Dlouhodobě pravidelná realizace pohybové aktivity (PA) ve školní tělesné výchově (TV) umožňuje formovat pozitivní postoje všech, i méně predisponovaných dětí, k pohybově aktivnímu a zdravému životnímu stylu. Progresivní vyučovací jednotky TV snižují rozdíly v PA mezi studenty s nižším a vyšším sebehodnocením sportovní výkonnosti bez poklesu celkového hodnocení těchto jednotek. Děvčata s nižším sebehodnocením sportovní výkonnosti vykázala v progresivních vyučovacích jednotkách TV významně vyšší průměrné hodnoty aktivního energetického výdeje (o 17 kcal/45min; p=0,05; d=0,28) a množství kroků (o 398 počet/45min; p=0,007; d=0,36) při vyšším celkovém hodnocení (p=0,04) než v tradičních vyučovacích jednotkách TV. Progresivní vyučovací jednotky přispívají k vyšší PA v TV především u děvčat s nižším sebehodnocením sportovní výkonnosti. [Long-term regular physical activity (PA) in physical education (PE) helps to form positive attitude to physically active and healthy lifestyle in all children including those less predisposed to PA. In total, 389 girls and 111 boys aged 13-17 showing lower and higher self-assessment of their sport performance participated in the survey examining the influence of progressive physical education lessons on their PA and the lesson assessment in comparison to traditional PE lessons. Traditional PE lessons are characterized with directive teaching style and focus on performance, whereas progressive PE lessons are characterized with solving physical activity tasks and individualizing of physical load. The compared progressive and traditional PE lessons were both non-coeducational lessons, taught by the same teacher. PA was assessed based on active energy expenditure measured with Caltrac accelerometer (kcal/45min), number of steps measured by the Omron pedometer (number/45min), and average heart rate (beats/min) measured by Polar heart rate monitor. Sport performance and the total evaluation of the lessons were indentified using questionnaires. Progressive PE lessons decrease the differences in PA between students with lower and higher self-assessment of sport performance and without decrease in the evaluation of the lessons. Girls with lower self-assessment of their sport-performance show significantly higher energy expenditure (above 27 kcal/45min, p=.05, d=.28) and number of steps (above 564 number/45min, p=.007, d=.36) along with higher total evaluation (p=.04) in progressive than in the traditional ones. Progressive PE lessons enhance higher PA in PE lessons especially in girls with lower sport self-assessment of their performance.]

At present, the lack of physical activity and factors called biosocial correlates are a frequent topic. The female gender is considered one of a negative bisocial correlates so we might expect that men are more active than women. The aim of this work is to realize if personality traits of women affect the amount of their physical activity. A total of fifty women in the age range of 22 to 64 years, having a sedentary work, took part in this survey. These women were writting down their daily physical activity, measured by pedometer Yamax Digiwalker SW-700. This measurement was carried out in two week-long periods on April and October 2019. To examine their personality traits it was used the Big five NEO Personality Inventory, where the results were statistically processed and evaluated under supervision of a psychologist. It has been realized that women who are more extroverted meet the daily 10.000 step goal, but only on weeksdays, so we might consider it a significant positive correlates of physical activity. Women with a hight level of conscientiousness do not meet the physical activity goal. In comparison with women who lack the dominance of trait of conscientiousness, the women with dominance of this trait have lower level of physical activity.Considerating all the findings mentioned above, we might come to a conclusion that the physical activity of women who have a sedentary work does not change.

The amount of physical activity is usually determined by various factors, so-called biosocial correlates. The female gender is one of the negative correlates. This is why we may presume that women will be less active in comparison with men. The objective of this bachaleor thesis was to determine if personality traits influence the level of physical activity. For these research purposes, 40 randomly selected women in the ages of 20-54 years were picked to contribute with the research. The measurement of physical activity was done with Yamax Digiwalker SW-700 pedometer, which was used by the participants for one whole week in two terms - in May and October 2018. The pedometer showed the total amount of steps per day. The total weekly physical activity was written into a given sheet that recorded all needed information. Establishing personality traits was done with the "Big Five NEO five-factor personal inventory". The data ware stastisticaly processed and evaluated. All psychological data was processed in presence of a psychologist. The results showed, that women that accomplished the norm of health-oriented physical activity (10000 steps a day) showed higher domination in the following personality traits: conscientiousness and extraversion. Women in the age group 20-34 are more active and have lower BMI than women in the age group 35-54. There was no difference in the amount of physical activity amongst women with a dominant personality trait compared with women without a dominant personality trait.

In our thesis we deal with motion fitness of teenagers, students of Písek´s grammar school, aged between 17 19. Our survey focused on students´ motion activity expressed in number of footsteps during one week. Measuring was done in spring and in autumn. In addition to that we compared relations between boys´ and girls´ physical fitness and motion fitness and grade of motion activity in relation to body fat expressed by BMI index.Research work was done in group of 39 students; 20 girls and 19 boys who registered one by one in INDARES COM system on-line. They put the numbers of their footsteps and filled the IPEN forms in. To test motion fitness we have used test battery recommended by INDARES, to find out the volume of motion activity pedometres have been utilized. Data have been processed and evaluated with Minilab programme. Ascertained results show that motion activity of the youngsters move downwards.

Jakub Kokštejn Name of the dissertation: Physical activity of children with motor difficulties Workplace: Department of Sports Games Supervisor of the work: Doc. PaedDr. Rudolf Psotta, Ph.D. Year of presentation: 2011 Abstract Objective: Current knowledge of developmental disorders in motor skills of school children suggest potential negative impacts on the development of the personality of the child in the mental, social psychological and behavioural areas and also in the area of competence at school. Very little is known about how an insufficient level of motor skills of a child can limit his/her physical activity. This work was performed to discover whether developmentally determined motor deficit in children of older school age is a risk factor for lower physical activity (PA) and whether the attention of the child has a mediation function in the relationship between the level of motor skills and his/her physical activity. Methods: The research was based on analytical-descriptive examination of the motor skills of children, their physical activity in weekly regimes and the attention level, with subsequent comparison of children with a motor deficit (MD) and children without MD, through correlation analysis and analysis of the mediative...
