Abstract. Theological Colleges (STT) in Indonesia have an important role in preparing religious leaders and strengthening religious organizations. Facing the challenges, STT needs organizational strengthening based on the development of right management science. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of Merilee Serrill Grindle's capacity building theory in organizational strengthening at STT. Using descriptive qualitative methods, this research was conducted through observation, document study, and in-depth interviews with leaders and staff at STT Satyabhakti (Sati). The result of this research showed that the implementation of capacity building in organizational strengthening at STT Sati is going well, but it is necessary to improve the activities of the incentive system and organizational structure, as well as maximizing the function of leaders in developing organizational goals and objectives. Abstrak. Sekolah Tinggi Teologi (STT) di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam mempersiapkan pemuka agama dan memperkuat organisasi keagamaan. Menghadapi tantangan dalam perkembangan zaman STT perlu melakukan penguatan organisasi berdasarkan perkembangan ilmu manajemen yang benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan teori capacity building Merilee Serrill Grindle dalam penguatan organisasi STT. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumen, dan wawancara mendalam kepada pimpinan dan staf di STT Satyabhakti (Sati). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi capacity building dalam penguatan organisasi di STT Sati berjalan dengan baik, namun perlu dilakukan peningkatan pada aktivitas sistem insentif dan struktur organisasi, serta pemaksimalan fungsi pimpinan dalam mengembangkan tujuan dan sasaran organisasi.

Manajemen peserta didik bisa menjadi wadah untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan pretasi pada Lembaga penbdidikan. Peserta didik dikelola dengan baik dan benar agar dapat di ukut keberhasilannya prestasi yang di dapatkan oleh peserta didik. Manajemen Peserta didik seluruh proses kegiatan yang direncanakan dan diusahakan secara sengaja serta pembinaan secara kontiniu terhadap seluruh peserta didik dalam Lembaga pendidikan yang bersangkutan agar dapat mengikuti proses belajar-mengajar secara efektif dan efisien demi tercapainnya tujuan pendidikan yang telah diterapkan, adapun kegiatan manajemen peserta didik pada penelitian in adalah perencanaan, pembinaan, evaluasi dan mutasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen peserta didik di SMA Plus Al-Aqsha. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan dalam melakukan penelitian yang berorientasi pada fenomena yang terjadi. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa SMA Plus Al-Aqsha untuk dapat menunjang visi dan misi lembaga perlu mengkonsep manajemen peserta didik dengan matang dengan cara melakukan kegiatan perencanaan peserta didik, pembinaan peserta didik, evaluasi peserta didik dan mutasi peserta didik.. Every fishing operation cannot be separated from the management process which is carried out in stages starting from planning, organizing, implementing and controlling so that fishing achievements can be met. Purse seine is a fishing tool that produces the highest fishery production at the Nizam Zachman PPS, Jakarta. Studies regarding the management process of fishing operations are still limited, so it is necessary to conduct studies regarding the management of fishing operations at KM. Mekar Kencana 03 at PPS Nizam Zachman Jakarta. Data collection was carried out by observing fishing activities in KM. Mekar Kencana 03 and interview. The data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Departure preparations are made 30 minutes before departure. The minimum number of crew members on a ship when fishing at sea is 32 people, including the captain. Supplies are prepared according to the number of crew members. The condition of the ship must be monitored, such as the main engine and axle engine. Ship permit documents must be prepared, fishing gear and ship navigation equipment must also be checked. Character education is an early foundation for early childhood can be done through various activities one of them is a thousand-day program. The phenomenological research with this qualitative approach is shown to describe management activities in a thousand- day program to shape the character of early childhood in RA Diponegoro Gandasuli. The participants in this study are the head of RA Diponegoro Gandasuli, teachers and parents. The data from this study uses interviews, observations and documentation techniques. The instruments used for both interviews and observations are field records. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique which consists of the stage of data reduction, data display and verification. At the reduction of data is done data selection relevant to the purpose of research. On the data display is performed data presentation and on the verification is done analysis drawing conclusions. The results of this study showed that the management of a thousand-day program to shape the character of early childhood in RA Diponegoro Gandasuli was carried out by updating the four management functions, namely the function of planning, organization, implementation, and supervision. The one-thousand-year program at RA Diponegoro Gandasuli has been able to shape the character of children who have social concerns as well as the ability to communicate with one another in politeness and courtesy. Like most other MSMEs, there are challenges currently faced by Klinik A+ Dental Care. The Business Coaching process aims to help improve the system at the A+ Dental Care Clinic so that this company can better survive in the business world. With a business enterprise adhering to a good quality management system, it will be easier to have sustainable differentiation. This research aims to help A+ Dental Care Clinic improve its competitiveness in the industry by implementing a good quality management system through the Business Coaching process. The methods used include Business Model Canvas analysis, STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) analysis, and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The results of this Business Coaching provide solutions that focus on quality management with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, a process-based approach, and decision making based on valid data. The implementation of a good quality management system helps Klinik A+ Dental Care have sustainable differentiation and improves the company's ability to withstand competition. Nurse manager plays an important role in the success of nursing services through the management function because it has an impact on improving the quality of service in the hospital. This research aims to formulate a leadership and management model design based on Patricia Benner in the inpatient room at BLUD RSUD Kotamobagu. This research uses an exploratory phenomenological design with a focus group discussion method and Action Research with an Expert Workshop method. The FGD participants were 12 room heads, and the participants during the expert workshop were 24 people consisting of 12 room heads as main participants, 1 section head and 11 team leaders as triangulation participants obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The data collected was in the form of recordings, field notes, expert workshop results which were analyzed using the Collaizi technique. Data validity is guaranteed by fulfilling the principles of credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. This research identified six main themes (1) Competence in organizational roles; (2) Effective management functions; (3) The role of nurse manager; (4) Planning and Direction; (5) Controlling and Supervision (6) Conflict Management and Problem Solving. This leadership and management model of nurse manager based on patricia benner theory, can be a guide in preparing strategic plans for the nursing sector that can be modified by the BLUD RSUD Kotamobagu to improve leadership abilities and the ability to manage the nursing management function of nurse manager. This article describes the management of the superior classroom program at the UPI Pilot Laboratory Junior High School which plays an important role in improving the quality, efficiency and effectiveness, and relevance of education. The flagship class at the UPI Pilot Laboratory Junior High School offers students who have special academic abilities and talents to maximize their potential. The aim of implementing modern and professional health services is to pay attention to local cultural values and adopt these cultural values as an effort to adapt to community culture in achieving the goals of modern health services. There are two research methods used by researchers in the social sciences, namely quantitative methods and qualitative methods. This process provides an overview of the researcher's efforts in processing data in depth and elaborating on the research database until the researcher succeeds in building a complete data set. In this process, researchers involve respondents interactively. The research results show that health services are carried out according to IMCI standards. Access for referrals from the health center to the hospital is quite far, as a result, assistance for IMCI patients with serious conditions is difficult to handle, and this is a fairly large contributor to the infant mortality rate. Variable characteristics of officers and the community as well as other factors outside the handling of sick children studied, mother's behavior, to see the quality of service. This research investigates the influence of ship maneuvering management on the efficiency and safety of shipping operations in the Musaffah Channel, a narrow and strategic shipping lane. Using quantitative and qualitative methods, this study collected data from direct observations and in-depth interviews with MV crew members. Adnoc 223. The research results show that complex channel conditions require careful maneuver management to avoid incidents, optimize fuel consumption and maintain appropriate sailing schedules. Data analysis reveals that adaptive speed and precise maneuvering contribute significantly to shipping safety and efficiency. This research provides valuable insight into the importance of integration between navigational expertise and advanced technology in ship maneuvering management, and highlights the importance of training and proactive strategies in dealing with the challenges of navigation in narrow channels. The implications of these results are very relevant for operational management and business strategy in the shipping industry, showing that the success of maneuver management directly influences the sustainability and competitive advantage of shipping companies.

This research aims to determine the marketing management of Islamic educational institutions at the Darul 'Ilmi Indonesia Islamic Boarding School. This research uses qualitative research methods. This research was carried out at an Islamic boarding school, namely the Darul Ilmi Indonesia Modern Islamic Boarding School, which is located on Jl. Raya Puncak Gadog, Pandan Sari Village, West Java, RT.01/RW.03, Ciawi, Kab. Bogor, West Java 16720. Primary data sources were obtained through interview activities with resource persons from the leadership of the Darul Ilmi Indonesia Modern Islamic Boarding School, teaching and education staff, santri guardians, and santri. Data analysis uses the Miles and Hubberman model by reducing, verifying and drawing conclusions. From the research results, it can be concluded that the competitive advantage of modern Islamic boarding school or Islamic boarding school programs can be presented by prioritizing the quality of the educational programs offered. This research examines the management of fishing efforts on small pelagic purse seine vessels. Fishing business management that includes revenue profit, contribution margin (CM), breakeven point (BEP), payback period (PP), revenue cost ratio (R/C), and return on investment (ROI) on small pelagic purse seine vessels is necessary to determine the feasibility of a business. Based on the research results, the gross profit was IDR 1,045,192,000, and the net profit was IDR 830,561,667. CM obtained IDR 1,045,192,000. The BEP found that catch production should reach 17,337 kg with a sales value of IDR 570,956,377. The return period, or PP, is 3 years and 5 months. R/C is 1.43. The ROI calculation is 29%. Based on the calculations that have been made, the fishing business on small pelagic purse seiners at PPP Bajomulyo is considered a profitable business, so it is worth continuing. Pesantren management is essentially one of the strategies in the renewal of pesantren in the economic field, namely as an activity intended to enable and independent the pesantren community In this case, it is to improve the ability of the pesantren community through involvement in various pesantren development programs, especially in economic management and give authority to the pesantren community proportionally in decision making. The purpose of this study is to empower the economic resilience of the community, pesantren have a strategic role with all the uniqueness and resources they have, pesantren can be a way to advance the community's economy. The hope is that the community will become prosperous through pesantren economic management in empowering the pesantren-based economy. This study used qualitative method. The approach with this method was chosen because the researcher considered it very suitable with the characteristics of the problem that was the focus of the research, with the object of research in the Islamic boarding school by making observations and interviews with the parties concerned. The result of this research is that Manba'ul Huda Islamic Boarding School has many economic resources, namely: Digital Printing. Blkk Sewing, Goat Livestock, and Bottled Drinking Water. he National Health Insurance Program (JKN) through BPJS Health provides access to health services for all Indonesian people, one of the most widely used services is inpatient services. The aim of this research is to analyze the cost control management of inpatient services for BPJS Health patients in hospitals. This study used qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the management of controlling the costs of inpatient services for BPJS Welfare patients is a joint effort between three components of health service providers, namely the Ministry of Health, BPJS, and health facilities. The principles used by BPJS Health in health financing are quality control and cost control which aims to ensure that hospitals have high quality and are cost effective. Cost control management of inpatient services for BPJS Welfare patients includes quality control, cost control, health commitment and supervision. Management of controlling the costs of inpatient services for BPJS Welfare patients is very important to ensure that the BPJS Welfare health financing system runs effectively and efficiently, as well as ensuring high quality health services. Habib Mart Cirebon is a trading company that distributes various Hajj souvenirs such as dates, koko clothes, prayer mats, zam-zam water, and others. Consignment sales management is becoming a key element in the trading industry, ensuring product availability, stock monitoring and accurate sales reporting. This research aims to design and develop a consignment sales management application to improve the operational efficiency of the Habib Mart Trading Company in Cirebon. The Waterfall software development method was chosen to ensure structured and planned development stages. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to improving operational efficiency and more timely managerial decisions at the Habib Mart Trading Company. Utilization of physical labor requires continuous salary and benefit costs directly affecting the company's net profit. Therefore, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) can be one solution to increase efficiency while maintaining the company management effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using AI on effectiveness and efficiency in virtual office-based law office management. There were five respondents, including the managing partner, senior associate, lawyer, paralegal, and office manager, all of whom are affiliated with a law office named X located in South Jakarta. The respondents have experience with AI and law office management, both conventional and virtual. Data were collected through interviews using phenomenological techniques. Questions included cost savings, productivity, client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, efficiency, communication, and security. The results showed that AI has an effective and efficient influence on law office management, allowing operational costs to be reduced. A virtual office has a significant impact on reducing office operating costs, especially rental costs. Therefore, law office management will be greatly assisted by AI and virtual office systems. The quality of service is well maintained, and clients may benefit from more economical fee structures, as the law office can achieve savings on operational costs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to provide a comprehensive description and analysis of Total Quality Management (TQM) implemented by Sekolah Murid Merdeka (SMM) to improve the quality of services to meet the needs of students requiring effective and quality learning using the blended learning method. The blended learning approach is a model of education that combines traditional classroom instruction with elements of online learning. This study highlights the implementation of TQM in the context of blended learning to improve the quality of educational services continuously. In the current era of information and technology, the need for 4C skills (critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity) is crucial to face the fourth industrial revolution. Implementing TQM at SMM is one of the appropriate alternatives to meet these challenges. By implementing TQM, SMM seeks to improve output, reduce production costs, and increase production. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights that not only influence practices at Sekolah Murid Merdeka but also guide other educational institutions in optimizing their blended learning initiatives. By understanding best practices in implementing TQM in the context of blended learning, educational institutions can improve the quality of their services to meet the needs and expectations of students in the modern education era. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen penerimaan peserta didik baru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al Jauhar Gunungkidul baik dari sisi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring-evaluasi serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif analitis dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen penerimaan peserta didik baru menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Melalui perencanaan yang baik, pelaksanaan yang tertata dengan baik serta monitoring dan evaluasi yang berjalan optimal berdampak pada stabilnya jumah pendaftar. Faktor pendukung seperti sistem yang baik, kolaborasi tim serta jaringan alumni menjadi penting dalam menjada stabilitas pendaftar. Adapun faktor penghambat seperti persepsi negatif masyarakat, sarana yang terbatas, perubahan lingkungan serta pemberitaan negatif perlu dibackup agar segera teratasi dan tidak mempengaruhi animo pendaftar di MTs Al Jauhar

Penelitian ini menyajikan tentang bagaimana membentuk nilai-nilai karakter religius peserta didik melalui kurikulum pendidikan agama islam di madrasah. Melalui penerapan manajemen kurikulum yang baik di madrasah diharapkan pendidik mampu membangun kesadaran pada diri anak tentang keberadaan Tuhan dan hubungannya dengan sang pencipta. Dalam pendidikan karakter, madrasah memiliki konteks kurikulum religius yang sangat bermanfaat bagi pencapaian peserta didik menjadi manusia yang beriman, bertakwa, berakhlak mulia, tertib, disiplin sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada, maka diharapkan peserta didik memiliki rasa sopan santun, ketaatan kepada orang tua mereka dan guru, serta memiliki rasa peduli terhadap lingkungan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum pendidikan agama islam sangatlah penting diterapkan di madrasah, karena didalamnya terdapat pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dengan sengaja dan sistematis diberikan kepada peserta didik dengan tujuan meningkatkan karakter religius siswa di madrasah guna mencapai pendidikan islam secara kaffah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pola pengumpulan dan penggunaan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi.

Berbagai permasalahan tengah dihadapi oleh dunia pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini dan manajemen strategi seharusnya dapat menjadi alternatif jalan keluar dari permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Permasalahan utama MA Al Fattahiyyah adalah belum dapat mengoptimalkan strategi dalam menghadapi persaingan dan mengupayakan jaminan mutu yang berkelanjutan. Namun, selamaini pelatihan yang dilakukan dapat dikatakan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah sebagai unit satuan penyelenggara pendidikan dilihat dari perspektif manajemen strategi. Adanya pengabdian ini ditujukan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dan pembinaan nonakademik di lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Pelatihan berfokus pada pengembangan metode pembelajaran kreatif di bidang olahraga, seni, dan organisasi serta pelatihan untuk meningkatkan soft skills guru dalam memotivasi dan membimbing siswa. Metode dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang menitikberatkan pada partisipasi aktif peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu terealisasinya pelatihan manajemen strategi guru dalam meningkatkan prestasi nonakademik siswa di MA Al Fattahiyyah Tulungagung. Pelatihan ini dianggap sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru dalam menyusun strategi untuk meningkatkan prestasi murid. Terlaksananya kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat dan dampak yang besar bagi guru dan juga lembaga MA Al Fattahiyyah khususnya dalam hal manajemen strategi. Melalui penerapan manajemen strategi, sekolah dapat membuat keputusan dengan tepat untuk merealisasikan rencana yang nantinya merujuk pada tujuan sekolah.

Manajemen Bimbingan dan Konseling tidak dapat dilepaskan dari perencanaan. Proses perencanaan yang baik akan berdampak terhadap optimalisasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling, sebaliknya perencanaan yang tidak sistematis akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Salah satu dampaknya adalah layanan bimbingan dan konseling hanya berfokus pada penanganan siswa bermasalah dan hal ini tidak sejalan dengan tujuan dan fungsi bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran perencanaan bimbingan dan konseling dan kaitannya terhadap optimalisasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling terhadap konseli di Pulau Nias. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus pada empat sekolah di Pulau Nias. Penelitian dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan secara daring. Subjek penelitian merupakan guru bimbingan dan konseling dari SMK dan SMP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan di lembaga pendidikan yang terletak di Pulau Nias menunjukkan kurangnya perencanaan yang sistematis dan efisien. Kekurangan dalam perencanaan ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan untuk peningkatan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Fokus Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling hanya pada siswa yang memiliki masalah, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan belum optimal dan berdampak pada konseli yang membutuhkan layanan untuk pengembangan diri dan juga fungsi pencegahan. Maka dari itu penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi masukan untuk meningkatkan perencanaan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Selanjutnya penting bagi setiap kepala sekolah dan guru memiliki keterlibatan untuk memaksimalkan layanan kepada peserta didik.

Keuangan merupakan salah satu bidang yang memiliki peran sangat penting dalam industri kreatif. Salah satu alasan mengapa manajemen keuangan penting dalam industri kreatif adalah karena sifat yang seringkali tidak terprediksi dari proyek kreatif. Salah satu UMKM di Jawa Timur yang masih exsist adalah wisata Destinasi Dalan Tegalan (DDT). Wisata DDT berada di Dusun Pasinan Desa Karangbendo Kecamatan Lumajang. Wisata ini menggerakkan sebagian besar UMKM sektor kuliner yang berada disekitar wilayah DDT untuk menjawab dilema pasca pandemi Covid 19. Permasalahan DDT saat ini adalah manajemen keuangan yang kurang optimal. Tahapan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi 3 tahapan besar yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pelatihan terkait manajemen keuangan UMKM dilakukan di Pendopo Kantor Desa yang diikuti sebanyak 25 orang yaitu POKDARWIS DDT dan pedagang di DDT. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan memunculkan interaksi yang baik dari peserta pelathian. Pelatihan berhasil dilakukan dengan baik, hal ini ditunjukkan dari peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dimana hasil pretest dan postetst mengalami kenaikan. Peserta pelatihan juga antusias selama proses pelatihan, ditunjukkan dari saat sesi tanya banyak peserta yang mengajukan pertanyaan dan mulai tertarik untuk menyusun laporan keuangan untuk bisnis peserta.

Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bidang dari manajemen umum yang meliputi segi-segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu sumber daya yang ada dalam organisasi memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Berhasil atau tidaknya tergantung pada kemampuan sumber daya manusia dalam menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya. Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah proses kegiatan pemimpin yang bermaksud mempekerjakan pegawai yang memberi prestasi cukup dan hasil kepada sumber daya yang ada pada pada sekolah. Beberapa usaha meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah yaitu dengan Meningkatkan sumber daya yang fokus penelitiannya adalah guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai penambah wawasan terkait upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah melalui manajemen sumber daya manusia. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa hal dalam penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam upaya peningkatan mutu sekolah di SMP Bhakti Pertiwi.

The development of the times is marked by various change in various aspects of social life. Libraries, an organization that focuses on serving users, must adapt to developments so as not to be left behind. In serving users, it is of course important to pay attention to library performance management, because it is one of the benchmarks for user satisfaction. Quantitative method, which aims to show the relationship of influence between 2 variables. The population includes active students of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin (campus 2 Banjarbaru ) with a sample of 30 people. Using non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. By distributing closed questionnaires using a Likert scale. This research is objective and includes quantitative data collection, analysis, and statistical testing with assistance from IBM SPSS Statistics Software 21. this research shows the influence that library performance management has on user satisfaction with an R Square of 72.8% , meaning management library own strong influence to satisfaction user . The influence of library performance management on user satisfaction is 72.8% , while the remaining 27.2% (100% - 72.8%) is influenced by other variables outside this research. So according to Chin (1988) the R-Square value of 72.8% is included in the strong category. Suggestions for future researchers could be to conduct research with a larger sample, because the population of this study is quite a large number of students at UIN Antasari Banjarbaru.

Education is a form of conscious, tangible, and systematically planned activity aimed at creating a continuous learning atmosphere and process, actively developing selfpotential to possess spiritual strength, self-management, intelligent personality, noble character, and both soft and hard skills needed by individuals, society, and the nation. The problem faced by the School of Information Management and Computer Logic is the failure to achieve the target number of student admissions for the year 2023 (a decrease in numbers). Therefore, without concrete action, it is feared to impact this Higher Education institution, especially the Information Management and Computer department. This study aims to formulate policies and alternative strategies based on the marketing mix model to increase public interest in choosing Logika Higher Education in the future. The independent variables studied are derived from the marketing mix strategy, namely Curriculum, Cost, Location, Promotion, Educational Staff and Personnel, Process, and Service. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is the Decision to Choose. Background: Cooperatives are one of the important business entities in the Indonesian economy. The legal and regulatory framework governing cooperative management is one of the factors influencing cooperative management. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal and regulatory framework governing cooperative management in Indonesia. Method: This study used qualitative research methods. Research data is obtained through literature studies by exploring journals, books, legislation and other relevant information on Google Schoolar. Data analysis techniques in this study are carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. Results: The results showed that the legal basis of cooperatives is regulated in Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives and its amendments which regulate a number of provisions on cooperatives, including the function of cooperatives, conditions for the formation, dissolution of cooperatives, and others. The legal and regulatory framework governing cooperatives in Indonesia needs to be refined in order to accommodate the development of cooperatives and meet the needs of their members, a number of aspects that need to be improved include member protection, member empowerment and cooperative development. Conclusion: The legal basis of cooperatives in Indonesia is mainly regulated in Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives and its amendments. The systematic and accurate data on population has become pivotal point to overview the development of population in particular region, so that it required to a conduct a study to explore the description of the population growth rate, the factors causing the high population growth rate, and the impact of the high population growth rate in Batam Municipality. This study was exploratory research with a qualitative approach to analyze the population phenomenon in Batam Municipality. Data were collected using observation, interview, documentation, and audio-visual material collection. Informants were determined by purposive sampling and snowball techniques. This study used the Spradley analysis model with four stages of analysis, such as domain, taxonomic, components, and cultural themes. The results showed that the population growth rate increased from 1980 to 2012, but began to decline since the decline in economic growth in 2013 which indicated that the population growth rate in Batam Municipality followed the pattern of economic growth. The high rate of population growth was due to the high number of in-migration (65%) and high birth rates (35%), because most migrants were in productive age. The high rate of population growth in Batam Municipality had caused various population problems, such as citizenship status, citizenship administration services, illegal housing, traffic congestion, clean water crisis, waste accumulation, potential loss of local ethnic values, potential ethnic conflict, and potential increased of crime rate in Batam Municipality. Pembelajaran bagi siswa slow-learner membutuhkan perlakuan yang lebih khusus dibandingkan dengan siswa pada umumnya. Langkah kolaboratif perlu dilakukan bersama Guru dan orangtua guna mendapatkan data dan proses yang komprehensif bagi kemajuan siswa slow-learner. Best practice ini bertujuan: 1) Memberikan gambaran nyata siswa slow learner khususnya dalam pembelajaran matematika, 2) Menyajikan laporan proses manajemen pembelajaran hingga intervensi yang diberikan kepada siswa slow-learner dalam pembelajaran matematika, dan 3) Memberikan gambaran tentang kolaborasi para stakeholders di SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta. Subyek best practice adalah siswa slow-learner kelas VII pada semester 2 tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Secara umum, manajemen dan intervensi yang diterapkan oleh Guru Pembimbing Khusus (GPK) bersama Guru lainnya di SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta telah dilaksanakan secara terstruktur. Hal itu melibatkan dukungan berbagai pihak yang terlibat di sekolah. Kerjasama antara GPK dengan kepala sekolah, Guru mata pelajaran, orangtua, dan Guru BK dari proses asesmen hingga perencanaan tindak lanjut merupakan langkah kolaboratif yang positif, dimana hal tersebut terealisasi secara bertahap yang dibangun melalui komunikasi interpersonal yang berorientasikan tugas (task-oriented) dan juga pribadi (person-oriented). Meskipun begitu, terdapat kendala komunikasi dan waktu yang masih perlu dievaluasi dan diperbaiki sebagai tindak lanjut agar pelaksanaan intervensi dapat terlaksana dengan lebih baik.

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) bertujuan untuk membangun kemitraan antara perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat dan membantu masyarakat menyelesaikan permasalahan nyata yang dihadapi. PKM ini berisikan penyelesaian permasalahan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM). Objek dalam pengabdian ini yaitu UKM Desa Tegallega Kecamatan Ciampel Kabupaten Karawang. Desa Tegallega berpotensi pengembangan UKM dengan produknya seperti keripik gadung dan keripik pisang. Permasalahan yang dimiliki yaitu pengelolaan atau manajemen usaha terutama kinerja kualitas. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan UKM Desa Tegallega membutuhkan pemahaman ilmu proses produksi dan manajemen usaha secara umum. Metode pelaksanaan program PKM ini yaitu berupa transfer keilmuan berupa sosialisasi dan pendampingan. Program PKM yang mempunyai kaitan dengan penelitian dan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) ini diharapkan memberikan penambahan literasi dan dokumentasi manajemen usaha yang lebih baik untuk UKM Desa Tegallega. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah telah tersampaikannya literasi Tata Kelola Operasional UKM dan tersusunnya dokumen output berupa mapping alur proses dari UKM yang ada di Tegallega, sehingga dapat menjadi pedoman dalam setiap proses produksi dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja kualitas.

Education is a container that provides direction for human intelligence as a whole, with the development of the times, education will also change by itself, but in this case it will certainly be closely related to management and the curriculum that will be applied to educational units. If you look back, there are several curricula that have been passed before, both the KBK, KTSP, and K.13 curricula, these curricula all apply well according to the times, the results of the previous curriculum make new curriculum benchmarks for improvement according to the times and the current industrial revolution. So with the results of a careful evaluation, the government issued a new curriculum, which is now known as the independent curriculum. This independent curriculum system provides a new meaning evenly on how forms of education have adequate innovation services to become a perception of knowledge from all regions, both the development of teaching human resources and the human resources of students later.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tujuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Untuk menemukan dan menganalisis disain, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an di MI Ma’arif Mangunsari Salatiga dan MI Ma’arif Pulutan Salatiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif naturalistic melalui participant observation. Responden dalam penelitian ini, meliputi: Kepala Madrasah, Wa. Ka. Kurikulum, dan Guru Tahfidz. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Disain pembelajaran tahfidz al-qur’an di MI Mangunsari Salatiga dimasukkan sebagai ekstrakulikuler, adapun pedoman yang digunakan adalah buku qira’ati. Sementara di MI Ma’arif Pulutan Salatiga program tahfidz ada dua yaitu program tahfidz muatan lokal dan program tahfidz khusus. Tahfidz al-qur’an muatan lokal dimasukkan sebagai kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan (KTSP), sedangkan pembelajaran tahfidz khusus dimasukkan sebagai ekstrakulikuler, kegiatannya menggunakan buku panduan tahsin. (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfidz di MI Ma’arif Mangunsari Salatiga dilaksanakan di pagi hari mulai jam 07.00-08.15 dikarenakan agar siswa masih segar dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an. Sementara di MI Ma’arif Pulutan Salatiga dilaksanakan diakhir jam pembelajaran dimulai jam 12.00-13.00 dikarenakan agar siswa dalam menghafalkan al-qur’an bisa memanfaatkan waktu yang panjang. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran tahfidz al-qur’an di MI Ma’arif Mangunsari Salatiga adalah satu minggu siswa hafalan satu per-empat atau 5 muka dengan disimak teman-temannya dan dalam satu bulan di simak gurunya. Untuk MI Ma’arif Pulutan Salatiga program tahfidz muatan lokal evaluasinya adalah ujian semesteran dengan tes lisan dan tertulis. Sedangkan program tahfidz khusus adalah evaluasinya menggunakan tasmi’ (ujian kelulusan menghafal Al-Qur’an yang didengar tanpa adanya kesalahan oleh enguji, orang tua dan masyarakat lainnya).

Teknologi informasi berkembang sangat pesat, tidak terkecuali di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Rekam Medis Elektronik merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan keamanan layanan kesehatan, mengurangi kejadian buruk bagi pasien, mengurangi biaya, mengoptimalkan pelayanan, meningkatkan penelitian klinis, dan memperoleh luaran klinis yang lebih baik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis website untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan Kesehatan di klinik. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat di klinik ini yaitu penyediaan perangkat keras (hardware), implementasi perangkat lunak (software) berupa aplikasi pelayanan pendaftaran dan pengelolaan rekam medis berbasis website, serta pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi aplikasi pelayanan pendaftaran dan pengelolaan rekam medis berbasis website kepada petugas. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu rekam medis elektronok mampu mengurangi waktu tunggu pelayanan kepada pasien sehingga kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan di klinik meningkat. Pengetahuan dan penerimaan petugas kesehatan di klinik juga meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, sehingga dapat menjamin keberlanjutan program ini.

Purpose - This research examines the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMK Negeri 9 Makassar, focusing on planning, organization, execution, and supervision. Using a qualitative approach, data was gathered through interviews, observations, and documentation. Method - The study employs a qualitative and phenomenological method, involving interviews with school leaders, curriculum coordinators, the head of the Fisheries Processing Agribusiness Department, and two teachers. Additionally, observations and document analysis were conducted, and data management followed three stages: data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings - The results indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum planning achieved independence within a year but requires improvement, particularly in school operational plans (KOSP), competency aspects, teaching modules, project-based learning (PJBL) implementation, and P5 projects. Organizing the Merdeka Curriculum using a block approach has been initiated, but subject allocation needs improvement due to a shortage of teaching staff. The implementation offers flexibility in inclusive learning by involving students in projects. Supervision through monitoring and evaluation requires further actions to align with learning objectives. Research Implications - This research discusses limitations in design or methodology influencing result interpretation, addressing constraints on generalizability, practical applications, and the utility of findings. The study emphasizes limitations directly related to research problems, highlighting the need for understanding P5 projects, KOSP development, widespread distribution of teaching modules across departments, and addressing teaching staff shortages. Recommendations include educators designing optimal learning programs and student projects.

This research aims to provide an overview of planning for the implementation of mu'ādalah curriculum management at the Al-Abrar Siondop Islamic Boarding School, South Tapanuli, and at the Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic Boarding School, Mandailing Natal. Type with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected using in-depth interview techniques, participant observation, and documentation. Data is analyzed using three steps: condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions or verification. These findings reveal the implementation of mu'ādalah curriculum management at the Al-Abrar Siondop Islamic boarding school in South Tapanuli and the Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Islamic boarding school in Mandailing Natal. is; 1) the planning of the Mu'ādalah Curriculum at the Al-Abrar Siondop Islamic Boarding School, South Tapanuli, and the Musthafawiyah Purba Baru Mandailing Natal Islamic Boarding School is based on the vision, mission, and objectives of the Islamic boarding school Curriculum with the integration of science, faith and charity, as well as the integration of religious knowledge and general knowledge so that the curriculum, schedule of activities in the dormitory is organized, competent teaching staff, syllabus and lesson plans provide adequate infrastructure.

Dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka pada sebuah satuan pendidikan dibutuhkan manajemen teamwork yang akan mendukung suksesnya implementasi kurikulum merdeka atau yang sering disebut dengan IKM. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif memiliki kesempatan untuk mengenali subjek dan merasakan pengalaman yang dialami sebjek dalam kehidupan sehari- hari. Manajemen teamwork dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka PAUD adalah suatu manajemen yang mengembangkan atau memperkenalkan pendekatan manajemen teamwork yang spesifik dan dioptimalkan untuk implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka PAUD yang dilaksanakan di TK Kelurahan Sokanegara Purwokerto. Manajemen Teamwork dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Paud adalah untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif, inklusif dan mendukung perkembangan anak usia dini. Melalui manajemen teamwork kualitas pembelajaran anak usia dini dapat ditingkatkan, perhatian dan bimbingan yang diberikan kepada anak usia dini sesuai dengan kebutuhan minat dan potensi anak.

Risiko operasional pada masa pandemi covid-19 adalah risiko yang mengancam perusahaan sehingga risiko harus diperhatikan dengan seksama. Risiko operasional tidak hanya satu atau dua saja, tetapi bervariasi. Maka dari itu perlunya mengetahui apa saja yang terjadi didalamnya sehingga dapat dilakukan upaya penanganan, pencegahan yang tepat bagi KSPPS Hanada Quwais Sembada Kebasen. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitiankualitatif pendekatan lapangan. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari wawancara kepada pihak KSPPS Hanada Quwais Sembada Kebasen, data sekunder diperoleh dari buku referensi, jurnal dan internet. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dianalisis dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KSPPS Hanada Quwais Sembada Kebasen Kabupaten Banyumas terdapat 14 risiko operasional disebabkan oleh risiko kegagalan internal, risiko sumber daya manusia, risiko sistem, risiko lingkungan dan risiko krisis ekonomi. Risk scoring tertinggi 16 pada jenis risiko krisis ekonomi dengan risikonya yaitu nasabah menunda membayar angsuran pembiayaan, risk scoringterendah 1 pada jenis risiko sistem dengan risikonya yaitu proses pengerjaan penginputan nasabah terganggu. Dalam matriks ditemukan level high, moderate, low dan very low. High dan moderate dengan pengendalian yang sangat baik, low dan verry low dengan pengendalian yang cukup. Pengawasan kinerja karyawan diawasi dengan tidak ketat, lebih memaklumi keadaan yang sedang terjadi.

The main objective of this study is to explain how to manage an extracurricular team to achieve skilled worker status at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Al-Mujahidin Balikpapan. But the specific aims of this study are to: 1) explain how extracurricular teams are planned and run; 2) describes how the team is monitored and assessed; and 3) explain things that support and hinder extracurricular activities. Online-based education due to the COVID-19 pandemic has created class inequality between students from the lower middle class/poor economic group and students from the upper class/elite financial group. This article aims to fill existing research gaps regarding class inequality during the pandemic, creating gaps in student experience and learning outcomes. The approach is qualitatively collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results are analyzed, interpreted, and verified on the MaxQDA application. This study's findings are that in its implementation, online education creates inequality related to learning support tools: cell phones and laptops, quotas, and internet networks. Then, family background factors are also the cause of inequality, especially concerning work or income, parents' educational background, and the area where they live. As a result, the disparity in online education impacts student learning outcomes that decline and soar parental spending to meet additional needs to support learning activities. Thus, rapid response from universities is needed to immediately overcome this inequality because the demands for technological education, on the other hand, also create gaps in learning.
