U ovom diplomskom radu ispitani su uvjeti priprave kompleksnih spojeva molibdena(VI) s tridentatnim ONO donorskim ligandima. Ispitane su reakcije bis(pentan-2,4-dionato)dioksomolibdena(VI) i Nʹ-(2,3-dihidroksibenziliden)-4-hidroksibenzhidrazona (H23OHSal-4HBOH) te Nʹ-(2,4-dihidroksibenziliden)-4-hidroksibenzhidrazona (H24OHSal-4HBOH) u metanolu, etanolu, acetonitrilu i acetonu. Kompleksi su priređeni pomoću klasične otopinske i solvotermalne sinteze. Reakcijom u metanolu, etanolu i acetonu su dobiveni mononuklearni spojevi opće formule [MoO2(3OHSal-4HBOH)(D)] i [MoO2(4OHSal-4HBOH)(D)] (D = metanol, etanol ili voda), od kojih su neki izolirani kao solvati. Reakcijom u acetonitrilu su dobiveni polimeri [MoO2(3OHSal-4HBOH)]n i [MoO2(4OHSal-4HBOH)]n. Reakcijom polimera s metanolom i etanolom nastali su odgovarajući monomeri. Kompleksi molibdena su okarakterizirani pomoću infracrvene spektroskopije, termogravimetrijske i kemijske analize, pomoću difrakcije rentgenskih zraka na polikristalnom uzorku kao i pomoću nuklearne magnetske rezonancije. In this Diploma thesis the reaction conditions to obtain molybdenum(VI) complexes with tridentate ONO donor ligands were investigated. Reactions of N'-(2,3-dihydroxybenzylidene)-4-hydroxybenzhydrazone (H23OHSal-4HBOH) and N'-(2,4-dihydroxybenzylidene)-4-hydroxybenzhydrazone (H24OHSal-4HBOH) with bis(pentane-2,4-dionato)dioxomolybdenum(VI) were carried out by using methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile and acetone as solvents. The complexes were prepared by conventional solution-based and solvothermal synthesis. Reactions in methanol, ethanol and acetone resulted in the formation of mononuclear complexes of the general formulae [MoO2(3OHSal-4HBOH)(D)] and [MoO2(4OHSal-4HBOH)(D)] (D = methanol, ethanol or water), some of which were obtained as solvates. Reactions in acetonitrile resulted in the formation of polymers [MoO2(3OHSal-4HBOH)]n and [MoO2(4OHSal-4HBOH)]n. Transformation of polymers into the corresponding monomers were achieved in methanol and ethanol. The obtained complexes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric and chemical analysis, by powder X-ray diffraction and by nuclear magnetic resonance.
