Stock comprises materials, at different stages of processing, that are not currently in use in the company, but are maintained to meet future demands. Represents the set of resources used in the company's production process. To remain in the market, the company must have good inventory management and avoid excessive stocking or lack of materials for direct sales to the customer. The general objective of this article is to identify the importance of inventory management activities in the corporate logistics context. The work in question was carried out in a qualitative manner, through bibliographical research, having as its theoretical basis works by several renowned authors, including Chiavenato (2006); Ballou (2015); Fernandes (2012); Trigueiro (2016); Jardim (2014). As a result, we found that inventory management is a crucial element for the success of any business, whether small or large, regardless of the sector in which it operates. Therefore, we conclude that inventory management as a logistical activity is of paramount importance in the corporate world, given its complexity and marketing dynamism and contribution to achieving organizational objectives. This essay aims to explore the importance of education for life, not only as a tool for individual success, but as a force that empowers people to build a more just and prosperous society. From bibliographic research, theoretical methods are used such as documentary analysis, which allowed the study of bibliography and documents, as well as inductive and deductive methods that allowed us to reflect on education for life and arrive at the following conclusions: Reinforce the importance of education for life in Basic General Education and emphasize the need for an education that goes beyond the mere accumulation of knowledge; highlight the importance of life education for personal, social and professional development; defend education for life as a fundamental right for all; propose solutions and strategies; suggest actions to transform traditional education into education for life and urge governments and educational institutions to invest in education for life. Education for life is an imperative for the 21st century. Only through education that prepares people for the challenges of today's world can we build a better future. It is time to transform traditional education into education for life. We have the responsibility of providing new generations with the tools they need to function successfully in a constantly changing world. Education for life is a fundamental right for everyone. All children and young people have the right to an education that allows them to develop their maximum potential and contribute to society. The future of education is in education for life. Taking into consideration the diversity of cost models and their importance for microenterprises, the objective of this article is to propose some recommendations for the use of cost models in banana producing microenterprises. It was considered that the research is bibliographic in nature, because the compilation of information from sources such as: books, theses, manuals, among others, are aimed at supporting the stated objective, thus contributing to the knowledge, development and solution of problems linked to microenterprises. It is concluded that: cost models are important tools for banana producing microenterprises. If used correctly, they can help microbusinesses improve their efficiency, profitability and decision making. Cost models can help banana producing microenterprises identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability, as they can provide important information that they can use to make more informed decisions about production, resource management and finances. The use of cost models in banana producing microenterprises can contribute to the competitiveness of this sector in Ecuador, to adapt to changes in the market and to improve its environmental sustainability. It is important to implement a cost model per process since banana production is a continuous and homogeneous activity, where the real values of each process, both total and unitary, can be known, helping the owner to have a greater organization of the inputs they bring as a result cost optimization. The objective of this article is to reflect on the environment and the importance it has for humanity. The research work assumed a qualitative approach, from which bibliographic research is carried out. The development of education and vocational training is the cause and responsibility of the whole society, an essential content of the national human resource development strategy and planning; in which vocational colleges hold important positions and roles. In recent years, the network of vocational colleges has grown rapidly and widely throughout the country, the force of teachers and administrators as well as the number of trainees participating in vocational training has grown tremendously. With this development, accreditation of vocational education is a necessary requirement and plays an important role. A study of the State's legal documents, the requirements of practice, and survey results on vocational education quality accreditation show that this activity plays an important role in developing vocational education. On the basis of survey and evaluation, combined with the regulations of the State, this study identifies the importance and the factors affecting the accreditation of vocational education quality in colleges, thereby recommending solutions to improve the quality of this activity in the future. The present study is based on one of the most basic questions of Literary Studies: What Literature for? From a dialogue with the thought of Mikhail Bakhtin (2011; 2014; 2017; 2018), Antoine Compagnon (2009) and Antônio Cândido (2002; 2011), we seek to build a reflection that can incite the debate on this issue. Special education is configured as something essential to ensure the equity of students with disabilities, so public education institutions must ensure access to AEE rooms so that the student can develop their skills and abilities normally, given that inclusive education is a right guaranteed by the federal constitution. However, it is very important to discuss this topic today, so that some paradigms that still exist are broken and also to better understand how this service happens in the public education network. However, the involvement of both the school team and the family is necessary so that access to this education is actually effective and generates positive results for the student, taking into account the level of learning of each student, and each person learns in the its rhythm and it is essential to have this look focused on this issue in special education. This article aims to reflectively address the importance of AEE (Specialized Educational Assistance) in special education in public schools, emphasizing it as a component of teaching and learning. This is a qualitative research, of a bibliographic nature, which was developed based on materials already prepared, composed mainly of scientific articles and books, centered on authors such as: Mantoan (2007), Silva (2009), Freire (2008), among others. Through this research, it was evidenced that the AEE rooms are of fundamental importance to guarantee an egalitarian and quality education, but the investments in this service are still not enough, because the pedagogical resources are few. Las habilidades blandas, también conocidas como habilidades socioemocionales o habilidades para la vida, se describen como imprescindibles para un desarrollo integral del conocimiento y la educación. Las habilidades blandas se pueden agrupar en tres categorías: habilidades interpersonales, habilidades cognitivas, y habilidades para el control emocional. Estas tres categorías no trabajan de forma independiente, sino que generalmente se interrelacionan. Su importancia radica en que son valiosas para el desarrollo de la vida profesional y laboral. Se destacan como importantes, entre otras: comunicación asertiva, capacidad de negociación, confianza, cooperación, empatía, toma de decisiones, pensamiento crítico, autoevaluación, análisis y comprensión de consecuencias, y manejo de la ira, la tristeza y la frustración. Vistas como dimensiones interrelacionadas serían: aprender a saber, aprender a hacer, aprender a ser y aprender a vivir en sociedad. Se trata, así mismo, el egocentrismo como conducta que debilita o anula las habilidades blandas.

An opinion survey carried to the academic medical community in order to determine the perceptions from medical teachers, students and graduates regarding the impact of the histology course on training. medical professional. Materials and methods: an opinion poll was developed using the Google Forms application and distributed online using social media. Results: 416 participations were obtained from medical graduates, 106 students and 13 teachers. Although the three populations studied gave opinions regarding the role of the course in accordance with the literature and the teaching tools used continue to be predominantly the traditional ones, a progressive shift towards an integration of the subject with clinical concepts, as well as a positive perception regarding the introduction of new didactic tools associated with the use of ICTs was observe. Conclusions: The histology course must be redefined in favor of a better application of its concepts to clinical practice, whether it is approached as an individual course or part of other general courses, and the teaching tools used must be aligned according to the principal objective propoused by teachers. This essay explores the impact of Harry Frankfurt's reflections on the importance we attach to certain things in general, as well as on love as a marked way in which something or someone can be important to us, to the fundamental question of the good life. I begin by examining the reasons why, according to the author, it is impossible to offer a non-circular answer to this question, reasons that make necessary an indirect way of approaching it. Starting from the Frankfurtian notion of importance, I then propose a critique of the so-called theory of desire, the most influential approach in current discussions about well-being or the good life. Finally, and after referring to the need, pointed out by Susan Wolf, to take into account the objective value of what matters to us, I present two considerations through which I try, with and against Frankfurt, to highlight what seems most valuable to me of his ideas about love. This text constituted the pronouncement of the School of Philosophy of the University of Zulia, in response to the document emanating from the Ministry of University Education of Venezuela called: "Re-dimensioning of the National System of University Admission, Based on the Reactivation of the Productive Apparatus" given to know in December 2020. This official document expresses the government's will to prioritize university careers considered extremely important, given the current socio-economic circumstances in Venezuela. However, we think that humanistic careers are not taken into account under any consideration and we interpret that such omission within the indicated document harms the future of the various careers of this nature. El presente artículo se centra en establecer la importancia que todo académico del Derecho debe conocer; ya sea como estudiante, docente universitario, abogado litigante, juez, fiscal y todo conocedor del mundo jurídico; tanto en el aprendizaje inicial, abarcando también la enseñanza superior y el estudio continuo del Derecho; los temas que se desarrollan a continuación fueron considerados con la finalidad de mejorar la calidad del proceso de enseñanza, estudio y aprendizaje del futuro abogado y del abogado en sí. Por ello el presente artículo, a través del estudio e interpretación del tema, se inicia a desarrollar conceptualizando cada uno de los aspectos relevantes del aprendizaje, la enseñanza y el estudio del Derecho; citando autores como, Atienza, Carbonell, Ossorio, López; entre otros que desarrollan temas relevantes respecto del Derecho.

Introducción: La primera infancia es el primer ciclo de vida de gran importancia que permite el desarrollo del individuo como persona. Pese a ello, existen componentes que han afectado negativamente la satisfacción de los usuarios en los Hogares Comunitarios de Bienestar-ICBF que trabajan en pro de los infantes, debido a esto, surge el modelo SERVQUAL como una solución que permite la medición de la calidad del servicio, conocer las percepciones y expectativas de los clientes, e identificar los factores que afectan la calidad del servicio. Objetivo: El presente estudio tiene como finalidad la aplicación del modelo SERVQUAL para la determinación de los factores que inciden en la satisfacción de los usuarios en los hogares infantiles. Metodología: El articulo consta de 3 fases: Recolección de información relevante al caso en estudio, Evaluación de la importancia, expectativa y percepción del usuario frente a los componentes calidad y Determinación de los componentes de calidad que inciden en la satisfacción de los usuarios. Resultados: Se logró la aplicación completa del modelo estadístico, obteniéndose que los componentes “salud y nutrición” son los que más afectan la percepción de la calidad del servicio, seguidos por los factores “Familia comunidad, proceso pedagógico y talento humano” que también tienen un importante índice de incidencia. Conclusiones: La empresa se encuentra en mejoramiento continuo, sin embargo, se hace necesario trabajar responsablemente para atender los componentes que influyen en la percepción de su servicio, para la obtención de un mayor índice de calidad.

O objetivo deste estudo qualitativo foi realizar uma análise exploratória dos fatores de importância e benefícios de implantação do sistema de informação de custos, no setor público do Brasil, e as possíveis barreiras para sua efetivação, por meio de uma análise de conteúdo, realizada nas conclusões de estudos CBC, publicados de 2012 a 2016. Os fatores de importância e barreiras foram quantificados e codificados. Encontrou-se evidências da existência, no caso brasileiro, de dez categorias de fatores de importância, tendo as dificuldades sido categorizadas em materiais e imateriais.

The present study has the general objective of investigating the role to be played by the New Information and Communication Technologies (NICTs) in relation to the crisis that Democracy is currently going through in some parts of the world, including Brazil. Will they have a positive or negative influence? What ideas can be implemented to motivate a healthy relationship between NICTs and Democracy? Inspecting, reviewing and monitoring administrative activities are necessary methods for Public Administration, and the performance of Internal Control is essential. This study aimed to investigate the performance of Internal Control in the Municipality of Sabará - Minas Gerais, through documentary study. The principles that guide Internal Control, the techniques used and the context of the municipality regarding the applicability of municipal laws, the Fiscal Responsibility Law and the Federal Constitution of 1988 were analyzed. Based on the documentation referring to the current legislation; it was found that there is no specific municipal law for Internal Control. In view of the above, it was found that Internal Control acts mostly in the procedures for analyzing bidding processes, with no procedure manuals, normative instructions, qualified servers, transparency and mainly organizational structure, aiming at several failures in complying with the legislation. It is concluded that once Internal Control is implemented in the Municipality of Sabará, specific legislation is required, and the organization and structuring of this body is essential to detect and avoid possible irregularities, which is essential for efficiency and effectiveness and the good use of public resources in the Administration. Through the study, it became evident that not only is the implementation of Internal Control extremely important, but also that it has specific legislation in order to be well structured, becoming an indispensable organ for Public Administration, for the administrator and especially for Social Control. This paper explores the inevitable pain that integration requires in our individuation process. The unspeakable agony we defended against in order to survive we now experience consciously, including moments of going out of existence at the core of our madness. Clinical examples are given of these 'extinction points' and the abject helplessness analysand and analyst suffer in the face of this destructiveness. Mexico is home to approximately 393 species of snakes, of which 210 only exist within its territory. These reptiles offer ecosystem services that provide benefits to humanity like pest control. Despite the fact that they have been venerated by our ancestors, there is currently a repudiation of them due to the ignorance and false information. Through an exhaustive bibliographic review, we present data regarding the importance of snakes or ophidians in our culture and their diversity in our country. We also mention the benefits they offer, the ignorance and myths towards them and the conflict with humans, emphasizing the causes that threaten their existence, as well as the importance of environmental education for its conservation. Vocational education was officially introduced in Portuguese public secondary schools in 2004, within the framework of the Europeanization of national educational policies. The main goals of this initiative were the increase of skilled labor and the diversification of the dual certification training, posing several challenges to schools. In this context, the main objective of the present study is to verify the perception held by the main educational actors of vocational courses in the public secondary school. To achieve this aim, a descriptive study was done using questionnaire surveys at a public secondary school that has offered vocational courses since its inception in 2004. Among the obtained results, it should be highlighted that according to the teachers and the directors, the vocational courses have been an asset to the consolidation of the goals of the educational project of the school, reinforcing its role in the training of qualified young people to the labor market and enhancing their identity, not to mention the remarkable improvement in student’s marks. In the students’ point of view, we must take into account the practical nature of the courses and orientation to the labor market, the quality of training, and the promotion of their educational success.

Parte-se da premissa de que o controle interno é importante no contexto das organizações públicas e tem-se por objetivo realizar uma análise das suas finalidades e importância na administração pública do Brasil e das barreiras para sua implantação. A estratégia de pesquisa desenvolvida é uma revisão sistemática da literatura e a realização de pesquisa documental em relatórios do TCU e da CGU. Identificou-se um conjunto de onze objetivos para atuação do SCI. Os resultados apontam também para uma categorização da importância do SCI no contexto do setor e as principais barreiras para sua implantação. Um quadro teórico de cinco categorias de importância do SCI foi constituído gestão do risco, informação, comportamento ético, imagem da entidade e proteção dos recursos públicos. As principais barreiras detectadas foram a falta de uma cultura de gestão ao risco, a carência de pessoal em número adequado e a qualidade técnica exigida.
