- Abstract
In this paper, we consider the application of optimization algorithms to solve the problem of determining the operating area of a robot with mechanisms of relative manipulation based on a plane 3-RPR mechanism and a tripod mechanism. A method for approximating the set of solutions to a system of nonlinear inequalities describing constraints on the geometric parameters of the robot is considered. Algorithms for constructing the operating areas of individual mechanisms were synthesized. The orientation effect of the output link on the size and shape of the operating area of each mechanism is analyzed. The operating area of the robot is obtained taking into account the constraints on the geometric parameters of the workpiece being in a moving coordinate system located in the center of the flat 3-RPR mechanism, as well as taking into account design constraints, intersections of links, and special positions. The research objective is to study the development of the noise spectra patterns in the operating area of copy mill operators. The experimental studies have shown that among harmful factors specific to these machines, there is an octave sound pressure level increase up to 15 dB in the idle mode and up to 15 dB under woodworking. These data suggest that the main noise source creating excess over the maximum permissible values is a spindle unit, and in particular, the spindle case. The vibration measurements on the machine carrier system have confirmed the results of the noise monitoring. The main source of the increased vibration levels for these machine tools is spindle rolling-contact bearings.

In this paper, a working-process simulation model was established, and the characteristics regarding the diesel engine maximum output power were analyzed under different limiting parameters. The design margin of the marine diesel engine is obtained through numerical and experimental study. Then, the simulation model and single cylinder diesel engine test were used to investigate the theoretical determination method of limiting characteristic lines and design margin area. It can be found that using least-square method to fit the calculation results can achieve quantitative analysis of limiting characteristics, and then the design margin area can be confirmed. The analysis results show that the maximum output power of the diesel engine is limited by in-cylinder pressure, turbine speed and exhaust temperature. The limiting parameters of maximum output power are different at different speeds, and the trend with speed of maximum output power are also different under different limiting parameters. Furthermore, the analysis of the operating area shows that the margin of the marine diesel engine at rated speed is about 27%, and there is a large design margin when operating at high speed. Objective To research the location, composition, zoning, flow and combination form of medical system of Model 920 hospital ship, and to provide theoretical support for the design of the hospital ship. Methods The layout of medical system of the hospital ship was constructed based on the theories of ship engineering design, hospital architecture design and naval health service as well as the requirements for height and internal environment of medical system. Results The mode combining multi corridor and single column was used to design 8 operating rooms and accessories in the midship of No.01 deck. Conclusion The multi-corridor single-column combination operating area occupies less ship space resources and the surgical treatment of wounded and sick patients is efficient, which is suitable for the platform of the ship and is worthy of reference for the design of the medical system of the large-scale rescue platform on the sea. 9. Enabling sustainable transportation: The model-based determination of business/operating areas of free-floating carsharing systems.

Free-floating carsharing systems with (and without) electric vehicles are emerging and there is limited knowledge where such concepts will succeed, regardless of their environmental benefits. Within this knowledge gap, the definition of the business/operating area is a key aspect. Inside this area a carsharing vehicle can be picked-up and dropped-off everywhere at any time. This research develops a model that helps to determine business areas a-priori by predicting inner-city booking hot-spots. The approach is based on modeling success factors as independent variables, namely population density, housing rent, city center distance, and hotel/restaurant density. With the help of these variables predictions for geographic zones in cities are made that prove to be helpful for designing operating areas for free-floating carsharing systems – a key challenge for providers' success when approaching new cities. The article considers some issues of matching the operating area of the Doppler shortrange location system (SRLS) with the destructing area of a fragmentation warhead in a wide range of applicability with no information about the angular position of the target.When action is against the low altitude aerial targets at the sea surface background Doppler SRLS are often used to provide frequency selection of a target owing to differences in the spectral characteristics of the required signal and interferences. However, Doppler systems have an inherent disadvantage i.e. the inability to estimate the angular position of the target wit respect to the SRLS.Consequently, an arising problem to ensure the effectiveness of the combat unit, which includes the guidance system, Doppler SRLS, and fragmentation warhead is of significant practical use, when acting against the low altitude aerial targets in a wide range of encounter environment with a lack of information about the angular position of the target. The article considers a practical method for ensuring the effectiveness of the combat unit by selecting the width of the destructing elements separation angle and its orientation in space.An approximate method of geometric matching the scopes of warhead and SRLS based on computer aided numerical calculation is used. With the geometric approach to the efficiency estimation in any desired angular position of the target, Doppler SRLS should form a command to burst the warhead ensuring the straddling of the target by the field of destructing elements in an arbitrary predetermined point of conditions.Algorithms of the warhead and SRLS functioning are developed and utilized as applied programs. A Doppler SRLS model is proposed. The SRLS is integrated with semi-active Doppler homing head in case there is small-sized radar target. The article presents a mathematical description of the fragmentation warhead for relatively small misses, ignoring the air resistance. It considers a procedure for forming the predetermined detonation angle of the Doppler SRLS and discusses the features of its implementation in case of large angles of the velocity triangle with a wide-angle warhead.As examples to confirm an efficiency of the developed algorithms and programs, results are given which reflect numerical calculations for some typical SRLS functioning in a wide range of the changing angles of the velocity triangle and relative velocities.The developed approach can be used for the justification of requirements for the operating accuracy of Doppler SRLS at different design stages, including the initial phase just when forming a conceptual structure only of combat unit.

Záměrem a cílem diplomové práce "Posouzení ekonomického vztahu provozní oblasti Železniční dopravy a přepravy a provozní oblasti Lokomotivního hospodářství v rámci OKD, Doprava, a.s." bylo analyzovat, zda stávající vnitropodnikové ceny odpovídají skutečným nákladům či nikoli, a jakým směrem se tyto sazby v budoucnu budou ubírat. Výsledkem zjištění je, že účtované sazby mezi provozní oblastí Železniční doprava a přeprava a provozní oblastí Lokomotivní hospodářství jsou reálné. Dochází k promítnutí skutečných nákladů do účtované vnitropodnikové ceny. Naznačené možnosti budoucího vývoje sazeb vycházejí z předpokládaných objemů přeprav zajišťovaných OKD, Doprava a tedy z nezbytně nutného počtu hnacích kolejových vozidel. Ať už dojde ke kterékoli z nastíněných variant, budou mít různé změny vnitropodnikových sazeb dopad především na ceny za přepravu jako celek, která je účtována externím zákazníkům., The aim of the master paper "The Evaluation of Economic Relations in the Operational Division of Railway Transport and the Operational Division of Locomotive Management in the OKD, Doprava, a.s. (Ostrava - Karviná - Coal - Mines, Transport, joint venture)" was to analyse the contemporary intradepartmental prices are reflect real costs, and what is the prognosis of their development. The research shows that the calculated tariffs between the Operational Division of Railway Transport and the Operational Division of Locomotive Management are real. The real costs are reflected in the calculated intradepartmental prices. The indicated ways of the future co st development are based on the planed amount of transport provided by OKD and thus on the essential number of rail vehicles. Для відпрацювання в лабораторних та клінічних умовах технічних аспектів технології фотодинамічної терапії з використанням першого вітчизняного фотосенсибілізатора Гіперфлав розроблений та виготовлений дослідний зразок світлодіодного випромінювача СВиФТ-90 двох модифікацій. При проведенні попередніх випробувань для різних режимів роботи приладу, управління якими здійснюється з пульту керування, експериментально визначено освітленість в операційній зоні, що співпадає з вихідним торцем волоконно-оптичного інструмента. Також визначені напрямки подальших робіт, спрямованих на суттєве підвищення вихідних характеристик світлодіодного випромінювача. The LED illuminator experimental model, named SViFT-90, has been designed and made in two modifications to development under laboratory and clinical conditions the technical facets of the photodynamic therapy method used first Ukrainian photosensitizer Hyperflav. Under preliminary test illumination intensities at the operating area have been detected for different device modes of operation changed with control board. The device operating area is coincided with an output face of the fiberoptic instrument. Following operation directions aimed to improve LED illuminator output characteristics have been defined as well. Для отработки в лабораторных и клинических условиях технических аспектов технологии фотодинамической терапии с использованием первого украинского фотосенсибилизатора Гиперфлав разработан и изготовлен опытный образец светодиодного излучателя СВиФТ-90 двух модификаций. При проведении предварительных испытаний для различных режимов работы прибора, управление которыми осуществляется с пульта управления, экспериментально определены уровни освещенности в операционной зоне, которая совпадает с выходным торцом волоконно-оптического инструмента. Также определены направления дальнейших работ, направленных на существенное повышение выходных характеристик светодиодного излучателя.
