As one of the economic pillars of Indonesia, cooperatives are expected to be able to take on more roles to support the economy of Indonesia. However, in reality, the development of cooperatives in Indonesia is still lagging compared to other financial institutions. It is presumably because the management still follows a simple structure by relying on the ability of human resources, namely cooperative management. This study aimed to determine human capital and spiritual capital's effect on women's cooperatives' performance in the Jombang district. This study used a quantitative approach. The sample used was 62 women's cooperatives. The data was collected through questionnaires and various documents about women's cooperatives in the Jombang district. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis uses Warp Partial Least Square (Warp PLS) version 7.0. The results showed that there exists a direct influence between human and spiritual capital on the performance of women's cooperatives in Jombang. Human capital has also been shown to influence the implementation of spiritual capital. Therefore, spiritual capital can also mediate the role of human capital in the performance of cooperatives in Jombang. The results of this study serve as a reference for stakeholders of women's cooperatives in Jombang to provide guidance and training to managers of women's cooperatives in Jombang, especially in the form of improving practical skills for daily cooperative management. This study examines the representation of Jombang district as a santri city. The purpose of this study is to describe the extent to which the representation of the mention of Jombang district as a santri city is examined from the use of language in public spaces that can reflect these nicknames. The data in this study are forty forms of language use on billboards, shop names, road signs, and general signs on other roads that can reflect the designation of Jombang district as a santri city. This is a qualitative descriptive research. The theory used is the basic theory from Landry and Bourhis (1997) which focuses on the study of landscape linguistics which refers to information functions and symbolic functions. The results showed that there were five ways of representing Jombang as a santri city, namely (1) representation through naming shops, buildings, and community groups using Arabic which was written using Latin letters, (2) representation through naming streets, alleys, and institutions using names. family or the founder of the Islamic boarding school, (3) representation through the provision of special information for the boarding school students, (4) representation through the promotion of Islamic boarding school-based schools, and (5) representation through other objects. The methods of representation are divided into six categories of language signs in public spaces, namely in the category of road signs, advertising or promotional signs, warning signs, building names, information signs, and objects. There were also factors that influenced the presence of language signs in public spaces that represented Jombang as a santri city, namely (1) being close to the boarding school area, (2) following trend which is done by other subjects around the boarding school, (3) the need for the existence of an institution, and (4) information facilities for the general public.

Batik merupakan salah satu produk berakar dari warisan budaya bangsa Indonesia dan menjadi salah satu produk fashion yang memiliki prospek bisnis menjanjikan. Tidak heran jika banyak daerah di Indonesia mulai mengembangkan motif batik sesuai dengan ciri khas daerah. Jombang salah satu dari sekian banyak kabupaten yang pemerintah daerah mendukung pengembangan produk batik. Pemerintah Kabupaten Jombang, melalui Peraturan Bupati menetapkan Batik Jombang sebagai salah satu produk unggulan daerah. Adapun mitra dalam kegiatan Program Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah (PPPUD) ini adalah Batik Tulis New Colet yang berlokasi di Desa Jatipelem Kecamatan Diwek Kabupaten Jombang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra antara lain kapasitas produksi tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar, produk kurang bermutu dan motif kurang bervariatif, serta segmen pasar masih terbatas pada wilayah Jombang dan sekitar. Tujuan program ini adalah meningkatkan kapasitas produksi.Kedua, meningkatkan variasi motif dan kualitas produk batik. Ketiga, memperluas segmen pasar. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu, pertama difusi iptek melalui pembuatan dan penerapan mesin pelorod kain batik serta pendampingan pengoperasioan mesin pelorod. Kedua, pelatihan dan pendampingan pengembangan motif dan pewarnaan batik. Ketiga, pembuatan dan pemakaian website sebagai media promosi serta pengikutsertaan UKM pada pameran. Kempat, pendampingan dalam perumusan harga. Hasil yang didapat dari pelaksanaan PPPUD ini adalah pertama, kapasitas produksi meningkat sebesar 20%. Kedua, variasi motif dan kualitas produk batik meningkat. Ada 2 motif batik sudah mendapatkan hak cipta. Ketiga, ada tambahan 2 (dua) segmen pasar baru.

Repeat Breeding is an adult cattle which have normal estrous cycle and clear signs of estrous but did not get pregnant when it got breed by natural mating or artificial insemination. The main purposes of this study is to know the number of repeat breeding cases in beef cattle in regency Jombang period of 2015-2018. The metode of the study is survey which collected by recording and survey. Were analyzed though Normality Test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test) and Homogenity Test and followed by T Test. Questionnaire test result processed using Kendall’s Tau-b Correlation Test. Study result showed that repeat breeding cases fluctuate significantly per year and the factors affecting fertilization failure and early embrionic death, hormonal, infection, and management factors.

Desa Jatirejo Diwek Jombang memiliki kelimpahan tanaman salak (Salacca zalacca) yang tersebar di hampir setiap rumah penduduk terutama di dusun Jatirejo. Produktivitas tanaman salak kini semakin menurun karena dibiarkan tumbuh begitu saja di alam tanpa perawatan yang baik. Lahan produktif salak mulai berkurang, beralih fungsi menjadi pemukiman seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk. Tanaman salak yang sudah dibudidayakan masyarakat Jatirejo, sesungguhnya dapat dioptimalkan manfaatnya agar bernilai ekonomi lebih. Kelimpahan tanaman salak di Jatirejo berpotensi untuk dijadikan sebagai objek Agrowisata Salak atau Desa Wisata Salak di Desa Jatirejo. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menginisiasi pembentukan Desa Wisata salak Jatirejo (Dewasarejo). Metode pelaksanaan meliputi, observasi, identifikasi, pembuatan kebun salak, festival salak, promosi dan pengoperasian Pasar Jajan Ngisor Wit Salak. Hasil pengabdian kemitraan masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan Dewasarejo telah meningkatkan potensi tanaman salak sebagai peluang usaha baru dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat Jatirejo terutama di setiap akhir pekan melalui aktivitas Pasar Jajan Ngisor Wit Salak di dalam Dewasarejo.

Abstract Jombang Regency which consists of 21 districts has a woman cooperative (Kopwan) spread in 301 villages and 5 (five) villages. However, not all these organzation are in good health and are able to hold RATs on time for various reasons. This study aims to: 1) Determine timeliness in organizing RATs for woman cooperatives in Jombang in 2017, 2) Factors supporting the timeliness of the implementation of RATs. This type of research is a qualitative research with an observation method involving 90 respondents as research samples. From the results of the study note that: 1) Of 90 woman Cooperatives spread over 21 districts, as many as 50 woman cooperatives or 55% were able to hold a RAT on time, on January and February in the following year, while the rest is not timely and not even organize RAT, 2) Factors supporting the timeliness of the organization RATs are: a) Routinely attending training at the woman Cooperative Center (Puskopwan), b) Routinely reporting Financial Statements Every Month to Puskopwan and the Jombang Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises and c) Using electronic (computerized) registration aids

The rapid development of information technology (IT) is directly proportional to the increase of the middle-class economy segment. As one of the original products of the Indonesian people, batik and all its variety is not spared from the impact of IT development. To introduce one of the various types of batik craft typical of Jombang Regency, the author partnered with UD Litabena and UD Batik Colet as micro, small-medium enterprise (SME) to participate in introducing the region's distinctive batik craft. Therefore, the implementation of the community partnership program aims to design and implement e-supply chain in the form of e-commerce which is useful to facilitate SME to sell Jombang’s batik craft products in all circles in Indonesia. There are 5 stages in the implementation of this program, including surveying the business process of making Jombang batik craft, determining the superior motives of MSMEs, designing system requirements, developing systems, and implementing web-based e-commerce systems. The conclusion obtained is, the system was designed by Enterprise Architect software, and the web-based e-commerce was built with the WooCommerce plugin.

Dalam study ini dilakukan survey traffic counting untuk mengetahui keadaan volume lalu lintas di persimpangan sekitar jembatan Ploso lama, karena hasil survey menunjukkan DS > 0.75, maka arus lalu lintas di daerah itu sudah mulai mengalami kepadatan. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemilihan trase jalan akses dengan analisa multi kriteria, dimana sebelumnya telah dilakukan survey kepada orang-orang yang dianggap ahli dalam bidang ini untuk menentukan bobot kriteria. Setelah kriteria dan bobot diakumulasi maka akan didapat trase jalan akses yang paling efektif dan efisien. Kemudian trase jalan akses itu selanjutnya di analisa kelayakan pembangunannya dengan analisa ekonomi, dengan mempertimbangkan nilai BOK, BCR, dan NPV hingga menghasilkan trase jalan akses yang layak untuk dibangun. Selain itu juga dilakukan analisa dampak lingkungan yang mana diharapkan dapat membantu kontraktor pelaksana dalam melakukan pengerjaan pembangunan jembatan baru Ploso beserta jalan aksesnya ini.
