This article outlines a phenomenon whereby people of affluent countries move abroad in search of a countercultural lifestyle. The article compares the concept of bohemian lifestyle migration with those of neo-nomadism and lifestyle mobilities; the different concepts are understood as lenses that light different aspects of similar phenomena. The article uses two ethnographic case studies from India as lenses onto the phenomenon. Rather than merely focusing on what people say and how they define their identities and lifestyles, it is important to pay attention to the structures and circumstances within which they operate. Their transnationally mobile lifestyle not only is an individual choice but is embedded in political and economic structures that both enable and limit their actions. In particular, the article argues that paying attention to people's income strategies and to the prevailing nation state system is crucial when elaborating on the phenomenon. The article also discusses the limitations of the countercultural aspects of the lifestyle and asks whether such a privileged group of people can be defined as countercultural and if so, what kind of counterculturalism it is. Shuzo Ishimori is a pioneer of the Japanese anthropology of tourism. With fieldwork in New Zealand, Micronesia and Japan, he researched and taught at the National Museum of Ethnology in Osaka. There he organized a three-year national seminar introducing the topic and engaged Nelson Graburn to assist in 1989-90. He organized conferences, published volumes and trained graduate students. He later moved to the Center for Advanced Studies in Tourism, Hokkaido University, and to the Directorship of the Hokkaido Museum. Through hard work, inspiring leadership, and frequent public and media speeches, he brought together researchers in enthusiastically promoting their common interest in the study of tourism, which he considered to be the outstanding feature of our contemporary "Age of Neo-Nomadism". Migration movements to Europe, triggered by dramatic political and social developments in North Africa and the Middle East, have contributed to a decrease in the level of security in the European Union and to the crisis of this organization. This article addresses the issue of migration in the context of the phenomenon of neo-nomadism and its effects on the policies of the member states of the European Union, as well as its institutions and agencies. The consequences of neo-nomadism are analyzed in regard to the EU’s "extended borderland" on the example of the activities of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) in the Central Mediterranean. Frontex’s joint operations "Triton" and "Themis" serve as a useful frame of reference in examining this agency’s "agent power" expressed in activities concerning migratory movements in the EU's "extended borderland". The hypothesis developed in this article holds that the dynamics of mobility resulting from the specific features of neo-nomadism activates the "agent power" of entities involved in mobility and border management in two forms: inclusionary, for humanitarian reasons, and exclusionary, for the sake of security. As an agency responsible for supporting the management of the EU's external borders and implementing return policy, Frontex has concentrated its agent power on securing territory, borders and population at the expense of humanitarian search-and-rescue operations. Joint operations "Triton" and "Themis" have clearly highlighted the trend towards an exclusionary approach to migrants. Post-functionalism referring to the original conceptualisation put forward by Hooghe and Marx is the theoretical frame adopted in the present study. The research method is qualitative, based on desk research includng the analysis and interpretation of primary and secondary sources.

- Abstract
The article offers an interpretation of several recent pieces by Alejandro Ricaño and Luis Enrique Gutiérrez Ortiz Monasterio (Legom) based on the attitude of these works towards particular phenomena of the globalization era such as neo-nomadism or deterritorialization. More specifically, the study shows how the other side of the coin of these phenomena is theatricalized: the forced and even blamed localization of groups excluded from the processes of globalization. The approach is founded on the assumption that the theatre of the Fonca Generation is characterized by a political attitude based on dialogue with the audience and the presence of reality on stage., El artículo ofrece una interpretación de varias piezas de recientes de Alejandro Ricaño y Luis Enrique Gutiérrez Ortiz Monasterio (Legom) basada en la actitud de estas obras hacia fenómenos particulares de la era de la globalización como el neo-nomadismo o la desterritorialización.

- Abstract
The fast-paced modern urban social lifestyle not only brings us convenience but also a huge amount of stress and anxiety. It may come from work, family, or society, etc. Under the environment of the crazy pursuit of efficiency, employees in the workplace will have a sense of anxiety and insecurity, which will bring a greater sense of powerlessness. Society is becoming more and more McDonaldization, as George Ritzer said. Meanwhile, at Emory University, Sharon Bergquist pointed out in the research that excessive stress will damage our immune system and bring some corresponding health problems. People usually use the word 'heavy' to describe stress, but could we make ourselves temporarily forget about it, space out ourselves. Or maybe we could escape it in some artistic way. 'A Nomadic Cloud' is a temporary street-based installation aim to reduce people's daily stress. It will mainly present it in an inflatable cloud form, which shows a strong contrast by combining the heavy daily stress and the fluffy air-feel freedom. Meanwhile by linking the new form of digital lighting technology, and finally display it in a cosmopolitan area all over the world as a nomadic contemporary street installation.

In the last two decades, West Africa with its Atlantic coast, the Sahara and various other remote places has become a haven for many people from the Global North, who have adopted mobility as a way of life. Most of them are so-called “housetruckers”, i.e. people travelling and at least temporarily living in cars, jeeps, vans, caravans, buses or trucks converted into mobile homes. They represent a highly diversified group that is sometimes hard to put into any conventional mobility category and deserves more academic attention. The aim of this article is to present the variety of this phenomenon and most of all to call attention to the appearance of a new, largely disregarded and undocumented researchable entity within it, i.e. peripatetic housetruckers, which calls for new theoretical reflection within mobility studies.

The article discusses the emergence of a new and undocumented researchable entity within the ethnography of housetruckers that calls for new theoretical reflection within mobility studies. It traces the predecessors of contemporary housetruckers and outlines the varieties of the phenomenon of a highly ambivalent landscape frequented by various Africans including local nomads, tourists and travellers. It suggests a conceptualization of peripatetic housetruckers within the theory of neo-nomadism.
