The COVID-19 pandemic has re-emphasized distance learning. It became a powerful impetus for the transition from theoretical considerations to the practical implementation of such training in the school system (Strategy New Growth Model - New Social Policy, 2020). This article describes the experience of organizing such training for children in the 4th quarter of the 2019/2020 academic year. It considers all stages of implementation of distance learning, such as solution of legal issues regulating the activities of an educational institution; effective construction of the educational process, considering the important relationship "student-teacher"; the right choice of information technology that meets the capabilities and limited skills of students, and has a user-friendly interface. The experience of distance collaboration between a teacher, a student and his parents is also presented, which made it possible to build effective teaching and achieve a high-quality education.

В статье рассматриваются проблемы, с которыми столкнулись при переходе на дистанционный формат обучения из-за введения карантинных мер в связи с распространением COVID-19. При этом именно массовый переход на удаленный формат обучения позволил определить преимущества и почувствовать все недостатки дистанционной формы обучения. Методы исследования. В работе проведены социологические исследования в виде опроса родителей выпускников школ г. Рязани, студентов и преподавателей вуза на предмет удовлетворенности организацией дистанционной формы обучения, а также изменения уровня учебной нагрузки и возможных последствий для качества образования в результате перехода на удаленный формат обучения. По результатам исследования было выявлено, что в дистанционной форме обучения имеются проблемы технического и организационного характера, одними из которых являются перебои в работе онлайн-платформ из-за перегрузки; отсутствие должного программного обеспечения у учащихся, а также отсутствие прямого очного контакта между обучающимися и преподавателем; требование жесткой самодисциплины, мотивации. Проведенное исследование позволило сделать вывод о том, что дистанционная форма образования в современном ее виде ведет к снижению качества подготовки студентов высших учебных заведений и учащихся школ. Для повышения эффективности дистанционного образования необходимо активизировать работу по разработке новых образовательных стандартов, по применению новых методов и инструментов преподавания., The article discusses the problems encountered during the transition to the distance learning format due to the introduction of quarantine measures for Covid-19. At the same time, it was the mass transition to a remote learning format that allowed us to determine the advantages and feel all the disadvantages of distance learning. Research methods. In this paper, we conducted sociological research in the form of a survey among parents of school leavers in Moscow. Students and teachers of the university of Ryazan on their satisfaction with the organization of distance learning, on the change in the level of academic load and on the possible consequences for the quality of education due to the transition to a remote learning format. According to the results of the study, problems of distance learning of a technical and organizational nature were identified, among which are: interruptions in the operation of online platforms due to overload; the lack of proper software for students, as well as the lack of direct face-to-face contact between students and the teacher; the requirement of strict self-discipline, motivation. The study made it possible to draw the conclusion that the distance form of education in its current implementation leads to a decrease in the quality of training of students of higher educational institutions and school students. To improve the effectiveness of distance education, it is necessary to intensify work on the development of new educational standards, on the application of new methods and tools of teaching.

Цель статьи – дать рекомендации по организации дистанционного обучения в школе, обозначив основные проблемы и перспективы его использования в учебном процессе. Методы исследования. В ходе исследования проведен анализ дистанционной формы обучения: выявлены области ее применения, проведена оценка достоинств и недостатков данной формы обучения, рассмотрены основные средства взаимодействия в интернет-среде при организации дистанционного обучения, выявлены наиболее эффективные методы обучения в дистанционном формате. По результатам исследования были сделаны выводы о специфике дистанционной формы обучения. Автор подчеркивает, что основными достоинствами дистанционного обучения признаны индивидуальный подход, возможность поддерживать постоянную обратную связь между педагогом и учеником, отсутствие жесткого контроля как стимул к свободной творческой активности учащихся. В качестве главного недостатка дистанционной формы обучения обозначено отсутствие непосредственного общения с педагогом и сверстниками. Также делается вывод о том, что необходимо использовать коллективные методы обучения в дистанционном формате, чтобы преодолеть дефицит эмоционального общения. Наиболее эффективными методами обучения в формате дистанта признаны те, которые ориентированы на самостоятельную работу и творческий поиск. Отмечено, что дальнейшие перспективы развития дистанционного обучения связаны с обеспечением ряда условий: проведения этапа подготовительной работы для адаптации учебного материала, освоения информационных технологий и повышения уровня компьютерной грамотности, выбора оптимальных для дистанционного формата методов обучения., The purpose of the article is to give recommendations on the organization of distance learning at school, identifying the main problems and prospects for its use in the educational process. Methods of research. During the study, the analysis of distance learning was carried out. The field of its application is defined, assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of this form of learning is presented, the basic means of interaction in the online environment in distance learning are revealed, the most effective teaching methods in distance learning are pointed out. Based on the results of the study, conclusions were made about the specifics of distance learning. The author emphasizes that the main advantages of distance learning as following: an individual approach, the ability to maintain constant feedback between the teacher and the pupil, the lack of strict control as an incentive to free creative activity of pupils. The main disadvantage of distance learning is the lack of direct communication between the teacher and peers. It is also concluded that it is necessary to use collective methods of distance learning in order to overcome the deficit of emotional communication. The most effective methods of distance learning are those that are focused on independent work and creative search. It is noted that further prospects of distance learning development associated with number of following conditions: holding stage of the preparatory work for the adaptation of educational material, acquisition of information technologies and increase of the level of computer skills and choosing the optimal teaching methods for distance learning process.
