With mountain studies we use integrative approaches for geoliteracy about productive socioecological landscapes, and motivate further transdisciplinary research in montology. We conceived this white paper as a confluence of individual expertise and collective reasoning towards forming synergistic research clusters dealing with convergent mountain science, to advance montology to a new level, whereby innovative thinking about sustainability science and regenerative development incorporates alternative propositions for maintenance, improvement, or regeneration of living conditions of mountainscapes. We seek to use this contemporary framing of sustainability and ecological restoration as the impetus to better understand nature-culture relations, framed on lived-in mountains that operate in four dimensions (length, width, depth, and time) oriented at maximizing the cross-cutting of themes around mountains as productive socioecological systems, in a new academic institutionalized convergent unit. We conclude with a call for consilient, sustainable, regenerative development in the world’s mountains., La utilización de los estudios de montaña requiere de narrativas integradoras para la geoalfabetización sobre paisajes socioecológicos productivos y motiva más investigaciones transdisciplinares en el campo de la montología. Concebimos este artículo como la confluencia de la experiencia individual y el razonamiento colectivo hacia la formación de grupos de investigación sinérgicos que se ocupan de la ciencia de montaña convergente, para hacer avanzar la montología a un nuevo nivel, mediante el cual el pensamiento innovador sobre la ciencia de la sustentabilidad y el desarrollo regenerativo incorpora propuestas alternativas para el mantenimiento, la mejora, o regeneración de las condiciones de vida de los paisajes de montaña. Buscamos utilizar este marco contemporáneo de sustentabilidad y restauración ecológica como el ímpetu para comprender mejor las relaciones de la naturaleza y la cultura, desde una perspectiva transdisciplinar, en montañas habitadas que operan en cuatro dimensiones (largo, ancho, alto y tiempo). El artículo está orientado a potenciar la transversalidad de temáticas en torno a las montañas como sistemas socioecológicos productivos, en una nueva disciplina académica institucionalizada y convergente. Concluimos con un llamado a un desarrollo regenerativo, sustentable y consiliente en las montañas del mundo.

Resumen Este trabajo propone abordar, desde el enfoque de Juan Duns Escoto, los actos cognoscitivos humanos, concretamente el conocimiento por intuición y por abstracción, y dejar planteada la vinculación con la especie inteligible y el contendido intencional de la misma. Para ello, se centrará principalmente en el análisis de la Quaestio Quodlibetal xiii, en la que Escoto desarrolla uno de los nudos problemáticos más innovadores de su noética, a saber: la diferencia entre los actos mentales intuitivos y abstractivos, por un lado, y entre especie inteligible y contenido mental, por otro. Para tal propósito, este escrito se organiza en tres partes, las cuales no coinciden necesariamente con el modo de exposición del texto de Juan Duns Escoto, sino que se presenta como un posible recorrido de abordaje exegético de la compleja cuestión. El análisis interpretativo de los pasajes centrales y de las tesis que en ellos se arguyen se apoya en los estudios actuales que hay respecto de la noética escotista, tratando de dejar en evidencia tanto los puntos de acuerdo como los de conflicto respecto de qué entiende Escoto por actos cognoscitivos, su relación al objeto y qué quiere decir cuando habla de especie inteligible y contenido intencional. Abstract This work intends to discuss about the human cognitive acts, specifically knowledge by intuition and by abstraction from the approach of John Duns Scotus, as well as establish the connection to intelligible species and their intentional content. For this, we will focus mainly on the analysis of Quaestio Quodlibetal xiii, in which Scotus develops one of the most innovative problematic knots of his no-ethics, namely: the difference between intuitive and abstractive mental acts, on the one hand, and between intelligible species and mental content, on the other. For this purpose, this article is organized in three parts, which do not necessarily match to the way John Duns Scotus’ text is exposed, but it is presented as a possible route of the complex issue within the exegetical approach. The interpretative analysis of both the central passages and the theses argued in them, is supported by current studies that exist regarding the Scotist noetics, trying to make the agreement points of agreement as well as the conflict ones evident, with respect to what Scotus understands as cognitive acts, their relation to the object, and what he means when he talks about intelligible species and intentional content.

Scopo di questo contributo è quello di provare a tirare le fila del convegno internazionale “Noetica versus Informatica: le nuove strutture della comunicazione scientifica”, svoltosi a Roma dal 19 al 20 novembre 2013. Alla luce del conflitto epistemico enunciato nel titolo, si è cercato di evidenziare i principali nodi concettuali emersi durante le quattro sessioni di lavoro, che invitano ad un’attenta riconsiderazione del ruolo della bibliografia, dei servizi bibliotecari e dei paradigmi tradizionali dell’organizzazione dell’informazione, anche alla luce delle tendenze più recenti legate allo sviluppo del web semantico, dei discovery tools, dei social network, dell’open access e delle biblioteche digitali. L’accento è posto in particolare su quei contributi capaci di attivare pensiero critico in merito allo stato attuale e alle prospettive della conoscenza nell’ecosistema digitale, considerato che appare imprescindibile l’adozione di ontologie semantiche, mappe cognitive e infrastrutture indicali capaci di far ‘esplodere’ il potenziale epistemologico dei documenti registrati. The purpose of the paper is trying to summarize the international conference "Noetics versus Computer Science: the New Structures of the Scientific Communication", held in Rome 19 to 20 November 2013. In the light of the epistemic conflict, as set out in the title, I tried to highlight the main conceptual issues emerged during the four working sessions, that suggest a careful reconsideration of the role of bibliography, library services and the traditional paradigms of information organization, especially in light of the latest trends related to the development of the semantic web, discovery tools, social networks, open access and digital libraries. The emphasis is particularly on those contributions that have activated critical thinking about the current state and prospects of digital knowledge ecosystem, considering that it seems essential to adopt semantic ontologies, cognitive maps and indexical infrastructures that are able to explode the epistemological potential of the recorded knowledge.

A presente edição da Revista Filosofia Capital nº V. 10, N. 17 (2015), intitulada “Ética e Noética da Transcendência: Fenômenos da Consciência, da Vida, da Morte e do Espirito” surgiu da necessidade de investigar sobre o embricamento da consciência humana e sua evolução para uma consciência espiritual, manifestada na plena atenção como instrumento transformador da vida humana e da expansão espiritual.

En el momento presente es determinante el analizar y diagnosticar la posibilidad de encontrar analogías entre las ciencias, tanto de orden físico como metafísico. Este es el caso que ocupa la presente investigación, determinar la inclusión de la ciencia administrativa, en la noética y verificar la importancia de esta inclusión. At present, it is crucial to analyze and diagnose the possibility of finding analogies between the sciences, not only physical but also the metaphysical ones. Resumen: este ensayo, dedicado a las doctrinas psicológicas de Alejandro, se divide en tres partes: la primera ilustra, a través de ejemplos tratados por el De anima, la concepción que tenía Alejandro de su actividad filosófica. Dado que Aristóteles ha transmitido las doctrinas más verdaderas, cree Alejandro, lo que hay que hacer es simplemente exponerlas de nuevo del modo más claro y completo, valiéndose de todo lo que dice Aristóteles respecto de las funciones psíquicas, incluso en obras diferentes del tratado principal. La segunda parte del ensayo se centra en la sección inicial (1-26 Bruns) del tratado alejandrino, donde principalmente se prueba que el alma, como cualquier otra forma, es sólo la conjunción de las capacidades del cuerpo, cuya forma es el alma. Más aún, argumenta Accattino, tales capacidades anímicas nunca pueden expresarse independientemente del cuerpo, y menos aún con la desaparición del cuerpo. Por lo tanto, como forma del cuerpo, el alma es completamente mortal. La otra tesis célebre de Alejandro (la identificación del intelecto activo con el dios aristotélico de Metafísica Lambda) es tratada por Accattino en la tercera parte de su ensayo. Allí examina la noética del De intellectu de Alejandro y la sección dedicada a la noética en su De anima (80, 16-91, 6). En esta parte de su artículo el autor aclara, primero, los términos usados en la noética alejandrina (intelecto en potencia o intelecto "material", intelecto entendido como "hábito", intelecto "que viene de afuera", el intelecto "agente"); luego ilustra el modo en que Alejandro da cuenta de la actividad intelectiva del intelecto humano y, finalmente, se concentra en el papel diferente que atribuye al intelecto agente (o el intelecto "que viene de afuera", identificado por Alejandro con el intelecto divino) en el De intellectu y en la sección del De anima, respectivamente, de modo de mostrar que la posición más madura de Alejandro es la indicada en el De anima. Abstract: this essay, divided into three parts, is devoted to Alexander's psychological doctrines: the first part illustrates, through some examples treated by the De anima, the conception Alexander had of his philosophical activity. Given that Aristotle has conveyed the most true doctrines, what it has to be done is simply to expose them again in the most clear and complete manner, making use of all that Aristotle says with regard to the psychic functions, even in works different from the main treatise. The second part of the essay is focused on the opening section (1-26 Bruns) of the Alexandrian treatise, where it is mainly proved that the soul, as any other form, is only the conjunction of capacities of the body, whose form is the soul. Moreover, Accattino argues, such state of mind capacities cannot be expressed independentlyof the body, and less with the dissapearance of the body. Therefore, as form of the body, the soul is completely mortal. The other celebrated thesis of Alexander (the identification of the active intellect with the Aristotelian god of Metaphysics Lambda) is dealt with in the third part of this essay. There the noethics of the De intellectu and the section devoted to the noethics in the De anima (80, 16-91, 6) are examined. In this section of his paper Accatino clarifies first the terms used in the Alexandrian noethics (intellect in potentiality or 'material' intellect, intellect understood as `habit', intellect 'coming from without', the 'agent' intellect); he afterwards illustrates the way in which Alexander accounts for the intelective activity of human intellect, and he finally concentrates on the different role that he attributes to the agent intellect (or the intellect 'coming from without', identified by Alexander with the divine intellect) in the De intellectu and in the section of the De anima respectively, in order to show that Alexander's most mature stance is the one pointed out in the De anima.

este ensayo se propone mostrar que, a pesar de la relevancia de la interpretación alejandrina del intelecto agente aristotélico (que Alejandro identifica con dios), tal interpretación no puede ser correcta por razones de orden sistemático que irían en contra de algunas premisas aristotélicas básicas, tanto ontológicas en general como de su noética y psicología en particular. En el desarrollo de su argumento general Boeri destaca la relevancia de algunos argumentos y explicaciones de Pseudo Filópono, quien (correctamente a su juicio) se esfuerza por anclar el problema del intelecto del lado psicológico, lo cual presupone que el intelecto debe tener un "soporte" corpóreo. Una consecuencia de su examen es, según Boeri, que no sólo la interpretación de Alejandro del intelecto agente no constituye una correcta exégesis de De anima III 5, sino también que, al identificar al intelecto agente con el "intelecto que viene de afuera", con dios y con la causa primera, Alejandro introduce una importante incoherencia dentro de su propia concepción psicológica que reconoce la tesis de Aristóteles de que los estados anímicos "se dan" a través del cuerpo. this essay intends to show that, despite the relevance of Alexander's interpretation of Aristotle's agent intellect (the intellect that Alexander indentifies with god), such an interpretation cannot be right due to reasons of systematic order that go against some basic Aristotelian premisses, both ontological in general and noetical and psychological in particular. In the development of his essay, Boeri highlights some arguments and explanations provided by Pseudo Philoponus, who (rightly according to him) is concerned with encompassing the issue of the intellect on the psychological side, which presupposes that the intellect must have a bodily support. A consequence of this examination, Boeri suggests (i) that not only Alexander's interpretation of intellect does not constitute a correct exegesis of Aristotle's De anima III 5, but that (ii), when identifying the agent intellect with the intellect "coming from without", with god, and with the first cause, Alexander introduces an important incoherence within his own psychological conception, which acknowledges Aristotle's thesis that the psychological states "exist" through the body.

La transvaluación es una categoría que puede ofrecerse al análisis del derecho, partiendo de la mutación del sentido que pueden adquirir los fenómenos, entre los que se encuentran las instituciones jurídicas. Éstas se ofrecen a la sociedad en un trasfondo de sentido, pudiéndose distinguir su contenido noético de su contenido noemático. Así que a partir de las instituciones jurídicas se operan procesos comunicativos, y ubican al derecho dentro de los hechos institucionales que, en tanto tales, basan su existencia en la creencia social de ser lo que son o representan. En tanto tales, el trasfondo, habitus o entorno opera como condición de su existencia. Por consiguiente, tienen una base sintáctica y semántica, que informa acerca de su intencionalidad manifiesta y su intencionalidad no siempre suficientemente bien informada. Es la transvaluación lo que permite subtender en el análisis a la sociedad con sus instituciones jurídicas. Transvaluation is a category that can be available to legal analysis. Its origin is related to the mutation of sense that can acquire some phenomena among which legal institutions can be found. These institutions are offered to society into a background of sense. Their noetic and noematic content can be differentiated. So, from legal institutions communicational processes operate and locate Law into the institutional facts that root their existence in the social belief that they are what they do are or represent. In the meantime such, the background, habitus or environment operates as condition of its existence. Consequently, they have a syntactic and semantic base that reports about its explicit purpose and its intentionality not always sufficiently well informed. Transvaluation is what allows to sub-understand in the analysis to society with its legal institutions.

O pensamento de José Enes tem procurado compreender os fundamentos mais substantivos do mundo e do homem na forma como o ser se revela. Adoptando um procedimento de inspiração fenomenológica, sucessivos momentos de À Porta do Ser conduzem à sua compreensão. Particular atenção é concedida à função do intuito na captação originária do apercebimento do ser, em contraposição à discursividade da razão, que obscurece as promessas de luminosidade que este primeiro momento deixa transparecer. É neste contexto que o sentir deixa transparecer a sua singular importância. A capacidade de apreender a existência da realidade coloca os sentidos na linha do intuito intelectual e afasta-os da função representativa que eles não possuem.

Ales Bello considera a hilética fenomenológica em relação às análises do pré-categorial em culturas “outras”. A arqueologia fenomenológica nos guia na produção hilética, chegando ao encontro hilética / noética. Na corporeidade a dimensão hilética é primária exprimindo a necessidade de verdade do logos arcaico. Husserl o distingue do ocidental notando que a necessidade de verdade da razão ingênua é a mesma, que a força impulsiva “a-lógica” da resposta hilética de modo algum é improdutiva do ponto de vista lógico. Chega-se à esfera hilética onde os instrumentos “racionais” emudecem e onde se permite que falem objetos e estados de ânimo suscitados. Esta passividade do ego é evidente na experiência mística, que une a todos sob um mesmo Erleben - o da sacralidade - incluindo o estranho sem diferenciações. Las distinciones según jerarquía son actualmente censuradas. Sin embargo, cualquier otro intento de distinción supone la jerarquía. De modo que, incluso atacándola, no cabe -a menos que se desee caer en contradicción- sino admitirla. Tras aceptarla, cabe ensayar un intento de restauración filosófica mínima en las diversas vertientes -también "jerárquicas"- de este saber: filosofía de la naturaleza, de la cultura, teoría del conocimiento, ética, metafísica, antrolpología...
