INTRODUCTION Glycated haemoglobin levels are routinely measured in type 2 diabetes mellitus to monitor their glycaemic control. Lipid disorder in diabetes is common issues either independently or in association with type 2 Diabetes mellitus. We aim to establish the association between Glycated haemoglobin and lipid profile in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients attending our centre. MATERIAL AND METHODS This is hospital based cross-sectional study conducted on 161 patients conducted in out-patient department of internal medicine and from 10/02/2079 to 20/04/079 at Devdaha Medical College and Research Institute (DMCRI). Patients were enrolled after taking informed consent fulfilling inclusion and exclusion criterias. Data were entered on Microsoft Excel 2010 and analyzed using SPSS v25. RESULTS Among 161 Participants, male to female ratio was almost 1:1, with mean age of diabetes of male and female was 58.1 ± 11.2 standard deviation (SD) and 56.7 ± 10.4 SD, with 13.04% were alcohol consumer; 1.86% were smokers; 57.76% of them had high blood pressure; (29.19%) had known dyslipidaemia and 11.18% had hypothyroidism. Background: Premature birth is a sudden event of birth below the 37th week of pregnancy. In the third trimester, that is, 27-40 weeks of gestation when the baby’s major stages of development take place, the baby receives a wonderful blood supply to its respiratory system that enables it to breathe for the first time. Material And Method: A Quasi- experimental Non- equivalent control group pre-test post-test design was adopted to assess the effectiveness of simulation based learning in terms of competency of nursing students. Data was collected from 114 students studying BSc. 3rd Year in M.M. College of Nursing, and M.M. Institute of Nursing, Mullana, Ambala, Haryana. Study participants were randomly allotted in experimental group (n=55) and comparison group (n=59) by using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by using selected variables, Structured Knowledge Questionnaires, Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and Clinical Decision Making Ability Questionnaires. Results: The study findings showed that majority of the nursing students (80%) were female in experimental group and (79.66%) in comparison group. The mean post-test knowledge score (26.22±5.24) of nursing students in experimental group was higher than the mean post -test knowledge score (22.46±6.54) of comparison group. The mean post-test skills score (45.40±7.45) of nursing students in experimental group was lower than the mean post -test skills score (45.51±8.36) of comparison group. The mean post-test clinical decision making ability score (17.84±2.84) of nursing students in experimental group was higher than the mean post-test clinical decision making ability score (14.39±5.47) of comparison group. The calculated ‘t’ value of post-test knowledge scores in experimental and comparison group (p=0.00*) and the calculated ‘t’ value of post-test skills scores in experimental and comparison group (p=0.94*) The calculated t value of post-test clinical decision making ability scores in experimental and comparison group(p=0.00*) was found to be statistically significant at 0.05 level of significance. Conclusion: The study concluded that Simulation based learning was effective in enhancing the competency in terms of knowledge, skills and clinical decision making ability regarding Preterm Newborn Care among Nursing Students.

Social networking websites have become more and more popular recently. Users use them to meet new people and communicate their most recent thoughts and actions to their existing acquaintances. The website among these that is growing the quickest is social media. Due to its popularity, many spammers attempt to flood actual users' accounts with spam messages. This paper considers three social networks, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, for experimentation. The classification of the data into spam and non-spam using four machine learning techniques, including SVM, KNN, decision trees, and Random Forest. The results obtained from the experiments show that the proposed approach can accurately detect spam in social networks. Implementing such algorithms could help social network platforms improve user experience by reducing the prevalence of spam and fraudulent activity

Rogamarga is the unique speciality of Ayurveda which means the pathway of diseases. The Rogmarga act as passage for movement of Doshas and site of amalgamation for morbid Doshas and Dushyas (body tissue). It is essential to understand pathological process involved in manifestation of disease. The normal relationship between Rogmarga, Doshagati and dhatu formation is responsible for health status of individual and any disturbance in the same is responsible for morbidity. Hence, the concept of Rogmarga is vital to understand patho-physiology of body systems. It has diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic utility both in acute and chronic disease.

In this project, we have designed, implemented and analyzed a news recommendation system. We used news articles dataset provided by BBC for the experiments. The system trains multiple classifiers on the training set, and use them to classify the news article chosen by the user. It then recommends m similar articles to the user. In this report, we discuss the methods we have implemented, results and their analysis. We have got best results with Naive Bayes algorithm, although we use combination of all the classifiers

The use of two-wheelers as a mode of transport is increasing rapidly, but unfortunately, many riders neglect to wear helmets, which can lead to accidents and fatalities. To address this issue, many countries have implemented laws mandating the use of helmets for two-wheeler riders, and the police force often discourages this behavior by issuing traffic violation tickets. However, the process of issuing these tickets is often manual and tedious, which can lead to delays and errors. To solve this problem, a proposed system is to automate the process of detecting riders who are not wearing helmets. The system would use image processing algorithms to extract the license plate number of the rider, which would then be used to issue a traffic violation ticket. The image processing algorithm would consist of five parts, including image procurement, preliminary processing, fringe detection and segmentation, feature extraction, and recognition of character number plates using suitable machine learning algorithms. This automated system would not only make the process of issuing traffic violation tickets faster and more efficient, but it would also increase the compliance of two wheeler riders with helmet laws. This would lead to a reduction in accidents and fatalities caused by not wearing helmets, ultimately making roads safer for everyone

The complexes of Nickel(II) and Copper(II) metals have been prepared with the macrocyclic ligand-1,7,9, 15-tetra-aza-3, 5,11,13- - difurano-cyclo-1,6,9,14-hexa deca tetra-ene. The complexes of both the metals have been characterised by usual physico-chemical methods such as elemental analysis, measurement of electrical conductance, magnetic moment and electronic transition spectra of the complexes and I.R. spectral behaviour of both ligands and the complexes. All the complexes of both the metals have been found to be non-electrolyte, mono-meric, paramagnetic with octahedral geometryy . T he general molecular formula of the complexes have been found to be [M(L) (X)2] Where M= Nickel(II) and Copper(II) Cations, L= ligand and X= monodentate anions.

We use of blockchain technology to secure transaction-based documents along with transactions such as to provide a completely transparent tendering process, tender documents, applications, bid proposals, company profiles, past records, approving officer details, and rejections details are all required. In these paper, how smart contracts can be employed to design a distributed e-tendering system is explored. The project is divided into four sections, 1. Tender creations and publishing process, 2. Bidding process on the tender, 3. Evaluations and Negotiation of the bid and 4. Selections of the Winning bid.

A study was conducted in April 2020 to assess the impact and usefulness of agrometeorological Advisory Services in increasing the production of wheat crops under DAMU KVK, Kushinagar. The two villages were selected for this study, and two groups of farmers were selected, namely, a group adopting the agrometeorological Advisories (50 farmers), regularly in their operations (AAS Farmers), and another group of farmers not aware of the agrometeorological Advisories (Non AAS Farmers) during the rabi season. The data were recorded from both the farmer groups, particularly on crop expenditure incurred by the farmers from land preparation to harvest at every stage, and crop growth and yields were observed regularly. The impact assessment was based on feedback that indicated a significant impact in terms of the use of the agrometeorological Advisory Service by farmers. The assessment study indicated that the farmers who adopted agrometeorological advisory services on a real time basis obtained a 28% higher net return in wheat crops compared to Non-AAS farmers who benefited from timely agricultural operations, timely rainfall forecasting, recommended doses of fertilisers, efficient irrigation management, and standard plant protection majors in a required base manner during the crop growing period, as advised in biweekly bulletins. AAS farmers benefited from the timely application of fertilizers, timely and accurate weather forecasting, and timely agricultural operations to obtain a better yield in wheat crop as compared to Non-AAS farmers. Agrometeorological Advisory Services (AAS) might be used to be helpful to the farmers in managing changing weather, resulting in decreased input costs in agriculture and profitable agricultural production by adopting of weather based agrometeorological Advisory.

With the increased use of Internet of Things in different areas, cyber-attacks are also increasing proportionately and can cause failures in the system. IDS become the leading security solution. Anomaly based network intrusion detection (IDS) detection plays a major role in protecting networks against various malicious activities. Improving the security of loT networks has become one of the most critical issues. This is due to the large-scale development and deployment of loT devices and the insufficiency of Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to be deployed for the use of special purpose networks. In this article, the performance of several machine learning models has been compared to accurately predict attacks on IoT systems, the case of imbalanced classes was subsequently treated using the SMOTE technique.

Duchenne muscular dystrophy is one of the most common dystrophinopathies known. It is the most common hereditary neuromuscular disorder and is inherited in an X-linked recessive manner. Incidence is 1:3500 live male infants, characterised by progressive weakness of a selective group of muscles without involvement of nervous system. Age of onset being 3-10 years, many children unable to walk before 18 months of age. The patient usually dies by 18-20 years of age. 80% carries have high CPK values with female being the one. Dystrophin gene is the largest human gene with 79 exons, codes for protein dystrophin required for stabilisation of protein complex at sarcolemma, the abnormal DMD gene is on X chromosome at Xp21 locus. Dystrophin deficiency thus, leads to destruction of muscle fibres and progressive muscular weakness. Corticosteroids are the only medications that have shown to alter the course of DMD but have side effects like weight gain, decreased appetite, increase changes of cataract and osteoporosis. The present study is about management 8 years old male child with B/L lower limb weakness and calf muscle hypertrophy.etc, so according to Ayurvedic management with Panchkarma procedures and internal medicines given the case was managed. Successful improvement in CPK values along with the signs and symptoms was observed. As per Ayurvedic Siddhant and Samprapti application considering Adibalapravrittavyadhi and the Beejabhaga avayava dushti the management done. There is no treatment in any system of medicine and prognosis being unpreventable, Ayurveda instills a regenerative mechanism in neuromuscular disorders with special concern of Panchkarma, Rasayanas, Rasa aushadhi, etc. By this the deterioration can effectively be prolonged and quality of life improved.

In this era, cloud computing is used in various fields like industry, military, college, etc. for various services and storage of huge amount of data. Data stored in this cloud can be accessed or retrieved on the users request without direct access to the server computer. But the major concern regarding storage of data online that is on the cloud is the Security. This Security concern can be solved using various ways, the most commonly used techniques are cryptography and steganography. But sometimes a single technique or algorithm alone cannot provide high-level security. So we have introduces a new security mechanism that uses a combination of multiple cryptographic algorithms of symmetric key and steganography. In this proposed system, RC6 (Rivest Cipher 6), AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) and Blowfish algorithms are used to provide security to data. All the algorithms use 128-bit keys. LSB steganography technique is used to securely store the key information. Key information will contain the information regarding the encrypted part of the file, the algorithm and the key for the algorithm. File during encryption is split into three parts. These individual parts of the file will be encrypted using different encryption algorithm simultaneously with the help of multithreading technique. The key information is inserted into an image using the LSB technique. Our methodology guarantees better security and protection of customer data by storing encrypted data on a single cloud server, using AES, RC6 and Blowfish algorithm.

Draksha (Mrudwika) is best among all fruits as per Ayurveda. It is also indicated in different diseases as a medication and used in diets in fresh and dry forms. Draksha is a fruit that is only available during certain times of the year. Sharkara dosage form of it can be prepared to make that is palatable. Draksha is used in dry form i.e., Munakka (Mrudwika, raisins). Commonly, Munakka, Kismis, and Currants are three varieties with slight differences in their characteristics and nutritional content. They own property in Mridu Rechana, Vatahara, Pittahara, Brimhana, Vrishya, and Rasayana. For health promotion, disease prevention, and a wide range of Vata, Pitta, and Raktaja Vyadhis and Apatarpana Vyadhis, Draksha should be regularly incorporated into diet in either dry or fresh form. In the present study, an attempt has been made to develop pharmacognostical and pharmaceutical standards for Mrudwika Sharkara for assurance of quality of herbal compounds pharmacognostical and pharmaceutical analysis should be done. Methods: Mrudwika Sharkara was subjected to microscopic evaluation for pharmacognostical study, analysis physic-chemical analysis includes specific gravity, pH value, reducing sugar, non-reducing sugar and total sugar and high Performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC). Mrudwika Sharkara was assessed for microbiological which include smear examination and culture study. Results: Pharmacognostical study showed the presence of certain identifying characters of Mrudwika and Sharkara. In pharmaceutical study, preliminary physico-chemical analysis showed specific gravity is 1.160, pH value is 4, reducing sugar 21.1%, non reducing sugar 48%, total sugar content 69.1%. HPTLC analysis showed eight spots in 254nm and six spots in 366nm. From date of preparation 23/06/21 to 18/10/22 no fungal contamination was found in Mrudwika Sharkar Conclusion: Present work was carried out to standardize the formulation Mrudwika Sharkara in terms of its identity, quality and purity. All of the preparation's active ingredients were identified by pharmacognostic and physicochemical examination. Self life of Mrudwika Sharkara showed that the quality of syrup in standard condition.

Introduction: Anaemia is the global public health crisis, so also in India. The most direct connection between Pandu Roga and nutritional deficiency anaemia can be found in Ayurveda. Ayurvedic remedy was put through a clinical study on anaemic adolescent girls because anaemia is commonly prevalent that affects the society and the side effects of oral allopathic iron preparations are highly common. The present study assesses the impact of ayurvedic medicines in improving the nutritional status among anemic adolescent girls and severely underweight children under five years of age in Devbhumi Dwarka district of Gujarat. Method: The pre-post study was registered with Clinical Trial Registry of India conducted at Devbhumi Dwarka district of Gujarat. A total of 450 anaemic adolescent girls and 179 severely underweight children were screened respectively. Adolescent girls were provided with Faltrikadhi Kavath, Purnanavardi Mandur, and Amalaki Rasayan. Under-five children was given Shishubhaishaj granules in powder form. The study was conducted in three phases (Baseline, Intervention and Endline Assessment). Results: A total of 219 adolescent girls and 120 under-five children was evaluated during endline assessment. The mean improvement in Hb was +0.36 gm/dL for 219 subjects, however subjects (n=99) with better compliance shows significant improvement (+1.07 gm/dL, P=0.005). Under five children shows improvement in their anthropometric measurements (WAZ). Conclusion: The present study revealed that Ayurvedic intervention can improve Hb status of adolescent girls only with better compliance. The study also reports the reason of non-compliance and ways to address it.

Background: A confirmatory diagnosis of tuberculoid (TL) and borderline TL (BTL) leprosy is dependent on the demonstration of nerve involvement within granuloma or acid-fast bacilli. It is very difficult to identify nerve elements in hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stains. S-100 stain in this study is used to highlight nerve in TL leprosy so as to reach a definitive diagnosis of TL leprosy. Aim and Objectives: The aim of the study was to demonstrate nerve involvement and various changes of nerves in different forms of leprosy and use of S-100/or confirmation of TL leprosy/BTL leprosy. Materials and Methods: Skin biopsies of a total of 53 cases of leprosy were studied. The study is conducted in the department of pathology, HIMS, Safedabad, Barabanki U.P. The present study included all the new leprosy patients visiting the outpatient department of Skin and V.D, department, HIMS, Safedabad, Barabanki, U.P. Study period was 2015–2016 (1 year). All biopsies were studied in H&E stain. Biopsies were further subjected to S-100 stain so as to make a confirmatory diagnosis of TL leprosy/BTL and were then classified according to Ridley-Jopling classification only histological parameters of classification were used in this study. Results: In the present study, it was observed that the majority of patients were between the ages of 31 and 40 years (39.5%), males were mostly affected (10.5%), and family history was positive (8.4%). Hypopigmented skin lesion was the most common clinical lesion (31.2%).TT was the most common clinical diagnosis (25.4%). IL was the most common histopathological diagnosis (26.1%). The nerve changes were demonstrated in TL/BTL leprosy using S-100 immunostain. It was observed that the most of the cases of TL/BTL demonstrated fragments of nerves that were infiltrated by lymphocytes. This was the most common pattern seen among the patients of TL/BTL leprosy. Complete nerve was not identified in any of the cases. Conclusions: S-100 immunostain simplified detection of nerve twigs in TL/BTL leprosy. It was also seen that the most of the fragmented nerve elements were present within the granulomas. The TL spectrum of leprosy significantly affected nerves and using S-100 helped in differentiating it from other forms of leprosy.

A 16-year-old female was admitted following complaints of vomiting 2 days after intake of non-vegetarian food from a cafe. It was associated with the passage of loose stools with mucus. Following a seizure-like episode, she was referred to a higher centre. She was delirious and during the transit, she collapsed and died the same day. The body was transferred to the Forensic Medicine Department of Government Medical College, Kannur for post-mortem examination as a definite clinical diagnosis of the cause of death could not be made.

Any disease pertaining to skin causes adverse impact on psychological and social well-being results in depression, social isolation, loneliness and reduce quality of life. WHO has classified skin diseases a psycho-cutaneous disease which emphasizes the relation between skin and psyche. Hence skin ailments are given high priority by the patients. Skin diseases are commonly observed thanks to altered lifestyle including improper and altered food habits, mental stress, improper sleeping habits and poor hygiene. In Ayurveda, the majority the skin diseases are incorporated under Kustharoga and are classified as Mahakustha (major skin disorders) and Kshudra kustha (minor skin disorders). Kitibha kustha is explained under Kshudra kustha in Ayurvedic Samhitas. The signs and symptoms of Kitibha kustha are same as that of psoriasis explained in modern science. Aim: The aim was to gauge the importance of Vamana karma (bio-purificatory measures) in Kustha. Materials and Methods: A male patient aged 18 years presented with the signs and symptoms of slightly raised well-defined brownish patches over upper middle back, behind both ears and around both alar nasal sulcus associated with itching diagnosed it as Kitibha kustha and was treated with Vamana karma (emesis) followed by prior Deepan karma and Bahya & Abhyantar snehan (internal & external oiling) followed by Swedan (fomentation). Results: At the conclusion of Vaman, Pittantik vamana was achieved. Patient had significant relief from Kandu (itching), scaling and reduction of erythema after the procedure. Photographic changes were kept for comparison. Conclusion: This present case study revealed the importance of Vamana karma in Kitibha kustha (Psoriasis).

Chirabilvadi Yoga is a combination of four drugs Chirabilva, Arjuna, Jyotishmati and Kakanasa in powder form, each of these ingredients has solid base of previous experimental studies for their individual analgesic activity. Bhavana (trituration) is an important Samskara (process) mentioned in Ayurvedic classics by which drug may be made very potent to produce a positive results. Till date no data available on this combination Bhavita Chirabilvadi Yoga triturated seven times with Chirabilva Patra Swarasa and made dried powder. Present study is to screen the differences in pharmacognostical and pharmaceutical profile of the Chirabilvadi Yoga before and after Bhavana. After Bhavana significant changes were found in the pharmacognostical parameters like deformated rosette crystals and cluster crystal of Arjuna and broken stone cells of Arjuna, which are rarely found before Bhavana of the drug and also evaluate the differences in the pharmaceutical profile before and after Bhavana like loss on drying, ash value, acid insoluble ash, water soluble extract, methanol soluble extract, pH and HPTLC.

PURPOSE- To determine the effect of outdoor activities in daylight over myopia progression in young peopleMETHOD- This prospective observational single centered hospital-based study was conducted in Department of Ophthalmology of Shyam Shah Medical college and associated GM Hospital Rewa, during the period of January 2019 to September 2020. Cycloplegic autorefration with 1% cyclopentolate eye drop followed by subjective refinement of refraction was done and Spherical equivalent was calculated at baseline (Time 1), and then after 6 months (Time 2), and at 1 year (Time 3). Progression of myopia was calculated as the change in spherical equivalent during 1 year. Questionnaire survey about amount of time spent in outdoor activities in daylight was done. Multivariate analysis was done to estimate the adjusted odds ratio for outdoor activities associated with myopia progression.RESULT-Significant increase in odds of myopia progression was observed in young people with shorter outdoor activity hours (p

Glaucoma is a severe condition of the optic nerve resulting in the loss of eyesight. The proposed methodology has introduced the extraction of HOG (histogram of oriented gradients) features from the retinal fundus image. After the removal of HOG features, the authors compare the performance of five different machine learning techniques like k-nearest neighbour (KNN), support vector machine (SVM), linear discriminant analysis (LDA), naïve bayes, and artificial neural network. The process of image classification is based on analyzing the numerical properties of the obtained image features and classifying the data into different categories. In the paper, the authors intend to classify whether the image belongs to the glaucomatous category or the healthy category. After the application of the different classification algorithms to the test data and further analysis of the results, they could conclude that the SVM classifier provided an accuracy of 90%, KNN 86%, Naïve Bayes 96%, LDA 86%, and ANN 96.90% on the dataset in hand.

BACKGROUND A distinct change in human senescence occurs in the face and the most pioneering sign appears in the area surrounding the eyes and nasolabial fold. Each injector learns through experience, where to place the botulinum toxin for desired effects. Aims & Objectives Haematoxylin & Eosin study was performed to understand the histology of the Nasolabial fold (NLF). METHODS Nasolabial folds were identified in 5 formalin-fixed cadavers aged between 55-70 years. Tissue was obtained from three points: one from ala of the nose (A), second from the angle of the mouth (C), and third from the mid-centre of an imaginary line extending from point A to point C (B) bilaterally and then formalin-fixed, paraffin-installed, and stained with haematoxylin and eosin stain. RESULTS Macroscopically, several muscle fibres of different origins were observed to insert directly on the nasolabial fold. On microscopic investigation, muscular fibres were observed to extend from the subcutaneous layer to the dermis, at point A&C and few or no muscle fibres were observed at point B. CONCLUSIONS Microscopical investigation shows muscular fibres extending from the subcutaneous layer to the dermis, at point A&C and few or no muscle fibres were observed at point B. If botulism toxin is injected intradermally adjacent to the ala of nose and angle of mouth it gives a satisfactory result to reduce rhytids.

Cerebellar ataxia is a form of ataxia originating in the cerebellum (the part of brain that is incharge of balance and coordination). Cerebellar ataxia can occur as a result of many diseases and may present with symptoms of inability to coordinate balance, gait, extremity and eye movements. In cerebellar ataxia progressive atrophy of cerebellum occurs. This can be compared to Mastulungshya in Ayurveda. Case Presentation- A 27 years male adult with the complaint of difficulty in walking, writing and difficulty in speaking since two years and also inability in doing daily activities of life got admitted in the Panchkarma male ward. On the basis of clinical features and investigation reports of MRI and CT of the brain, diagnosis done was Spino-Cerebellar ataxia. Management and Outcome- Aacharya Chakrapaani told that Mastishkya as Shirogata sneha (ca.sha 7/15) and atrophy means Kshya of Shirogata sneha. Patient was treated according to above principle, Brihana Chikitsa along Panchkarma procedures like Mustaadi yapna basti and Sarvang abhyang and Shashtikshali pindswedan was done for one month. Significant improvement was seen in clinical features. Patient walking distance increased from 100 meters to 2-3km daily without fatigue. BARS score was reduced from 12 to 6. His speech was improved and easily understandable. Discussion- In the present case, already damaged part was not recovered but the further progressive damage was prevented. Also there was significant improvement in clinical features. Ayurveda says Vyadhiviprit chikitsa sidhaant i.e., Brihana chikitsa in Kshyapradhan vyadhi. The Vyadhinidaan according to Ayurveda sidhant and treating them accordingly may be helpful in many neurological disorders.

Among the various Ras dravyas (mineral drugs), Abhraka Bhasma (incinerated mica ash) is widely used in therapeutics. Many herbal and other organic materials have been quoted in reference for various procedures in preparing Abhraka bhasma. It is wonderful that different pharmacological action has been attributed to different Dravyas used in the pharmaceutical processing of Abhraka Bhasma. However, to establish the safety of such metallic and mineral formulation it is the need of the hour to generate scientific data for such drugs. In the present study two samples of Abhraka Bhasma were prepared using two different methods. The safety profile of Abhraka Bhasma samples (AB-1 & AB-2) were evaluated by conducting acute and subacute toxicity study as per OECD Guidelines. Both acute and sub-acute toxicity study demonstrated safety of AB-1 and AB-2 when administered at therapeutic dose, TED X5 dose and TED X10 dose. Even though the sample AB-1 was prepared using a smaller number of Puta, it was sufficient for preparing good quality of Bhasma and was non-toxic

In the rapidly-evolving modern civilization, the inspection, collection, and removal of rubbish waste are seen as some of the major causes of dispute because their neglect will lead to leverage unfavourable environmental impacts. A boring method is the conventional approach to physically directing and gathering the garbage, as it necessitates require human labour and assets, which raises expenses further. This study describes an open IoT platform-based trash-checking system that works with an Arduino or Raspberry Pi board. The Arduino is a microcontroller included in the suggested architecture. A Wi-Fi module, an ultrasonic sensor, and a large battery information obtained from the load cell and ultrasonic sensor is achieved with the help of the Arduino microcontroller. Making use of the depth of the debris in the water using an ultrasonic sensor,resolved, and the volume and weight of the waste estimates are also made for the garbage cell's receptacle. The LCD screen is used for showing the information. The displayed information is sent to the web through the Wi-Fi module. An open IoT debate and Thingspeak used to adhere to the garbage framework. INTRODUCTION: Menopause, also known as the climacteric, is the time in most womens lives when menstrual periods stop permanently, and they are no longer able to bear children. Menopause typically occurs between 49 and 52 years of age. Medical professionals often define menopause as having occurred when a woman has not had any menstrual bleeding for a year. It may also be defined by a decrease in hormone production by the ovaries. In those who have had surgery to remove their uterus but still have ovaries, menopause may be considered to have occurred at the time of the surgery or when their hormone levels fell. Following the removal of the uterus, symptoms typically occur earlier, at an average of 45 years of age. AIM OF THE STUDY: Assess knowledge and attitude regarding menopause among peri menopausal women. MATERIAL AND METHOD: non experimental-descriptive research design study was used in order to evaluate knowledge and attitude regarding menopause among peri menopausal women of selected by non-probability purposive sampling technique in community centers Jodhpur. Each participant was informed about the study and that they could withdraw at any time and a written consent was also obtained. RESULT: The findings showed majority of women had inadequate knowledge regarding menopause The knowledge scores of peri-menopausal women on menopause among total numbers of sample (100), 59 (59%) sample had inadequate knowledge, 23 (23%) of sample had moderately adequate knowledge and 18 (18%) of sample had adequate knowledge regarding menopause among peri-menopausal women. However, no significant association exist between knowledge level and attitude level regarding menopause with their selected demographic variables such as Age, Marital status, Number of children, Type of family, Occupation, Age of menarche, Family history of menopausal problems. CONCLUSION: It can be concluded that peri menopausal had inadequate knowledge as per current research recommendations. Therefore, on understanding of menopause and how it causes changes in the womens body is not only relevant to the women but also who provides health services. Menopausal health has been one of the neglected areas in our country and needs timely vital attention. The need of the hour is to conduct awareness campaigns to inform general public about menopause. The present study was undertaken to assess the knowledge and attitude regarding menopause among peri-menopausal women at Banar and Bhadvasiya Community health centers, Jodhpur. The necessity to find alternatives to sand as fine aggregates in the production of plaster has increased due to the diminishing sources of natural sand and the requirement to reduce the cost of cement plaster. One of these components is quarry dust, a by-product of the crushing operation during quarrying activities. Granite fines, also known as rock dust or quarry dust, are a byproduct of crushing granite boulders. The goal of the current work is to replace sand with quarry dust and improve the mixture of cementitious materials and quarry fines. The basic characteristics of quarry dust and the compressive strength of quarry dust concrete have been attempted to be studied. The compressive strength of cast cement mortar cubes was estimated. For plastering, cement mortar in the ratios of 1:3, 1:4, 1:5, and 1:6 is created, and water absorption in the quarry fines is measured as a percentage. The workability of quarry dust is comparable to that of traditional fine aggregate (sand), and it contains nearly identical components to those found in EDAX. In the current work, the behaviour of cement mortar paste has been experimentally investigated. A range of cement mortar properties, including workability and compressive strength tests after 3 and 7 days of curing, have been the subject of experimental research.

Stable and high-quality Internet connectivity is mandatory for 5G mobile networks. Network disruption may occur due to unexpected variations in environmental conditions such as weather, wind, and natural or man-made surroundings, and the influence of the defect is quite severe. Prediction of such undesirable events at a low cost can boost 5G communication reliability, massive network capacity, and decreased latency. This research work makes use of novel preprocessing and feature engineering techniques, followed by a trained decision tree model to predict the occurrence of Radio Link Failure (RLF). This system is designed to predict RLF for not just the next day, but also any of the next 5 days. This prediction supports reliance and increasing demand for good Internet connectivity. In order to achieve accurate RLF prediction, comprehensive data has been used which undergoes preprocessing. To account for the influence of surrounding weather conditions on radio links, the proposed system makes use of information from the past i.e., previous RLFs, and the information from the future i.e., the weather forecast from the weather station around the radio link station. The decision tree model was trained with the integration of feature engineering. A macro-averaged F1-score of 70% and 77% were obtained for RLF prediction for the next day and RLF prediction for the next 5 days, respectively. The results show improvement in performance after the incorporation of feature engineering in the pipeline. Further, an additional metric termed G-Mean is introduced in the paper. Owing to the high imbalance in the dataset, this metric was found to provide a more realistic representation of the results. The G-Mean score was found to be 98.69% and 92.89% for RLF prediction for the next day and RLF prediction for the next 5 days, respectively.

We propose the task of free-form and open- ended Visual Question Answering (VQA). Given an image and a natural language question about the image, the task is to provide an accurate natural language answer. Mirroring real-world scenarios, such as helping the visually impaired, both the questions and answers are open-ended. Visual questions selectively target different areas of an image, including background details and underlying context. As a result, a system that succeeds at VQA typically needs a more detailed understanding of the image and complex reasoning than a system producing generic image captions. Moreover, VQA is amenable to automatic evaluation, since many open- ended answers contain only a few words or a closed set of answers that can be provided in a multiple choice format. We provide a dataset containing ~0.25M images, ~0.76M questions, and ~10M answers and discuss the information it provides. Numerous baseline for VQA are provided and compared with human performance. In this model, we have exclusively introduced a feature of voice to text using Speech recognition, Google Text-to-Speech and pygame module.

Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) is a complex task, the solution of which usually depends on the experience of the physicians due to the lack of specific quantitative biomarkers. Machine learning and Deep Learning approaches are increasingly being used as a diagnostic tool for ASD classification, with the potential to improve discrimination validity among ASD and typically developing (TD) individuals. This paper describes the use of feature selection and two classification techniques to successfully distinguish between individuals with ASD and individuals without ASD, using data from a large resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) database.

Abstract: The basic objective of this review is to furnish extensive confirmation on the bioactive chemical compounds and pharmacological aspects of Nagarmotha, i.e., Cyperus scariosus of the family Cyperaceae and some others plants used to treat various diseases of eyes as mentioned in Ayurveda, Charaka Samhita, and Sushrut Samhita. Nagarmotha showed an extensive ethnomedicinal record and constituted a phytonutrient pool of heuristic medicinal value. Various observations on pharmacological affirmation have illustrated the potential of plants as antioxidant, hypotensive, stimulant of the central nervous system, hepatoprotective, antidiabetic, analgesic, ophthalmic, anti-inflammatory, astringent, and antimicrobial actions which aid its conventional benefits. Nagarmotha remained to be an important part of various prescriptions used in nearly all indigenous systems of medicines to cure a variety of ailments. Various investigations on bioactive chemical compounds revealed that Cyperus scariosus has countless essential components like essential oils, terpenoids, sesquiterpenes, hydrocarbons, steroidal saponins, ketones, cyperene, cyperol, cyprotene, flavonoids, and various polyphenolic compounds. In the present work, more emphasis is on the bioactive chemical compounds, enlistment of bioactive chemical compounds responsible for therapeutic values, conventional benefits, and their detailed reported pharmacological properties. Some of the available marketed ayurvedic preparations were also mentioned in this review. Overall, researchers may get assisted and synchronized for impending potency, profitability, and effectiveness of Nagarmotha especially, and other medicinal plants generally. The demand for herbal products is expanding immensely all around the world and several biopharmaceutical regions are nowadays managing substantial research on herbal materials for their promising medicative value. Further curative usefulness of various phytochemicals obtained from Cyperus scariosus may be validated and corroborated.

We study the evolution of the angular momentum of the heavy quarks in the very early stage of high energy nuclear collisions, in which the background is made of evolving Glasma fields. Given the novelty of the problem, we limit ourselves to the use of toy heavy quarks with a large, unphysical mass, in order to implement the kinetic equations for the angular momentum in the non-relativistic limit. We find that as a consequence of the anisotropy of the background fields, angular momentum fluctuations are also anisotropic: we understand this in simple terms relating the fluctuations of the angular momentum, $L$, to those of linear momentum. While orbital angular momentum diffuses and develops substantial fluctuations and anisotropies, the spin does not. Hence, we can identify the fluctuations of $L$ with those of the total angular momentum $J=L + S$. Therefore, our study suggests that the total angular momentum of the heavy quarks in the early stage of high energy nuclear collisions will present anisotropic fluctuations., Comment: 10 pages, 6 figures

Protective immunity induced by COVID-19 vaccines is mediated mainly by spike (S) protein of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). Here, we report the development of a recombinant prefusion stabilized SARS-CoV-2 spike protein-subunit-based COVID-19 vaccine produced in the mammalian cell line. The gene encoding ectodomain (ECD) of the spike protein was engineered and cloned into Freedom pCHO 1.0, a mammalian expression vector, and subsequently expressed in the Chinese Hamster Ovary suspension cell line (CHO-S). The recombinant S protein ectodomain (hereafter referred to as IMT-CVAX) was purified using a combination of tangential flow filtration and liquid chromatography. Biochemical and biophysical characterization of IMT-CVAX was done to ensure its vital quality attributes. Intramuscular immunization of mice with two doses of adjuvanted IMT-CVAX elicited a strong anti-Spike IgG response. In pseudovirus-based assays, IMT-CVAX– immune mice sera exhibited a broad-spectrum neutralization of several SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern (VoCs). Golden Syrian Hamster immunized with IMT-CVAX provided excellent protection against SARS-CoV-2 infection, and, hamster immune sera neutralized the live SARS-CoV-2 virus. The adjuvanted IMT-CVAX induced robust Tfh-cells response and germinal center (GC) reaction in human ACE2 receptor-expressing transgenic mice. The findings of this study may pave the way for developing next-generation protein subunit-based vaccines to combat the existing SARS-CoV-2 and its emerging VoCs. The IMT-CVAX is produced using a scalable process and can be used for large-scale vaccine production in an industrial setup.

Women with PCOS remain at a high risk of developing cardiovascular risk factors, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome, risk being more in obese women. Monitoring of these may be done using the central fat indices, which are inexpensive and simple. The objective of the study was to evaluate the various central fat accumulation indices amongst the different polycystic ovary syndrome phenotypes. Method: 100 women aged 18-40 year fulfilling Rotterdam criteria for diagnosis of PCOS were selected. Height, weight, waist circumference and lipid profile were measured and BMI, Lipid accumulation product and Visceral adiposity index were calculated. Body Fat Percentage was measured by the Body Fat Analyser using the bioelectrical impedance method. Data was analysed and conclusions drawn. Results: Women with hyperandrogenic PCOS [phenotypes A (HA+OD+PCO), B(HA+OD), C(HA+PCO)] (33. 3% of total) presented with raised central fat accumulation indices including BMI (mean:25. 04), BFA (mean: 29. 85), VAI (mean:182. 06) and LAP (mean:1802. 63), compared with women with non-hyperandrogenic PCOS [phenotype D (OD+PCO)] (67% of total); BMI (mean:20. 85), BFA (mean:22. 94), VAI (mean:128. 4) and LAP (mean:624. 19). Amongst women with hyperandrogenic PCOS, the central fat accumulation indices were maximally raised in phenotype A. Conclusion: Though all women with PCOS should be targeted for prevention, screening, and management of cardiometabolic features, women with hyperandrogenic PCOS should be monitored more closely since they tend to have raised central fat accumulation indices compared with non-hyperandrogenic PCOS.

The study is focused on Indian Information Technology (IT) and ITES organizations as it is one of the biggest employers and contributes majorly towards the country’s economy. The present study tries to compare the level of emotional intelligence of millennials across gender, management levels, qualifications and years of experiences. Practical implications related to gender diversity and inclusion of women in leadership roles has also been discussed.

Obesity is linked to various gynaecological conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and leads to metabolic syndrome. Early diagnosis of visceral obesity would help control the occurrence and progression of these diseases The aim of the study was to compare waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio with body mass index (BMI) as indicators of abdominal obesity. This cross-sectional study was conducted on 44 women with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) fulfilling Rotterdam criteria over a period of one year. Height, weight, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured. BMI and waist to hip ratio were calculated. These were compared with each other. Overall, average waist circumference and waist to hip ratio were found to be 68. 69 cm and 0. 82 respectively and mean BMI was 23. 07 kg/m2. The prevalence of obesity by BMI was 69%, abdominal obesity for WC was 59. 1% while for WHR 61. 36 %. Waist circumference was found to have high positive correlation with BMI (r=0. 75) compared to waist to hip ratio (r=0. 40). Thus, waist circumference and waist hip ratio are easy methods of measuring fat distribution and can be used for the monitoring the development of metabolic syndrome in PCOS.

In my project targeted on distance and key points of train image and inputted image. Computing those images we can easily find out the original and fake product.

The abundance of silicon (Si) in the earth's crust is found as silicon dioxide (SiO2). But this abundance of Si is not a sign that the plants take up an adequate amount of Si. This review article incorporates research based on Si to understand the importance of Si in plants under various stress conditions and its role in sustainable agricultural production. Si's application is considered a better approach to providing stress tolerance to plants under stress conditions. The review describes the different phases of Si, its absorption, transport in plants, and its various mechanisms of action to tolerate specific stresses. The uptake and transport of Si through various Si transporters have also been reported. This review also discusses the various mechanisms of Si under biotic or abiotic stress in different plants. The application of Si improves soil quality and soil health and enhances the soil microbial population. In addition, the role of Si in the upregulation and down-regulation of proteins under stressful conditions has also been reported. The information can help to better understand the importance and mechanism of Si in plants and its application in agriculture.

Brassinosteroid emerges as an essential phytohormone that helps the plant to maintain plant growth and development. It also helps the plants grow well under adverse conditions along with normal conditions. In this review article, we have discussed the functional role of brassinosteroid (BRS) in plants under salinity stress conditions. Salinity stress is one of the most devastating abiotic stresses which adversely affect plant growth by disturbing their metabolic pathway. This article also comprises the occurrence, structure and signalling pathway of the brassinosteroid. Application of brassinosteroid improves the plant status under salinity by enhancing the antioxidant enzyme activity in plants. Moreover, we also reported the different growth parameters enhanced by brassinosteroid application in plants under salinity. BRSs also maintain plant growth through the regulation of expression of various genes whose products are involved in various biochemical and physiological processes. This review is based on the various aspects in much detail which are required to understand the proper mechanism of BRS, such as i) the role of BRS signaling pathways in providing tolerance to the plants, ii) changes due to the presence or absence of BRS in plants under stress conditions, iii) BRSs application on the regulation of different genes and transcriptional factor, iv) regulation in ion homeostasis, v) reduction of oxidative stress via different mechanisms under salinity stress. However, a lot of knowledge is required to understand the role of BRS in alleviating salinity stress and needs future research work on BRS with its different derivatives in the alleviation of salt stress.
