Gaining the attention is the first key step to enhance learning. In Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as the most prevalent deficit in school age, the learners face some impairment in attention that requires appropriate intervention. An environment that embedded Pedagogical Agent in computer-assisted instruction (CAI) has been designed to support learning through gaining and guiding attention to relevant information for these students. This study investigated how much the presence of pedagogical agent can improve learning in ADHD students. The learning environment was integrated with a pedagogical agent, named Koosha, as a tutor and motivator. This study employed a pretest and posttest experimental design with a control group. The statistical population was 30 boy students with ADHD in primary school from the North of Iran. The participants were randomly assigned to work with either an agent presenting a multimedia program or without an agent in mathematics. The results (Analysis of covariance -ANCOVA) suggested that experimental and control groups show a significant difference in mathematics achievement. According to this research, using the pedagogical agent can enhance the learning of ADHD students; so it can be considered as a valid school-base intervention for these students.

Актуальность работы обусловлена упрощением процедур получения и обработки космических изображений посредством автоматизации обработки и расчета тех или иных индексов подстилающей поверхности и их временных изменений. Предлагаемый метод позволяет с высокой скоростью и в широких масштабах обнаруживать признаки деградации почвы, в частности, объекты захоронения отходов размера, кратного пространственному разрешению снимков, расчетом соответствующих индексов подстилающей поверхности. Основной недостаток действующих методов детектирования объектов захоронения отходов состоит в том, что их поиск и обнаружение, оценка состояния окружающей среды осуществляются наземными «ручными» методами. Все это и, прежде всего, само выявление объектов дает низкую производительность работы в области мониторинга свалок. В результате внедрения метода автоматизации детектирования объектов захоронения отходов может быть существенно улучшена защита территории от воздействия негативных факторов. Данные факторы, в частности фактор замусоривания окружающей среды, с точки зрения космических изображений могут быть выражены в виде различных индексов подстилающей поверхности. Цель: описание метода автоматического получения индексов подстилающей поверхности и их временных рядов с использованием космических изображений, привязанных к географической проекции UTM, и базы их метаданных. Методы исследования: методы получения масок облачности (метод пороговой фильтрации) и регрессионного анализа (метод среднеквадратического отклонения) для проведения темпоральной обработки. Результаты. Приведен алгоритм автоматической обработки, и описаны основные шаги его работы. Обозначена модель пересчета параметров изменения индексов подстилающей поверхности при добавлении новых значений коэффициентов спектральной яркости или удалении прежних. Работа алгоритма показана на примере расчета временных рядов NDVI заданной области наблюдения и применения метода для анализа данных обработки, в частности, автоматически просчитаны изображения NDVI окрестности полигона ТБО Торбеево Люберецкого района за период 2003-2011 гг. Проиллюстрированы структурные изменения биопродуктивности почвы в окрестности 4 муниципальных свалок городского округа Железнодорожный Московского региона: Кучино, Саввино, Лисьи Горы и Некрасовка. The relevance of the work due to the simplification of the procedures for receiving and processing satellite images through processing automation and calculation of various indices of the underlying surface, and their temporal changes. The proposed method allows a high speed, and on a large scale to detect signs of soil degradation, in particular, the size of the waste disposal facilities, the multiple spatial resolution images, calculating respective indices underlying surface. The main drawback of the existing detection methods of waste disposal sites is that their search and discovery, environmental assessment carried out by ground, «manual» methods. All this is primarily self identifying objects gives low productivity in landfills monitoring. As a result of the automation of security detection method of waste disposal facilities can be significantly improved protection of the territory from the impact of negative factors. These factors, inter alia, debris environmental factor, in terms of space images may be expressed in a variety of indices of the underlying surface. The main aim of the study is to develop a method for obtaining automatically the underlying surface indices and time series using satellite images linked to UTM geographical projection and their metadata. The methods used in the study: methods of getting cloud masks (threshold filtering method) and regression analysis (method of standard deviation) for temporal processing. The results. The paper introduces the algorithm of automatic data processing and describes the main steps of its operation. The authors define the model of conversion parameters of underlying surface indices change when adding new values ??of the spectral brightness coefficients or deleting the previous ones. The algorithm operation is shown by the example of calculation of NDVI time-series of the given observation area and their application to the analyze the processing data, in particular, the NDVI images are automatically calculated in neighborhood landfill of Torbeevo Lyubertsky district for 2003-2011. The paper illustrates structural changes in soil bio-productivity within four municipal landfills of Zheleznodorozhny urban district in Moscow region: Kuchino, Savvino, Licyi Gory, Nekrasovka.

The contain of the thesis named Application of the geographical and historical curiosities on the 1st grade of the primary school is split into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is dealing with homeland related characteristics of the relevant region, namely geographical and socioeconomic characteristics, history and other homeland related curiosities including presentation of important local personalities. The practical part of the thesis is consequently following the theoretical part in application of the above mentioned characteristics into educational praxis by two multimedia programs for the inter-active class board. Both programs are Both programs are intended to be used for teaching the students of the 4th class of the primary school and are in compliance with the general educational framework for the primary schools (in Czech: ?rámcový vzdělávací program?). In addition, both programs are based on the educational topic ?Man and its world? and its sections ?Place where we live? and ?People and the time?. There is a manual for both multimedia programs attached to the practical part of the thesis containing advices, tips and ideas on working with the programs. The thesis is furthermore devided into following chapters: introduction, analysis of the relevant literature, methodology, summary, list of relevant literature and annexes. ?

En este trabajo se reflejan los aspectos, tanto teóricos como prácticos, que envuelven a Supermat, programa de intervención cognitiva con base neuropsicológica y soporte informático, cuyos objetivos por capacidades pueden resumirse así: desarrollar la orientación espacial, la percepción, la memoria y la atención. Utilizamos una muestra de 56 sujetos, alumnos del Primer Ciclo de Educación Primaria. De ellos, 27 formaron el grupo control y otros 29 el grupo experimental. Estos últimos, diariamente y durante dos cursos escolares, utilizaron el programa Supermat. La figura del profesor como mediador fue fundamental durante todo el desarrollo del programa. Con este trabajo se evalúa, por primera vez, un programa con soporte informático de desarrollo de capacidades con una base, además de psicopedagógica y didáctica, neuropsicofisiológica. Los resultados obtenidos son esperanzadores en cuanto a la aproximación del mundo de la neurociencia a la práctica diaria de la educación. In this study we examine the theoretical and practical effects of Supermat, a neuropsychologically- based multimedia software program treating cognitive intervention, whose primary objectives with regard to capabilities development can be abridged as the following: development of spatial orientation, perception, memory and attention. To measure the results of our project, we utilized a sample group consisting of 56 informants from the initial two levels of primary education. Of these, 27 formed our control group while the remaining 29 comprised the test set. The latter were exposed to our focus multimedia program on a daily basis over a two-year span. In line with current studies of this type, the role of the educator as mediator was crucial to the program’s progress. One of the upshots of our research is that we are able to evaluate the multimedia program’s efficacy with specific regard to capability development from not only a psychopedagogical and didactic framework, but from a neuropsychophysiological foundation as well. The results of our research are encouraging and provoke us to further ponder innovative ways to tighten the gap between the contemporary neuroscience data and practical pedagogical practices. Hasta hoy, diferentes estudios han tratado de determinar la manera mas efectiva de aprender Anatomia: algunos autores apoyan el metodo tradicional, otros prefieren el uso de computadores y algunos creen en la integracion de ambos. En nuestra Escuela de Medicina utilizamos el metodo tradicional y el uso de computadores, asi hemos desarrollado un programa multimedia que tiene por objetivo optimizar la diseccion como herramienta de aprendizaje. Este programa multimedia de apoyo esta adaptado al manual de disecciones que es utilizado durante el curso. El programa cuenta con 6 modulos, de 5 regiones cada uno, en los que se incluyen: imagenes fotograficas y diagramas de las regiones, informacion acerca de las estructuras que deben ser identificadas, radiografias, correlaciones clinicas y autoevaluaciones

A multimedia program has been developed at the Departament of Human Anatomy, Medicine School of Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. It offers an alternative to support the traditional laboratory practice and resolve, during the dissection, the most common problems that we have already identify in our students. Some features of this program are: photography's, diagrams, information about the structures, clinical correlation and tests. All this tools were integrated in a software using Macromedia Flash. The final result is a multimedia program that will be used by students during their laboratory practice.
