The deployment of decision-support tools increases agility efficiency while reducing the cost of maintaining proper operation. Accidental or intentional shutdowns have disastrous and costly consequences. The scientific community of discrete event systems (DES), has been interested in the cause-effect relationships between certain nominal and dysfunctional states, to propose solutions responding to this problem. Our work is part of the framework of a steering of a system subject to failure events (FE). We have developed a model-based prognostic approach, which predicts the earliest date of occurrence of an FE, allowing the operator to plan repair interventions on components before altering the proper functioning. We modeled the system using labeled temporal Petri nets (RdPTL), since the analysis of its behavioral model is based on the sequentiality and date of occurrence of events. We have represented these dynamics through modeling in a context of mode analysis, limited to 3 modes of operation (nominal, degraded and critical). From its accessibility graph, we have built a prognosticator, which allows us to identify all the sequences of events ending with an FE. We used the notion of parameterization of the system states i.e. the introduction of a clock and a system of clock inequation (SE) for each state of the system. The states obtained from the discretization of time are then grouped in a single state and the SE will determine the values of the clocks. The prognosis cannot always be guaranteed. We then established the prognosticability property, to distinguish the sequences that are prognosticable from those that are not. To validate our approach, we chose a battery cell as a benchmark and the INA tool to generate the accessibility graph., L’utilisation d’outils d’aide à la décision accroît l’efficacité d’agilité tout en réduisant les coûts relatifs au maintien du bon fonctionnement. Les arrêts accidentel ou intentionnel, provoquent des conséquences désastreuses et coûteuses. La communauté scientifique des systèmes à événements discrets (SED), s’est intéressée aux relations de causes à effets entre certains états nominaux et dysfonctionnels, pour proposer des solutions qui répond à cette problématique. Nos travaux s’insèrent dans le cadre d’un pilotage d’un système soumis à des événements de défaillance (EDef). Nous avons développé une approche de pronostic à base de modèle, qui prédit au plus tôt la date d’occurrence d’un EDef, permettant à l’opérateur de planifier les interventions de réparation sur des composants avant d’altérer le bon fonctionnement. Nous avons modélisé le système par des réseaux de Petri temporels labellisés (RdPTL), vu que l’analyse de son modèle comportemental est basée sur la séquentialité et la date d’occurrence des événements. Nous avons représenté ces dynamiques au travers d’une modélisation dans un contexte d’analyse de modes, limitée à 3 modes de fonctionnement (nominal, dégradé et critique). A partir de son graphe d’accessibilité, nous avons construit un pronostiqueur, qui permet de repérer l’ensemble des séquences d’événements qui se terminent par un Edef. Nous avons utilisé la notion de paramétrisation des états du système i.e. l’introduction d’une horloge et un système d’inéquation (SE) des horloges pour chaque état du système. Les états obtenus de la discrétisation du temps sont alors regroupés dans un seul état et le SE déterminera les valeurs des horloges. Le pronostic ne peut être toujours assuré. Nous avons alors établi la propriété de pronosticabilité, pour discerner les séquences qui sont pronosticables de celles qui ne le sont pas. Pour valider notre approche, nous avons choisi la cellule d’une batterie comme benchmark et l’outil INA pour générer le graphe d’accessibilité.

Використання в повсякденній діяльності підприємницьких компаній інформаційних систем (ІС) відкриває широкі можливості з надання комунікаційних послуг та обробки інформаційних ресурсів між відповідними відомствами, організаціями та установами, що є позитивним з точки зору перспектив для росту компаній та для їх клієнтів. Водночас існує залежність цих структур від розробників складових частин ІС, насамперед програмного забезпечення, що відкриває для зловмисників шляхи для несанкціонованого доступу до інформації, що становить реальну загрозу безпеці інформації зокрема та захищеності системі в цілому. Крім того, ймовірність реалізації відповідних загроз підвищується через широку доступність комп'ютерних технологій для всіх бажаючих. Тому проблема захисту ІС від відповідних загроз та способів їх реалізації - атак, носить надзвичайно актуальний характер. На сьогодні є багато інструментів для тестування системи на проникність, але при ефективному скануванні системи на вразливості може бути порушена робота сервісів та вузлів, тому альтернативою в даному випадку може стати створення моделі даної системи для проведення тестів на проникнення. Створення моделі для тестування системи до стійкості атак, зменшує витрати на проведення дорогих пентестів. Саме тому в даний час одним з найбільш актуальних напрямків досліджень в області забезпечення інформаційної безпеки є розробка методів і засобів виявлення атак і захисту від атак на інформаційні системи і мережі. В процесі такої розробки необхідно постійно проводити науково-дослідні роботи, що включають попереднє вивчення і детальне опрацювання можливих варіантів реалізації інформаційних атак. Як правило, ці роботи здійснюються з використанням моделей, що дозволяють відтворити необхідні властивості та характеристики інформаційної атаки, а також провести оцінку рівня її небезпеки для ІС. Моделі дозволяють більш точно визначити ефективність існуючих засобів захисту за допомогою модельованих інформаційних атак. Мета дослідження. Метою досліджень є визначення рівня вразливості сервісу та часу повного проникнення атакуючого інформаційної системи моделюючи систему за допомогою мереж Петрі.  Завдання дослідження. Для досягнення мети необхідно виконати наступні завдання:  дослідити умови виконання інформаційних атак;  дослідити загальну структуру інформаційної системи та методи визначення її вразливостей;  розробити моделі атак інформаційної системи за допомогою мереж Петрі;  розробити застосунок для моделювання хакерських атак на систему;  виконати експериментальне дослідження розробленої моделі. Об’єкт дослідження –.модель інформаційної системи. Предмет дослідження – захищеність інформації, що обробляється інформаційній системі. The usage of information systems (IS) in the day-to-day operations of entrepreneurial companies opens enlarged opportunities for communication services provision and processing of information resources between relevant departments, organizations, and institutions, which is positive in terms of prospects for the growth of companies and their customers. At the same time, there is these structures dependence on the developers of the components of IS, primarily software. It opens the way for attackers to gain access to information that poses a real threat to the security of information and system safety as a complex. Besides, the possibility of the implementation of the relevant threat increases through the extended availability of computer technology for everyone. Therefore, the IS protection difficulty against related threats and their implementation ways (attacks) is very significant. Currently, one of the most relevant areas of research in the field of information security is the development of methods and means of detection of attacks and protection against attacks on information systems and networks. In the process of such development, it is necessary to constantly conduct research, including preliminary study and detailed study of possible options for the implementation of information attacks. As a rule, these works are carried out using models that allow to recreate the necessary properties and characteristics of an information attack, as well as to assess the level of its danger to IS. Models allow defining more precisely the efficiency of existing means of protection using simulated information attacks. The purpose of the research. The aim of the research is to determine the level of vulnerability of the service and the time of full penetration of the attacker of the information system by modeling the system using Petri nets. Objectives of the search. To achieve the goal, the project must perform the following tasks:  investigate the conditions of information attacks;  investigate the overall structure of the information system and identify its main vulnerabilities;  develop models of attacks of the information system by Petri nets;  develop an application to simulate hacker attacks on the system;  perform an experimental study of the developed model. The object of study is a model of information system. The subject of the research is the speed and efficiency of recognition and tracking algorithms and their synchronization. Purpose: Propose a modeling and analysis methodology based on the combination of Bayesian networks and Petri networks of the reverse logistics integrated the direct supply chain. To take into account the interactive aspect of mechatronic systems, we introduce the uncertainties associated to this interaction, by implementing the new method proposed by using belief network. Secondly, we study the propagation of these interaction uncertainties in system reliability. Finally, in regard to applicate the methodology, an industrial example "intelligent actuator" is developed.

Road traffic causes many adverse effects, including pollution, insecurity and congestion. Most of the developedmethods for regulation of urban traffic at crossroads, seeking to reduce wait times and lengths of queues. Thesemethods are mainly set objective optimization fire cycles over a finite horizon.To describe the composition of traffic, we opted for a traffic modeling by hybrid Petri nets, representingsimultaneously two complementary levels of representation: the continuing evolution of queues and discreetchanging traffic lights. These two levels are respectively articulated about Petri nets variable speed and discretetimed Petri nets.We chose, as well, for a new strategy to solve the problem of urban traffic control intervening in an appropriatemanner to the level of the signal lights. We sought to avoid first, congestion and the super saturation of queues,which must not exceed the optimum capacity of the intersection of routes studied and, second, to reduce theevacuation time of vehicles at the crossroads and especially waiting times for drivers.In this sense, a first algorithm is developed to calculate the lengths of queues, using a modeling simplificationapproach to a junction. To optimize the average waiting time and the total evacuation time are considered andapplied successfully by a heuristic control lights and a fixed control strategy and floating lights, following thedetermination of the duration of corresponding green light to the situation in real time intersectionWe plan to generalize the results of our work exploiting RDPH model to complex intersections for real situations of acrossroads network., Le trafic routier entraine de nombreux effets néfastes, dont la pollution, l'insécurité et la congestion. The article compares modelling techniques for network security, including the theory of probability, Markov processes, Petri networks and application of stochastic activity networks. The paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of the above proposed methods and accepts the method of modelling the network of stochastic activity as one of the most relevant. The stochastic activity network allows modelling the behaviour of the dynamic system where the theory of probability is inappropriate. A real network distributes incidents referring to various distribution methods (exponential, gama, Veibul, etc.). A real system should evaluate time value when the stochastic activity network allows such activity. Article in Lithuanian. Kompiuterių sistemų saugumo modeliavimas Santrauka.Nagrinėjami šiuo metu žinomi kompiuterių sistemų saugumo modeliavimo metodai: tikimybių teorijos, Markovo procesų, Petri tinklų ir stochastinių veiklos tinklų. Šie metodai leidžia modeliuoti dinamines sistemas, kurioms kombinatoriniai metodai yra netinkami. Kadangi kompiuterių tinkluose įvykiai gali būti pasiskirstę ne tik pagal eksponentinį dėsnį, todėl jiems modeliuoti netinka Markovo procesų ir Petri tinklų modeliai. Realiuose tinkluose įvykiai gali būti pasiskirstę pagal eksponentinį, gama, Veibulo ir kt. dėsnius. Parodyta, kad iš aptartų šiuo metu žinomų modeliavimo metodų pagrindiniams saugumo veiksniams įvertinti tinkamiausias yra stochastinės veiklos tinklų metodas. The object of the work of this thesis is to propose new processes of definition of tests (testability), new methods of tests, as well as new methods of tests interpretation (diagnosis). This work was carried out in the framework of aeronautics. It first intends to identify the needs of the helicopter diagnosis. The identified problems, related to the test and the diagnosis of the helicopters, were: - Non-detection of failures - Occurrence of many false alarms - Failure localisation ambiguity We first achieved the state of the art of research in diagnosis, in order to select technologies and methodologies allowing to answer the problematic. Candidate technologies were then structured in order to propose an integrated treatment. Thus we worked on methodologies of definition of the test, with testability simulation tools. We also defined new methods of test which allows determining the status of analogue sensors with the means of algorithms based on the calculus of variation of the standard deviation, form factor and noise-signal ratio. We then worked on the improvement of the diagnosis at system level using timed automata in order to simulate the operation of the tests tree. This work then led to the modelling of the complex systems using state diagram, dynamic fault trees, as well as their simulation with Petri networks. Additional doors were defined to complete the existing algorithms. Finally, this work was applied to the aeronautical world, to several helicopters and was the subject of two patents., L'objet des travaux de cette thèse est de proposer de nouveaux processus de définition de tests (testabilité), de nouvelles méthodes de tests, ainsi que de nouvelles méthodes d'interprétation des tests (diagnostic). Ces travaux ont été menés dans le cadre de l'aéronautique et ont porté dans un premier temps sur l'identification des besoins en diagnostic des hélicoptères. Les problématiques liées au test et au diagnostic des hélicoptères portaient sur : - La non-détection de certaines défaillances - L'occurrence de nombreuses fausses alarmes - L'ambiguïté de localisation de défaillances Dans un premier temps nous avons réalisé l'état de l'art des recherches en diagnostic, ceci afin de sélectionner les technologies et méthodologies permettant de répondre aux problématiques identifiées. Les technologies candidates ont ensuite été architecturées afin de proposer un traitement intégré permettant de répondre à l'ensemble des besoins identifiés. Ainsi nous avons travaillé sur les méthodologies de définition du test, aux moyens d'outils de simulation de la testabilité. Nous avons aussi défini de nouvelles méthodes de test permettant de déterminer l'état de capteurs analogiques aux moyens d'algorithmes basés sur des évaluateurs de calcul de variation de l'écart type, du facteur de forme et du rapport signal sur bruit. Nous avons ensuite travaillé sur l'amélioration du diagnostic au niveau système à l'aide d'automates temporisés afin de simuler le fonctionnement des arbres de tests élémentaires. Ces travaux ont ensuite conduit à la modélisation et au diagnostic des systèmes complexes à l'aide des diagrammes d'état, des arbres de défaillances dynamiques, ainsi que leur simulation à l'aide des réseaux de Petri. Les modèles utilisés ont été complétés au moyen de nouvelles portes dynamiques. Ces travaux ont été appliqués au monde aéronautique, sur plusieurs hélicoptères et ont fait l'objet de deux brevets.

International audience; In this article, the authors introduce Petri nets to model the dynamics of Web site visits and purchase behaviors in the case of wish list systems. They describe Web site activities and their transition with probability distributions and model the sequential impact of influential factors through links that better explain Web purchase behavior dynamics. The basic model, which analyzes site connections and purchases to explain visit and purchase behavior, performs better than a classical negative binomial regression model. To demonstrate its flexibility, the authors extend the wish list Petri net model to measure the impact of e-mailing intervals on visit frequency and purchase.

Neste trabalho é apresentado um estudo e experimentação de uma linguagem de modelagem baseada em redes de Petri e Orientação a Objetos (RPOO). RPOO foi definida integrando esses dois formalismos em uma perspectiva ortogonal, permitindo que o sistema modelado tenha duas visões: uma visão do ponto de vista de redes de Petri e uma visão do ponto de vista da Orientação a Objetos. O estudo e experimentação da notação RPOO é efetuado através da sua aplicação na modelagem de sistemas de software real. Para tanto, foram desenvolvidos alguns experimentos de modelagem. Assim, os experimentos desenvolvidos serão utilizados na validação da linguagem RPOO como alternativa para a estruturação e decomposição de modelos em redes de Petri, quando da modelagem de sistemas de software distribuídos e concorrentes. The integration of Petri nets theory and object oriented-object concepts has emerged as a solution to decompose and structure Petri net models. In this work it is presented a study and experimentation of a modeling language based on Petri nets and oriented-object concepts(RPOO). RPOO was defined by integrating these two formalisms on an orthogonal perspective, allowing that the modeled system has two visions: one Petri net visionand one OO vision. The study and experimentation of RPOO notation is accomplished through its application on the modeling of real software systems. Some experiments of modeling had been developed. These experiments will be used to validate RPOO as an alternative for the structure and decomposition of Petri nets models, when modeling distributed and concurrent software systems.
