Abstract

The article presents research on the protective role of hesperidin (HES) in diethylnitrosamine (DEN)-induced nephrotoxicity through oxidative stress and inflammation modulation. Results of the study show the histological alterations of DEN-induced nephrotoxicity and increase in urea, uric acid and serum creatinine.
