ilustraciones, gráficas, tablas El Derecho se lleva a la realidad a través de las políticas públicas, por esta razón es pertinente observar los distintos discursos jurídicos de las entidades que las implementan. En este documento se describen las diferentes metanarrativas de los discursos del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) y el Ministerio de Educación Nacional (MEN) en cuanto al diseño y ejecución de la política pública de Educación Inicial para la Primera Infancia en sus enfoques educativos. Estos discursos están ocultos entre las narrativas oficiales y las contra narrativas no oficiales de las instituciones, para descubrirlas es necesario entender la lógica jurídica tras la construcción, ejecución y evaluación de una política pública. Para encontrar la metanarrativa del discurso jurídico de estas instituciones es necesario examinar el funcionamiento de las directrices en educación. Así, dilucidaremos el diálogo entre el ICBF y el MEN en la política pública de Educación Inicial para la Primera Infancia, esto con el propósito de esclarecer las bases de su comunicación jurídica y la forma en que desarrollan sus discursos. This document describes the different narrative goal of the discourse of the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (ICBF) and the Ministry of National Education (MEN) in the design and execution of the public policy of Early Childhood Education in their educational approaches. These discourses are hidden between the official narratives and the unofficial counter narratives of the institutions. In order to discover them, it is necessary to understand the legal logic behind the construction, execution and evaluation of a public policy. To find the narrative goal of the legal discourse of these institutions, it is necessary to examine the operation of public policy in education. Thus, we will elucidate the dialogue between the ICBF and the MEN in the public policy of Initial Education for Early Childhood, this in order to clarify the bases of their legal communication and the way they develop their speeches. Ever more museums are showcasing not only exhibits but also themselves, making visitors aware of curatorial practices and policies. A self-reflective and reflexive perspective which brings matters of historical self-consciousness to the fore, sometimes by means of mementoes and historicist displays, but increasingly more with a specific space for institutional autobiography. “Prado 200” will be a further step, taking the cue from close examples, in accordance with current museological tendencies worldwide. Cada vez más museos exhiben no solo sus contenidos sino también a sí mismos, de manera que los visitantes sean conscientes de las labores y designios curatoriales. Una reflexión y auto-reflejo que pone énfasis sobre cuestiones relativas a la propia identidad histórica, a veces mediante souvenirs y montajes historicistas, pero cada vez más consagrando un espacio específico a la autobiografía institucional. “Prado 200” será un paso más, siguiendo ejemplos cercanos, en sintonía con las actuales tendencias museológicas mundiales.

Neste artigo busco analisar o romance Ordem Vermelha: Filhos da Degradação a partir de uma perspectiva da crítica materialista, defendendo que, tanto em relação à forma quanto ao conteúdo, a obra rompe com as características de uma Fantasia literária clássica, aproximando-se do que Fredric Jameson classifica como Fantasia Materialista. Além disso, abordo a maneira com que o romance se encaixa no pressuposto de um tipo de arte de cunho político e pedagógico produzida em um contexto pós-moderno, no qual questões espaciais se sobrepõem às temporais, traçando um mapeamento cognitivo da realidade pelo viés do fantástico. Por fim, busco refletir a respeito do tema das metanarrativas, tema elaborado dentro da história do romance, mostrando que o autor não desqualifica a validade dessas narrativas mestras, mas reflete e alerta a respeito da importância da consciência social para que seja possível perceber as contradições e ideologias que nos cercam.

This paper discusses the visual ad-libbing of VJs and their strategy to build metanarratives by reiterating clichéd images. These images depict commonplace television scenes, stereotyped behaviors and images used for urban signaling. The poetics thus derived — a concept propounded by Paul Valéry — reconfigures the redundancy of such icons. Due to the juxtaposition of frames and the temporal sequencing of meaning-laden images, semantic and visual shocks are established which promote the resignification of the cliché. In other words, singular audiovisual expressions are built through repetition and shock. Este ensaio aborda a improvisação audiovisual dos VJs e sua estratégia de estruturação de metanarrativas pela repetição de imagens-clichê. Estas imagens apresentam cenas lugarcomum de produções televisivas, situações estereotipadas de comportamentos e imagens utilizadas para a sinalização urbana. A poética criada reconfigura a redundância destes ícones. Pela justaposição no quadro e na seqüência temporal de imagens carregadas de sentido, instauram-se choques semânticos e visuais que promovem a resignificação do clichê. Da repetição e choque são construídas expressões audiovisuais singulares.

This article identifies and critically analyzes three metanarratives and their central representations of aging and old age: life course and its decline; temporality, the end of life, prejudice and ageism. We will analyze the interconnection between the levels of the narratives and how great narratives help in the building of policies for the elderly, social practices and conceptual metaphors. Finally, the concept of "alternative narratives" that questions and promotes differences in the production of stories and metaphors will be proposed. En este artículo se identificarán y analizarán críticamente tres metanarrativas y sus representaciones centrales sobre el envejecimiento y la vejez: el transcurso vital y la declinación; la temporalidad y el final de la vida y el prejuicio y el viejismo. Se analizará la interconexión entre los niveles de los relatos y de qué modo los grandes relatos construyen políticas de edades, prácticas sociales y metáforas conceptuales. Finalmente se propondrá el concepto de “narrativas alternativas” que cuestionan y promueven diferencias en la producción de relatos y metáforas.Palabras claves: Narrativas; Metanarrativas; Metáforas.

The “post-modernity” brings the differences the space before dedicated to a hegemonic model of existing and understanding the world. With GIANNI VATTIMO, the appeal of legitimization of the regional cultures gets the aid of the mass media, so he can affirm that the postmodern period engenders a society of generalized communication, the mass media society. Explaining the postmodern implicates to discuss the role that the mass media have in this journey. In this sense, the present reflection detaches two moments of the VATTIMO’s production: First, The end of modernity, that delineates the peculiar features of post-modernity without flaunting the ruins of the modern, it only focus on the demolition of the central concepts of the modernity – To examine the postmodern as a phenomenon from the end of history and from the end of metaphysics, evidencing the multiplicity of cultures and views about the world. Second – in The transparent society, the philosopher defends the appearing of the postmodern paralleled to the development of the mass media, everything becomes an object of communication – To render problematic the postmodern like a stage to manifestations of differences, refusing any intent of presenting an ideal model to orientate and to adjust them. A “pós-modernidade” traz às diferenças o espaço antes dedicado a um modelo hegemônico de existência e compreensão do mundo. Com Gianni Vattimo, o apelo à legitimação das culturas regionais ganha o auxílio dos mass media, de tal modo que ele pode sustentar que a época pós-moderna engendra uma sociedade de comunicação generalizada, a sociedade dos mass media. Explicar o pós-moderno às diferenças implica em discutir o papel que exercem os meios de comunicação nessa empreitada. Neste sentido, à presente reflexão destacam-se dois momentos da produção de Vattimo. Primeiro, em O fim da modernidade, em que se delineiam os traços peculiares da pós-modernidade, sem ostentar uma superação do moderno, antes, assentando na derrocada dos conceitos centrais da modernidade – examinar o pós-moderno como fenômeno do fim da história e do fim da metafísica, eviden ciando a multiplicidade das culturas e visões de mundo. Segundo, em A sociedade transparente, onde o filósofo defende o surgimento do pós-moderno paralelo ao desenvolvimento dos mass media, tudo tornando objeto de comunicação – problematizar o pós-moderno como o palco para as manifestações das diferenças, na recusa de qualquer intento de apresentar um modelo ideal ao qual as mesmas teriam de se orientar e adequar.

Tal publicação influenciou grande parte do debate sobre pós-modernismo em diversas áreas da pesquisa acadêmica em Humanidades. Tendo em vista tal influência, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo a observação desta influência de A Condição Pós-Moderna sobre as abordagens do pósmoderno em música realizadas posteriormente a década de 1980. Para tal tarefa, será utilizada a noção lyotardiana de pós-moderno como incredulidade nas metanarrativas de legitimação do saber. Esta influência será observada perante importantes textos relativos ao pós-moderno musical e na maneira como algumas obras da música clássica de concerto realizada na década de 1990 e 2000 se relacionam com tal incredulidade. In 1979, Jean-Fraçois Lyotard published The Postmodern Condition: Report on Knowing made to order by the Council of Universities of the Provincial Government of Québec. Such publication influenced significant part of the debate on postmodernism in different areas of the humanity academical research. In view of such influence, the present work has for objective the comment of this influence of The Postmodern Condition on the approaches of the postmodern in music carried through after the decade of 1980. For such task, the lyotardian notion of postmodern will be used as incredulity toward metanarratives of legitimation of knowing. This influence will be observed in important writings concerned to the musical postmodern and in the way as some works of the concert classical music composed in the decades of 1990 and 2000 relate with such incredulity.
