Purpose of the study: to consider and implement in practice a system for displaying content on screens of different resolutions and orientations in relation to an educational institution, using both a pure Smart TV (built-in browser of modern TV) and a player connected to Digital Signage screens. In system engineering, the main emphasis (and, as a result, the key task) is on the absence of duplication of content for different types of output screens (including interactive touchscreen kiosks), which is especially important because the implemented system will be built on free, open-source technologies and integrated into the current university website, which no other proprietary Digital Signage software system can offer.Materials and methods: the study uses different methods of transformation and output of content, but adaptation methods based on cascading style sheets (CSS) are mainly used. The experience of foreign programmers working with adaptive layouts for the web and operating their own blogs was studied (in the “Reference” section). Compromise methods for displaying graphic images and video materials are considered and proposed based on the experience gained during testing of the prototype system. Results: development of a system for displaying content on multi-format screens, requiring minimal subsequent support and intervention from the administrator responsible for filling it with content. An analysis of some potential solutions and their compatibility was carried out, taking into account browser support for CSS3 and HTML5 standards, and working solutions were selected that can be used in the design of individual templates for displaying content in hypertext format and CSS designs (rules) that work for the purpose of the study. The article compares approaches to designing adaptive templates for displaying web content in HTML (hypertext) format. The basic principles are considered under which content intended primarily for a university website can, without a third-party administrator (and also, in some cases, with minimal intervention) be displayed on corporate TV and touchscreen kiosks of universities thanks to the use of cascading style sheets (CSS) and relative units of measurement (vh, vw, vmin, vmax) and tags introduced in HTML5. The article also discusses how to level out the nuances associated with different resolutions of graphic images and screen orientation. Conclusion: the final paragraphs of the article conclude on the nuances of the functioning of the developed system, the effectiveness of which directly depends on methods of implementation and technologies used, chosen and discussed in the article. The implementation of the system will increase the awareness of students of an educational institution about events (announced or conducted), and will allow the system administrator to increase work efficiency by publishing and administering content only in “one window” (for example, on the university website), and the developed output template and/or CSS rules will display it on the internal screens, maintaining readability and perception of information. The developed and tested methods can be used by programmers, working in educational institutions.

SOFTWARE architecture ,PEER-to-peer architecture (Computer networks) ,APPLICATION software ,SATISFACTION - Abstract
The world presents us with two contradictory situations. Firstly, most people encounter the problem of lacking necessary hardware and/or software resources. Secondly, some individuals or organizations possess these resources but fail to utilize them to their full potential. The proposed solution is to provide underutilized resources to those who require them. However, it is important to ensure that there is no illegal copying or pirating of software. Instead, the owners of these resources can offer their services by processing data remotely. The Peer-to-peer (P2P) paradigm is used primarily for collaborative systems over a network. This article proposes a Hybrid P2P-Based collaborative architecture that employs HTTP transport to provide data remote-treatment services. In our peer-to-peer (P2P) solution, one peer provides a service, such as a software application capable of processing specific data, while another peer actively searches for this software and sends its own data to be processed by it. In this scenario, the second peer can utilize the software without encountering piracy issues, given that the first peer executes the software locally and adheres to the appropriate license. By employing HTTP for communication, it enables collaborative interaction among heterogeneous peer platforms. This system enables individuals without essential hardware and/or software resources to leverage the resources provided by others. The simulation results conducted using PeerSim simulator, are encouraging, indicating that the proposed architecture can serve as a reliable solution for collaboration between peers. The outcomes of the simulation demonstrate a significant level of satisfaction across the essential metrics we defined to assess the effectiveness of our solution. particularly in terms of responsiveness to requests, resulting in approximately 80% satisfaction and 20% dissatisfaction rates for requests. VOCODER , *WEB services , *SPEECH - Abstract
The flexibility to listen to the contents is critical for an improved understanding of web information. The Speech Synthesizer Markup Language (SSML) provides a link between the speech engine and HTML-formatted online content; nevertheless, it introduces the risks of inconsistent content between SSML and HTML5 content and incorrect file linking between them. Because HTML5 is the container, annotating the SSML elements into the HTML5 is the logical solution to these challenges. Thus, in this paper, we propose a methodology called Position-based Markup Language Annotation Process (PMLAP) that aims to (1) streamline the annotation process of applying SSML elements at a specific position in the HTML5 elements through the custom data attribute called the data-* attribute and (2) offers a flat learning curve for the web developers to grasp the annotation process. The methodology consists of four distinct steps which produce an annotated HTML5. This output can then be used as the input of PMLAP transcoder to extract the relevant information and generate the respective SSML document automatically. Thus, we also present the design of the transcoder which has been implemented using Javascript. We then illustrate the applicability of PMLAP using a running example followed by validating the generated SSML produced by the transcoder using the available tools, namely, ExtendClass Text Compare, a text comparison tool to check the string well-formedness and AWS Polly TTS, a text-to-speech web service for checking the correctness of the generated speech. The validation results indicate the viability of the transcoder to achieve the research goal. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This proposed system introduces a dynamic coupon generation mechanism empowered by machine learning algorithms, particularly reinforcement learning, to enhance people's engagement and optimize coupon distribution in such a way that the coupon for the subsidy is given to farmers fairly by prioritizing those in need. This process involves key stages, including data gathering, preprocessing, feature enhancement, and autonomous decision-making logic development, taking into account diverse factors such as farmer segments and budget constraints. The system interacts with HTML, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript, with Python supporting the implementation. This paper aims to continuously adapt the model to meet evolving customer behaviors and preferences. This technological approach is essential for optimizing coupons effectively and staying responsive to real-time customer interactions and preferences. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
This article deals with the potential of digitalization to improve participants' skills in the agri-food market. The topic of improving technical mechanisms and software technologies aimed at the qualitative development of e-education in Russia is being updated. The problems of providing the agri-food market with skilled personnel are analyzed. The problems of terminological uncertainty concerning the concepts of digitalization and distance education in computer sciences (informatics), information sciences, and other related scientific fields that have a negative impact on the overall wide turnover of scientific research, are touched upon. The authors propose a single generalized nonhierarchical technological model of the organization of e-education, schematically describing a set of software technologies in the form of a cloud telecommunications system. Particularly, it is recommended to use multicasting technologies and adaptive network means of signal delivery to promote educational content in the form of internet television. The basic integrative network tools and protocols for the specific organization of electronic educational activities via internet television are technically annotated. The conclusions briefly and conceptually reflect the course of the research, as well as the logic of the material analyzed by the authors, summarizing the research work done and to provide some recommendations for the operation of multicasting technology in the form of internet television in Russia. The development of web technologies has led to the availability of various multimedia content on the web. In addition to text, images, and videos, transitions, animations and interactivity are increasingly used. Transitions and animations present the content on the page in more interesting, attractive ways and can attract and retain users longer, improving the measurable parameters of page visits as well as the user experience. Animations on the web can be created in many ways. And if the animations are not executed well, they can slow down the page. The goal of this article is to compare the measurable parameters of animations created with different technologies. HTML, CSS, SVG, P5js, WebGL technologies and animations created with a 3D modeling tool were used. The article uses two different examples of animations created with different technologies and then tested on several devices. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The financial losses of vulnerable and insecure websites are increasing day by day. The proposed system in this research presents a strategy based on factor analysis of website categories and accurate identification of unknown information to classify safe and dangerous websites and protect users from the previous one. Probability calculations based on Naive Bayes and other powerful approaches are used throughout the website classification procedure to evaluate and train the website classification model. According to our study, the Naive Bayes approach was benign and showed successful results compared to other tests. This strategy is best optimized to solve the problem of distinguishing secure websites from unsafe ones. The vulnerability data categorization training model included in this datasheet had a better degree of precision. In this study, the best accuracy probability of 96% was achieved in Naive Bayes' NSL-KDD data set categorization

SCHOLARLY publishing - Abstract
This paper is based upon the author's presentation at the 2023 NISO Plus Conference in which he discussed the purpose and importance of the NISO Content Profile/Linked Document standard. The need for the standard is obvious: users demand the delivery of contextualized, targeted content delivered as a natural part of their workflow and publishers aspire to produce machine-actionable FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) materials, but many publishing workflows are focused on articles, often published after research is concluded. This standard is an application of HTML5 and JSON-LD to create semantic relationships between data elements in scholarly publishing workflows and express machine actionable content, to ease reuse and interchange of scholarly research information. The format description defines a set of rules that outline the minimal characteristics of documents (Linked Documents) that conform to the standard and a mechanism to define more detailed Content Profiles that extend and refine the rules for specific use cases. The world has now fully transitioned into the computing era, especially with the emergence of Cloud Computing. Technologies like wireless sensor networks and RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) are prepared to take on new tasks. A significant amount of data is generated, acquired, and stored to take control of our lives and make them more comfortable and secure. The use of various machine learning techniques and large data processing is made possible by cloud computing technologies. The Internet of Things (IoT) system connects various things, objects, and sensors using a cloud-based universal global neural network. Cloud computing and the Internet of Things are quickly developing services with unique characteristics. With the recent growth of cloud computing and IoT-based smart applications, data production, data integrity, confidentiality, authentication, and verification have become more crucial. Nowadays, every business demands that its data be updated in the cloud to be accessed from anywhere. In this regard, people can easily access the internet on their computers and smartphones in most countries, making online information transmission much simpler and more affordable. The author's goal in this project is to develop a smart vehicle tracking system that will help universities, colleges, malls, etc. to monitor incoming and outgoing vehicles, within and out of time, and vehicle owners' details on one website. This project introduces a novel algorithm that delivers real-time information about the vehicles (vehicle in time, out time, current date & owner details) and all the information stored on the cloud so anyone can show all the real-time information. - Abstract
An electronic document based on PDF has been widely used in customer communication between an enterprise and a customer to deliver personalized content. However, electronic documents based on PDF in the form of paper layouts are not suitable for mobile environments because of low readability and lack of interactive interaction. Even though HTML is an essential language in a mobile environment, electronic document based on PDF is still used as it has a content integrity verification feature with a digital signature. It means that a user is sacrificing user experience in a mobile environment for content integrity and using paper-layout electronic documents. In this research, we design the Document HTML specification by setting the Document HTML conformance, adding the extended meta tags, and signing the message digest with a digital signature based on public key infrastructure (PKI). Furthermore, we implemented the Document HTML system, which has REST API services to generate and verify the Document HTML, and did experimental verification of the theory. As a result, we have confirmed that the Document HTML has both content integrity and user experience on mobile. Furthermore, the Document HTML is expected to be an alternative document format to deliver personalized content from an enterprise to a customer in a mobile environment instead of the paper layout electronic document such as PDF.

Phishing attacks are a type of cybercrime that has grown in recent years. It is part of social engineering attacks where an attacker deceives users by sending fake messages using social media platforms or emails. Phishing attacks steal users’ information or download and install malicious software. They are hard to detect because attackers can design a phishing message that looks legitimate to a user. This message may contain a phishing URL so that even an expert can be a victim. This URL leads the victim to a fake website that steals information, such as login information, payment information, etc. Researchers and engineers work to develop methods to detect phishing attacks without the need for the eyes of experts. Even though many papers discuss HTML and URL-based phishing detection methods, there is no comprehensive survey to discuss these methods. Therefore, this paper comprehensively surveys HTML and URL phishing attacks and detection methods. We review the current state-of-art deep learning models to detect URL-based and hybrid-based phishing attacks in detail. We compare each model based on its data preprocessing, feature extraction, model design, and performance.

ELECTRONIC records ,WEBSITES ,PDF (Computer file format) ,BLOCKCHAINS - Abstract
Electronic documents are becoming increasingly popular in various industries and sectors as they provide greater convenience and cost-efficiency than physical documents. PDF is a widely used format for creating and sharing electronic documents, while HTML is commonly used in mobile environments as the foundation for creating web pages displayed on mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. HTML is becoming a more critical document format as mobile environments have been raised as the primary communication channel nowadays. However, HTML does not have the standard content integrity feature, and an electronic document based on HTML consists of a set of related files. Therefore, it has a vulnerability in terms of reliable electronic documents. We have proposed Document HTML, a single independent file with extended meta tags, to be a reliable electronic document and Chained Document, a single independent file with a blockchain network to secure content integrity and delivery assurance. In this paper, we improved the definition of Document HTML and researched certified electronic document intermediaries. Additionally, we designed and validated the electronic document distribution service using Enhanced Document HTML for real usability. Moreover, we conducted experimental verification using a tax notification electronic document, which has one of the top distribution volumes in Korea, to confirm how Document HTML provides a content integrity verification feature. Document HTML can be used in an enterprise that must send a reliable electronic document to a customer with an electronic document delivery service provider. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In recent years, the number of malicious web pages has increased dramatically, posing a great challenge to network security. While current machine learning-based detection methods have emerged as a promising alternative to traditional detection techniques. However, these methods are commonly based on single-modal features or simple stacking of classifiers built on various features. As a result, these techniques are not capable of effectively fusing features from different modalities, ultimately limiting the detection effectiveness. To address this limitation, we propose a malicious web page detection method based on multi-modal learning and pre-trained models. First, in the input stage, the raw URL and HTML tag sequences of web pages are used as input features. To help the subsequent model learn the relationship between the two modalities and avoid information confusion, modal-type encoding, and positional encoding are introduced. Next, a single-stream neural network based on the ConvBERT pre-trained model is used as the backbone classifier, and it learns the representation of multi-modal features through fine-tuning. For the output part of the model, a linear layer based on large margin softmax is applied to the decision-making. This activation function effectively increases the classification boundary and improves the robustness. In addition, a coarse-grained modal matching loss is added to the model optimization objective to assist the models in learning the cross-modal association features. Experimental results on synthetic datasets show that our proposed method outperforms traditional single-modal detection methods in general, and has advantages over baseline models in terms of accuracy and reliability. The increase in the amount of data today has led to the use of computer applications in order to manage processes precisely. Robotic process automation (RPA), also known as software robotics, uses automation technologies to mimic back-office tasks of human workers, such as extracting data, filling in forms, moving files, et cetera. Optical character recognition (OCR) is sometimes referred to as text recognition. An OCR program extracts and repurposes data from scanned documents, camera images and image-only pdfs. OCR systems use a combination of hardware and software to convert physical, printed documents into machine-readable text. Hardware such as an optical scanner or specialized circuit board copies or reads text then, software typically handles the advanced processing. Process Automation in Azure Automation allows you to automate frequent, time-consuming, and error-prone management tasks. This service helps you focus on work that adds business value. In this paper, I will use the above-mentioned technologies to realize the automatic data generation process for the construction of an online library. In addition, the level of data accuracy will be studied in the automation of data generation from pdf files to mySql. The application will be built in front end html and back end php programming language and mySql database. These tests will be done by inserting more than 17000 books in pdf format.

Housing Management System is a web based project through which a user can easily access all the rental houses around his workplace in just a few clicks. Customarily, people have to contact the brokers for finding the rental homes and also have to visit several places. This is a tedious process and can take a lot of time but our web page will create a direct link between a user and the owner with transparency. As the user opens the web page there will be two options to register and login. When the user clicks the register option a new tab will open with two options. Register as tenant or register as owner. User has to select his category and fill in a few details along with his mobile number and email ID. Then the OTP will be generated and the user has to enter that OTP and create a password to register. For log-in, the user has to use his mobile number or email ID along with the password. After Log-In users will have complete details along with the images of all the available rental flats and houses around the location which he has chosen. We will also provide the categories which will further help the user to find the place to live as per his convenience. Once the user finds the place which fulfills his needs, he can directly contact the owner. There will be one more available option for the owner who can also add new rental homes as per availability. So our webpage will act as a broker between the owner and the tenant with no extra cost and transparency. Both the parties will be in direct contact and this will help in saving time and money for the users. Our webpage will use technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We will add new and powerful features to our web page which will provide easy user friendly access and an attractive interface. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
