The intense and long-term exploitation of mining equipment causes wear, deterioration and breakdown of all its parts; Under Cuba's economic conditions, replacement by new equipment is not always feasible, that is why technical professionals Is requiered by the creative and inventive capacity. This work proposes a procedure for the replacement of damaged parts in transport front loaders dedicated to nickel mining. For this, actions of mechanical design and welding are interrelated. The floors and floors of the cubes of this equipment were replaced for their start-up in ore extraction and debris collection tasks, which contributes of obtaining favorable economic and import reductions. The relevance. Functioning of mining operations in modern conditions is characterized by the active influence of external and internal factors. In the conditions of the unstable external environment, upon transition from one development stage to another, subsystems of mining operations have to submit to the purpose of ensuring steady functioning of the enterprise – providing output streams with the set parameters. During this period stability of mining and technical systems changes that have an impact on a condition of economic and social subsystems of mining operations, and also on the state of environment caused by changes in parameters of technology and engineering procedures. It demands the development of the new approaches and the management principles of work of the mining operations based on coordination of economic targets with the purposes in the field of ecology and social development. The main aim of the research is to form sustainable development concept of mining and technical systems in transitional periods of open pit mining based on systematization of the existing principles of sustainable development in the mining industry. Objects: mining operations, mining and technical systems, opening-up system of opencast. Methods: literature review, structural and functional analysis, system analysis. Results. The paper substantiates the key role of the opening-up system of opencast in the structure of the mining and technical systems for achieving sustainable development goals of the mining operations. The systematization of the sustainable functioning and development principles of the mining operations and their systems were carried out, four groups of principles were highlighted: system-wide principles of management, development principles of the mining operations, development principles of mining and technical systems, development principles of the subsystems of mining and technical systems. The idea of consecutive transformation of the subsystems of mining and technical systems at all design stages and operation considering economic, social and ecological aspects for ensuring the established parameters of functioning of the mining operations is the basis for the offered system of the principles. The authors proposed the concept of sustainable development of mining and technical systems in transitional periods of open pit mining. The use of the proposed approach during transition from open pit mining to the open-underground mining allows us to improve the economic, environmental and social indicators of the functioning of the mining operations systems.

Growing demand for raw materials forces mining companies to reach deeper deposits. Difficult environmental conditions, especially high temperature and the presence of toxic/explosives gases, as well as high seismic activity in deeply located areas, pose serious threats to humans. In such conditions, running an exploration strategy of machinery parks becomes a difficult challenge, especially from the point of view of technical facilities inspections performed by mining staff. Therefore, there is a growing need for new, reliable, and autonomous inspection solutions for mining infrastructure, which will limit the role of people in these areas. In this article, a method for detection of conveyor rollers failure based on an acoustic signal is described. The data were collected using an ANYmal autonomous legged robot inspecting conveyors operating at the Polish Ore Enrichment Plant of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A., a global producer of copper and silver. As a part of an experiment, about 100 m of operating belt conveyor were inspected. The sound-based fault detection in the plant conditions is not a trivial task, given a considerable level of sonic disturbance produced by a plurality of sources. Additionally, some disturbances partially coincide with the studied phenomenon. Therefore, a suitable filtering method was proposed. Developed diagnostic algorithms, as well as ANYmal robot inspection functionalities and resistance to underground conditions, are developed as a part of the "THING–subTerranean Haptic INvestiGator" project. Research discussed in the present article is focused on the determination of the mining rail transport capacity while applying two approaches. The first one - a conventional one, is a calculation of capacity while using known mathematical formulas. The second one - an experimental approach, identifies the capacity on the basis of simulation application, as the simulation has remarkable potential also in terms of further research in the given area. The simulation model was created in EXTENDSim, a product of Imagine That, Inc. USA. Based on the results of the calculations and the simulation, conclusions are drawn. Calculation and simulation gave comparable results. This calculation and model are applicable in practice as an auxiliary tool for the planning of transport during the mining transport of raw materials. The simulation model presented in this paper is only one possible solution. Of course, the model is not the final version, it can be further expanded for other activities. 7. Impact of Increased Travel Speed of a Transportation Set on the Dynamic Parameters of a Mine Suspended Monorail

The method of increasing the efficiency of using one of the most common means of auxiliary transport in underground coal mines—suspended monorails—is presented. Increase of velocity is one of the key parameters to improve the efficiency and economical effect related with the underground auxiliary transport. On the other hand, increasing the velocity results in bigger value of force acting on the suspended monorail route and its suspensions. The most important issue during increasing the velocity is ensuring the required safety for the passengers and not overloading the infrastructure. In order to analyze how increasing velocity influences the level of loads of the route suspension and the steel arch loads, the computational model of suspended monorail was developed. The computational model included both the physical part (embedded in the program environment based on the Multi-Body System method) and the components of the monorail control system. Two independent software environments were cooperating with each other through the so-called co-simulation. This model was validated on the base of results obtained on the test stand. Then, the numerical simulations of emergency braking with different values of velocity were conducted, which was not possible with the use of physical objects. The presented study can be used by the suspended monorail’s producers during the designing process, and leads to increase the safety on underground transportation routes.

Актуальность исследования. Функционирование горнодобывающих предприятий в современных условиях характеризуется активным воздействием факторов внешней и внутренней среды. В условиях нестабильной внешней среды, при переходе от одного этапа разработки к другому, подсистемы горнодобывающих предприятий должны подчиняться цели обеспечения устойчивого функционирования предприятия - обеспечению выходных потоков с заданными параметрами. В этот период изменяется устойчивость горнотехнической системы, что оказывает влияние на состояние экономической и социальной подсистем горнодобывающих предприятий, а также на состояние окружающей среды, вызванное изменениями в параметрах технологии и технологических процессах. Это требует разработки новых подходов и принципов управления работой горнодобывающих предприятий, основанных на согласовании экономических целей с целями в области экологии и социального развития. Цель: разработка концепции устойчивого развития горнотехнических систем в переходные периоды разработки месторождений на основе систематизации существующих принципов устойчивого развития в горнодобывающей отрасли. Объекты: горнодобывающее предприятие, горнотехническая система, система вскрытия карьера. Методы: обзор научной литературы, структурно функциональный анализ, системный анализ. Результаты. Обоснована ключевая роль системы вскрытия в структуре горнотехнической системы для обеспечения целей устойчивого развития горнодобывающих предприятий. Выполнена систематизация принципов устойчивого функционирования и развития горнодобывающих предприятий и его систем с выделением четырех групп принципов: общесистемные принципы управления, принципы развития горнодобывающих предприятий, принципы развития горнотехнической системы, принципы развития подсистем горнотехнической системы. В основу предлагаемой системы принципов положена идея последовательного преобразования подсистем горнотехнической системы на всех этапах проектирования и эксплуатации, учитывающая экономические, социальные и экологические аспекты с целью обеспечения заданных параметров функционирования горнодобывающих предприятий. Предложена концепция устойчивого развития горнотехнической системы в переходные периоды разработки. Использование предлагаемого подхода в период перехода от открытых горных работ к открытоподземному способу разработки позволяет улучшить экономические, экологические и социальные показатели функционирования систем горнодобывающих предприятий. El rendimiento general del laboreo minero de los frentes de arranque en las minas de la Empresa Comandante Ernesto Guevara de Moa, se encuentra por debajo de las productividades medias de explotación establecidas para cada una de las líneas de equipos que forman el conjunto tecnológico arranque-carga- transporte. En el trabajo se exponen criterios sobre el rendimiento de los equipos mineros y su productividad, se analiza el comportamiento del conjunto excavadora- camión para dos variantes de explotación aplicados en la Mina: Excavadora-Camión articulado y excavadora-Camión rígido. Se obtienen magnitudes de los diferentes índices técnico-económico-productivos del equipamiento sobre cuya base se determinaron las productividades y el consumo de combustible específico de las operaciones. Los resultados se fundamentan en aspectos técnico-productivos e incluyen criterios comparativos entre la tecnología Excavadora-Camión articulado contra excavadora-Camión rígido. Se determinó la variante más efectiva desde el punto de vista consumo energético y minero técnico del conjunto Excavadora-Camión.
