- Abstract
Organizational communication patterns refer to the relationship between two or more individuals in the process of sending and receiving messages accurately, ensuring that the intended message is well understood. In reality, at MPKS there are differences in the quality of human resources, such as a lack of responsiveness and inffective communication flows. Therefore, organizational communication patterns are essential to coordinate management, enabling effective communication processes to achieve the goals of the MPKS. This study aims to understand the communication patterns used and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the communication process at MPKS. This research employs a qualitative method. The subjects of the study include the Chairperson of MPKS, MPKS staff, and the kitabisa.com team, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques consist of the study show that the organizational communication patterns used to mprove service quality at MPKS include the wheel pattern, star pattern.
