On the abdomen, there are no scars or enlargements.THERAPEUTIC MANAGEMENT: The patient was admitted for interventional radiology therapy of a cortico-cavernous fistula. Vital readings for the patient, like blood pressure, were 120/80. The measurements were 37 °C temperature, 75 b/m pulse, and 15 b/m respiration rate. After the patient's accident-related medical history was obtained, an evaluation of the patient's physical condition, blood work, a C.T. Scan, an MRI, an X-ray, and an E.C.G was evaluated. They make up between 0.5-1% in adult and 3-4% of paediatric group.Here we are introducing 11-year-old- female who visited with her parents in paediatric outpatient unit with the complaints of headache in the frontal region and backregion. She had 4-5 episodes of vomiting in previous week, she also developed the double vision since last 2 days. The patient underwent Magnetic Resonance Imaging of the brain and found the evidence of papilla enema in both eyes. Patient went to eye department for Vitreo-retained(VR) surgery. After that client was shifted to ward for the further management where she was administered the appropriate paediatric dose of antiedema and antiepileptic medication and other supportive measures. After treatment, the patient's condition was improved than before. Symptoms such as blurred vision relieved after surgery. These tumours rarely develop in children’s third ventricles, fourth ventricles or CP angle.

Here we present the case of a 41-year adult man who came to the emergency department with complaints of head injury, absence of consciousness, nasal bleed drop by drop, swelling in the face, tooth avulsion, and prickling sensation over the lower right side of the face. The patient was kept in emergency ICU for observation and monitoring for one day, then referred to neurosurgery ICU where he was administered intravenous pan 40mg, Inj emset 2ml, Inj pause 1gm, Inj levopril 1gm, Inj ceftriaxone 1gm, Inj optineurin with 500ml ns, Tab zeredol 20 mg, Tab limce 500mg. The Patient was taken to the ophthalmology operation theater for suturing. Open reduction and internal fixation this surgical procedure is done on my patient. The patient's prognosis was good.

Rescue of patients with polytrauma requires maintaining hemostasis while concurrently administering treatments and using proper triage management according to the severity of the injuries, especially in situations of severe trauma with pulmonary contusion and significant blood loss. Massive hemothorax and extensive tracheobronchial hemorrhage result from serious lung injury. Depending on the amount of chest leakage in cases with hemothorax, emergency surgery is advised. Here we report a case of a 20-year-old adult male who was brought by his parents to the emergency department in a conscious state. The patient reported sustained injuries over the face, chest, and left knee. All the necessary laboratory investigations were done after which the patient was shifted to the Surgery Intensive Care Unit. The primary therapeutic intervention was given to the patient and was treated with blood transfusion, antibiotics, antiemetics, and antacids, and a diet was planned during hospitalization.

The patient's general appearance is not good, she was undernourished, the patient is not active and very dull nature, not maintained hygiene and personal grooming Conservative. Haemoglobin 10 gm%, WBC Count 5000 cells /mm³, RBC Count 20000- 40000 IgM and IgG cells /mcL test both positive, platelets count 12000 cells / mm³, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography for confirming the diagnosis Choleodolithiasis with ERCP with thrombosis of the portal vein, splenic vein, superior mesenteric vein with systemic. Computed tomography and Magnetic resonance imaging, urine culture, and complete blood count were done and which were abnormal. The patient was transfused to the surgery ward for surgical management. Patient managed with the surgery of laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery help to remove gallstones and also managed with medical management given to patient antibiotics, analgesics, antacids, and other supportive measures. Conclusion Due to conservative management and quality of nursing care, the patient's condition was stable and had no active complaints at present hence the patient is being discharged.

Coarctation of the Aorta is a distinct narrowing or long segment hypoplasia of the aortic arch, usually distal to the subclavian artery. The narrow aortic lumen may exist as preductal or postductal obstruction which depends upon the position of the obstruction about the ductus arteriosus. The lesion obstructs blood flow through the aorta, resulting in increased pressure and effort of the left ventricle. Patient presentation: We are presenting an 8-year-old male child who visited the pediatric outpatient unit with the symptoms of fever, cough, and increased work of breathing, he was admitted to PICU. He was a known case of congenital heart disease. He was diagnosed to have congenital heart disease at the age of 3 years when he was admitted to the hospital due to the bluish coloration of his palms and soles. He had a fever (100 degrees F), cough, and increased work of breathing for 15 days during normal daily activities. The patient had undergone a 2-D Echo showing a parachute mitral valve. He was treated with antibiotics and maintained saturation on O2 by CPAP. Symptoms such as Respiratory distress and cough are relieved after maintaining saturation O2 and medications. Conclusion: Coarctation of the Aorta is typically present at birth (congenital heart defect). Mild to severe symptoms are possible. The illness might not be discovered until an adult. She had a history of accidental injury to the left eyelid, eyebrow, and left cheek. Firstly, computed tomography (CT) scan has been done and after that magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) was advised to the patient. Currently, she is operated on for open decompression craniotomy where excision of the tumor was done under general anesthesia after obtaining physical fitness for surgery. Afterward, she was treated with antibiotics, analgesics, and anti-inflammatory medicines, and post-surgery CT was done. Conclusion: Schwann cells that surround the vestibular nerve, typically in the internal auditory canal, can give rise to benign tumors called acoustic schwannomas. Although the findings on CT and MRI were unusual for acoustic schwannomas, minor acoustic schwannomas might also be found and removed during surgery in addition to the huge cysts.

He has undergone a blood test, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). And then started on immunosuppressive therapy.

On physical examination, he was agitated, febrile, and had a body temperature of 102°F. He also had mild swelling in the lymph node, no pallor but some dehydration, tachycardia (130 bpm), a respiratory rate of 35 breaths per minute, redness of the tongue, redness of the sole, a skin rash, and edematous lips. Later he was treated with antiplatelets, antibiotics, and intravenous fluids. Conclusion: Kawasaki disease (KD), an unusual kind of systemic inflammation, is most frequently found in children below the age of five. Due to the maternal antibodies' protective qualities, Kawasaki disease is rarely diagnosed in infants under the age of four months. There are ten to twenty occurrences per 100,000 children under five. The most well-known cause of acquired cardiovascular disease in newborns and young children is Kawasaki disease. The patient was apparently alright 2 weeks back when he had complained of breathlessness. fever 2 episodes, lower which was insidious in onset and gradually progressive. On arrival, the patient was provided oxygen therapy via a face mask for breathlessness and to make him feel comfortable with the head elevation. On laboratory investigation, the patient’s blood values are altered. The patient underwent computed tomography of the kidney-ureter-bladder (CT-KUB), and Ultrasonography of the kidneys (USG). A permanent tunnel hemodialysis catheter under local anesthesia was placed and he received 2 cycles of hemodialysis. During the course in the hospital, the patient’s condition was improving and was stable clinically and vitally hence, the patient was discharged. Conclusion: CAKUT can occur alone or in conjunction with heart and cardiovascular malformations, gastrointestinal tract malformations, central nervous system malformations, skeletal system malformations, lung, face, genito-reproductive system malformations, abdominal wall malformations, chromosomal abnormalities, MCA, and other organ system malformations.

Malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumours (MPNST) are an uncommon type of cancer that spreads from the brain stem into the body and affects the covering of the nerves. Anywhere in the body can develop MPNST, but the deep tissues of the arms, legs, and trunk are where they most frequently occur. They result in discomfort and lethargy, mostly in the affected region, and it may develop a bulge or tumour. A 22-year-old woman presented in cancer ward with the complaints of right lower limb pain with the pain score of 4/10, the intensity of pain aggravates while sitting or performing activity and relieves while at rest, also felt heaviness since 7 months. A vast blood investigation was carried out. MRI and Biopsy were done to make her diagnosis. After following investigations, she was diagnosed as a “malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumours”. Initially she was started on I.V. fluids, analgesics and injectables on the day of admission. Retroperitoneal mass excision was performed under general anaesthesia. Patient’s prognosis remains good.

Case presentation: A 23 years old male came to the ENT department with the chief complaint of right eye watery discharge for 1 year, and right lower eyelid swelling with pain over the right side of the face for 1 month. The patient had a history of road traffic accidents one year ago. For that, he underwent open reduction and internal fixation. But after 9 months, he was having a history of right frontozygomatic suture region infected plate for which he underwent surgery of infected Removal with right orbital volume correction. He had a history of 2 units of blood transfusion with no allergic reaction. On arrival, a physical examination of the eye was carried out which shows swelling over the right eyelids along with tenderness. The Contrast Enhanced Computed Tomography of paranasal sinuses was done along with the dacryocystography under local anesthesia after that he has undergone through Dacryocystorhinostomy under general anesthesia and later he was treated with antibiotics, analgesics, and antacids.Conclusion: It is an inflammation of the tear-producing gland. Chronic dacryocystitis has 2 types namely, primary and secondary types. The primary variety, which affects 80% or more of women, is widespread and distinguished by a strong sex preference. The most significant contributing component to its cause appears to be heredity. The prevalence of the second variant is uncommon and roughly equal in both sexes. It is brought on by an illness or injury to the nearby parts. An external dacryocystorhinostomy is the best method of treatment for this condition.
