4. Prototip sledilne naprave v omrežjih LTE-M in NB-IoT

Diplomska naloga predstavi razvoj sledilne naprave ter spremljajoče zaledne in spletne aplikacije. Naprava za pridobivanje lokacije uporablja sistem GPS, za povezovanje v internet pa mobilni omrežji LTE-M in NB-IoT. V prvem delu naloga pregleda in primerja širše uporabljena omrežja LPWAN, preveri primernost izbora tehnologij LTE-M in NB-IoT, predstavi protokole za komunikacijo ter pregleda področje pridobivanja lokacije naprav. V drugem delu pa predstavi razvoj sledilne naprave. Najprej opiše sistem v paketu Nordic nRF9160, ki predstavlja osnovni gradnik na ravni strojne opreme, njegovo razvojno okolje in operacijski sistem, nato pa predstavi delovanje zaledne in spletne aplikacije ter način komunikacije med sledilno napravo in zaledno aplikacijo. This bachelor thesis presents the development of a tracking device based on GPS positioning and LTE-M and NB-IoT cellular connectivity. It begins with an overview of different types of LPWAN networks, explores the characteristics of LTE-M and NB-IoT, presents common communication protocols for IoT devices communicating over the Internet and describes some of the widely used IoT positioning methods. In the second part it focuses on the development of the tracking device where it first presents the system-in-package Nordic nRF9160 and proceeds with an overview of the software development kit, OS and IDE used for the development of the embedded software. In the end it presents the backend application along with the web app for viewing the location of different tracking devices.

5. Razvoj IoT prehoda za potrebe pametnih tovarn

Dandanes se mnoga podjetja v industriji srečujejo s potrebo po digitalni transformaciji. Hiter razvoj na področju interneta stvari prinaša številne tehnologije, ki pripomorejo k zajemu podatkov o dogajanju v proizvodnji in prenos teh v zaledne sisteme, kjer jih lahko povežemo s podatki o poslovanju. Problem povezljivosti naprav se rešuje z uporabo IoT prehodov. Sprva so IoT prehodi služili predvsem za povezovanje naprav danes pa se povečujejo zahteve po dodatni funkcionalnosti, ki naj bi podpirala nameščanje poljubne programske opreme na prehode in s tem omogočala transformacijo navadnega prehoda v prehod z dodano lokalno inteligenco. Razdelali smo arhitekturo takšnega IoT prehoda ter definirali osnovne funkcionalnosti. Na podlagi razdelane arhitekture smo razvili programsko opremo za transformacijo naprav v IoT prehod, oblačno aplikacijo za potrebe registracije in povezave IoT prehodov in omogočili uporabniku uporabo oblačne platforme za potrebe analize in izvoza podatkov. Internet of things had a rapid development over past few years. We can use different technologies for connecting devices and use them for data gathering. This data is usually sent to the cloud systems for analysis and storage. Different devices use different communication protocols therefore device interoperability was always a problem in internet of things. This problem was usually solved with the use of IoT gateways that acted like a bridge for connecting different devices to cloud systems. Today these gateways are required to perform additional tasks and are becoming smarter. We have designed a software architecture for a smart IoT gateway and defined basic functionalities. According to our design we have implemented a prototype of a IoT gateway, cloud application for connecting IoT gateways and overall system overview. Besides that we have enabled users to use full power of cloud platform for data analysis, storage and export.

6. Programsko orodje DSHplus in vmesniki za povezavo z drugimi programi in sistemi

Z modeliranjem in simulacijo v fazi razvoja in izdelave izdelkov, prihranimo čas, sredstva, material in energijo. V zaključni nalogi smo zato obravnavali simulacijsko orodje DSHplus, ki se uporablja za podrobno analizo kompleksnih hidravličnih komponent in sistemov. Hidravlični sistemi so večkrat del skupka različnih podsistemov, simulacije za posamezen podsistem pa želimo izvajati v simulacijskih orodjih, ki so specializirana za določeno problematiko z namenom bolj natančne obravnave. V nalogi je zato podrobneje predstavljeno področje povezljivosti simulacijskega orodja DSHplus z drugimi simulacijskimi in programskimi orodji. Osredotočamo se na vrste in načine povezljivosti ter na izvedbo vzporedne simulacije več simulacijskih programov, to je kosimulacija. V nalogi je opisan tudi način komunikacije, uvoza in izvoza modelov ter prenosa podatkov med programi, ki so omogočeni s komunikacijskimi vmesniki. By performing simulations in the phases of product design and development we save time, resources, materials and energy. In this final thesis, we discussed DSHplus simulation tool, created for detailed analysis of complex hydraulic components and systems. Hydraulic systems are often connected to a number of different subsystems and for the purpose of more accurate treatment, each is simulated in a simulation tool specialized for solving particular systems. In the final thesis the connectivity of DSHplus simulation tool with other simulation and program tools is presented in detail, with the focus on different kinds and ways of interconnections and execution of parallel simulation in several simulation programs, called co-simulation. The manner of communication, import and export of models and data transfer, enabled with communication interfaces is also described.

7. Pametni avtomobili in informacijska varnost

Purpose:‘Smart cars’ use a great variety of data in order to operate. They obtain this from the surrounding area using sensor technology and other available resources. The drivers and passengers of such vehicles transfer different data by connecting their mobile devices with smart-vehicle systems (and by using various apps). The purpose of this paper is to investigate the problem of user data security in smart cars and to provide an insight into the general knowledge regarding such issues held by those who drive smart cars (both private and commercial users).Methods:The results are based on descriptive findings arising from a literature review and a research study conducted among the Slovenian population via the “1ka.si” online portal. Findings:The research conducted and presented in this paper shows that the use of mobile devices and their applications, which are connected to a smart car, constitute one of the biggest risks to information security in smart cars. Drivers are aware of such risks, but consider them to be a secondary concern. In addition, the lack of a uniform definition of smart cars points to a new under researched area concerning the information security of smart devices (such as cars, mobile devices etc.). Such issues pose a problem for smart car manufacturers and application developers as well as the users of mobile devices.Research Limitations:The main limitation of the research study is that the target population does not possess much knowledge about the discussed topic and related issues. Practical Implications:The research study’s findings provide an insight into data security issues (which also serve as practical implications) concerning the use of smart cars.Originality/Value:The findings of the paper may prove useful for both the users and owners of smart vehicles in general as well as the manufacturers of mobile devices since the relevant data flows take place at the level of smart devices. The key challenge involves the owner of a single device and the level of information security knowledge they possess. Namen prispevka:Pametni avtomobili danes za svoje delovanje uporabljajo raznovrstne podatke, ki jih pridobivajo iz okolice s pomočjo senzorske tehnologije in ostalih dostopnih virov. Uporabniki pametnih avtomobilov tako prenašajo raznovrstne podatke, ko svoje mobilne naprave povezujejo s sistemi pametnih avtomobilov (tudi z uporabo različnih aplikacij). Namen prispevka je prikazati varnost uporabnikovih podatkov pri rabi pametnih avtomobilov in izpostaviti poznavanje tovrstne problematike med uporabniki pametnih avtomobilov (tako zasebnih kot poslovnih).Metode:Ugotovitve, predstavljene v članku, izhajajo iz deskriptivnih dognanj in raziskave, ki je bila izvedena s pomočjo spletnega vprašalnika, objavljenega na spletnem portalu »1ka.si«. Ugotovitve:Raziskava, izvedena v tem članku, nam je pokazala, da eno največjih tveganj informacijski varnosti pri rabi pametnih avtomobilov predstavlja uporaba mobilnih naprav in aplikacij, ki se povezujejo s pametnimi avtomobili. Vozniki tovrstna tveganja sicer poznajo, vendar so za njih sekundarnega pomena, kar tudi nakazuje, poleg neenotne definicije pametnih avtomobilov, na novo neraziskano področje informacijske varnosti pametnih naprav (avtomobili, mobilne naprave itn.). S tovrstno problematiko se srečujejo tako proizvajalci pametnih avtomobilov in mobilnih aplikacij kot tudi uporabniki pametnih naprav. Omejitve/uporabnost raziskave:Omejitev raziskave predstavlja predvsem pomanjkljivo znanje prebivalstva o obravnavani tematiki in njeni problematiki.Praktična uporabnost:Ugotovitve raziskave omogočajo vpogled v problematiko varovanja podatkov (ki prav tako služi kot praktična uporabnost) pri uporabi pametnih avtomobilov.Izvirnost/pomembnost prispevka:Ugotovitve prispevka so uporabne tako za vse uporabnike in lastnike pametnih avtomobilov kot tudi za proizvajalce pametnih naprav. Pretakanje podatkov namreč poteka na nivoju pametnih naprav, razlika je le, kdo je lastnik posamezne naprave in s kakšno stopnjo informacijskovarnostnega znanja posamezno napravo upravlja.

8. Prototip rešitve povezljivosti pametnih gospodinjskih aparatov

Cilj diplomske naloge je rešiti problem brezžičnega povezovanja pametnih gospodinjskih aparatov podjetja Gorenje na svetovni splet, da jih lahko upravljamo na daljavo. Pregledali smo obstoječe rešitve in ugotovili, da potrebujemo svojo programsko rešitev. Naš prototip rešitve med seboj povezuje gospodinjski aparat, Raspberry Pi, pretvornik signala FTDI in oblak. Za rešitev smo postavili naslednje zahteve: za delovanje programa ne potrebujemo tipkovnice in miške, program pa se zažene sam ob zagonu pametnega gospodinjskega aparata. Podatke moramo videti lokalno na SD kartici Raspberry Pi in na oblaku, izmenjava podatkov mora delovati pravilno. Naša rešitev je prototip dvosmernega prenosa podatkov iz računalnika do oblaka in iz oblaka preko Raspberry Pi na pametni gospodinjski aparat. Prototip rešitve je že uspešno preizkušen v podjetju. The goal of our thesis is to solve the problem of smart home appliances connectivity in the company Gorenje to the web, so they can be remotely controlled. We checked other companies’ solutions, and realized the need for a special solution. We wrote a program, which connects Raspberry Pi inside the smart home appliance, signal converter FTDI and cloud. Demands for our thesis are: the program works without a keyboard and mouse, and it starts at every reboot of Raspberry Pi. Data must be stored locally on SD memory card inside the Raspberry Pi and on the cloud. Data transfer must work both ways. Our solution is a prototype of a two-side data transfer from computer to cloud and from cloud through Raspberry Pi to our smart home appliance. The solution was already tested in the company.

9. Information security of smart vehicle usage

Ko govorimo o avtomobilih, vedno pomislimo na prevoz, kjer je zagotavljanje varnosti odvisno zgolj od posameznikove sposobnosti za vožnjo in tehnično brezhibnega avtomobila. Ko je tehnologija napredovala, je avtomobil postal del informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije in interneta stvari (lahko rečemo, da je postal pametna mobilna naprava). Tako je postal prevozno sredstvo, povezano v kibernetski prostor, ki za varno in udobno vožnjo skrbi s pomočjo zbiranja podatkov iz okolice z različnimi senzorji in se povezuje z drugimi pametnimi napravami (npr. mobilne naprave). Ker je pametni avtomobil postal del kibernetskega prostora, je tako postal tudi del kibernetskih napadov, namreč postal je odprt za grožnje, ki so do sedaj pretile le drugim napravam v kibernetskem prostoru (npr. računalnikom, mobilnim napravam idr.). Namen magistrskega dela je prikazati varnost podatkov pri rabi pametnih avtomobilov opozoriti na grožnje, ki pretijo uporabnikom pametnih avtomobilov prikazati rešitve, ki rabo pametnih avtomobilov naredijo varnejšo predstaviti poznavanje tematike med uporabniki pametnih avtomobilov. V začetku magistrskega dela so predstavljene raziskovalne trditve, vezane na pametne avtomobile. Predstavljene so grožnje in rešitve, ki so ključnega pomena za razumevanje varne rabe pametnih avtomobilov. V drugem delu so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, ki kažejo, kako dobro izpraševanci poznajo varnost v pametnih avtomobilih. When we talk about cars, we always think of transportation, where the security assurance depends only on individuals capability to drive and technical perfection of the car. As technology progressed, the car has become a part of information-communication technology and the internet of things (we can say, that it has become a smart mobile device). This is how it became a mean of transport, connected to cyber space, which provides safe and comfortable drive with the help of data, collected from the environment by its sensors and connects to other smart devices (for example mobile devices). Because a smart car is now part of the cyber space, it also became a part of cyber attacks, because it has opened to threats, that threatened only other devices in cyber space (for example computers, mobile devices etc.). Purpose of this thesis is to show how secure data is while using smart cars to warn about the threats that are threatening to smart car users to show some sollutions that make smart car usage safer to present knowledge of users of smart cars on this subject. In the first part of this thesis we present research statements, tied to smart cars. We presented the threats and solutions, that are key to understanding of safe usage of smart cars. In the second part, we present the results of our research, that show, how good respondents know about security in smart cars.

10. Predlog nove prometne povezave med Tolminom in naselji v njegovi okolici

V magistrskem delu smo analizirali območje, vzhodno od mesta Tolmin, natančneje med naseljema Poljubinj in Žabče, na katerem smo načrtovali novo oz. rekonstrukcijo obstoječe prometne infrastrukture. S predlogom nove prometne ureditve želimo izboljšati medsebojne povezave med obravnavanimi naselji, povečati dostopnost do občinskega središča ter zagotoviti izvajanje predvidenih novih turističnih dejavnosti. Za potrebe umeščanja prometne infrastrukture smo izdelali analize širšega in ožjega območja. Na podlagi analitičnih ugotovitev smo oblikovali cilje nove prometne ureditve na obravnavanem območju ter nato izdelali več variantnih potekov predvidenih prometnih povezav. Najustreznejšo varianto smo izbrali na podlagi predhodno določenih kriterijev vrednotenja: dolžina ceste, maksimalen naklon ceste, potek predlaganega odseka po obstoječih poteh, veljavna namenska raba in število zahtevnejših gradbenih posegov. Kombinacija odsekov, ki je bila najbolje ovrednotena, sestavlja izbrano varianto trase ceste, katero smo še podrobneje programsko obdelali. Uskladili smo nekatere geometrijske elemente in dodali dva kraka ceste. Končna idejna zasnova prometne povezave predstavlja optimalno prometno urejenost v smislu zagotavljanja potreb prebivalcev in obiskovalcev obravnavanega območja. In this master thesis we analysed the area east of Tolmin city, located between the villages Poljubinj and Žabče, where we planned a new road infrastructure or reconstruction of the existing roads. By defining new road connections we want to provide better connectivity of the discussed villages, improve access to the municipality centre and ensure the implementation of new planned tourist activities. For the purpose of planning new road infrastructure we analysed the wider and narrower area of planning. The goals for designing a new road were set based on the analyses. Then we constructed several possible courses of the new road. The best option of the road was chosen based on predefined evaluation criteria: road length, maximum road slope, correspondence of the planned road with the existing ones, valid land use and number of demanding construction works. The combination of road sections with the highest evaluation comprises the optimal road route. The final route was then programmatically detailed by editing some geometrical elements and adding two sections of the road. The final proposal for the new road presents the optimal traffic regulation, meeting the requirements of local people and visitors of the area.

12. Software tools connectivity for electrical installations planning in practice

Namen diplomskega dela je predstavitev možnosti, ki jih programska orodja za projektiranje nudijo za izboljšanje hitrosti in učinkovitosti dela ter kakšne možnosti ti nudijo za medsebojno povezavo in prenos podatkov. Določeno povezljivost je mogoče doseči glede na namen, polno povezljivost pa preko podatkovne povezave med programskimi orodji MS Excel in Autodesk AutoCAD. V večini ostalih primerov prenosa podatkov dosežemo delno povezljivost, kot so iznosi podatkov iz dokumentov in izdelavi kosovnic. S takšnim pristopom k delu in projektiranju si lahko olajšamo delo ter skrajšamo čas dela in zmanjšamo možnost napak pri vstavljanju in prenosu podatkov. Intention of a dissertation is the presentation of possibilities, that the software tools for electrical installation planning offer for the improvement of speed and it is making efficiencies and some possibilities offer these mutual connection and data transfer. It is possible to achieve certain connectivity in terms of intention, full connectivity over data connection among the software tools of Microsoft Excel and Autodesk AutoCAD. We can achieve partial connectivity in the majority of other cases of data transfers, as there are data export from documents and makings of bills of materials. We can ease our work with such approach among part and planning and we shorten time of part and we reduce possibility of mistakes at insertion and data transfer.

V diplomskem delu je predstavljena celovita informacijska povezava podjetja Mlekarna Celeia d.o.o. Prikazali smo osnove programa Microsoft Dynamics NAV in preleteli njegovo zgodovino od začetka razvoja do danes. Ugotovili smo, kako program deluje in kako se v podjetju sploh uporablja. Omenili smo tudi ostale programe, ki jih podjetje uporablja, ugotovili kako so povezani med sabo in kako delujejo. Opisali smo tudi povezavo med dobavitelji in kupci, kako poteka postopek in kako se tega lotimo v praksi. Predstavili smo izboljšave in poenostavitve v samem programu Dynamics NAV, v operacijskemu sistemu in pri ostali strojni opremi. Na koncu pa smo primerjali še programa istega proizvajalca in sicer, Microsoftov Dynamics NAV in Dynamics AX. This diploma presents comprehensive information connection in the company Mlekarna Celeia d.o.o. We have presented the basics of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and scanned its history from the beginning of development until today. We found out how the program works and how the company uses it. We also mentioned other programs that the company uses and how they relate to one another and how they work. We describe the link between suppliers and buyers, how the process works and how to tackle it in practice. The aim of the diploma presents the improvement and simplification of the program Dynamics NAV, operating system and other hardware. At the end we compared two programs from the same manufacturer and these are Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics AX.

Magistrsko delo obravnava področje povezovanja informacijskih sistemov s poudarkom na povezovanju zdravstvenih organizacij. Delovanje informacijskih sistemov je postalo za organizacije strateškega pomena, saj je uspešnost izvajanja večine poslovnih procesov odvisna predvsem od uspešnega delovanja in povezovanja informacijskih sistemov, ki izvajanje teh procesov podpirajo. Cilj naloge je analizirati obstoječe stanje in predstaviti možno rešitev za povezovanje zdravstvenih informacijskih sistemov, s katero bi lahko to področje v zdravstvenih organizacijah izboljšali. V prvem delu naloge so podane teoretične osnove povezovanj, v nadaljevanju so opisani načini povezovanj in standardi, ki se v svetu uporabljajo za povezovanje informacijskih sistemov. V drugem delu naloge je opisana analiza obstoječega stanja v obravnavanih organizacijah. Glede na pridobljene informacije je v nadaljevanju opisan predlog rešitve. Izvedli pa smo tudi oceno nepotrebnih stroškov, ki nastajajo zaradi obstoječega načina dela. Prototipna rešitev, ki omogoča varno povezavo informacijskih sistemov v partnerskih zdravstvenih organizacijah z namenom izmenjave elektronskih dokumentov, je predstavljena v drugem delu naloge. V zaključnem delu naloge so predstavljene nadaljnje možnosti opisane rešitve in zaključek naloge. The dissertation has treated the information systems interoperability with emphasis on healthcare organizations. Information systems and their functionality have become strategically important for organizations, because the effectiveness of most business processes depends on efficiency and integration of information systems supporting such processes. The main goal of the work is to analyse the actual situation and to propose possible solution for interoperability of information systems in order to improve this area in healthcare organizations. In the first part the theoretical bases of the integration are described. The following part describes the connection methods and standards used to connect information systems. The second part presents the analysis of the existing situation as a basis for interpretation of the proposed solution. We have also estimated unnecessary costs arisen as the result of the existing way of working process. The prototype solution presented in the second part of work allows secure connection between information systems in healthcare organizations with the intention to exchange electronic documents. Further opportunities of the solution are described in the final part. There is also the conclusion of the master thesis.

Vojaško letališče Cerklje ob Krki (letališče) je bilo ustanovljeno leta 1938 kot vojaško letališče kraljeve vojske. Po koncu druge svetovne vojne pa ga je uporabljalo vojaško letalstvo JLA. Letališče je v devetdesetih prejšnjega stoletja postalo osrednja vojaška letalska baza Slovenske vojske. Danes je tu nastanjena večina enot letalstva in zračne obrambe Slovenske vojske (SV). Dotrajanost letaliških objektov, vzletno-pristajalne steze in druge letališke infrastrukture je povod celovitega projekta prenove ter posodobitve letališča. Večina prenove bo povezana z izboljšanjem zmogljivosti letališča. Tehnološka prenova in rekonstrukcija letališča bosta omogočili, da bodo na njem varno vzletali in pristajali vojaški ter civilni zrakoplovi v vseh pogojih, tudi pri omejeni vidljivosti, podnevi in ponoči. Na ta način bo omogočen tudi civilni notranji in mednarodni javni promet, ki ga do zdaj ni bilo. Obnovljeno letališče bo edina zračna vstopna točka vojaških letal v Sloveniji, kjer bo potekal tudi program podpore enotam NATO, pri čemer pa ni predvideno, da bi bili na njem stalno nameščeni zrakoplovi ali enote drugih držav zavezništva. Predvideno je za pomoč med članicami zveze ob vojaški ogroženosti in večjih naravnih nesrečah. Izgradnja gospodarskega središča Phoenix na severnem delu letališča se pojavlja kot pomemben logističen potencial, tako za Slovensko vojsko kakor tudi za celotno gospodarsko področje v Posavju. Posodobitev letališča in izgradnja gospodarskega središča Phoenix na istem prostoru je izvrstno izkoriščen moment ali še bolje rečeno inercija, ki bo zagotovila sinergijo celotnega spektra logističnih tokov na tem območju ter ob ustreznem upravljanju omogočila povezljivost kadrov, opreme in infrastrukture na letališču. Military airfield Cerklje ob Krki was built in 1938 by Kingdom of Yugoslavia armed forces. After the Second World War it was used by the air force of the Republic of Yugoslavia. From 1991 on the airfield has been used by Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF) as an air base. Majority of SAF aviation and air defence units are based on this airfield today. However, low operability status and bad overall condition of an airport support infrastructure resulted in a master plan of airport improvement program by the government and Ministry of Defence. Through this program the airport will increase its capability and capacity. Reconstruction will enable safe military and civilian aviation flying activities in all conditions day and night. Thus international air traffic and other civilian air traffic from and to the airfield will be possible. Reconstructed airport will present the only air entry point to Slovenia for foreign military aviation and will also enable NATO activities support programs and civil relief and security operations. There are no plans for permanent basing of NATO air personnel or aviation units on this airfield. At the same time, the plans have been made for establishing of an Economic Growth Centre - Phoenix in the north part of the airport territory. This fact presents a major logistics boost for both parties on the airfield, as well as for the local economy and surrounding region. When putting together a project with such a nature, vision and goals and a major airport improvement program, although military, a massive synergy in various fields can be expected.
