CDs inherited the chirality of the host CMOFs through host–guest interactions, which is revealed by density functional theory (DFT) simulations and experimental results, and amplified the luminescence dissymmetry factor (glum) by effective artificial chiral light‐harvesting systems. Impressively, CMOFs⊃CDs in pairs generated color‐tunable CPL and white CPL with chromaticity coordinates of (0.32, 0.32). Furthermore, benefiting from excellent processability, as luminescent coatings and 3D printing inks, a white circularly polarized light‐emitting diode, and an extended 3D model “light bulb” featuring white CPL are successfully fabricated, respectively. Direct ink writing 3D printing, using ink extrusion, promises to transform conventional 2D thin electrodes into 3D thick architectures for high‐performance supercapacitors. However, formulating 3D printing inks and designing 3D architectures for electrodes remain challenges. In this work, a novel MXene/graphene oxide/lignosulfonate (MGL) ink with excellent rheological properties is developed for 3D printing MGL thick electrodes with vertically aligned architectures. The MGL ink exhibited excellent shear‐thinning properties for smooth 3D printing and shape retention after printing. The 3D‐printed MGL thick electrode, with a thickness of up to 4 mm, achieved a breakthrough mass loading of 72.1 mg cm−2, resulting in an extremely high areal capacitance of 8.6 F cm−2 that is 9.6 times greater than the value observed for the bulk MGL electrode (0.9 F cm−2). Additionally, supercapacitors using the 3D MGL electrode achieved an energy density of 505.3 µWh cm−2, significantly surpassing the value for bulk MGL electrode (52.8 µWh cm−2). This enhancement is attributed to the efficient design of the electrodes, where vertically aligned pores in the 3D MGL electrode enhanced ion transfer and reaction kinetics. This study demonstrates an innovative approach for formulating inks and provides guidance for designing 3D thick electrodes with rapid ion transport and excellent electrochemical performance. 2D transition metal carbide/nitride (MXene) show significant potential for fabricating flexible wearables due to its outstanding electroactive characteristic. However, the complex processes in rheology regulation and easy agglomeration of MXene nanosheets hinder their applications as inks for homogeneous printing and coating. Herein, an electroactive gel‐ink with a low concentration of MXene (20 mg mL−1) using poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(sodium 4‐styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) as a dopant and conductive binder is developed. The dopamine‐involved modification and PEDOT:PSS doping together promote the formation of ordered lamellar structure of MXene nanosheets, and in turn the nanosheets can regulate the interconnected electronic structure of PEDOT:PSS, which enables the transition from micellar to linear structures. Through adjusting the combination ratio of dopamine‐modified MXene (MD) to PEDOT:PSS, the viscosity of MXene inks (MDP) is tunable within 1–104 Pa·s to realize scalable printing and other processing. Screen‐printing with MDP gel‐ink endows textiles with excellent conductive stability while retaining the inherent wearability of the original fabric. With high conductivity (109.6 S m−1) and low mid‐infrared emissivity (0.34), the decorated textiles exhibit remarkable multi‐protective abilities. This research aims to use energy harvested from conductive materials to power microelectronic components. The proposed method involves using vibration-based energy harvesting to increase the natural vibration frequency, reduce the need for battery replacement, and minimise chemical waste. Piezoelectric transduction, known for its high-power density and ease of application, has garnered significant attention. Additionally, graphene, a non-piezoelectric material, exhibits good piezoelectric properties. The research explores a novel method of printing graphene material using 3D printing, specifically Direct Ink Writing (DIW) and fused deposition modelling (FDM). Both simulation and experimental techniques were used to analyse energy harvesting. The experimental technique involved using the cantilever beam-based vibration energy harvesting method. The results showed that the DIW-derived 3D-printed prototype achieved a peak power output of 12.2 µW, surpassing the 6.4 µW output of the FDM-derived 3D-printed prototype. The peculiarities of the decoration of gravure imprints on cardboard using fluorescent inks are considered. The influence of the number of fluorescent impurities added to gravure printing ink on the optical indicators of printed image quality, particularly optical density, and gloss, is investigated. Increasing the number of fluorescent impurities added to the ink from 10 to 30% helps to increase the gloss on imprints from 2 to 15 units. Conducted thermogravimetric studies show the resistance of fluorescent imprints to the influence of temperatures during drying in the printing process. The topography of the surface of the substrates and its influence on the quality of imprints is studied. Conducted electron microscopic studies of imprints obtained with inks with different amounts of fluorescent impurities show their uniform distribution on the surface of the substrate. Studies of the fluorescence spectra of the ink and the imprints formed by it confirm the phenomenon of an increase in the intensity of the glow of printed images. The studies confirm the well-known influence of substrate roughness on the smoothness of gravure imprints. It is established that the absence of significant macro irregularities on the surface of Koppargloss FBB cardboard is due to the presence of two coating layers. Analysis of the surface profiles of FBB cardboard shows that its roughness parameter (Ra = 0.424 μm) is three times smaller compared to Incada Silk C GC1 cardboard (the roughness parameter Ra = 1.28 μm), with a single-layer coating. Such a pattern is also preserved on the imprints, which is reflected in their quality accordingly. Studies show that for imprints on GC1 cardboard, the average ΔE value is 2.23, for imprints on FBB cardboard, the average ΔE value is 3.71, which is due to the presence of double coating. The factors that can influence the process of fluorescence of printed images are outlined. The technological characteristics of inks for gravure printing on packaging are described. Semisolid extrusion (SSE) 3D printing (3DP) technology is emerging due to its simplicity and potential for on-site manufacturing of personalized drug products with tailored functionality (dose, release profile), as well as recognizability (size, shape, color). However, even a minor change in the composition of the ink (the feedstock material) and the printing process parameters can largely influence the outcome of printing. This paper summarizes the recent SSE 3DP studies, where the important factors affecting the quality of the printed drug products are discussed. Further challenges are showcased by introducing a case study focusing on the design of oral theophylline immediate-release drug products. The identified crucial factors, such as the printing hardware and connected software, printing parameters, and composition of the ink are discussed. Especially, the rheological properties of the ink during the printing process, together with solidification, mechanical properties, and morphology studies of already printed products are deliberated to gain more understanding of the printability of drug products by SSE. The key parameter in the printing process is the evenness of applying the ink layer on the printing substrate. It determines the quality of the produced prints. One of the many factors affecting the final evenness of the ink layer on the print is the phenomenon of mottling, which is caused by the non-uniform internal structure of the paper. The aim of this work was to analyze the influence of basic printing parameters on the value of the mottling index. The research showed a significant effect of the pressure in the printing unit of the offset machine and the thickness of the ink layer on the printing substrate on the value of the primary mottling index. In addition, the research revealed that the properties of the printing substrate have a significant impact on the value and nature of changes in the mottling index. In this work, using the Fourier analysis, the frequency of optical density fluctuations in solid tone area related to the mottling phenomenon was also studied. Innovative materials enable two‐photon polymerization for precise additive fabrication of intricate optical components. Existing polymeric inks suffer from poor optical performance due to their high organic content. Silica‐rich sol‐gel ink (75 wt%, under ambient conditions) is presented for high‐precision three‐dimensional (3D) printing of microscale structures and optical devices. A photoinitiator with high‐efficiency nonlinear absorption is introduced to initiate two‐photon polymerization. Utilizing a commercial direct laser writing system, 3D‐printing is demonstrated including the optimization of printing parameters and ink characterization. The optical performance of the printed microscale elements using the new sol‐gel ink surpasses commercially available polymeric inks on key metrics: Printed elements exhibit extremely low surface roughness, 3nm; visible and near‐IR light transmission is greater than 90%; Printed elements present enhanced mechanical and chemical resistance to common organic solvents; Structures exhibit low isotropic shrinkage, <10%; Elements withstand continuous‐wave laser intensities exceeding 7 × 105 W cm−2. Direct writing onto an optical fiber tip with no need for surface functionalization is presented, with the demonstration of a tall waveguide taper (≈1:5 aspect ratio) with low losses and modal crosstalk, and a freestanding photonic lantern mode multiplexer. Flexible thermoelectric materials have drawn significant attention from researchers due to their potential applications in wearable electronics and the Internet of Things. Despite many reports on these materials, it remains a significant challenge to develop cost-effective methods for large-scale, patterned fabrication of materials that exhibit both excellent thermoelectric performance and remarkable flexibility. In this study, we have developed an Ag2Se-based ink with excellent printability that can be used to fabricate flexible thermoelectric films by screen printing and low-temperature sintering. The printed films exhibit a Seebeck coefficient of −161 μV/K and a power factor of 3250.9 μW/m·K2 at 400 K. Moreover, the films demonstrate remarkable flexibility, showing minimal changes in resistance after being bent 5000 times at a radius of 5 mm. This paper describes a method for fabricating microfluidic electronics with 3D interconnected networks by direct ink writing (DIW)‐based 3D printing. Existing 3D printing technologies have yet to simultaneously realize 1) direct printing of interconnected multilayered microchannels without supporting materials or post‐processing and 2) integration of electronic elements with microchannels during the process of printing. This research aims to develop a method to fabricate support‐free microchannels consisting of silicone sealant without the collapse of the extruded structure while integrating electronic elements during the fabrication by DIW. The injection of liquid metal into 3D‐printed microchannels allows the formation of electrical connections between 3D conductive networks and the embedded electronic elements, enabling the fabrication of flexible and stretchable liquid metal antenna coils. To demonstrate a practical application, 1) a skin‐attachable radio‐frequency identification (RFID) tag using a commercial skin‐adhesive plaster as a substrate and 2) free‐standing flexible wireless light‐emitting devices with a small footprint (21.4 mm × 15 mm) for potential implantable applications are produced. This technology will offer a new capability to realize the automated fabrication of stretchable printed circuits with 3D configuration of electrical circuits consisting of liquid metals. The sustainable use of natural resources is becoming an increasingly important issue today. Stone paper, produced as an alternative to cellulose-based paper from the forest, is rich in minerals and produced without cellulose and water. This study focuses on the behavior of screen-printing ink on two different papers, stone paper and coated sticker paper. Properties such as ink adhesion, rubbing resistance, optical printing ink density, ink consumption, and lightfastness were measured on these surfaces. Solvent- and UV-based inks were used, and printing was carried out on cellulose-based (coated sticker paper) and mineral-based (stone paper) paper layers using three different mesh counts (90, 120, and 140 tpc). The rubbing resistance and lightfastness of the papers were also measured. The present findings revealed that stone paper had the same printability properties as cellulose-based paper. The study concluded that using a 140 tpc mesh with both types of ink results in a high-lightfastness ink layer and lower ink consumption. UV-based inks exhibited high rub resistance across all mesh counts. Additionally, when printing with stone paper, there will be a reduction in ink consumption, thereby achieving cost savings. Based on the present findings, it was concluded that water- and oil-resistant stone paper can be considered an essential alternative in many fields, including the printing industry. Archival writing material is an important carrier to record and reflect archival content, and its material and durability are closely related to the life of archives. The "Shuyede" press in Shandong Province, which originated in the reign of Kangxi (1662 AD–1722 AD) in the Qing dynasty, printed many important archives and ancient books of the Qing dynasty (1644 AD–1911 AD). In order to explore the material composition of woodblock printing ink from the Shuyede press, modern analytical and detection techniques such as scanning electron microscopy–energy-dispersive spectrometry (SEM-EDS), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC/MS), and pyrolysis gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) were applied for the analysis and identification of the ink on woodblock plates from the Shuyede press. The results showed that two kinds of printing ink—pine soot ink and oil soot ink—used were in these woodblocks from the Shuyede press in the Qing dynasty in the collection of Shandong Museum, and the binding material in the ink was animal glue, indicating that both pine and oil soot inks were used as printing ink in the Qing dynasty. Wearable and implantable devices play a crucial role in clinical diagnosis, disease treatment, and fundamental research on the body's electrophysiology and biochemical processes. Conducting polymers are emerging as promising solutions to surpass the limitations of traditional metal‐based electrodes, offering enhanced conformability, and stretchability. However, current microfabrication techniques of CP electrodes have a number of limitations. In this study, a novel wet‐printing technique is developed for the fabrication of highly stretchable poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene): polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) microelectrodes. The wet‐printing, conducted in a liquid coagulation bath, has the advantages of being non‐contact, easy and fast to perform, and capable of printing low‐viscosity inks. Wet‐printing of PEDOT:PSS lines with a width of ≈20 µm is demonstrated. By adding D‐sorbitol as a plasticizer, an ultra‐high stretchability of PEDOT:PSS electrodes, of more than 720% is achieved while the electrodes remained conductive and strain‐insensitive up to high strains. The use of PEDOT:PSS wet‐printed electrode arrays for the electrophysiological recording from the stomach is demonstrated. The stretchable electrodes conformed swell to the tissue and recorded comparable electrophysiological signals to Au‐plated electrodes in porcine and rodent animal models. The wet‐printing approach to fabricating flexible and stretchable electrode arrays using low‐viscosity, conducting inks holds promise for applications in conformable electronics. The stunning thermoelectric behavior of inorganic/organic hybrids and the lack of information on screen-printed flexible thermoelectric generators based on Cu 3 Se 2 and Polyaniline for low-temperature applications have motivated this work. The synergic influence of various acid dopants, concentration, and annealing temperature of polyaniline on the power density of Cu 3 Se 2 /PANI ink-based flexible thermoelectric generator is explored. The presence of 1.5 wt% of H 2 SO 4 -PANI, annealed at 60 °C, decreased the bandgap and electrical resistance of Cu 3 Se 2 by 11.96 % and 29.4 %, respectively. As a result, an increase of 46.06 % in the Seebeck coefficient and 242 % in the power output is achieved, which is many folds higher than the few reported works using novel materials. In addition, the Cu 3 Se 2 /H 2 SO 4 -PANI ink-based flexible thermoelectric generator with eight legs exhibited a maximum power output, power density, and power factor of 25.69 nW, 23.79 mW/m2, and 0.77 nW/m2K2 at ΔT = 100 °C, respectively under external load. Thermoresponsive hydrogels were 3D-printed with embedded gold nanorods (GNRs), which enable shape change through photothermal heating. GNRs were functionalized with bovine serum albumin and mixed with a photosensitizer and poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) macromer, forming an ink for 3D printing by direct ink writing. A macromer-based approach was chosen to provide good microstructural homogeneity and optical transparency of the unloaded hydrogel in its swollen state. The ink was printed into an acetylated gelatin hydrogel support matrix to prevent the spreading of the low-viscosity ink and provide mechanical stability during printing and concurrent photocrosslinking. Acetylated gelatin hydrogel was introduced because it allows for melting and removal of the support structure below the transition temperature of the crosslinked PNIPAAm structure. Convective and photothermal heating were compared, which both triggered the phase transition of PNIPAAm and induced reversible shrinkage of the hydrogel–GNR composite for a range of GNR loadings. During reswelling after photothermal heating, some structures formed an internally buckled state, where minor mechanical agitation recovered the unbuckled structure. The BSA-GNRs did not leach out of the structure during multiple cycles of shrinkage and reswelling. This work demonstrates the promise of 3D-printed, photoresponsive structures as hydrogel actuators. An energy supply crisis is impacting all the branches, including the agriculture and food industry. The wise and responsible utilization of plant raw materials already cultivated is becoming a must in the country's economy. Not only the waste of the resources included but also the environmental challenge are concerns behind the not exploited food production by-streams and leftovers' valorization. Fruits and vegetables' out of the market quality "beauty" standards are still valuable sources of nutritious compounds. The conversion of raw materials into edible products can be provided by many techniques, with three-dimensional printing being the most individualized one. The main objective of this review was to summarize the existing efforts for the valorization of fruits and vegetable residuals into edible 3D inks and then 3D printed products. The clustering analysis was used for the separation of certain research approaches in fruit and vegetable wastes exploitation for 3D printing inks' formulation. As the multilayer deposit technique is strongly dependent on the printing conditions and 3D ink formulation, therefore the tabularized description was included presenting the nozzle diameter, printing speed and other conditions specified. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), commonly used in organ‐on‐a‐chip (OoC) systems, faces limitations in replicating complex geometries, hindering its effectiveness in creating 3D OoC models. In contrast, poly(ethylene glycol)diacrylate (PEGDA‐250), favored for its fabrication ease and resistance to small molecule absorption, is increasingly used for 3D printing microfluidic devices. However, applications in cell culture have been limited due to poor cell adhesion. Here, a nanoporous PEGDA ink (P‐PEGDA) is introduced to enhance cell adhesion. P‐PEGDA is formulated with a porogen, photopolymerized, followed by the porogen removal. Utilizing P‐PEGDA, complex microstructures, and membranes as thin as 27 µm are 3D‐printed. Porogen concentrations from 10 to 30% are tested yielding constructs with increasing porosity and oxygen permeability surpassing PDMS, without compromising printing resolution. Tests across four cell lines show >80% cell viability, with a notable 77‐fold increase in MDA‐MB‐231 cell coverage on the porous scaffolds. Finally, an OoC model comprising a gyroid scaffold with a central opening filled with a cancer spheroid is introduced. This setup, after a 14 days co‐culture, demonstrates significant endothelial sprouting and integration within the spheroid. The P‐PEGDA formulation is suitable for high‐resolution 3D printing of constructs for 3D cell culture and OoC owing to its printability, gas permeability, biocompatibility, and cell adhesion. To achieve consistent color reproduction of printed products and accurate measurement the content of mixed ink has always been an important research topic in the printing industry. This paper proposes a spectral-based method for measuring the content of dual-color mixed printing ink, aiming to solve the difficulty in determining the specific content of the base color in the same ratio of dual-color ink by using spectral analysis. First, a composite filtering method combining median filtering and wavelet transform was compared and selected for spectral preprocessing. Then, three methods, namely the successive projections algorithm (SPA), competitive adaptive reweighted sampling method (CARS), and stable competitive adaptive weighted sampling method (SCARS), were used to extract feature wavelengths from the preprocessed information. Based on partial least squares regression (PLSR), four models, PLSR, SPA–PLSR, CARS–PLSR, and SCARS, were established for predictive analysis. To further test the model, the SCARS–PLSR model was used for predictive analysis of magenta-cyan, yellow-magenta, and yellowcyan binary samples with a mass fraction ratio of 0.5. The results showed that the SCARS–PLSR model has the best predictive performance, with RMSE and R2 values of 0.0052, 0.0002, 0.0004 and 0.9989, 0.9999, 0.9999, respectively. In recent years, solid dosage forms have gained interest in pediatric therapy because they can provide valuable benefits in terms of dose accuracy and stability. Particularly for orodispersible films (ODFs), the literature evidences increased acceptability and dose flexibility. Among the various available technologies for obtaining ODFs, such as solvent casting, hot-melt extrusion, and ink printing technologies, the solvent-free preparation methods exhibit significant advantages. This study investigated Vacuum Compression Molding (VCM) as a solvent-free manufacturing method for the preparation of flexible-dose pediatric orodispersible films. The experimental approach focused on selecting the appropriate plasticizer and ratios of the active pharmaceutical ingredient, diclofenac sodium, followed by the study of their impacts on the mechanical properties, disintegration time, and drug release profile of the ODFs. Additional investigations were performed to obtain insights regarding the solid-state properties. The ODFs obtained by VCM displayed adequate quality in terms of their critical characteristics. Therefore, this proof-of-concept study shows how VCM could be utilized as a standalone method for the production of small-scale ODFs, enabling the customization of doses to meet the individual needs of pediatric patients. Extrusion‐based three‐dimensional (3D) printing has been extensively studied in the food manufacturing industry. This technology places particular emphasis on the rheological properties of the printing ink. Gel system is the most suitable ink system and benefits from the composition of plant raw materials and gel properties of multiple components; green, healthy aspects of the advantages of the development of plant‐based gel system has achieved a great deal of attention. However, the relevant treatment technologies are still only at the laboratory stage. With a view toward encouraging further optimization of ink printing performance and advances in this field, in this review, we present a comprehensive overview of the application of diverse plant‐based gel systems in 3D food printing and emphasize the utilization of different treatment methods to enhance the printability of these gel systems. The treatment technologies described in this review are categorized into three distinct groups, physical, chemical, and physicochemical synergistic treatments. We comprehensively assess the specific application of these technologies in various plant‐based gel 3D printing systems and present valuable insights regarding the challenges and opportunities for further advances in this field. Flexographic printing is widely used in the packaging field, but there are still some problems in the printing of flexographic ink on non-absorbent substrates, such as low precision and unstable quality. In this paper, the printing process of flexographic ink is simulated. The interaction of fluid flow, temperature change, and solid deformation in flexographic printing is studied systematically by using the method of fluid–solid thermal coupling for the first time. The process of ink channel formation under static extrusion and fluid–solid thermal coupling was analyzed. The influences of printing pressure, printing speed, ink layer thickness, and ink viscosity on the ink channel were explored. The results show that the printing speed increases and the temperature in the stamping area increases. The printing speed is nonlinear related to the ink flow channel, the influence on the channel is slow at a low speed, the channel increases sharply at a medium and high speed, and tends to be stable at a high speed. When the printing speed is 200 m/min, the ink temperature in the stamping area is 1.5 °C higher than that at the entrance. With an increase in printing pressure, the ink flow channel width showed a trend of decreasing first and then stabilizing, and the pressure was about 0.4 MPa, showing a small fluctuation; the greater the pressure, the higher the temperature of the ink, which will change the performance of the ink and plate, causing adverse effects on the printing belt. The channel width showed obvious nonlinear characteristics with an increase and decrease in ink thickness. When the ink thickness is 30 μm, the deformation of the plate reaches the maximum, and the width of the ink circulation channel is correspondingly the widest. The change in ink viscosity has little influence on the stability of the ink's internal flow rate and temperature field. An extrusion-based printer with an immersed nozzle extrudes a homogeneous shear-thinning ink (with initially < 1 % CNT concentration in water) into a liquid bath of antisolvent, inducing immediate precipitation-driven solidification slightly beyond the nozzle tip. This process forms continuous fibers of CNTs with conductivity up to 3 × 105 S/m, exceeding that of dense graphite and approaching that of CNTs spun from similar inks in a continuous fiber spinning process (6 × 105 S/m). The specific conductivity is up to 1 × 103 S m2/kg, comparable with gold (2.3 × 103 S m2/kg). The printing regimes are analyzed, with consideration of the draw ratio imposed during printing. Particular focus is placed on adjusting the speed of counter-diffusion of the ink solvent and the bath liquid, which allows for tuning of fiber diameter, conductivity, and specific conductivity respectively over ranges of one, four, and five orders of magnitude. The conductivity of resulting fibers is maximized when the speed of solvent counter-diffusion is high and the radius reduction is largest. When extrusion speed is also high relative to speed of the nozzle motion, a fluid mechanical coiling instability emerges which creates filaments with periodic coils, allowing for intricate designs to be formed along a linear extrusion path. Once dried, these densely coiled structures initially maintain their shape and can subsequently undergo up to 50 % strain with under 1 % change in resistance and 170 % linear extension with 20 % increase in resistance as the coils unwind. Summary: Aqueous solutions of Konjac glucomannan (KGM)/κ‐Carrageenan (κ‐C) of different ratios (1:2, 1:5, 1:8 and 1:10) and a fixed κ‐C content of 1.5%, were proposed as a new 3D food printing ink. Their thermo‐responsive behaviour was evaluated by temperature ramp rheological tests. This characterisation allowed for the evaluation of the synergistic effect between KGM and κ‐C and gave indications useful to the printing performance. Both elastic (G′) and loss (G″) moduli were found to increase by increasing the KGM concentration. Samples were printed by controlling the thermally reversible sol/gel transition occurring during the process. Direct pressure and flow rate measurements in the 3D printer were used to obtain the viscosity versus shear rate curves under processing conditions, useful to validate a scaling law relating the printing filament diameter to the relevant process and material properties (inks viscosity and printing pressure). The 3D printing performance of inks was evaluated by means of a novel, integrated score system. The results obtained indicate that aqueous mixtures of KGM/κ‐C can be successfully employed as a base for 3D printing food hydrogels. In this study, Silicon Carbide (SiC) nanoparticle-based serigraphic printing inks were formulated to fabricate highly sensitive and wide temperature range printed thermistors. Inter-digitated electrodes (IDEs) were screen printed onto Kapton® substrate using commercially avaiable silver ink. Thermistor inks with different weight ratios of SiC nanoparticles were printed atop the IDE structures to form fully printed thermistors. The thermistors were tested over a wide temperature range form 25 °C to 170 °C, exhibiting excellent repeatability and stability over 15 h of continuous operation. Optimal device performance was achieved with 30 wt.% SiC-polyimide ink. We report highly sensitive devices with a TCR of −0.556%/°C, a thermal coefficient of 502 K (β -index) and an activation energy of 0.08 eV. Further, the thermistor demonstrates an accuracy of ±1.35 °C, which is well within the range offered by commercially available high sensitivity thermistors. SiC thermistors exhibit a small 6.5% drift due to changes in relative humidity between 10 and 90%RH and a 4.2% drift in baseline resistance after 100 cycles of aggressive bend testing at a 40° angle. The use of commercially available low-cost materials, simplicity of design and fabrication techniques coupled with the chemical inertness of the Kapton® substrate and SiC nanoparticles paves the way to use all-printed SiC thermistors towards a wide range of applications where temperature monitoring is vital for optimal system performance. Among the conventional inks used for inkjet printing, metals, oxides, or polymers have been deposited in order to form functional coatings. Gold is one of the most used metals for electrode fabrication in the gas sensor field due to its inert behavior when exposed to reactive gases and conductive properties. However, only a few commercial gold inks are commercially available, and the combination of excessive price, a high minimum purchase quantity, and an unknown composition renders the actual products unappealing. To meet these shortcomings, gold inks were formulated with different solvents in order to reach sufficient properties for the inkjet printing process, such as surface tension and viscosity. On the one hand, gold ink was developed using a gold nanoparticle (AuNP) solution as the metal. This ink was optimized from nanoparticle synthesis, with the ink formulation obtaining a 32 mN·m−1 surface tension and 11.2 mPa·s viscosity in order to be inkjet-printed onto polyimide foil. On the other hand, a particle-free ink, called a precursor based of ink, was also developed. In this case, ink was made by solubilizing gold salt in aqueous medium in order to reach jettable properties. Surface tension was measured at 32 mN·m−1 while viscosity was 14.0 mPa·s. Then, printing and deposition parameters were optimized in order to obtain a highly conductive gold coating. The measured resistivity was 2 × 10−7 Ω·m which is close to the bulk gold conductive value. These coatings could be used for the fabrication of various devices in different working fields. Adhesives and sealants show fine rheology with good physical and mechanical properties as viscous pastes, a possible starting point for developing direct ink writing (DIW) 3D printing ink. However, many commercial adhesives and sealants take days or weeks to cure fully. DIW 3D‐printed parts made directly from these sealants are not designed for a scalable manufacturing process and high‐volume production. Moreover, most of these adhesives and sealants have volume shrinkage during cure. A systematic understanding of formulation methods and design principles for an elastomeric silicone DIW ink can overcome these issues. This study presents the cogent formulation development of a 3D printable thermoset elastomer silicone that gels and cures isotropically in minutes, reducing cycle time for rapid ink development with no shrinkage during cure. More specifically, we outline the principles of raw material selection of a formulation to achieve excellent rheology, printability, synchronized working, and gel time fitting requirements closer to scalable manufacturing. The reaction kinetics and their corresponding 3D‐printed structural properties are also described. Interest in future work is toward a rational DIW 3D printing ink material development protocol and use of machine learning (ML). This work provides a method for the development of conductive water-based printing inks for gravure, flexography and screen-printing incorporating commercial resins that are already used in the printing industry. The development of the respective conductive materials/pigments is based on the simultaneous (in one step) reduction of silver salts and graphene oxide in the presence of 2,5-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid that is used for the first time as the common in-situ reducing agent for these two reactions. The presence of aminophenylsulfonic derivatives is essential for the reduction procedure and in parallel leads to the enrichment of the graphene surface with aminophenylsulfonic groups that provide a high hydrophilicity to the final materials/pigments. Due to the difficulty of simultaneously ensuring printability and controlling their mechanical properties, 3D printed hydrogels thus far have low modulus, far less than that of many biological tissues and organs. Therefore, their feasibility toward various biomimetic applications is currently limited. Herein, Direct‐Ink‐Writing (DIW) based 3D printable hydrogel ink with broadly adjustable mechanical properties is introduced. The salting‐out effect is utilized to effectively lower the gelation temperature of hydrogel inks with a wide range of modulus (0.193–1.072 MPa), making them all 3D printable. As a proof of concept, multi‐layered synthetic blood vessels that mimic the mechanical properties of biological blood vessels are printed, and their practicability toward surgical training is demonstrated. To ensure the safety of food contact materials, a liquid chromatography method was established to determine the migration of formaldehyde in paper packaging with various food simulants (10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 95% ethanol by volume) and to investigate the migration behavior of formaldehyde after various durations and with various materials. The results showed that the method has good linearity with a correlation coefficient of R2 > 0.9990, a detection limit of 0.0011 ~ 0.0027 mg L−1, and a spiked recovery of 89.7 ~ 103.2% in the range of formaldehyde determination; the migration of formaldehyde in all six paper contact materials showed a trend of gradual increase with time until equilibrium was reached. At the same time and temperature, the migration of formaldehyde in paper packaging was the highest in low-concentration ethanol. With the same food simulants and materials, the maximum migration of formaldehyde in printed materials was greater than that in nonprinted materials; with different materials and the same food simulant, the thickness value was higher, with the use of water-based ink as a printing material, and the maximum migration value of formaldehyde by offset printing technology was low. Osteogenic differentiation and bone regeneration can be effectively aided by porous scaffolds with multiscale cellular structures, making it easier to repair defects in bone tissue. Due to the scarcity of pore-forming agents, it is extremely challenging to fabricate interconnected hierarchically porous zirconia at multi-scale. This work described a novel and straightforward method for directly imprinting a slurry containing two pore-forming agents (microspherical and filamentary) to produce strong and highly porous zirconia (ZrO 2) ceramics with four levels of porosity ranging from nanometers to millimeters. The concentration of hemp fibers significantly affected printability when the rheological behavior of a zirconia slurry was examined. Utilizing a scanning electron microscope (SEM) to monitor the development of powder interstices under various sintering techniques. The permeability performance was assessed when simulated plasma had fully filled the scaffolds. The structure had a high compressive strength of 24.18 MPa, a porosity of 80.9 %, an apparent porosity of 55.7 %, and took just 1.11 s to fill a scaffold that was 15 mm high. As an alternative to traditional photolithography, printing processes are widely explored for the patterning of customizable devices. However, to date, the majority of high‐resolution printing processes for functional nanomaterials are additive in nature. To complement additive printing, there is a need for subtractive processes, where the printed ink results in material removal, rather than addition. In this study, a new subtractive patterning approach that uses electrohydrodynamic‐jet (e‐jet) printing of acid‐based inks to etch nanoscale zinc oxide (ZnO) thin films deposited using atomic layer deposition (ALD) is introduced. By tuning the printing parameters, the depth and linewidth of the subtracted features can be tuned, with a minimum linewidth of 11 µm and a tunable channel depth with ≈5 nm resolution. Furthermore, by tuning the ink composition, the volatility and viscosity of the ink can be adjusted, resulting in variable spreading and dissolution dynamics at the solution/film interface. In the future, acid‐based subtractive patterning using e‐jet printing can be used for rapid prototyping or customizable manufacturing of functional devices on a range of substrates with nanoscale precision. Purpose: This paper aims to synthesize new screen-printing ink formula based on new derivatives of azo thiadiazol disperse dyes and evaluate their characteristics after being printed on polyester fabric substrates. Design/methodology/approach: New dispersed dyes based on 1, 3, 4-Thiadiazole derivatives (dyes 1 and 2) were prepared and confirmed by different analyses, infrared (IR), mass and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, and then formulated as colored materials in the screen-printing ink formulations. Printing pastes containing the prepared dyestuffs and other ingredients were used for printing polyester using screen-printing or traditional printing. The characteristics of printed polyester fabric substrates were measured by color measurements such as a*, b*, L*, C*, E, Ho, R% and color strength, as well as light, washing, crock and alkali perspiration fastness, and finally, the depth of penetration was evaluated. Findings: The prepared 1, 3, 4-Thiadiazole derivatives (dyes 1 and 2) were obtained from the reaction of 5,5'-(1,4-phenylene)bis(1,3,4-Thiadiazole-2-amine) with resorcinol and m-toluidine as a coupling component. The suitability of the prepared dyestuffs for silk screen-printing on polyester fabrics has been investigated. The prints obtained from a formulation containing dye 1 possess high color strength as well as good overall fastness properties if compared to those obtained using dye 2. Practical implications: The method of synthesis of the new dyestuffs and screen-printing ink provides a simple and practical solution to prepare some new heterocyclic disperse azo dyes, and they are formulated in the screen-printing inks for printing on a polyester fabric substrate. Metasurfaces, 2D arrays of nanostructures, have gained significant attention in recent years due to their ability to manipulate light at the subwavelength scale. Their diverse applications range from advanced optical devices to sensing and imaging technologies. However, the mass production of dielectric metasurfaces with tailored properties for visible light has remained a challenge. Therefore, the demand for efficient and cost‐effective fabrication methods for metasurfaces has driven the continuing development of various techniques. In this research article, a high‐throughput production method is presented for multifunctional dielectric metasurfaces in the visible light range using one‐step high‐index TiO2‐polymer composite (TPC) printing, which is a variant of nanoprinting lithography (NIL) for the direct replication of patterned multifunctional dielectric metasurfaces using a TPC material as the printing ink. The batch fabrication of dielectric metasurfaces is demonstrated with controlled geometry and excellent optical response, enabling high‐performance light‐matter interactions for potential applications of visible meta‐displays. Nickel oxide (NiO) is a p-type material with a wide bandgap of 3.6 to 4 eV, and graphene is a zero-bandgap material. When the two materials are combined to form a composite, their structural, optical, and electrical properties are enhanced. This work presents the formulation of nickel oxide (NiO)–graphene composite ink (with ethylene glycol as a solvent) for the fabrication of thin-film electrodes using a direct ink writing technique. NiO is used in nanopowder form, which is prepared via a wet-chemical approach. NiO ink is prepared in three different concentrations of 40 mg/ml (N1), 60 mg/ml (N2), and 70 mg/ml (N3). Graphene ink (G) is also prepared in concentrations of 0.5 mg/ml (G1), 1 mg/ml (G2), and 2 mg/ml (G3). Among the pure NiO inks, it was observed that low resistance and uniform printing were obtained for N2. Therefore, N2 is mixed with different concentrations of graphene to form the composite ink, which is further printed on the substrates. The rheological properties of all the formulated inks are measured. An extrusion-based direct-write system is employed for printing the inks on a glass substrate. The printed samples are characterized before and after annealing at 250°C for 2 h. The resistance of the composite ink (N2G1) is decreased by 53% in comparison with the pure NiO ink (N2). With the rapid development of the emerging intelligent, flexible, transparent, and wearable electronic devices, such as quantum-dot-based micro light-emitting diodes (micro-LEDs), thin-film transistors (TFTs), and flexible sensors, numerous pixel-level printing technologies have emerged. Among them, inkjet printing has proven to be a useful and effective tool for consistently printing micron-level ink droplets, for instance, smaller than 50 µm, onto wearable electronic devices. However, quickly and accurately determining the printing quality, which is significant for the electronic device performance, is challenging due to the large quantity and micron size of ink droplets. Therefore, leveraging existing image processing algorithms, we have developed an effective method and software for quickly detecting the morphology of printed inks served in inkjet printing. Photoresponsive fluorescent compounds have been widely used to prepare the encryption inks for modern information security. In this study, a photoresponsive fluorescent material based on dithienylethene DTE-PIO4 was synthesized by oxidizing the two sulfur atoms to sulfones. Its solution presented a distinctive fluorescence switching performance when compared with the traditional "turn-off" mode fluorescent dithienylethene, while irreversible "turn-off" fluorescence switching was observed in PMMA films and solid state upon exposure to 254 nm UV light. Remarkably, the PMMA ink was successfully prepared by incorporation with DTE-PIO4, which indicated the great potential in the fields of optical information storage and ink printing. In spectral-based ink content measurement, improving the accuracy of the spectral collection system and reducing the algorithm complexity of the ink content measurement model are important aspects of research. This study designs a spectral collection system with an M-type Czerny–Turner optical path structure, uses a third-order polynomial fitting method for calibration analysis, collects the spectral of the standard color card and denoises it through Savitzky–Golay convolution smoothing, and establishes a functional relationship between the spectral and the logarithm of ink content. Uninformative Variable Elimination (UVE) and Competitive Adaptive Reweighting Sampling are used to perform comparative analysis on feature wavelength extraction, and a prediction model for printing ink content is established. Experimental results show that the R2 of ink C, ink M, and ink Y are 0.9981, 0.9975, and 0.9892, respectively, and the root mean square error is 0.0134, 0.0153, and 0.0317, respectively, showing good performance in ink prediction accuracy. Microneedle patches are emerging multifunctional platforms for transdermal diagnostics and drug delivery. However, it still remains challenging to develop smart microneedles integrated with customization, sensing, detection and drug delivery by 3D printing strategy. Here, we present an innovative but facile strategy to rationally design and fabricate multifunctional eutectogel microneedle (EMN) patches via multi-material 3D printing. Polymerizable deep eutectic solvents (PDES) were selected as printing inks for rapid one-step fabrication of 3D printing functional EMN patches due to fast photopolymerization rate and ultrahigh drug solubility. Moreover, stretchable EMN patches incorporating rigid needles and flexible backing layers were easily realized by changing PDES compositions of multi-material 3D printing. Meanwhile, we developed multifunctional smart multi-material EMN patches capable of performing wireless monitoring of body movements, painless colorimetric glucose detection, and controlled transdermal drug delivery. Gradient matters with hierarchical structures endow the natural world with excellent integrity and diversity. Currently, direct ink writing 3D printing is attracting tremendous interest, and has been used to explore the fabrication of 1D and 2D hierarchical structures by adjusting the diameter, spacing, and angle between filaments. However, it is difficult to generate complex 3D gradient matters owing to the inherent limitations of existing methods in terms of available gradient dimension, gradient resolution, and shape fidelity. Here, we report a filament diameter-adjustable 3D printing strategy that enables conventional extrusion 3D printers to produce 1D, 2D, and 3D gradient matters with tunable heterogeneous structures by continuously varying the volume of deposited ink on the printing trajectory. In detail, we develop diameter-programmable filaments by customizing the printing velocity and height. To achieve high shape fidelity, we specially add supporting layers at needed locations. Finally, we showcase multi-disciplinary applications of our strategy in creating horizontal, radial, and axial gradient structures, letter-embedded structures, metastructures, tissue-mimicking scaffolds, flexible electronics, and time-driven devices. By showing the potential of this strategy, we anticipate that it could be easily extended to a variety of filament-based additive manufacturing technologies and facilitate the development of functionally graded structures. Direct ink writing of complex 3D gradient structures can be challenging due to inherent method limitations. This study explored the development of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)–honey-gel (PHG) through 3D printing, aiming to develop a multifunctional bio-tape with adhesive and degradable properties. Based on the potential of honey to promote wound healing due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, a PVP–honey-based 3D printing ink was developed by combining honey and PVP to create PHG through 3D printing technology that can form a film with strong adhesion and flexibility. First, the chemical–physical properties of PHG and its 3D printing performance were characterized. The line width achievable in 3D printing for the PHG line can extend to ∼100 µm. In addition, the adhesive properties of the PHG film were evaluated by using a 180° peeling test on various materials (glass, copper, wood, and pig skin), highlighting its potential for diverse applications. Finally, the application of the PHG film as a bio-tape was demonstrated through a successful animal experiment on a rabbit's skin wound. Three-dimensional printing provides more versatility in the fabrication of scaffold materials for hard and soft tissue replacement, but a critical component is the ink. The ink solution should be biocompatible, stable, and able to maintain scaffold shape, size, and function once printed. This paper describes the development of a collagen ink that remains in a liquid pre-fibrillized state prior to printing. The liquid stability occurs due to the incorporation of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) during dialysis of the collagen. Collagen inks were 3D-printed using two different printers. The resulting scaffolds were further processed using two different chemical crosslinkers, 1-Ethyl-3-[3-dimethylaminopropyl]carbodiimide hydrochloride)/N-hydroxysuccinimide (EDC/NHS) and genipin; gold nanoparticles were conjugated to the scaffolds. The 3D-printed scaffolds were characterized to determine their extrudability, stability, amount of AuNP conjugated, and overall biocompatibility via cell culture studies using fibroblast cells and stroma cells. The results demonstrated that the liquid collagen ink was amendable to 3D printing and was able to maintain its 3D shape. The scaffolds could be conjugated with gold nanoparticles and demonstrated enhanced biocompatibility. In micro‐LED display, electrohydrodynamic (EHD) inkjet printing has been proven competent in patterning the fluorescent quantum dots in to color conversion arrays with the highest spatial resolution, compared with other inkjet printing technologies. In this article, we introduce basic thoughts of designing the EHD specialized inks, aiming to optimized the properties of ink for commercially readily products. First, from the view point of electrodynamics, the basic mechanism of electrical driving is introduced, in which the difference between two type of ink, the ionic polar ink and the colloidal nonpolar ink are compared. Secondly, the interconnections and the physical problem between ink engineering and the optimization targets: ejection control, pixel homogeneity, stability and efficiency are revealed. The correlation between dielectric constant and viscosity are described in theory. Personalized healthcare management is an emerging field that requires the development of environment‐friendly, integrated, and electrochemical multimodal devices. In this study, the concept of integrated paper‐based biosensors (IFP−Multi) for personalized healthcare management is introduced. By leveraging ink printing technology and a ChatGPT–bioelectronic interface, these biosensors offer ultrahigh areal‐specific capacitance (74633 mF cm−2), excellent mechanical properties, and multifunctional sensing and humidity power generation capabilities. More importantly, the IFP−Multi devices have the potential to simulate deaf‐mute vocalization and can be integrated into wearable sensors to detect muscle contractions and bending motions. Moreover, they also enable monitoring of physiological signals from various body parts, such as the throat, nape, elbow, wrist, and knee, and successfully record sharp and repeatable signals generated by muscle contractions. In addition, the IFP−Multi devices demonstrate self‐powered handwriting sensing and moisture power generation for sweat‐sensing applications. As a proof‐of‐concept, a GPT 3.5 model‐based fine‐tuning and prediction pipeline that utilizes recorded physiological signals through IFP−Multi is showcased, enabling artificial intelligence with multimodal sensing capabilities for personalized healthcare management. The application of 3D printing to calcium phosphates has opened unprecedented possibilities for the fabrication of personalized bone grafts. However, their biocompatibility and bioactivity are counterbalanced by their high brittleness. In this work we aim at overcoming this problem by developing a self-hardening ink containing reactive ceramic particles in a polycaprolactone solution instead of the traditional approach that use hydrogels as binders. The presence of polycaprolactone preserved the printability of the ink and was compatible with the hydrolysis-based hardening process, despite the absence of water in the ink and its hydrophobicity. The microstructure evolved from a continuous polymeric phase with loose ceramic particles to a continuous network of hydroxyapatite nanocrystals intertwined with the polymer, in a configuration radically different from the polymer/ceramic composites obtained by fused deposition modelling. This resulted in the evolution from a ductile behavior, dominated by the polymer, to a stiffer behavior as the ceramic phase reacted. The polycaprolactone binder provides two highly relevant benefits compared to hydrogel-based inks. First, the handleability and elasticity of the as-printed scaffolds, together with the proven possibility of eliminating the solvent, opens the door to implanting the scaffolds freshly printed once lyophilized, while in a ductile state, and the hardening process to take place inside the body, as in the case of calcium phosphate cements. Second, even with a hydroxyapatite content of more than 92 wt.%, the flexural strength and toughness of the scaffolds after hardening are twice and five times those of the all-ceramic scaffolds obtained with the hydrogel-based inks, respectively. Overcoming the brittleness of ceramic scaffolds would extend the applicability of synthetic bone grafts to high load-bearing situations. In this work we developed a 3D printing ink by replacing the conventional hydrogel binder with a water-free polycaprolactone solution. The presence of polycaprolactone not only enhanced significantly the strength and toughness of the scaffolds while keeping the proportion of bioactive ceramic phase larger than 90 wt.%, but it also conferred flexibility and manipulability to the as-printed scaffolds. Since they are able to harden upon contact with water under physiological conditions, this opens up the possibility of implanting them immediately after printing, while they are still in a ductile state, with clear advantages for fixation and press-fit in the bone defect. Highlights: Naturally crosslinked carbonaceous liquid metal aqueous printable ink mediated by biopolymers. E-textile with conductivity, stability, wearability, and aesthetic characteristics. Multi-applications in health monitoring, pressure sensing, and energy harvesting. Achieving flexible electronics with comfort and durability comparable to traditional textiles is one of the ultimate pursuits of smart wearables. Ink printing is desirable for e-textile development using a simple and inexpensive process. However, fabricating high-performance atop textiles with good dispersity, stability, biocompatibility, and wearability for high-resolution, large-scale manufacturing, and practical applications has remained challenging. Here, water-based multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)-decorated liquid metal (LM) inks are proposed with carbonaceous gallium–indium micro-nanostructure. With the assistance of biopolymers, the sodium alginate-encapsulated LM droplets contain high carboxyl groups which non-covalently crosslink with silk sericin-mediated MWCNTs. E-textile can be prepared subsequently via printing technique and natural waterproof triboelectric coating, enabling good flexibility, hydrophilicity, breathability, wearability, biocompatibility, conductivity, stability, and excellent versatility, without any artificial chemicals. The obtained e-textile can be used in various applications with designable patterns and circuits. Multi-sensing applications of recognizing complex human motions, breathing, phonation, and pressure distribution are demonstrated with repeatable and reliable signals. Self-powered and energy-harvesting capabilities are also presented by driving electronic devices and lighting LEDs. As proof of concept, this work provides new opportunities in a scalable and sustainable way to develop novel wearable electronics and smart clothing for future commercial applications. Although significant progress has been made in coaxial printing of vascularized tissue models, this technique has not yet been used to fabricate stimulus‐responsive scaffolds capable of shape change over time. Here, a new method of direct ink printing (DIP) is proposed with a coaxial nozzle, coaxial 4D printing, enabling the manufacturing of thermoresponsive constructs embedded with a network of interconnected channels. In this approach, a poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm)‐based thermoink is coaxially extruded into either core/sheath microfibers or microtubes. PNIPAAm renders a hydrogel temperature‐sensitive and endows it with a shape‐morphing property both at the micro‐ and macroscale. Specifically, the lumen diameter of the microtubes can be controlled by temperature by 30%. The macrostructural soft actuators can undergo programmed and reversible temperature‐dependent shape changes due to the structural anisotropy of the hydrogel. The permeability tests demonstrate that the hydrogel can possess enough strength to maintain the hollow channels without breaking. In vitro tests confirm the biocompatibility of the material with EA.hy926 cells, paving the avenue for new perfusable soft robots, or active implants. Finally, microalgae Chlamydomonas reinhardtii is combined with the hydrogels to fabricate materials having functions of both living microorganisms and stimuli‐responsive polymers toward creating engineered living materials (ELMs) with a vein‐like geometry. Surface interactions of the materials during and after the printing process are extremely important for understanding and optimizing the process of graphic reproduction. In screen printing on porous and absorbent substrates, mesh type and ink composition significantly influence the properties of the printed product. To protect the absorbent printing substrates such as board from moisture penetration and to ensure the optimal interaction of the printed ink layer and the substrate, board substrates can be coated with protective primers before printing. In this research, biodegradable primers made of poly(ɛ-caprolactone) and poly(lactic acid) were applied on the board substrate which was then screen-printed using two screen rulings of the mesh and two different types of water-based printing inks on unprimed and primed board substrates. Printed ink layer thickness, surface roughness, water vapor transmission rate, surface free energy and adhesion parameters were measured/calculated on all produced samples. Microscopy of the printed elements was performed to visualize the influence of the primers on the printed line edge. Results of the research have shown that the primers influence the roughness reduction of the printed ink layer. Furthermore, thickness of the printed ink layers increased when the primers were applied on the substrate, pointing to the decreased permeability of the board, which was confirmed by the reduced water vapor transmission rate of the primed and printed substrates. The surface free energies of the tested surfaces and the adhesion parameters between biodegradable primers and prepared printing inks differed depending on the type of the ink and primer, pointing to the optimal combination of the primer and ink for the favorable acceptance of printing ink on the substrate.
