Langsa City is currently one of the centers for Aceh cattle cultivation. One of the areas or districts currently developing Aceh cattle farming is the Langsa Lama District, Langsa City. Carrying Capacity is a system that has been widely used by breeders. The use of this system is said to be very economical because it uses grass directly and uses little electricity. Carrying Capacity is highly recommended for small-scale farms because the system is economical and hygienic. The way Carrying Capacity works is the Incentive cage used to raise aceh cattle breeds. The direction of sunlight is modified so that the Aceh cattle become good seeds when they are productive. During the breeding process, the intensives in the cage are made as much as possible so that the daily body weight growth of the aceh cattle is fulfilled because it is triggered by feed that is highly nutritious and easily digested, the feed is given ad libitum and has been served in the form of chopped pieces using a grass chopper. small scale for 10-20 cows., Kota Langsa saat ini menjadi salah satu centra budidaya Sapi Aceh. Wilayah atau Kecamatan yang saat ini tengah mengembangkan budidaya ternak Sapi Aceh salah satunya adalah Kecamatan Langsa Lama Kota Langsa. Carrying Capacity adalah salah satu sistem yang telah banyak digunakan olehpeternak. Penggunaan sistem ini dikatakan sangat ekonomis karena menggunakan rumput langsung dan menggunakan sedikit listrik.Carrying Capacity sangat direkomendasikan untuk peternakan dalam skalakecildikarenakan sistem yang ekonomis dan higienis. Cara kerja Carrying Capacity yaitu kandang Insentif yang digunakan untuk memelihara bibit sapi aceh. Arah sinar matahari di modifikasi agar Sapi Aceh menjadi bibit yang baik pada saat berprodukasi. Selama proses pembibitan, intensif di dalam kandang dibuat semaksimal mungkin agar pertumbuhan bobot badan harian bibit sapi aceh terpenuhi karena dipicu dengan pakan yang bernutrisi tinggi serta mudah dicerna, pemberian pakan diberikan secara ad libitum dan sudah disajikan dalam bentuk potongan potongan yang dicacah menggunakan mesin pencacah rumput skala kecil untuk 10-20 ekor sapi.

Langsa City is a city on the east coast of Aceh that has the fastest growth compared to the surrounding area. However, this has a significant impact on land conversion which reduces environmental quality. Analysis of changes in land use in Langsa City needs to be carried out as a basis for determining development policies. This study aims to analyze changes in land use in Langsa City from 2013 – 2021. The data used in this study are Landsat 8 OLI-TIRS imagery in 2013, 2017, and 2021. These images were analyzed using a supervised classification technique based on band combinations for each land use. The classified land uses are settlements, paddy fields, ponds, mangrove forests, and mixed vegetation. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the settlement area in the center of Langsa City. Meanwhile, other land uses have changed but not consistently. This study concludes that a significant increase in settlement area is due to rapid population growth. The increase in settlement area also has an impact on changes in other types of land use. The researcher recommends that a population growth study be carried out as a basis for determining regional spatial planning.

Population growth and development can lead to excesses for the emergence of slum areas, which are often seen as a potential problem in urban areas. To reduce the problems of housing and slum areas, one of the government programs is the City Without Slum (in Indonesia called KOTAKU) program. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the program in Langsa City and identify the inhibiting factors of this program. 166 respondents were all village chiefs in Langsa City, community members who were directly or indirectly involved in the program, as well as other stakeholders. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire. The effectiveness evaluation is calculated using the mean value as a percentage of each indicator. The results found that the KOTAKU program was considered effective as an effort to reduce slum settlements in Langsa City. However, several factors were identified that were the main obstacles in the implementation of the program.

This article is based on the results of research, focused on the activities of hawker traders along Cut Nyak Dhien Street, Langsa City. There are more than seventy street vendors with various types of merchandise. The research aims to determine the role of the informal sector street vendors of economically weak groups in obtaining employment, the prospect of developing a culinary tourism business on family economic growth, and additional sources of local revenue. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, and then processed using descriptive analysis techniques. The analysis results showed that street vendors in urban areas are a popular alternative to work. This condition is in synergy with the government program that arranges this area as a center for culinary tourism and is very helpful for traders to increase family income, as well as having an impact on increasing visitors and increasing local income.

Groundwater is water in which this form of groundwater is found in the soil around our earth. Groundwater is also a source of clean water. Gampong Lengkong is a village located in Langsa Baro District, Langsa City. In general, the climate is hot and rainy, the hydrological conditions have a lot of storing aquifers, namely groundwater resources, so that this area appears many springs from small scale to large discharge scale which indicates the existence of groundwater sources. Community knowledge about the use of ground water is ground water that is not managed by the community properly. Exploitation of groundwater is one of the water that cannot be controlled properly so that the impact can have a negative impact on the ground water balance. Conservation is the community's need to have sufficient groundwater in the future. Groundwater management strategies need to be considered so that capacity in managing can have the main task in licensing the groundwater management strategy. This study aims to analyze the level of community knowledge about groundwater conditions, the level of community knowledge about the impact of groundwater exploitation, and analyze the level of community knowledge about groundwater conservation in Lengkong Village, Langsa Baro District., Air tanah merupakan air yang di mana bentuk air tanah ini terdapat dalam tanah berada di sekitar bumi kita. Air tanah juga salah satu sumber daya air yang bersifat air bersih. Gampong Lengkong merupakan Gampong yang berada Kecamatan Langsa Baro Kota Langsa Secara umum beriklim panas dan hujan kondisi hidrologinya mempunyai banyak menyimpan akuifer yaitu sumber daya air tanah, sehinga daerah ini muncul banyak mata air dari skala kecil hingga skala debit besar yang menandakan adanya sumber air tanah. Pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan air tanah merupakan air tanah yang tidak dikelola oleh masyarakat dengan baik. Eksploitasi air tanah adalah salah satu air yang tidak dapat dikontrol dengan baik sehingga dampak yang dapat menyebabkan negatif terhadap keseimbangan air tanah. Konservasi merupakan keperluan masyarakat dalam berkecukupakan akan air tanah pada masa yang mendatang. Setrategi pengelolaan air tanah perlu diperhatikan agar kapasitas dalam mengelolaan dapat mempunyai tugas pokok dalam perijinan mengenai strategi pengelolaan air tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kondisi air tanah, tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang dampak eksploitasi air tanah, dan Menganalisis tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat tentang konservasi air tanah di Gampong Lengkong Kecamatan Langsa Baro.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the comparison of the financial performance of the Langsa City government and East Aceh Regency. Financial performance is measured using five indicators, namely efficiency ratios, effectiveness ratios, compatibility ratios, growth ratios and radiant ratios. The results of the study stated that the financial efficiency ratio of Langsa City during the observation period was more efficient than that of East Aceh Regency. The financial effectiveness ratio of East Aceh Regency during the observation period was more effective than that of Langsa City. The Conformity Ratio measured by the value of the ratio of operating expenditures shows that Langsa City is high when compared to East Aceh District, the APBD and PAD growth ratios of the two regions are both in positive values. The operating expenditure growth ratio of Langsa City is better because it shows a lower ratio value compared to East Aceh District and the operating expenditure growth ratio of East Aceh Regency during the observation period is on average higher. This is evidenced by the value of the ratio of operating expenditures in East Aceh Regency on average each year above 10%. East Aceh District is more capable of self-financing government activities than Langsa City. The pattern of self-reliance is in the consultative and participatory categories. The value of the regional financial independence ratio of Langsa City is in the Instructive relationship pattern (Langsa City is not able to implement regional autonomy financially).
