V bakalářské práci zkoumám analýzu personálních činností v podniku. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na personální činnosti v podniku, jejich význam pro podnik. V analytické části se zaměřuji na personální činnosti v praxi, a to v konkrétním podniku. Zjišťovala jsem, jak je aplikovatelná teorie v praxi, kde má firma nedostatky, jaké personální činnosti v podniku vede a jaké ne. Jako zdroje byly použity podnikové materiály a informace. Cílem bylo zhodnotit situaci v podniku a navrhnout případná opatření na zlepšení., In bachelor´s thesis, I focus on the analysis of personnel activities in the company. In the theoretical part, I focus on personnel activities in the company, their importance for the company. In the practical part, I focus on personnel activities in practice in a specific company. I found out how the theory is applicable in practice, where the company has shortcomings, what personnel activities it conducts in the company and what it does not. Company materials and information were used as sources. Cílem práce bylo na základě provedení analýzy personálních činností identifikovat a provést zhodnocení stávající úrovně personálního řízení ve vybraném podniku, včetně formulace návrhů ke zlepšení. Během rozpravy byly položeny dotazy dle posudku vedoucího bakalářské práce: Otázka 1.: Jaká je fluktuace zaměstnanců ve Vámi analyzované společnosti? Jaké důsledky může mít vysoká fluktuace v případě, že není prováděno personální plánování? Otázka 2.: Na straně 41 uvádíte, že žádný zaměstnanec této společnosti není v žádné personální činnosti znevýhodňován nebo diskriminován. Z čeho tato skutečnost vychází nebo jak je možné ji ověřit? Má společnost nějaký etický kodex, kterým se řídí? Následně byly během rozpravy položeny doplňující dotazy: Otázka: Ve firmě pracují především muži ; jak si představujte přijímat zaměstnance v Assessment centrum? The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the environment in the selected organisation and to propose possible measures to improve the current situation. The first part is theoretical, which describes the different theories of change management and the structure of the company. The second part is practical, where the selected organization is examined, its characteristics and an evaluation of the current state with a suggestion for possible changes. The assessment of the current state is by means of a SWOT analysis, for which data was obtained by guided interviews with company employees and observation. Subsequently, quantitative research was conducted to confirm or refute the research assumptions. The last section deals with the design of changes with implementation in the organization. This work could be useful for the company under study or for managers who are involved in change management, as well as for students interested in this field.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of homelessness. The aim of the thesis is to map the current situation and identify the causes of homelessness in České Budějovice. This topic is examined from the perspective of the homeless and the organizations dedicated to this issue in the city. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into two sections. The first section outlines the genesis of homelessness from its first occurrence to the current state in the present day world. The second section of the theoretical part focuses on a general description of homelessness and the services involved in addressing this problem. A qualitative approach was chosen for the research section, and data was obtained through a semi-structured interview technique with social workers from 5 helping organizations and a total of 6 homeless individuals. The research results closely mapped the current situation and causes of homelessness in České Budějovice. The study provides a comprehensive view of the issue of homelessness and allows for an understanding of how organizations perceive this phenomenon and how they improve the quality of life for these individuals. This bachelor thesis can improve awareness of this issue and support discussions on potential solutions. Analyzing this social problem can help workers in institutions and organizations better understand this situation and improve their professional strategies. Additionally, it can provide information on the needs and experiences of homeless individuals and help them improve their situation. This thesis can also be useful for further research and studies in this field.

As an employer, the school has a duty to ensure the health and safety of its employees including educational institutions for the children, pupils and students of the school. There was a research in the form of a questionnaire survey which was focused on the knowledge of employees in occupational health and safety. The intention of the research is to eliminate the threats and imperfections that endanger participants in education. The conclusion of bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of the research results and recommendations to improve occupational safety techniques of the teaching staff.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to define management in the sports organization and to describe the difference between two ski resorts, on Lipno and Zadov. This work focuses on the history of both organizations, their structure and also gives advice for improvement of the ski resort services. The data were obtained through an interview with the senior managers of the centres, as well as from a questionnaire with local customers. SWOT analysis is also included. The main aim of this research is to compare prices, attendance, awareness of ski schools among visitors and to find out how visitors perceive the lecturers at the ski school. The result from this research show differences between the to ski centres and that can be beneficial for the managers as well.

The complexity of issues related to entrepreneurial activity is reflected in the discourse in the world of economic sciences that has been continuing for over 200 years. Nowadays, the development of organizational management environment is more and more extensive and, as well as in other highly developed countries, the sector of small and medium-sized enterprises in Poland plays a fundamental role in the economy. Yet, there are rising concerns towards the entrepreneurial education direction in world of science. The growing concern in the context of entrepreneurship education has caused a discourse on whether this scholar activity can affect the entrepreneurial effectiveness in practice. We conclude that the contemporary academic management papers are, in a vast majority, focused on theoretical aspects of entrepreneurship, students, granted programs and trainings, while the opinions of real entrepreneurs toward abovementioned valuable efforts are omitted. Therefore, we decided to explore practical entrepreneurial environment to address this gap. The research participants included 189 entrepreneurs (SMEs based) that had been operating continuously for minimum 20 years. We established three objectives of this paper: to analyze the relation between the individual level of education, its characteristics and entrepreneurial success; to evaluate the state educational support in real world entrepreneurial operations effectiveness; to identify educational opportunities and threats and estimate the future research trajectories in this area. Finally, the first attempt, in the world of science, was undertaken to verify whether there is a positive correlation between entrepreneurship teaching and its real effect on entrepreneurship in practice. We empirically prove that the (higher) education can be an obstacle on the path of entrepreneurial success. Additionally, conclusions establish a new perspective on the existing state of knowledge through constructing a bridge which will enable connecting academic efforts and expectations on the part of firm owners.

This bachelor's thesis is about the influence of gender on the construction of power techniques or strategies that female volleyball coaches use to build their authority. It analyses the attitudes of male and female coaches towards their trainees and their interaction with them, but also with other coaches within the framework of cooperation in one team. The thesis focuses on the individual findings of the interviewed respondents who influence the building of authority and communication with the wards of the performance level of volleyball. The work is based on the assumption that women and men, depending on gender, bring different methods to sport through which they shape their authority and communication. In the theoretical part, gender and the sports environment which is associated with masculinity are discussed (Connell, 1995). Furthermore, attention is paid to the role of the coach and his competencies, including the concept of authority and its distribution, which in the coach's position is central to cooperation with the trainees. Individual mindfulness appears to be critical for multiple processes necessary for an organization's survival, such as learning, sensemaking and managing the unexpected. Moreover, several positive effects of individual mindfulness on mental health of employees were discovered and scientists have invented several programs which aim to develop individual mindfulness. To objectively evaluate the effects of individual mindfulness on organizational processes, employees' health and the effectiveness of individual mindfulness development programs, it is necessary to accurately measure individual mindfulness. Although several mindfulness measurement tools have been created, there is still a lack of information to help users choose a specific measurement instrument in their situation. This paper tries to provide such information by using the traditional literature review method to assess three methods of individual mindfulness measurement based on three criteria: (1) how these instruments operationalize mindfulness, (2) what requirements they place upon respondents, and (3) how their scores correlate with mental factors: The Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Toronto Mindfulness Scale and the Kentucky Inventory of Mindfulness Skills. Moreover, the findings of this study confirm substantial differences between the methods in these criteria and reveal a lasting lack of consensus concerning the conceptualization of individual mindfulness in organizational practice, with implications for other organizational phenomena. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma podpory zaměstnanosti osob se schizofrenií. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje schizofrenii, její symptomy, průběh, diagnostiku a léčbu. V této části je také popsána aktivní politika zaměstnanosti a legislativa v zaměstnávání osob se schizofrenií, vliv schizofrenie na pracovní výkon a psychosociální rehabilitace lidí se schizofrenií. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny organizace, které poskytují podporu lidem se schizofrenií. V praktické části je proveden kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, jehož výzkumný soubor tvoří lidé trpící schizofrenií. Cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak vypadá pracovní situace lidí se schizofrenií., The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of employment support for people with schizophrenia. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes schizophrenia, its symptoms, course, diagnosis and treatment. This section also describes active employment policy and legislation in the employment of people with schizophrenia, the impact of schizophrenia on work performance and psychosocial rehabilitation of people with schizophrenia. Obchodní konkurence je oblast, která zatím plně nevyužívá výhod modelování a simulace. V reakci na tento fakt je cílem článku ukázat model simulující konkurenční boj. Model, vycházející z logiky Systémové dynamiky, slouží ke zkoumání efektu vývoje produktů na konkurenceschopnost podniku. V rámci tvorby tohoto vlastního modelu a provedených experimentů autor dokazuje, že použití modelování a simulací je užitečné při získávání nových informací, které nejsou obsaženy v podnikových informačních systémech. I když je prezentovaný model zjednodušením skutečného trhu, takový systémový model může být perspektivním nástrojem Competitive Intelligence.

The thesis deals with finding the support for employees in the organization of social services through supervision. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the person of social worker, activities which he does, but also to the prerequisites necessary for exercise of this profession. Following is the introduction of supervision, its forms, functions but also the person of supervisor. The second part of thesis deals with finding ways to support supervision for employees of social services. This is where supervision is included into the life of organization, followed by the specification of conditions which the organization has when searching for supervisor. Subsequently, it is necessary to explain the process of supervision in organizations, but also the process of drawing up a contract between the contracting authority and supervisor. This bachelor thesis deals with the treatment of a patient with Alzheimer's disease, both in a specialized welfare centre and in a family environment. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on Alzheimer's disease in general. All information related to the disease is mentioned in this part, stages, diagnosis, and treatment. The last chapter of the theoretical part is concerned with treatment and places emphasis on information concerning welfare services and organizations, which help affected families and gives an idea of homecare for the affected person. The aim of the practical part, in the form of an interview, was to find out how is living with a person with Alzheimer's disease and his treatment going on.

The thesis focuses on the adaptation process in the selected organization, specifically on the analysis of the organization's approach to the adaptation process, and especially on the determination of employee satisfaction with this process. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the organization's approach to the adaptation of new employees, to determine the satisfaction of employees with the adaptation process in the organization and to propose recommendations for the specific organization. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic topics such as human resource management and adaptation process with the help of professional sources. The practical part, following the theoretical part, will then focus on the analysis of the approach of two selected departments of a specific organization to the adaptation process of new employees and the analysis of employee satisfaction with this process. The bachelor thesis deals with implementation of team supervision in the organization, the presentation of this process is the goal of the work. In the first chapter is specificated the topic of supervision in social work as such, including the definition of terms, objectives, functions and forms of supervision. Within this part, supervision is set in the environment of social work and social services in the Czech Republic. The next part of the work is devoted to the team supervision as one of the forms of supervision, as well as the definition of the supervision contract, the team and the role of the supervisor in team supervision. Follows a detailed description of the process of implementing team supervision in the organization, the environment of the organization and organizational culture is approached. The implementation of the team supervision is demonstrated on a specific example of the introduction of team supervision in the Ledax Home Hospice service of Ledax o.p.s. and this concrete process is evaluated in relation to its theoretical definition in the previous parts of the work on the basis of selected criteria.

This work focuses on the issue of animation program in outdoor schools, its advantages and disadvantages for teachers. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the concept of school stay in nature and related experiential pedagogy and nature education. It also deals with legislation associated with the responsibility of school and teachers when students stay in nature. The work deals with the animation program, its organization, directions and importance. It analyzes the pedagogical psychological aspects of the animation program. It briefly describes the child in a foreign environment, his motivation and personal development in a foreign environment. The empirical part monitors the advantages and disadvantages of the animation program, expectations and benefits for teachers, students and their team. The interview also discusses the climate in the classroom and raises the issue of early interventions in the field of bullying. The main goal of my diploma thesis is to find out what advantages and disadvantages the animation program at the school in nature represents. The aim of the thesis is to characterize the corporate culture by specifying their crucial cultural dimensions and to propose changes towards a desirable state of corporate culture in the selected organization. The thesis is divided into a literature search part and an own research part. The literature search deals with the characterization of basic concepts and explanation of issues related to the topic of the thesis based on the study of literature related to the topic. The self-research part describes the selected organization. This is followed by an evaluation of the questionnaire survey, also an evaluation and analysis of the cultural dimensions. The discussion chapter describes the results of the methods used, supplemented by the findings from the non-standardized interviews and suggestions for changes that will direct the corporate culture in the selected organization towards a desirable state.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to characterize decisive forms of human resources management in the selected company, to analyze them and assess the situation of human resources management and propose appropriate changes and potential measures for improving the stated situation. The theoretical part mainly deals with the human resources issue and describes particular personal activities of employees in the given organization. The analytical part is focused on a research of human resources efficiency in the selected enterprise. Information is obtained, from observation, through an interview with the human resources manager and through questionnaires referning to the employees' satisfaction. Based on the results possible changes are suggested for improving human resource management.

Title: Organization of voluteers at the RunTour running series Objectives: The main objective of this diploma thesis is to evaluace the satisfaction of volunteers and organizers with the volunteer program on the running series RunTour and to suggest possible recommendations for its improvement. Methods: As part of the qualitative survey, the method of in-depth interviews was used, which took place with the coordinator of the volunteer program and with the heads of selected sections. Furthermore, a quantitative method of electronic interrogation was applied. The research was complemented by observations made by the author of the thesis, who personally participated in all races. Results: The research shows that most volunteers and organizers evaluate the volunteer program very positively. However, research has identified several areas where there is room for improvement. - Abstract
Workplace bullying is a subtle manifestation of disturbed relationships in the working collective. This form of victimization of employees in the Czech Republic has, according to independent surveys, expanding dimensions. Empirical evidence generally tends to reveal the prevalence, forms and direction of aggression as well as numerous psychological, health and other consequences of victimization, especially in terms of various socio-demographic indicators. The presented study verifies extensive psychological survey on the sample of N = 3746 employees from the private, public and non-profit sectors in the Czech Republic, using a questionnaire of negative acts NAQ (Negative Act Questionnaire) and a status questionnaire. The research confirmed a 12, 14% prevalence of bullying in the workplace in the Czech Republic. There is a balanced representation of men and women in the incidence of bullying, while the highest rates of bullying are reported within the state sector. Victimization in the workplace affects mostly ordinary workers, aged around 42 years, with secondary or higher education. The Czech Republic has not yet made workplace bullying an illegal practise, especially in comparison with other industrialized countries, where since 1990, mobbing is considered a criminal offense. Existing laws in the Czech Republic also do not recognise the concept of mobbing or bossing and therefore do not define these concepts closer. The prohibition of bullying in the workplace necessarily derives from the general provisions of the Anti- Discrimination Act, of the Civil Code, the Labour Code and the laws arising from administrative law. Victims of workplace bullying also get protection by some provisions of the Criminal Code, which protects the victim from aggressor offenses. The relevant legal norm is intended to act as a social regulator, partly preventively in terms of taking measures for the successful identification and elimination of conditions of a possible victimization of employees, as well as their social support and care, and also subsequently, by penalties. Part of an effective prevention is to strengthen publicity and education of the employees as to the causes and consequences of mobbing, including information on how to recognize bullying in the workplace, how to fight it and which salute-protective, coping and assertive strategies may the victim of workplace bullying use. Tato práce se věnuje společenství Svědků Jehovových. Z nemalé části její historii ve světě, především tedy ve Spojených státech amerických, a historii na našem území. Jelikož tato organizace vznikla ve Spojených státech, považuji za přínosné popsat tehdejší politické a náboženské prostředí. Pochopení historie na našem území dopomáhá k dalšímu tématu, tedy fenoménu misií u Svědků Jehovových. Tento fenomén je natolik typický pro organizaci, že jsem považoval za přínosné sepsat tuto práci a zakotvit tak misii v historických souvislostech z hlediska tohoto společenství. Pro doplnění práce jsem se odhodlal k realizaci terénního výzkumu v prostředí Svědků Jehovových za účelem nahlédnout do této problematiky a pokusit se nastínit podíl získaných členů na základě misijních snah., This thesis is devoted to a community of Jehovah´s Witnesses. Considerable part is about history in the world, primarily in the United States of America, and a history in our country. Because the organization originated in the United states I believe that description of the political and religious atmosphere of that time is helpful. Understanding of history in our country is helping the next part of thesis, namely to the phenomenon of missions of Jehovah´s Witnesses. This phenomenon is very typical for the organization, so I decided to write this thesis and embody the mission in historical connection from the organization´s point of view. Meetings are an essential prerequisite for successfully communicating and transferring internal information. The question is whether or not businesses in the present day are organizing and leading meetings effectively. The goal of this paper is to conduct a comparison of the requirements for effective meeting leadership with the current state of businesses in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the paper aims to answer a research question relating to the feasibility of using enterprise social networks for conducting company meetings. The goal of the survey research was to map the current state of the investigated problematic and its trends. The paper's methodology is based on managed interviews conducted in 2014. An overall comparison of the data that was acquired shows the current trends and points to a discrepancy between the requirements for conducting meetings and reality. The results indicate the possible use of modern technologies for more effectively conducting meetings within businesses in the form of enterprise social networks. The paper discusses the use of the latest trends and innovations concerning technologies that help managers effectively transfer internal information; it also outlines a concept for further research directions. The paper attempts to emphasize the fact that it is necessary to pay attention to modern technologies and embrace new, sophisticated tools for ensuring effective meeting leadership., Základním předpokladem úspěšné komunikace a přenosu interních informací slouží podnikové porady. Otázka je, zda podniky v dnešní době organizují a vedou pracovní porady efektivním způsobem či nikoli. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je provést komparaci požadavků pro efektivní vedení pracovních porad a současného stavu v podnicích ČR. A dále zodpovědět výzkumnou otázku vztahující se ke vhodnosti využívání podnikových sociálních sítí pro konání firemních porad. Záměrem výzkumného šetření je zmapovat současný stav a trendy ve zkoumané problematice. Metodologie příspěvku je na základě provedených řízených rozhovorů v roce 2014. Základní soubor pro dotazování zahrnoval všechny top a liniové manažery, převážně HR manažery. Pro zodpovězení výzkumné otázky základní soubor zahrnoval podniky, využívající podnikové sociální sítě v ČR, na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření v roce 2015. Celková komparace získaných dat prezentuje současné trendy a poukazuje na rozpor mezi požadavky pro konání pracovních porad a realitou. Z výsledků dále vyplívá možné využití moderních technologií v podobě podnikových sociálních sítí pro efektivnější konání pracovních porad v podnicích. V příspěvku je diskutováno o využívání nejnovějších trendů, novinek v oblasti technologií pro manažery k efektivnímu přenosu interních informací a je nastíněna představa o dalším výzkumném směřování. Příspěvek se snaží poukázat na skutečnost, že je třeba sledovat moderní technologie a přijmout nové sofistikované nástroje pro zajištění efektivního vedení podniku.

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním kvality života seniorů v konkrétní neziskové organizaci. Na základě zúčastněného pozorování jsem mohla zjistit, v jakých věcech je charita seniorům každodenně nápomocna. Společně s vedoucí organizace jsem analyzovala, jak jsou konkrétní informanti na službě závislí, s čímž souvisí to, do jaké míry se podílí na kvalitě jejich života. V závěru práce popisuji nedostatky, kterým organizace čelí a navrhuji konkrétní možné návrhy pro další případné zkvalitnění služeb., This bachelor thesis focuses on investigation of the quality of life of elderly people in a particular non profit-making organization. On the basis of the participant observation I could find out how the charity helps the elderly people on daily basis. Together with the manager of the care service we analysed how the particular informants are dependent on the care service, which is connected to the fact of how the care service influences the quality of their lives. This diploma thesis deals with the topic of the competence and organization of the prosecutor's office in criminal proceedings, namely in the Czech Republic and in the Federal Republic of Germany. The institute of the Public Prosecutor's Office is a very important part of the functioning justice system, especially for the protection of justice and society from crime. The given topic can be perceived as very broad, and therefore this work is focused primarily on the comparison of the legislation in selected areas, where the differences that the legislation in question shows. In the legal systems of both states, it is possible to find a number of differences, but also similarities. The thesis is divided into seven logically arranged parts, each of which deals with a specific area of the topic in both comparative states. The first part is devoted to historical development in both states. The second part deals with the current legal regulation of the public prosecutor's office in terms of constitutional and legal anchoring, which is very different in the states. Thanks to this analysis is clear that organazing of a golf tournament will not be a problém for this company. Part of results are expenses and revenues roster for hosting golf tournament Automechanika Golf Cup 2021. Final amount of expenses is 205.800,- Kč. Title: Perspectives of lacrosse tournament organisation Objectives: The main objective is analysis of the previous editions of the tournament organised by SK Lacrosse Jižní Město, and coming up with suggestions on how to improve it in the following years. Methods: Case Study is a method used for conducting the survey. Data is collected through documents analysis and semi-structured interviews. Based on the collected data, analysis of the internal environment is carried out. Results: Winter lax cup is a well organised event for it's size with a potential to grow and annual profit. His biggest virtue is the modern sport hall where the tournament takes place. However his weak factor is small support of the event from sponsors. The biggest danger for the tournament organisation is taking over the hall by floorball teams. The key research subject covers different procedures of selected workers in a case of an allegation. Based on the initial interviews a question came up if the institutions use inner guidelines to deal with possible situations of clients manipulating workers. The next subject were the workers' opinions of the issues and of the allegation charges and sentences. The theoretical scope of the thesis contains relevant information about divorce, parental conflict, manipulation, ways of solving such problems, consequences, parental alienation syndrome and information about allegation in both Czech and foreign researching. The diploma thesis deals with the Jewish Council of Elders in Prague, whose existence is defined in the years 1943-1945. The administrative body, which was formally established by renaming the wartime Jewish Community of Prague in February 1943, was obliged to carry out orders from superior authorities and act as an intermediary between the Nazi leadership and the persecuted Jewish population. Earlier emigration, retraining and care activities were replaced by the liquidation tasks and the management of other activities, which in consequence were to lead to the complete destruction of Jewish life in the occupied Bohemia and Moravia. The diploma thesis focuses on the historical and organizational development of the above-mentioned Jewish council from its inception to liquidation in the post-war period, as well as on the activities of departments and the fates of some employees. The organization is set in the context of the final phase of Jewish persecution, which in the period under review focused mainly on so-called Mischlinge and Jews from mixed marriages, and the Nazi policy of liquidation of Jewish communities and establish of Jewish councils. I (M.R.) have been working four years in the field of psychiatry in the United Kingdom, and have passed my MR-CPsych exam recently. During my training, I had the opportunity to work for 1.5 years in community teams in Mersey and West Midlands. I have wide experience in working with crisis teams during the out of hours. As the newly prepared reform of the Czech psychiatry mirrors the British model to some extent, I felt it could be useful to share my experience in working in the UK with my colleagues from the Czech Republic. This article is focused on benefits and drawbacks of the current UK psychiatry system, based on the personal experience of the first author. In this bachelor thesis, we discuss about history of physical education and sports in Veselí nad Lužnicí from its very organized beginning in 1887, when unity of physical education Sokol has been established, to 2020. The thesis is divided into four historical periods. First period lasted from 1887 to 1918. Second period deals not only with the Sokol, but also with establishment and development of other organizations, like the Labour Physical Education Unity, the Czech Tourist Club and so on, dating from 1918 to 1945. Third period highlights significant historical postwar development of sport clubs from 1945 to 1989. The fourth and last period is primarily TJ Lokomotiva and sport clubs from 1989 until the present in town Veselí nad Lužnicí.
