В статье раскрываются особенности организации современной внеурочной деятельности и воспитательной работы в условиях общеобразовательного учреждения, приводится анализ организации подобной работы на примере МБОУ «СОШ № 26» г. Кургана. В статье представлены данные исследований педагогов о разработанных ими новых формах и методах осуществления внеурочной деятельности, направлениях реализации воспитательной работы школ, приводятся сведения об их апробации и эффективности, соответствии новаций требованиям федерального государственного образовательного стандарта, изменениям в социально-культурной сфере. В статье приведен анализ состояния внеурочной деятельности и воспитательной работы в МБОУ «СОШ № 26» г. Кургана, выделены сильные и слабые стороны в организации педагогической деятельности в указанных направлениях, представлены рекомендации по совершенствованию внеурочной деятельности и воспитательной работы для данной школы., The article reveals features of organization of modern extracurricular activities and educational work in conditions of a general education institution, provides an analysis of the organization of such work with regard to MBOU “Secondary school No. 26” in Kurgan. The article presents some research data of teachers on the new forms and methods of extracurricular activities, directions of educational work, provides information on their effectiveness, compliance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard, changes in the socio-cultural sphere. The article provides an analysis of the state of extracurricular activities and educational work in the MBOU “Secondary school No. 26” of Kurgan, highlights strengths and weaknesses in the organization of pedagogical activity in these areas, provides recommendations for improving extracurricular activities and educational work for this educational institution.

В статье рассматривается вопрос реализации тьюторской деятельности в условиях СПО. Предметом специального рассмотрения являются методические принципы, на основании которых формируются практики взаимодействия с тьюторами (студентами колледжа), ведущие к устойчивой мотивации обучения и повышению успеваемости в целом. Авторами описаны различные методы и приемы, раскрываются составляющие этапы в структуре и рефлексии образовательных событий. Реализация тьюторской деятельности рассматривается на примере предмета «Физическая культура». Авторы статьи делают общий вывод о том, что от сформированного умения преподавателя-тьютора устанавливать отношения и оказывать влияние на обучающихся зависит очень многое в образовательном процессе. Грамотный тьютор может активно влиять на результаты обучения, эффективно организовывая учебную деятельность обучаемых. Тем самым совокупность усилий тьюторов, обучаемых, преподавателей будет определять качество профессиональной подготовки. Особенно это актуально в СПО, так как студенты СПО – вчерашние учащиеся 9-х классов, – по сути, старшие подростки, которые нуждаются в помощи в организации их учебной деятельности., The article deals with the role of a teacher as a tutor for college students. The subject of special consideration is the methodological principles, on the basis of which practices of interaction with tutors are formed, leading to sustainable motivation for learning and improving academic performance in general. The authors describe various methods and techniques, reveals the constituent stages in the structure and reflection of educational events. The authors make a general conclusion that a lot in the educational process depends on the formed ability of the teacher-tutor to establish relationships and influence students. A competent tutor can actively influence the learning outcomes, effectively organizing the educational activities of students. Thus, the totality of the efforts of tutors, trainees, teachers will determine the quality of professional training. This is especially true in open source software, since students of secondary vocational education are yesterday’s students of the 9th grade, in fact, older teenagers who need help in organizing their educational activities.

В данной статье проведен анализ эффективности различных методов обучения в онлайн-формате. Были использованы традиционные методы, такие как видеолекции и онлайн-тесты, а также более современные подходы, например, онлайн-дискуссии и коллективная работа в виртуальных классах. Методы были адаптированы для онлайн-формата и проверены на соответствие основным принципам онлайн-обучения, таким как интерактивность, доступность и гибкость. Результаты исследования показали, что наиболее эффективными методами обучения в онлайн-формате являются те, которые сочетают в себе активное участие студентов и индивидуальный подход к обучению. Основные преимущества использования таких методов заключаются в повышении мотивации и заинтересованности студентов, а также в улучшении качества обучения в целом. Полученные результаты имеют практическую значимость для разработки эффективных онлайн-курсов и улучшения процесса онлайн-образования., The article analyses the effectiveness of different learning methods in an online format. Traditional methods, such as video lectures and online tests, as well as more modern approaches, such as online discussions and collaborative work in virtual classrooms, are used. The methods are adapted to the online format and tested against basic principles of online learning such as interactivity, accessibility and flexibility. Results of the study show that the most effective learning methods in the online format are those that combine active student participation and individual approach to learning. The main advantages of using such methods are to increase students’ motivation and interest and to improve the quality of learning in general. The results obtained have practical relevance for the development of effective online courses and the improvement of the online education process.

Государственная политика в сфере образования ставит новые практические задачи, в частности, научиться включать обучающихся с отличительными от нормы здоровья состояниями в инклюзивное образовательное пространство, сохраняя и укрепляя их здоровье. Социально-диспетчерская деятельность школьного консилиума рассматривается в статье как ключевой механизм, обеспечивающий достойное качество жизни школьников в условиях охранительного клинико-педагогического режима и индивидуального образовательного маршрута. Практическим путем установлено, что педагогические работники могут грамотно ориентироваться в медицинских вопросах, учитывать специальные образовательные потребности учащихся. Методы исследования. Были изучены 68 выписанных школьным консилиумом МКОУ «СОШ №25 г. Нижнеудинск» направлений обучающихся к медицинским специалистам, в профессиональной работе которых усматривалась высокая значимость для образовательного процесса. Проведенное исследование позволило сделать следующие выводы: эффективность оказания социально-педагогической помощи со стороны специалистов школьного консилиума может достигать 89,7% успешности и способствовать постановкам новых диагнозов, уточнению или изменению ранее данных медицинских рекомендаций обучающимся; 94,1% конструктивных обращений в систему здравоохранения впоследствии может качественно отразиться на специальных условиях обучения школьников. В работе проведен анализ социально-диспетчерской деятельности, поставлены проблемные вопросы, намечены возможные варианты их решения. It has been practically established that teaching staff can competently navigate medical issues, take into account the special educational needs of students. Research methods. 68 referrals of students to medical specialists subscribed by the school concilium of the Moscow State Educational Institution «Secondary School No. 25 of Nizhneudinsk», whose professional work was seen to be of high importance for the educational process, were studied. В статье представлена разработанная практико-ориентированная модель непре- рывного сопровождения профессионального самоопределения детей и молодёжи в муниципальной системе образования — схематическое изображение построе- ния процесса непрерывного сопровождения профессионального самоопределения детей и молодёжи в муниципальной системе образования, в котором обозначены основные компоненты и взаимосвязи между ними. Модель состоит из функционально-целевого, процессуально-деятельностного и контрольно-оценочного блоков. В процессе реализации модели у обучающихся формируется потребность в навигации индивидуальной траекто- рии развития. Модель способствует обеспечению непрерывности процесса сопровожде- ния профессионального самоопределения детей и молодёжи в муниципальной системе образования благодаря созданным психолого-педагогическим условиям. Представленная модель имеет своё теоретическое основание: разработаны психолого-педагогические условия, необходимые для практической реализации данной модели; показана необхо- димость создания предпосылок для проявления активности субъектов образовательного процесса в рамках профориентационной работы; обоснован принцип соблюдения непре- рывности сопровождения профессионального самоопределения обучающихся от стар- шего дошкольного возраста до выпуска их из общеобразовательного учреждения в про- фориентационной навигации индивидуальной траектории развития. Также обоснована необходимость учета индивидуальных профессиональные предпочтения и склонности к различным видам профессиональной деятельности. Проведен анализ профориентаци- онной работы в муниципальном образовании, что потребовало подбора объективных кри- териев и показателей согласующихся с региональной системой работы по профориента- ции обучающихся. Полученные результаты экспериментальной проверки разработанной практико-ориентированной модели свидетельствует о высокой её эффективности, а также о готовности детей и молодёжи в муниципальной системе образования к профессиональ- ному самоопределению., In the article is presented developed practice-oriented model of continuous support of professional self-determination of children and youth in the municipal education system — is a schematic representation of the construction of the process of continuous support of professional self-determination of children and youth in the municipal education system, in which the main components and interrelations between them are identified. The model consists of functional-target, procedural-activity and control-evaluation blocks. In the process of implementing the model, students have a need to navigate an individual trajectory of development. We can also talk about ensuring the continuity of the process of supporting the professional self-determination of children and youth in the municipal education system due to the created psychological and pedagogical conditions. The presented model has its own theoretical description: the psychological and pedagogical conditions necessary for the practical implementation of this model are substantiated; the necessity of creating prerequisites for the manifestation of the activity of the subjects of the educational process in the process of career guidance is shown.; the principle of compliance with the continuity of support of professional self-determination of students from the senior preschool age to their graduation from a general education institution in the career guidance navigation of an individual development trajectory is substantiated. The necessity of taking into account individual professional preferences and inclinations to various types of professional activity, is also substantiated. Одним из направлений работы школы является взаимодействие с семьей обучающихся. Традиционный подход в работе с родителями становится недостаточно эффективным, и требуется его пересмотр и включение активных форм работы. Для решения данной проблемы в Центре непрерывного повышения педагогического мастерства в рамках курсовой подготовки «Проектирование индивидуального образовательного маршрута педагога в информационно-образовательном пространстве края» организована работа для педагогов в мастерской «Педагог и семья: мосты взаимодействия», где они знакомятся с активными формами работы с родителями. В статье рассматриваются возможности курсовой подготовки для повышения компетентности педагогов в вопросах взаимодействия с родителями. Особое внимание в рамках мастерской уделяется системной работе в виде родительского всеобуча и семейного клуба. По итогам работы педагоги разрабатывают индивидуальный образовательный маршрут по внедрению активных форм взаимодействия с родителями в практическую деятельность., One of the areas of the school's work is interaction with students' families. This article examines the possibilities of training to enhance teachers' competence in the interaction with parents. Particular attention in the workshop is paid to systematic work in the form of parent general education and family club. According to the results of the work teachers develop an individual educational route for the implementation of active forms of interaction with parents in practice.

В статье рассматриваются особенности использования видеоматериала на занятиях по иностранному языку. Пoдчеркивается, чтo в настoящее время испoльзoвание видеоконтента стало важным фактором повышения качества изучения иностранного языка, способом повышения мотивации и одним из средств индивидуализации обучения. В статье представлены этапы работы над видеоматериалом, приводятся примеры заданий и виды деятельности, даются рекомендации по использованию того или иного типа упражнений. Перечислен разный инструментарий, который можно использовать в обучении иностранному языку и совершенствовании навыков перевода. Кратко описываются средства LMS Moodle для интеграции видеоматериалов и заданий к ним в образовательный процесс с последующим использованием на занятиях в аудитории, упоминаются другие доступные web-платформы и мобильные приложения для использования в образовательных целях. Приводятся данные проведенного опроса среди обучающихся., The article deals with using video during foreign language classes. It is emphasized that at the present time the use of video has become an important factor in improving the quality of learning foreign languages, a means of increasing motivation and one of the methods of personification of education. The article presents the stages of work on videos and examples of tasks and types of classroom activities, gives recommendations on the use of this or that exercise. Various educational tools for teaching a foreign language and interpreting or translating are mentioned. Brief description of LMS (Learning management System) Moodle is given and the ways of integrating video and the video-based tasks for their further use in the classroom with the help of this system. Other public web platforms and mobile applications that could be used for educational purposes are reported. Results of a survey conducted among students are demonstrated.

Deontological teacher`s and parents preparation for the joint design of the individual educational route of students is one of the main conditions for the successful solution of the problems of modern education, focused on its humanization and individualization. The aim of the study is to develop and test a deontological model of teacher`s and parents training for the joint design of an individual educational route for students. A pedagogical experiment was carried out, consisting of the introduction of the developed deontological model into the practice of the activities of a general education school. The experimental and control groups were formed, which consisted of 249 parents and 62 teachers. The pedagogical experiment lasted for one academic year. The following were revealed: positive changes in the position of parents and teachers of the experimental group in interaction with each other, an increase in the number of respondents characterized by a reliable level of deontological readiness for joint pedagogical design (an increase of 56,6%), the actualization of the professional self-determination of high school students.

The model is based on components of an individual educational route: target-oriented, meaningful, technological, diagnostic, organizational and pedagogical. The article indicates at possibilities of individualization of educational routes, the model may be used to construct them: a sequential educational trajectory and variable educational trajectories. Much attention is paid to the description of variable trajectories including studying of course topics consistently though providing the choice what educational content should be studied and what practical tasks are to be solved; the studying of the course topics in a sequential-free version (some of the course topics are compulsory, some of the course topics can be chosen by the students according to their interests). The article describes ways to collect a digital footprint to use it further on to choose an educational trajectory, to alter the content and structure of the program, to assess the effectiveness of the program. The presented model can be implemented in teaching first-year students the Kuboro design in additional educational organizations while using distance technologies.

В статье рассматривается понятие, содержание, структура и этапы проектирования индивидуального образовательного маршрута профессионального роста педагога дополнительного образования на примере МБУ ДО «Дом детского творчества» с. Кочубеевское Ставропольского края, представлены результаты его реализации. Основными характеристиками педагога дополнительного образования являются мобильность, быстрота принятия решений, готовность работать в нестандартных условиях, гибкость мышления, постоянное самообразование и др. В качестве форм, интегрирующих весь индивидуальный опыт педагогов, авторы рекомендуют персональные веб-сайты педагогов, их личные страницы на профессиональных сайтах; интернет-форумы и заочные научно-практические конференции; зум-конференции, профессиональные группы в социальных сетях. В статье делается вывод о том, что ожидаемым результатом реализации индивидуального образовательного маршрута является повышение профессиональной адаптированности педагога дополнительного образования, его мотивации к профессиональному росту., The article deals with the concept, content, structure and stages of designing an individual educational route of professional growth of a teacher of additional education on the example of the House of Children’s Creativity from Kochubeyevskoye, Stavropol Krai, and presents the results of its implementation. The main characteristics of a teacher of additional education are mobility, speed of decision-making, willingness to work in non-standard conditions, flexibility of thinking, constant self-education, etc. As forms that integrate the entire individual experience of teachers, the authors recommend: personal websites of teachers, their personal pages on professional sites; Internet forums and correspondence scientific and practical conferences; zoom conferences, professional groups in social networks. The article concludes that the expected result of the implementation of the individual educational route is an increase in the professional adaptability of the teacher of additional education, his motivation for professional growth, and further self-education and self-development.

The author considers distance learning as an opportunity to individualize the study of certain disciplines. According to the author, it is the use of individual educational routes in the educational process that will allow students to develop components of prediction and self-regulation. The article presents theoretical description of the specifics of training in pandemic conditions. The results of empirical research prove that when organizing an individual course of study of a discipline during a semester, students improve their forecasting and self-regulation skills.

Система образования выстраивает свою деятельность в условиях высокой степени неопределенности. Современный мир предъявляет все новые требования к выпускникам вузов, и на первый план выходят не столько профессиональные навыки, сколько так называемые софт скиллс — гибкие навыки. В то же время система образования уже давно пытается реализовать индивидуальный подход к обучению, с учетом особенностей обучающихся. Данный подход реализуется в формате индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов и траекторий. Однако на практике еще не встречалось построение индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов, связанных с формированием гибких навыков. В статье рассматривается опыт Югорского государственного университета, где реализован опыт построения индивидуального образовательного маршрута по формированию надпрофессиональных навыков на основе их предварительной диагностики. Студенты-первокурсники приходят в вуз не только с разным уровнем базовой подготовки, но и с разным уровнем сформированности софт скиллс. В процессе обучения в вузе гибкие навыки так или иначе развиваются, однако их формирование носит несистемный, хаотичный характер. Опыт Югорского университета демонстрирует возможность управлять этим процессом. Это, в свою очередь, позволяет понять, какими компетенциями будет обладать выпускник вуза, и делает его более востребованным на рынке труда, поскольку именно сформированность таких навыков, как системное мышление, критическое мышление, креативное мышление, коммуникация, коллаборация, эмоциональный интеллект, повышает конкурентоспособность выпускника на рынке и дает возможность не только удачного трудоустройства, но и дальнейшего карьерного успеха., The education system is operating under a high degree of uncertainty. However, in practice, the construction of individual educational routes associated with the formation of soft skills has not yet been encountered. The article discusses the experience of Yugra State University, where the experience of building an individual educational route for the formation of soft skills is realized, based on their preliminary diagnosis. First-year students come to the university not only with different levels of basic training, but also with different levels of soft skills formation. In the process of studying at a university, soft skills develop in one way or another, but their formation is not systematic, chaotic. The experience of Yugra State University demonstrates the ability to manage this process. Развитие творческих способностей в дошкольном возрасте обеспечивает успешность процесса социализации ребенка. Актуальность исследования определяется возросшими требованиями ФГОС ДО к психолого-педагогическому сопровождению творческого развития детей дошкольного возраста и недостаточной представленностью необходимого инструментария для развития творческих способностей детей. Исследователями определены особенности развития творческих способностей детей старшего дошкольного возраста средствами технического моделирования, где акцент делается на организации самостоятельной познавательной и практической деятельности. Описывается разработанная авторами программа развития творческих способностей старших дошкольников посредством технического моделирования и экспериментальная работа по ее апробации. Программы выстраиваются по блокам: «Конструирование моделей представителей животного мира», «Техническое конструирование моделей транспортных средств», «Конструирование творческих моделей и выставка работ». В каждом блоке работа с детьми выстраивалась от простого к сложному и заканчивалась выставкой, разыгрыванием мини-спектакля, соревнованием, конкурсом. Техническое моделирование способствует развитию творческих способностей, самовыражению и самореализации ребенка, познавательных процессов, интереса к технике, профессиям и т. д. Апробация программы проходила на базе дошкольного образовательного учреждения г. Тулы в подготовительной группе. Исходя из результатов, полученных на констатирующем и контрольном этапе эксперимента, можно сделать вывод об успешности программы развития творческих способностей старших дошкольников посредством технического моделирования и возможностью ее применения в дошкольных учреждениях. В процессе моделирования дошкольники решают искусственно созданную ситуацию, которую ставит взрослый, поэтому актуализируются вопросы подготовки воспитателей к конструктивно-технической деятельности с детьми — от постановки технической задачи до воплощения творческого замысла в практической деятельности., The development of creative abilities in preschool age ensures the success of the child’s socialization process. The authors describe the program for the development of the creative abilities in senior preschoolers through technical modeling and experimental work on its testing, developed by the authors. The programs are organized in a number of blocks: “Design of animal models”, “Technical design of vehicle models”, “Design of creative models and exhibition of works”. In each block the work with children was built from simple to complex and ended with an exhibition, a mini-performance, a competition, a contest. Technical modeling contributes to the development of creative abilities, self-expression and self-realization of the child, cognitive processes, interest in technology, professions, etc. The program was tested on the basis of a preschool educational institution in Tula in a preparatory group. Based on the results obtained at the ascertaining and control stage of the experiment, it can be concluded that the program for the development of the creative abilities in older preschoolers through technical modeling and the possibility of its application in preschool institutions is successful. The progress to "cloud-based learning" and transition to "personalized learning" occur within digital transformation of education. Within this context, the authors analyse regulatory documents and recommendations outlined by the professional, teaching, and psychological communities and making the research relevant. The research question put up in the paper is: how to plot maps for developing the information competency of students in conditions of digital transformation. Theoretical substantiation is presented for the following phenomena under study: digital transformation, mapping, individual educational path, the information competency of students. It is pointed out that mapping is the process of creating maps for reducing the unpredictability effect and solving the problem of choice, a way of visualization of the future, and a strategy of one's self-development. It is highlighted that the individual educational route is the authors' approach to self-fulfilment in the real and virtual world. They describe the approach to understanding the student information competency as the key meta-subject educational one. This competency consists of the cognitive, motivational, and activity-based components which are provided with details by students via "understanding", generating their own meanings, and enriching their subject experience. In the paper, the stages of pedagogical support and fulfilment of maps for developing the said competency are described, too: the ascertaining one, transforming, and analytical ones. The pedagogical experience of mapping is summed up which is associated with the students' plotting and fulfilling various types of maps outlined by the authors: subject maps, meta-subject (mental) maps, portfolio maps as the digital footprint, start-up maps. The total of various maps represents the databases and analytical methods of their research. For studying the former, the authors used the expert appraisal method and applied some psychological techniques. The principal research results can be summarized by the statement: in the period of digital transformation and the pandemic, maps have to be plotted for settling emotions in conditions of lockdown and uncertainty, for supporting the relevant student initiatives, and for shaping their profound unmistakable "digital footprint", which characterizes the students' high information competency development level.

В статье сосредоточено внимание на некоторых аспектах внедрения модели совершенствования профессиональных умений воспитателей дошкольных образовательных организаций в процессе проектирования индивидуального образовательного маршрута для дошкольников средствами художественного образования. Внедрение данной модели рассматривается в контексте освоения слушателями курсов повышения квалификации модуля программы дополнительного профессионального образования. Модель состоит из ориентировочно-целевого, содержательно-практического и результативного блоков. Обоснованы этапы реализации модели, включающие конструирование вариативного блока программы повышения квалификации с учетом педагогического запроса, освоение алгоритма проектирования индивидуального образовательного маршрута слушателями, оценку результативности. Показан пример педагогической деятельности преподавателя по достижению целей модели, структурированный в виде пошаговых действий внутри каждого этапа. Раскрыто содержание критериев результативности (мотивационно-ценностного, познавательного, деятельностно-творческого, аналитического). Сделан вывод о том, что алгоритмизированное внедрение авторской модели разрешает профессиональные затруднения воспитателей, связанные с построением индивидуального образовательного маршрута для их воспитанников, формирует новые педагогические умения, позволяет представлять достигнутые результаты на конкурсах профессионального мастерства., The article focuses on some aspects of introducing a model for improving the pre-school educators professional skills into the process of designing an individual educational route for pre-school children by means of art education. The implementation of this model is considered in the context of students mastering advanced training courses in the module of the supplementary professional education program. The model consists of approximate target, substantive, practical and effective blocks. The stages of the implementation of the model are substantiated, including the design of the continuing education program variable block taking into account the pedagogical request, the development of the algorithm for designing an individual educational route by students, the evaluation of performance. An example of the teachers pedagogical activity to achieve the goals of the model, structured in the form of step-by-step actions within each stage, is shown. The content of the performance criteria (motivational-value, cognitive, activity-creative, analytical) is disclosed. It is concluded that the algorithmized implementation of the authors model solves the professional difficulties of educators associated with the their pupils individual educational route construction, forms new pedagogical skills, and makes it possible to present the results achieved at professional skills contests., №1(138) (2020)

В статье обозначена актуальность эффективной деятельности преподавателя-тьютора в сопровождении и реализации индивидуального образовательного маршрута слушателя в дополнительном профессиональном образовании (ДПО), исследования подходов, педагогических технологий, форм в организации указанного процесса. В этой связи представлена попытка обоснования дальнейших перспектив использования новых форм, в которых предусматривается образовательный запрос слушателя в ДПО. Доказывается, что работа преподавателя с образовательным запросом обучающегося позволяет объединять получаемую информацию о существующих образовательных ресурсах с имеющимся у него профессиональным и личным опытом. Рассматривается инновационный опыт разработки сопровождения и реализации индивидуального образовательного маршрута (ИОМ) слушателя Серебряного университета ГАОУ ВО «Московский городской педагогический университет» (МГПУ) с использованием технологий открытого образования и тьюторского сопровождения, а также посреднической роли преподавателя-тьютора. Представлена программа тьюториалов по сопровождению и реализации ИОМ слушателя в ДПО, состоящая из этапа входа, пяти блоков, которые можно использовать как конструктор в любой последовательности, и выхода. Каждый этап программы сопровождения является самостоятельным и законченным, поэтому она может быть вариативна, благодаря чему достигается универсальность ее применения. Обозначены подходы к использованию вышеназванных технологий на каждом этапе сопровождения ИОМ в ДПО, определена сущность и специфика их использования. Сделаны выводы о том, что отбор технологических инструментов, форм работы, выявление образовательного замысла обучающегося, сопровождение и реализация его индивидуального образовательного маршрута, а также рефлексия происходящих образовательных событий в ДПО помогает преподавателю удержать личностный смысл профессиональной активности предпенсионера и построить, реализовать образовательный маршрут., The article highlights the relevance of effective activity of the teacher-tutor in support and implementation of the individual educational route of the listener in the CPE (continuing professional education), research of approaches, pedagogical technologies, and forms of this process arrangement. It is proved that the work of the teacher with the educational request of the student allows combining the information received about existing educational resources with the professional and personal experience that he has. The article deals with the innovative experience of developing support and implementing an individual educational route for a student of the Silver University of SAEI HE “MSPU” using technologies of open education and tutor support, as well as the intermediary role of a teacher-tutor. The program of tutorials in support and implementation of the IOM of the listener in the CPE, which consists of an entry stage, five blocks that can be used as a constructor in any sequence, and an exit, is presented. Each stage of the support program is independent and complete, so it can be variable. This ensures the universality of its application. The approaches to the use of the above-mentioned technologies at each stage of IOM support in CPE are outlined; the essence and specifics of their use are defined. It is concluded that selection of technological tools, forms of work, identification of the educational plan of the student, support and implementation of his individual educational route, as well as reflection of ongoing educational events in the CPE helps the teacher to keep the personal meaning of the professional activity of the pre-pensioner and build, implement an educational route. В современном мире образование на протяжении всей жизни становится перманентным процессом, в который все активнее вовлекаются и обучающиеся серебряного возраста — студенты Серебряного университета возрастной категории от 55 лет и старше. В данном аспекте все чаще возникает необходимость не только в составлении образовательного маршрута, но и в построении системы тьюторского сопровождения данного процесса с учетом индивидуальных и возрастных особенностей обучающихся. Специфика тьюторского сопровождения обучающихся Серебряного университета заключается в организации работы на материале реального опыта людей (учебного, профессионального, социального и т. д.) с целью расширения собственных возможностей тьюторантов, подключения субъективного отношения к построению продвижения к успеху. Профессиональная позиция тьютора при работе с данной целевой аудиторией ориентирована не только на помощь в составлении индивидуальной образовательной программы, оказание поддержки в процессе следования по индивидуальному образовательному маршруту, но и на непрерывное удержание равновесной ситуации между реальными возможностями тьюторанта и объемом его запроса, постоянную рефлексию динамических показателей образовательных воздействий. Основной формой реализации тьюторского сопровождения является тьюториал. Для изучения специфики организации и проведения тьюториалов при сопровождении разработки и реализации индивидуального образовательного маршрута обучающихся Серебряного университета были использованы методы обзора научной литературы, анализа профессиональной деятельности тьютора, наблюдения и социологического опроса. Индуктивно определены профессиональные задачи тьютора при сопровождении обучающихся серебряного возраста, проведено микроисследование, в результате которого было выделено три блока тем, актуальных для обучающихся данной целевой группы. В статье представлены основные принципы, средства и методы работы с данной целевой аудиторией, в качестве примера приводится разработанная на основе результатов исследования технологическая карта для проведения тьюториала с обучающимися Серебряного университета., In the modern world, lifelong lasting education is becoming a permanent process, in which the retired people are being actively involved, therefore the students of the Silver University are above 55 years. In this aspect, it is essential not only to draw up an educational route, but also to set up a system of tutorial support, taking into account the individual and age characteristics of students. The basis of tutorial support for students at Silver University is to arrange the work taking into account the students’ background (educational, professional, social, etc.) with the aim of expanding the personal capabilities of tutorants, lining up the road towards success. The professional tutor, working with such audience, should be focused not only on assisting to draw up an individual educational program, providing support in the following of an individual educational route, but also on continuously maintaining the balance between the real capabilities of the tutorant and the volume of his request. The main form of tutor’s support is tutorial. To study the specifics of organizing and conducting tutorials with development and implementation of an individual educational route for Silver University students, such methods as reviewing scientific literature, analyzing professional activities of a tutor, observing and conducting a sociological survey were used. The professional tasks of the tutor were inductively determined; a micro-study was conducted resulted in identification of three blocks of topics relevant for students of a certain age group. Ключевая тенденция развития современного образования — массовое внедрение в работу педагогов электронного обучения, дистанционных образовательных технологий, образовательных медиаресурсов. В статье рассмотрены такие понятия, как «медиаресурс», «медиаобразование», охарактеризованы их образовательные возможности и перспективы. Особое внимание уделено трактовке понятия «медиаобразовательная среда». Актуализированы виды учебного видео, определены основные виды медиаресурсов, используемые в настоящее время педагогами-практиками. Как медиаобразование становится инструментом для формирования медиаобразовательной среды, так и медиаресурсы становятся инструментами работы педагогов. Тематика знакомства и взаимодействия педагога с медиаресурсами представлена сквозь призму выбора индивидуального образовательного маршрута в дополнительном профессиональном образовании. Определена роль медиаресурсов и медиаобразовательной среды в проектировании и реализации индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов педагогов в системе дополнительного профессионального образования. Теоретическую базу работы составляют результаты анализа научно-педагогической литературы, посвященной данным вопросам. Эмпирическая база работы — анализ структуры предлагаемых программ на официальных сайтах организаций дополнительного профессионального образования на предмет включения разделов, посвященных работе с медиаресурсами. При возрастающем интересе к перспективам использования в образовании медиаресурсов уровень и темпы изменения соответствующих разделов в программах дополнительного профессионального образования часто не соответствуют тем возможностям, которые предоставляет внедрение образовательных медиаресурсов. Анализ существующей практики в дополнительном профессиональном образовании выявляет дефицит в подготовке педагогов в части изучения основ применения медиаресурсов. При анализе содержания программ профессиональной переподготовки и повышения квалификации выявляются пробелы в наличии разделов, связанных с реализацией потенциала медиаресурсов., The key trend in the development of modern education is the massive introduction of e-learning, distance learning technologies, and educational media resources into the work of teachers. The article considers such concepts as “media resource”, “media education”; their educational opportunities and prospects are characterized. Particular attention is paid to the interpretation of the concept of “media environment”. The types of instructional videos are updated; the main types of media resources currently used by practitioners are identified. As media education becomes a tool for the formation of a media educational environment, so media resources become tools for educators. The topic of acquaintance and interaction of the teacher with media resources is presented through the prism of choosing an individual educational route in additional professional education. The role of media resources and the media environment in the design and implementation of individual educational routes of teachers in the system of additional professional education is determined. The theoretical basis of the work is the analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on these issues. The empirical base of work is an analysis of the structure of the proposed programs on the official websites of organizations of additional professional education for the inclusion of sections devoted to working with media resources. With growing interest in the prospects of using media resources in education, the level and pace of changes in the relevant sections in continuing education programs often do not correspond to the opportunities provided by the introduction of educational media resources. An analysis of existing practice in additional professional education reveals a shortage in the training of teachers in studying the basics of using media resources. В статье поставлена проблема построения программы массовой, ускоренной и эффективной подготовки тьюторов в системе дополнительного профессионального образования. Намечен эскиз теоретических основ подготовки тьюторов на основе индивидуального образовательного маршрута. Для более глубокого рассмотрения проблемы заданы следующие контексты: вызовы современной ситуации; философия человека; современные тенденции развития и технологические инновации в образовании. На основе анализа контекстов сделан вывод, что, кроме компетенции решать закрытые задачи, которые имеют единственный правильный ответ, нужно выращивать компетенцию решения открытых задач, где нет известных ответов. Одна из профессий, которая будет помогать в овладении подобной компетентностью, — тьютор. Открытые задачи касаются не только материального мира (hard skills), взаимодействия с другими (soft skills), но и самоорганизации, самоопределения, самопонимания (self-skills). Тьютор рассматривается как профессионал, помогающий тьюторанту в освоении self-skills. Также тьютор как одна из профессий, сопровождающих становление человека в образовательном пространстве, становится все более востребованной в условиях неопределенности для таких целевых групп, как обучающиеся на домашнем (семейном) обучении, готовящиеся к поступлению в престижные иностранные и российские вузы, активные предпенсионеры и пенсионеры. Предлагается теоретическое описание подготовки тьюторов, а также приводятся конкретные техники с описанием, отзывами участников и методическими рекомендациями. Сделан следующий вывод: ключевым компонентом для массовой подготовки тьюторов может стать работа с личностным вопросно-ответным полем в ходе тьюториалов. Theoretical foundations sketch of such training based on an individual educational route is proposed. The following contexts are given for a deeper consideration of the problem: challenges of the current situation; human philosophy; modern development trends and technological innovations in education. Based on the analysis of contexts, the author concludes that it is necessary to develop competence in solving open problems where there are no known answers, but not only the ability to solve closed problems that have the only correct answer. One of the professions that will help in mastering such competence is a tutor. Open tasks can relate not only to the material world (hard skills) and interaction with other people (soft skills), but also to self-organization, self-determination, self-understanding (self-skills). The tutor is regarded as a professional helping in mastering self-skills. Also, a tutor is one of the professionals that accompany the formation of a person in the educational space. This profession is becoming more and more popular in conditions of uncertainty for such target groups as students studying at home (family) education, those who are preparing to enter prestigious foreign and Russian universities, active pre-pensioners and retirees. The author offers a theoretical description of theoretical foundations of tutor training, specific techniques of tutorial work and methodological recommendations for their use. The following conclusion is made: working with a personal question-answer field during tutorials is a key component for mass training of tutors. В настоящее время все больше людей начинают разделять идеи образования на всем протяжении жизни (lifelong learning). Многие сталкиваются с необходимостью в течение жизни не только повышать квалификацию, но и менять профессию и сферу деятельности. В связи с увеличением продолжительности активной жизни во всем мире возникла проблема занятости людей предпенсионного и пенсионного возраста. Часть из них тоже готова учиться — как для освоения новых возможностей заработка, так и для удовлетворения своих познавательных и интеллектуальных потребностей. Однако не только школьники и студенты, но и взрослые люди, как правило, не готовы к разработке собственной образовательной программы, учитывающей их индивидуальные склонности и особенности жизненной ситуации. В статье обсуждается необходимость и возможность использования метода интерактивного вопрошания при тьюторском сопровождении образования взрослых. Особое внимание уделено современным представлениям о роли вопрошания в образовательном процессе и проблемах, связанных с его использованием в тьюторской деятельности. Введено представление о трех наиболее актуальных для организации процесса самообразования содержательных направлениях вопрошания. Описана подготовка студентов тьюторской магистратуры Московского городского педагогического университета к сопровождению слушателей Серебряного университета, разработанная на основе метода интерактивного вопрошания, и представлены результаты последующей работы студентов. Опыт использования студентами методов интерактивного вопрошания в проведении тьюторских сессий со слушателями Серебряного университета подтверждает, что эти методы применимы и эффективны в работе с людьми предпенсионного и пенсионного возраста. Particular attention is paid to modern ideas about the role of questions and questioning in the process of learning and the problems that arise when it is used in tutoring. Authors present the concept of the three intentions of questioning which are most essential for the organization of learning. The training for students at the Moscow State Pedagogical University, developed on the basis of the interactive questioning method, is described, and the results of the students’ tutor support for the students of Silver University are presented. The experience of using interactive questioning methods confirms that these methods are applicable and effective in working with people of pre-retirement and retirement age. The article examines the features of designing an individual educational route at the discipline level of a professional module. After analyzing several definitions of the notion «individual educational route», the authors derive their own definition, which they rely on throughout the work. An individual educational route is an effective order for an individual-differentiated mastering of an educational program or discipline by students, which forms a personal position, a student's opinion when choosing a learning goal, the content and methods of organizing it in conditions specially created by higher education. The description of the sequence of the development of the route is shown, the factors and conditions for its implementation are formulated. The structure of individual educational routes is reflected, various options for their development are proposed. The structure selected and analyzed components from the point of view of various authors. The authors note that the professional and personal development of students and their level of readiness for the independent choice of an individual educational route depend on the literacy of building an individual educational route. The authors conducted an experiment which showed that, thanks to such an important element, as competent pedagogical conditions allow an increase in the percentage of students' readiness. The results of the work can be used to further develop the issue of building individual educational routes at the level of the disciplines of the professional module in higher education.

Анализируется вопрос моделирования индивидуального образовательного маршрута (ИОМ) для ребенка с ограниченными возможностями здоровья (ОВЗ) как инструмента сопровождения детей данной категории в образовательном процессе в условиях инклюзивного образования. Уточнены понятия «моделирование», «инклюзивная компетентность педагога» с целью более точного описания авторского материала по данному направлению. Описаны этапы моделирования ИОМ как средства наиболее эффективного усвоения ребенком осваиваемой им образовательной программы и системной организации инклюзивного пространства в образовательной организации. Моделирование ИОМ представлено в качестве открытого совместного рефлексивного действия всех участников сопровождения ребенка. Представлены результаты исследовательских мероприятий (фокус-группы и апробации) по процедуре составления ИОМ всеми субъектами образовательного процесса, включающего в себя коррекционные, развивающие, реабилитационные и иные мероприятия для ребенка с ОВЗ. Отмечены положительные эффекты данной работы, которые проявились в виде феноменов децентрации, актуализации коммуникативной, исследовательской, управленческой, рефлексивной компетентностей у участников совместной деятельности по составлению ИОМ, осознанного взаимодействия всех специалистов с более глубоким пониманием и ответственным отношением к работе с детьми с ОВЗ.
