The global cosmetics industry is experiencing robust growth and Generation Z (Gen Z) is a potential customer source of this market. This research examines customers’ intentions to purchase cosmetic goods of Gen Z in Hochiminh city using perceived value factors as the antecedents of attitude in the model. A cross-sectional study, applying a convenient sampling method, was conducted to collect data from Gen Z people in January 2023. There were no specific cosmetics products included in the study. Descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0.8.7 software were used to analyze the research data. The PLS-SEM analysis of 723 responses showed that attitudes toward purchasing cosmetic products are significantly positively impacted by perceived environmental value. A more positive attitude would result from increased brand credibility and product understanding of cosmetics. There was no evidence to support the impact of other perceived values (specifically, health, safety, social, spiritual, and ethical) on attitudes toward consumer behavior. Attitude was important in predicting willingness to pay (both direct and indirect). This study helps industry professionals to advance the qualities of cosmetic products by increasing and improving environmental value, product knowledge, and brand credibility. The eco-friendly pattern of production and marketing strategies focusing on product ingredients, manufacturing processes, and quality standards are necessary to enhance brand credibility and product understanding, align with consumer preferences and achieve greater success in the market.

Vietnam’s logistics industry with an estimated total value of US$ 50-60 billion is currently growing rapidly (20 - 25% per year) and is expected to maintain double-digit growth for at least 5 to 10 next year, due to the breakthrough of the retail industry with high internet penetration and online shopping trends. According to the Vietnam E-Commerce White Paper 2018, the scale of the B2C e-commerce market was US$ 6.2 billion in 2017. Vietnam is one of the fastest growing e-commerce markets in Southeast Asia. With this boom, the demand for logistics in e-commerce ecosystem is huge. Analyzing the factors affecting electronic logistics to propose a strategic solution for the development of e-logistics services in HoChiMinh City is urgent under the Logistics Development Plan of Ho Chi Minh City until 2025, with a vision to 2030.

Product quality is one of the factors determining the success or failure of businesses, especially in the textile and garment industry. In 2017, Vietnam’s textile products were exported to more than 180 countries reaching 25.91 billion USD, an increase of 8.7%, accounting for 14% of total export turnover of Vietnam. Textile growth rate in the period 2013-2017 reached more than 8% per year. With the significant development, Vietnam become one of the countries with the fastest growth rate of textile export turnover in the world. Therefore, product quality management issues need to be examined. The paper uses analytical and integrated research methods to clarify the actual situation of quality management activities in some textile enterprises in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. The paper also provides some remarks for recommending appropriate solutions to some textile enterprises in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to reveal a practical situation at a public library as General Sciences Library (GSL). Design/methodology/approach – The effects of the digital information environment to activities of public library how to deal with this challenging based on the situation of the GSL of HoChiMinh City. The process of changing from traditional services to modern services the difficulties that GSL has experienced and lesson-learns. Findings – The difficulties during the period of changing the library is just the challenges to help GSL improves our position in the community of users.
