The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of an experimental programme based on the integration of movement and music on the development of fundamental movement skills and rhythmic abilities. Sixty-two children aged from 5 to 6 years participated in the study. Results showed that children who were included in the music and movement programme as well as those included in the movement-only programme improved more in fundamental movement skills and rhythmic abilities than children from the control group. Considering the principle of horizontal integration of different curricular areas and different viewpoints on the child’s development and learning, the experimental music and movement programme proved to be more effective.

The introduction of the “brain death” criterion constitutes a significant paradigm shift in the determination of death. The perception of the public at large is that the Catholic Church has formally endorsed this neurological standard. However, a critical reading of the only magisterial document on this subject, Pope John Paul II’s 2000 address, shows that the pope’s acceptance of the neurological criterion is conditional in that it entails a twofold requirement. It requires that certain medical presuppositions of the neurological standard are fulfilled, and that its philosophical premise coheres with the Church’s teaching on the body-soul union. This article demonstrates that the medical presuppositions are not fulfilled, and that the doctrine of the brain as the central somatic integrator of the body does not cohere either with the current holistic understanding of the human organism or with the Church’s Thomistic doctrine of the soul as the form of the body. Summary:The concept of “brain death” (the neurological basis for legally declaring a person dead) has caused much controversy since its inception. In this regard, it has been generally perceived that the Catholic Church has officially affirmed the “brain death” criterion. The address of Pope John Paul II in 2000 shows, however, that he only gave it a conditional acceptance, one which requires that several medical and philosophical presuppositions of the “brain death” standard be fulfilled. This article demonstrates, taking into consideration both the empirical evidence and the Church’s Thomistic anthropology, that the presuppositions have not been fulfilled. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The transformation of psychological science at postnonclassical stage of its development demands theoretical and methodological reflection of the conceptual grounds of psychology. In this article, we have attempted to outline themost significant principles regarded to postnonclassicalpsychology such as 1) structural- genetic principle; 2) principle of subject (personal agency); 3) principle of orientation on cultural context; 4) principle of ontological constructivism; 5) principle of integration.Structural-genetic principlegrounds the view on psychological phenomenon as the unique and integral formation, which is able to self-organization and self- development. This principle emphasizes the necessity to consider a) structural peculiarities of such phenomenon (level of inner differentiation and integration of its components, dynamics of functional coordination between them); b) ordering influences of system-creating factor on it; c) diachronic aspects of its functioning (determination, mechanisms, stages, synergy effects etc.).The principle of subject (personal agency) focuses on the content and dynamic (motivational and value, cognitive, regulative and reflexive etc.) aspects of person’s interaction with the world. The principle of orientation on cultural contextprinciple proposes to interpret mental phenomena as the modus of culture, taking into consideration the interconnection between generative worlds of culture and subjective worlds of the human. The principle of ontological constructivism points out the constructive (mediated by constructs, narrative structures etc.) nature ofthe cognition. It indicates that personal mental constructions are to be ideal models (hypertext representations of the world which provide interpretative and adaptive functions) based on conventional assumptions about the reality. The principle of integration reveals the possibility ofa) inter-paradigmdialogue and inter-disciplinary synthesis, content interaction between different psychological theories; b) complex applying of different research strategies and methods; c) combination of the fundamental theoretical achievements with the practical technologies., У статті на основі розгляду концептуальних засад постнекласичної психології, змістовно розкриваються її основні теоретико-методологічні принципи: структурно-генетичний, суб’єктності, культурного контекстуалізму, онтологічного конструктивізму та інтеграції.

This article explores the implications for international environmental law of the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which occurred at the 2015 United Nations Sustainable Development Summit. Following a summary of the main outcomes of the Summit, the paper evaluates the process and vision of the SDGs against both the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and the past efforts of the UN General Assembly (UNGA) in the field of sustainable development. The paper then examines how the environmental dimension of the SDGs is integrated into the general framework of the post-2015 development agenda and addresses two important questions which will most likely prove instrumental in the achievement of the Goals themselves. First, it the light of UN General Assembly Resolution 70/1, it discusses the normative value of the environmental obligations of States enshrined in the SDGs. Secondly, it deals with problems of implementation of the outcomes of the Summit, and accordingly attempts to identify the main legal challenges for the operationalization of the environmental component of the SDGs, in the wider context of the Agenda and taking the recent developments under the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) into account.

Sustainable development in moroccan law : between utopia and reality. Sustainable development appears in moroccan law in 2003, with the law 11-03 on protection and upgrading of the environment. In 2011, the new Constitution of the Kingdom of Morocco recognizes the right to sustainable development and evokes sustainable development on several occasions, especially creating the Economic, Social and Environmental Council. The national charter for environment and sustainable development was adopted in 2014. Morocco displays doubtless the choice of sustainable development. It is therefore interesting to examine how the moroccan law grasps this choice, by evaluating the general legal instruments (especially the Constitution and the national charter for environment and sustainable development) and by verifying its scope in other special legal instruments., Le développement durable a fait son entrée dans l’arsenal juridique marocain en 2003 à travers la loi 11-03 relative à la protection et à la mise en valeur de l’environnement. In: Revue Juridique de l'Environnement, n°3, 2016. pp. 536-550.

- Abstract
The aim of the present study is to clarify the nature of integration between the individual and the organization. I have utilized four analytical tools in this endeavor – forms of association, theoretical starting points, integrating factors, and principles of integration. The forms of association have been taken from Amitai Etzioni's model for describing the interplay between members' experience of an organization and organizational sanctions. These in turn provide us with three categories – coercion, when association is steered by constraint exercised by the organization; interest, when integration proceeds deliberately and voluntarily; and normative or institutional integration, when association is steered by a normative community. The starting point selected is important, and often decisive, for any effort to understand the connection between the individual and the organization. In the present effort to theoretically explain how a particular association between individual and organization emerges, I have deliberately selected human nature (the integrating unit) from the choice of two alternatives for the starting point. That is to say that the starting point for integration should be sought not in the organization, but in people. The reason for this decision is my contention that organizations have no organic form, and that they can be steered and influenced in a completely differently way than people. In order for the theoretical starting point to function as a explanatory factor, it should provide the location for an active element. I have chosen the individual's striving for development and maturity as the active element or integrating factor in this regard. The integration of individual and organization is fostered to the extent that the individual's striving for development is satisfied within the framework of the organization. I argue that participation is the principle of integration that serves this goal. In conclusion, participation promotes the integra
