В статье раскрываются принципы и задачи взаимодействия следователя (дознавателя) с сотрудниками оперативных подразделений в ходе расследования преступлений. Дана классификация современных форм взаимодействия по различным признакам. Рассматриваются такие формы организации взаимодействия, как создание следственно-оперативных групп и деятельность в их составе, совместное производство следственных и иных процессуальных действий, использование результатов оперативно-разыскной деятельности в доказывании и т. д. Проанализированы правовые основы взаимодействия следователя (дознавателя) с оперативными службами. Освещены вопросы эффективности взаимодействия следователя (дознавателя) с оперативными подразделениями на современном этапе. Рассмотрены этапы взаимодействия подразделений органов внутренних дел в ходе расследования преступлений. Обоснована необходимость совершенствования ст. 38 УПК РФ в части установления срока исполнения поручений следователя, аналогичные изменения нужно внести в ст. 41 УПК РФ, регламентирующую полномочия дознавателя., The article describes the principles and tasks of the interaction of the investigator (inquirer) with the staff of operational units during the investigation of crimes. The classification of modern forms of interaction according to various criteria is given. Such forms of organizing interaction are considered, such as the creation and action as part of investigative-operational groups, the joint production of investigative and other procedural actions, the use of the results of operational-search activity in proving, etc. Analyzed the legal basis for the interaction of the investigator (investigator) with operational services. The issues of the effectiveness of the interaction of the investigator (investigator) with the operational units at the present stage are highlighted. The stages of interaction between the units of internal affairs bodies in the course of crime investigation are considered. The necessity of the improvement of art. 38 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, in terms of establishing the time limit for the execution of the investigator’s instructions, make the same changes in art. 41 of the Code of Criminal Procedure regulating the powers of the inquirer., №1(48) (2019)

Произведена систематизация проблем развития муниципальных образований и их агропромышленного комплекса, обоснованы пути их решения, а так же определена практическая значимость единой региональной системы анализа состояния инфраструктуры развития АПК., The development infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex of the Altai Territory is considered. The analysis of the infrastructure of the agricultural sector of the rural municipality was made. Revealed trends in the development of infrastructure of the agro-industrial complex. The systematization of problems of development of municipalities and their agro-industrial complex has been made, the ways of their solution have been substantiated, and the practical significance of a unified regional system for analyzing the state of the infrastructure of the development of the agro-industrial complex has been determined.

El artículo es un recorrido guiado de la propuesta de Alfred LORENZER de una metodología de análisis cultural "hermenéutica profunda" que fue lanzada en un medio con una casi completa división entre las ciencias sociales y la psicología/ psicoanálisis. Presenta los antecedentes en su teoría materialista de la socialización, lo que combina una reinterpretación social del pensamiento central en el psicoanálisis clásico – el inconsciente, la pulsión – con una teoría de la adquisición del lenguaje. Su metodología se basa en una transformación de la "comprensión escénica" desde una interpretación clínica a una interpretación de texto, que busca entender el significado inconsciente colectivo en un texto, y se presenta con una ilustración del procedimiento de interpretación desde la investigación social. Luego sigue un breve relato sistemático de conceptos e ideas clave – formas de interacción, engramas, experiencia, simbolización, juego del lenguaje, imaginación utópica – con una mirada a las conexiones de teoría social a la escuela de Frankfurt. El procedimiento de la interpretación práctica basada en una investigación psicosocial de LORENZER, es resumida brevemente, enfatizando el rol de los argumentos del investigador en descubrir el significado socialmente inconsciente en la interacción social. Finalmente, una mirada a los problemas epistemológicos contemporáneos. LORENZER schlägt eine Methode vor, die in dem methodologischen Umfeld der arbeitsteiligen Aufspaltung von Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie und Psychoanalyse begründet ist. Dieser Forschungsansatz ist der Hintergrund seiner materialistischen Sozialisationstheorie, die eine Reinterpretation von Grundbegriffen der klassischen Psychoanalyse – des Unbewussten, der Triebe usw. – mit einer Sprachtheorie verbindet. LORENZER hat das "szenische Verstehen" im klinischen Deuten der Psychoanalyse in ein Textinterpretationsverfahren transformiert. Es geht darin um das Verständnis kollektiver unbewusster Bedeutungen eines Textes. Diese Methode der Textinterpretation wird mit sozialwissenschaftlichen Verfahren der Textinterpretation verglichen. Daran schließt sich ein kurzer systematischer Überblick über LORENZERs Schlüsselbegriffe an – Interaktionsformen, Engramme, Erfahrung, Symbolisierung, Sprachspiel, utopische Phantasie – in Verbindung mit Begriffen der Soziologie der Frankfurter Schule. Die Praxis von LORENZERs Interpretationsverfahren wird zusammenfassend an einem psychosozialen Forschungsprojekt kurz vorgestellt. Darin spielt das Forschungssubjekt bei der Entdeckung von unbewussten Bedeutungen in der sozialen Interaktion eine besondere Rolle. LORENZERs Ansatz, die Individuen als gesellschaftlich produzierte Wesen zu theoretisieren und zu erforschen, erscheint als eine psychosoziale Alternative zum Mainstream des sozialen Konstruktivismus.URN: http://nbn-resolving.de/urn:nbn:de:0114-fqs1203229, The article is a guided tour to Alfred LORENZER's proposal for an "in-depth hermeneutic" cultural analysis methodology which was launched in an environment with an almost complete split between social sciences and psychology/psychoanalysis. It presents the background in his materialist socialization theory, which combines a social reinterpretation of the core insights in classical psychoanalysis—the unconscious, the drives—with a theory of language acquisition. His methodology is based on a transformation of the "scenic understanding" from a clinical to a text interpretation, which seeks to understand collective unconscious meaning in text, and is presented with an illustration of the interpretation procedure from social research. Then follows a brief systematic account of key concepts and ideas—interaction forms, engrams, experience, symbolization, language game, utopian imagination—with an outlook to the social theory connections to the Frankfurt School. The practical interpretation procedure in a LORENZER-based psycho-societal research is briefly summarized, emphasizing the role of the researcher subjects in discovering socially unconscious meaning in social interaction. Finally an outlook to contemporary epistemological issues. Offering business solutions instead of selling products has been identified by many firms as a strategy to fight against price pressure through commoditisation, to strengthen relationships with customers, and to increase ‘share of wallet’. Yet, three out of four companies selling business solutions fail to see a sustainable economic impact (Johansson et al., 2003). One approach to understanding how business solution suppliers could change this situation is to develop an understanding of the life cycle of business solutions, from idea generation to redeployment. This systematic review examines how the literature conceptualises the development, deployment and redeployment of business solutions. It systematically identifies and then analyses 31 scholarly articles contributing to our knowledge on this issue. The review discusses the literature within the framework of four aspects. Firstly, the review proposes the processes and phases of the development and deployment of business solutions. Secondly, it presents the components of the redeployment of business solutions. Thirdly, it provides information on the actors involved in the development, deployment, and redeployment of business solutions, and, fourthly, it discusses the interaction forms of these actors. The discussion shows that evidence in relation to the conceptualisation of the development, deployment, and redeployment of business solutions remains at a superficial, tentative and inconclusive level. The major limitations of the extant literature relate to the studies’ context-specificity, their lack of theoretical underpinning, and their deficiency of including actors of the supplier and/or customer network in the empirical investigation even though there is evidence that they play a role in the development, deployment, and redeployment of business solutions. Based on the limitations identified, the study suggests opportunities of further research.
