THIS ARTICLE AIMS TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE OF CONSTRAINT CARE WITH ANOREXIA NERVOSA PATIENTS. TO DO THIS, SPECIFIC CLINICAL ASPECTS WILL BE DEVELOPED THROUGH A REVIEW OF LAWS AND ETHICAL PRINCIPLES RELATED TO THIS ISSUE. THE PROCEDURE CONSISTS, ON THE ONE HAND, TO ESTABLISH A LITERATURE REVIEW, AND ON THE OTHER, TO MEET WITH HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS AND THE LEGAL WORLD. THIS ARTICLE AIMS TO FIND THROUGH CLINICAL, LEGAL AND ETHICAL ISSUES, AN APPROACH TO THE QUESTIONS AND CONFLICTS THAT EMERGE IN A CLINICAL PRACTICE. TWO ASSESSMENTS ARE DISCUSSED IN CONCLUSION. THE FIRST ESTIMATES THE NECESSITY OF CONSTRAINT CARE, AND THE SECOND THE FORCED HOSPITALISATION. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
