This diploma thesis deals with the impact of influencers on their users among the age group of 30-89 years old, describes the field of influencing and its associated areas. It explains the engagement of these influential people in influencer marketing, describes advertising, collaboration, persuasion and influencing within social media platforms. The most used social networks used by influencers (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) are presented as well, including the news that these networks have introduced over the last few years. The most powerful influencers in the Czech Republic are mentioned too, including their online and offline activities. Furthermore, the research types, which were used for this thesis, are theoretically defined and the used methodology is also described. The main parts of the diploma thesis are the summary results of the questionnaire survey of 120 respondents and in- depth interviews with 30 of them. This diploma thesis deals with the Generation Y consumer behavior in the banking industry. The aim of this thesis is to find out the key factors influencing consumer decision-making during selection banks by analyzing their decision-making process and prepare recommendations for banks operating in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on consumer behavior, factors influencing this behavior, broader generational classification and more detailed characteristics of Generation Y. The practical part contains the evaluation results of the quantitative research and recommendations for banks operating in the Czech Republic. The proposals relate to reducing bank charges, improving interpersonal communication and investing in artificial intelligence.

This diploma thesis has the goal of providing the broadest possible acquaintance with the phenomenon of suggestion. It covers various findings regarding the topic of suggestion, across both history and expertise. The author chose this approach to best encompass the multidimensional phenomenon of suggestion. That is why this thesis includes an overview of commonly used, but often misinterpreted terms, explanations of the basic principles of suggestion and the broadness of their use, a historical and geographical excursion regarding the phenomenon, and pointing out suggestion in everyday life. The first to do so in Czech language, the author dissects the cycle of suggestion, as presented by James Rolph, in great detail. To create the cycle of suggestion, manipulation and tricks have been, are being, and will be used. These tactics are close to impossible to track for the academic community, and the therapeutic community should stay far away from employing them. The author also holds a firm stance that hypnosis is just a construct - hypnosis does not exist as a unique state. This stance is supported by the lack of physiological manifestations, which would be exclusive to hypnosis, as well as current neuroscientific findings. The aim of the thesis will deal with the issue of free time and its use in adolescents. First, it will be explained the concept of man as a teenager in the development phase, then thesis will be given to the possibilities of spending your free time of young people. Will also be examined, in particular, the social factors that affect adolescents when selecting leisure activities. The thesis deals with the influence of parents on the pedagogical direction of elementary school. Its aim is to find out what options to influence the pedagogical direction of elementary school parents currently have and how they make use of them. The work is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical background is based on an analysis of texts and presents experiences and knowledge relating to this issue. Theoretical bases provide an overview of factors, which influence the pedagogical direction of elementary school and what role the parents can play in this process. The research part presents and evaluates the results of the research conducted at four elementary schools in Prague 12. The research method for data collection was an interview with the headmaster of these elementary schools and a questionnaire for parents of pupils. Proposed recommendations for the schools, which participated in the research, are based on the survey results and on the answers of the research questions. Their implementation into practice could facilitate the influence of parents in the pedagogical direction of the school. The intention of my thesis is to analyze "the image of Jana Nagyova on media scandal "Abuse of Military Intelligence"in the period of June 12st 2013 to December 31th 2013. It is dependent on every single phase of that case and incorporating the large social effects as well. I focused on the semantic forms of the headlines printed by daily Blesk, Mlada fronta Dnes and Pravo. In this research, I decided to use a quantitative analysis and the qualitive analysis as well.Both of them based on the answering of the basic hypothesis. This hypothesis is called: how was the media presenting Jana N. before getting the verdict in this cause? To be more specific: if that all these headlines could prepare to affect the reader's perception of Jana N. including her judgment in the moral, the social or in criminal law. I also tried to analyze if it could be possible to find the basic differences between the newspapers as it is so-called and the investigative journalism in general. The submitted thesis addresses the ideas that are at the intersections of philosophy and mathematics. These intersections have been in the course of the history as follows: Numerical ratios, the concept of infinity, continuum partition, space specification, determinism versus randomness and exploring of the mathematics foundations with an overlap into philosophy. The results herewith presented have been achieved on the basis of the HTF lectures and seminars, available literature, my own knowledge and reasoning. The thesis documents processes of how mathematics stimulated certain philosophical principles and vice versa how mathematics was influenced by philosophical views. Last but not least, there are presented comparisons between philosophic propositions and the current mathematics and physics knowledge in the mentioned intersections.

Social engineering is type of attack, usable against an organization or individual. It focuses on weaknesses of human factor. In recent times, characterized by anonymity, fast pace and focus on technologies presents this way of attack a dangerous threat. Human factor tends to be underestimated in defense, into which organizations invest large amounts of money. Even though social engineering has been written about many times, most of work has been focused more on technical part, and explaining techniques of social engineering has been left out. The goal of this paper is explaining these techniques from psychological point of view, and using that as a basis for defense for organizations, threaten by social engineering attack. In first part, this work describes two main themes -- social engineering and social psychology. Afterwards, it describes principles, which are used in social engineering attack, and ways in which social engineering uses them. In second part are these information used to analyze several practical examples of social engineering attack. Then, they are used to formulate practical advices to defend against social engineering attack.

The diploma thesis Impact of Media Partnership on the Content of Film Reviews explores the relation between the content of film reviews in Czech press and media partnership. The first part, which is based on researches, briefly describes the development of the cultural journalism oriented on the cinematography in the Czech setting and analyses the issues theoretically. Than the diploma thesis examines the approach of Czech professional journalists and considers the limits of personal subjectivity of respective journalists and the ethics of Czech press. In the second part, which focuses on the analysis, the author chose two national journals and two national weekly magazines and analyzed the reviews of films, which were in media partnership with the journals or weekly magazines. She compared the attitude of media partners with others journals - either press or electronic. The analysis covers the period from 2007 to 2010 and allows not only comparison between the journalists or the media, but also between the selected years.

The bachelor thesis Contemporary war photography and ethics focuses on ethical aspects of the profession of being war photojournalist and war photography itself. The aim of the thesis is to describe specific ethical dilemmas related to war photography from classic issues as imaging acts of violence and their victims to different ways of influence the profession in order to control the picture of war in minds of the public. The thesis defines war photography and its function as well as the profession of war photojournalists itself. It describes specific ethical issues and enumerates the most respected codes of ethics. The last part of the thesis focuses on the relation between media and civil and military authorities and outlines the main milestones in development of media strategy of United States of America and other western countries since the Vietnam war.

This essay is focused on examining of the influence of global mass media on people´s lifestyle and shopping behaviour of consumers. It desribes the problems of how today?s people percieve advertising and what they think of it. It also evaluates the pros and cons of advertising messages. The marketing communication, media and influence of advertising on people´s lifestyle and their decisions are the next important parts of this work. This part also observes the effectiveness of advertising and it´s close links with psychology. The paper also suggests the direction the advertising should take and it also discusses some of the things that should be avoided in advertising. The advertisement became an inseperable part of everyday life. What kind of attitude towards the advertising they create and how much they let influence themselves by it depends solely on each and every single person. This issue would need a further and deeper study in order to provide the necessary information not only for the creators of advertising.

The dissertation deals with the dilemma of ethics in advertisement; it is divided into six chapters. The first chapter concerns communication and advertisement{\crq}s function in it. In the second part, I focus on the targets and methods of advertisement (they can be positive and negative). I describe the following processes: influence, manipulation, persuasion, suggestion, motivation and purpose of advertisement in the sectors of the market. The third part is directed at the principles of regulation and self-regulation (I explain their differences). How does self-regulation work in practice I showed in the practical example. The fourth chapter describes the most frequently forbidden commercials and in the practical examples, I show how the consumer{\crq}s protection works. In the fifth part,. I stress the importance of media literacy and the problems in media education. In the sixth chapter I focus on the advertisements and at different attitudes and opinions related to it.

The thesis deals with the relationship between consumer and seller. The thesis explores how the selected restaurant functions on consumers and how consumers perceive these influences. The study of selected restaurant and they consumers showed that most of respondents liked these influences. Most of the interviewed guests welcomed advice from the staff, evaluated them and then chose the best solution. Purport the thesis lies in discovering how to increase sales by means of the Functioning without manipulation and pressure on the consumer.

The regulation of lobbying is a current topic both at the level of international organizations as well as in many European and overseas countries. This work deals with the comparison of the rules on lobbying in selected English-speaking countries. Descriptive, doctrinal and comparative methods are used to analyze the main trends in the lobbying regulation of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland as well as Australia. The text is structured into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of lobbying and its differences from corrupt dealings; it also covers the types of lobbying activities and the various kinds of lobbyists. The second chapter attempts to contextualize lobbying into the theories of the decision-making process. A comparison of the similarities and differences of the lobbying rules is made and analyzed in the third and fourth chapters. Both the third and the fourth chapter have a similar structure -- first, the general rules and approaches to regulation are introduced, and then a comparison of selected English-speaking countries is made. The third chapter deals with the most common rules for lobbyists; the fourth chapter focuses on the relatively neglected side of lobbying contacts, i.e. the rules for the targets of lobbying (public office holders). In the end, some measures and recommendations for the Czech Republic are also outlined.
