The work presents results of a case study in nursery planting bare root seedlings of Norway spruce (Picea abies /L./ Karst), assessing opportunities in intensification (fertilizers, preparations) of nursery stock cultivation in slightly acid-to-neutral soil. Following fertilizers were used: (1) mineral fertilizers with specific composition of N-P-K-Mg, with admixture of growth regulators, (2) auxiliary plant preparation, and (3) dolomitic limestone. Effect of the chemical amelioration was evaluated via soil reaction, nutrient amount in soil, C/N ratio, base saturation, plant nutrition, biometrical parameters and health status. The dolomitic limestone increased calcium and magnesium in soil considerably and reduced biomass production. Liming affected nutrient status rather negatively, compared with the mineral fertilizers and imbalanced nutrient levels on soil colloids. Slight decrease in soil reaction resulting from application of physiologically acidic fertilizers was considered suitable with regards to ecological demands of Norway spruce. Combination of fertilizer and auxiliary plant preparation increased production of assimilatory organs and fine roots; suitable shoot/root ratio was also maintained. The use of growth regulators and auxiliary plant preparations can be acceptable in order to achieve optimal nursery stock quality under suboptimal soil conditions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Root exudates are compounds secreted by plant roots that can help plants, for example, to obtain nutrients from the soil or to increase their resistance to biotic stress. Root exudates can thus hide a great potential that can be used in agriculture. As human population grows, there is increasing pressure on agriculture, which must provide enough food to feed the global population, thus ensuring food security. Until now, agricultural activity has tried to satisfy this demand by intensification of agriculture, mainly by breeding highly productive crops when using intensive fertilizing, but the theoretical possible benefits of root exudates in breeding remained overlooked. Intensive farming practices can further exacerbate the impacts of ongoing climate change, for example by increasing soil carbon mineralization or reducing biodiversity. By using root exudates in the production of crops, it will be possible to achieve a higher nutrient content in soil, as well as a higher resistance of crops to pests, without the aforementioned negative impacts of intensive agriculture. The main objective of the bachelor thesis was to conduct a literature review in the field of fertilization and nutrition of the potato plant and to collect and sort information on new approaches used in potato cultivation. The thesis describes the methods of fertilization and nutrition with organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers (including essential elements) and their effect on potato growth and quality. Furthermore, the possibilities of using microbial and biochemical approaches to improve potato nutrition and their advantages or disadvantages are presented. The paper also presents opportunities to improve fertilizer use and minimize negative environmental impacts using new technologies and innovative practices. Finally, three practical examples from potato farms are presented.

This diploma thesis is focused on the subject of winter wheat, specifically on the field of its use, agrotechnical requirements, growth phases, fertilization, weeds in its growth and the creation of economic yield. The aim of the work is to compare the yield elements of selected linear and hybrid varieties of winter wheat. For this purpose, an attempt was set up on the school farm of secondary school of agricul-ture in Tábor with the linear varieties Chiron, Atuan, Ascaban, Pirueta and the hy-brid varieties Hyking, Hybiza, Hyvento, Hydrock, Sofru, when during the vegeta-tion time was determined and evaluated seed density, the number of ears before harvest, the number of grains in an ear and the grain yield achieved.

The first part of the thesis is devoted to the distribution, importance of permanent grasslands, proper management of grasslands and maintenance of optimal water regime. Water is essential for photosynthesis and plant growth and therefore its availability affects the quantity and quality of biomass produced. The literature on water regime such as rainfall, soil permeability, ground water availability and its effect on grassland production capacity is reviewed. Management techniques such as fertilization and tillage that can help maintain a suitable water and nutrient regi-me for the grassland are also described. In the second and third parts of the thesis, the results of investigating grazed and mown grassland under different water regime and animal load are presented. Furthermore, the climatic conditions of the site are described. The botanical condition of the grassland is elaborated. The influence of the load and water regime on the condition and productivity of the grassland under study is eva-luated. As the water regime increased, the cover of valuable grasses and clovers decreased and the proportion of reticulate and sedge species increased. Measures (fertilization and amendments) were proposed to improve the species composition of the vegetation.

13. Fertilization of maize sillage

This thesis is focused on an experiment dealing with fertilization of silage corn. The experiment was realized in 2021 in the agricultural enterprise Zemko Kožlí a.s. The field experiment was founded with a hybrid ES Joker and was fertilized with various combinations of fertilizers. In total, eight fertilization variants were created for the experiment in two repetitions. Fertilizers DAM 390, Urea and Amofos were used for fertilization. During the vegetation, differences between fertilization variants were monitored, namely in the number of plants, increase of above-ground biomass, weight of individual plants, weight and number of individual buds, and finally in the total yield from each variant. An additional criterion-em was the evaluation of the percentage of dry matter and the economic evaluation of each variant. The largest yield was recorded for the variant that was fertilized only with nitrogen in the fertilizer Urea. The lowest yield, on the other hand, was for the fertilized phosphorus variants in the fertilizer Amofos in combination with nitrogen in the fertilizer DAM 390. With the increasing dose of industrial fertilizers, the yield of biomass decreased. Experiments of corn fertilized with phosphorus reached higher dry matter.

14. The influence of nitrogen on yield formatin of spring barley

The purpose of this diploma thesis was to find out the effect of a graduated dose of nitrogen fertilization on the revenue elements (number of plants per area, number offshoots per area, number of ears per area, number of grains inside one ear and weight of thousand seeds) of the spring barley. The field experiment was established in the spring of 2021 on a private family farm which belongs to Mr. Jaroslav Čech and it is located in Běleč near Mladá Vožice. Spring barley of the Bente variety was sown in the experimental field. The experimental doses of nitrogen fertilization were determined as follows: 20 kg. ha -1,50 kg. ha-1, 80 kg. ha-1, 110 kg. ha-1. The evaluated data were processed and recorded into tables and graphs in the results chapter. The highest revenue elements were reached in the variant IV, where was applied 110 kg pure nutrients of nitrogen fertilizer. The revenue elements in individual variants were decreasing with decreasing dose of nitrogen fertilization.

15. Effect of selected fertilizer a bioactive preparation on winter oilseed rape production

The goal of this thesis was to establish and evaluate a pilot experiment. The effect of 5 variants with the application of biostimulants on yield-producing elements, yield and oiliness of winter rape seeds was evaluated. No biostimulant was applied in the control variant. In variant 1, 0.5 l of ExelGrow was applied in BBCH phase 34. In variant 2, 5 l of Talisman was applied in BBCH phase 39. In variant 3, 2 l and 3 l of Talisman were applied in BBCH stages 39 and 51. In variant 4, 2 l of Talisman was applied in BBCH phase 39, 3 l of Talisman was applied in BBCH phase 51 and 0.5 l of ExelGrow was applied in BBCH phase 51. The experiment was carried out in the 2020/2021 marketing year on a family farm near the village of Dobkov near city of Chotěboř. The content of nutrients in the dry matter of above-ground biomass was only minimally affected by the individual variants. The actual seed yield was positively affected, with variant 4 (4.14 t*ha-1) achieving the highest yield. The oil content of the seeds was not statistically significantly affected by the variants. Variant 2 reached the highest oil content (42.40 %). Of the monitored yield-generating elements, the weight of a thousand seeds was negatively affected by individual variants, the highest was in the control (5 g). On the contrary, the number of pods on the plant was positively affected with a statistically significant difference (150 pcs) in variant 4. The number of seeds in the pod was not affected by the individual variants (18 - 19 pcs).

18. Winter wheat growing in terms of selected farms

The goal of the bachelor thesis was to establish and evaluate a pilot experiment. The effect of 3 nutritional variants with a graded dosage of nitrogen and the application of a growth regulator with the active substance trinexapac-ethyl on the yield and quality parameters of winter wheat grain was evaluated. There was 145 kg pure nutrient N*ha-1 of growth regulator in scenario 1, 191 kg pure nutrient N*ha-1 in scenario 2 and 191 kg pure nutrient N*ha-1 with applied growth regulator in scenario 3. The experiment was performed on a family farm in the growing season of the year 2018 and 2019 near the village Dobkov by the town Chotěboř. The actual yield was in scenarios 2 and 3 was only slightly increased (in the order of tens of kilograms) in spite of the higher dosage of nitrogen in scenario 2 and the application of a growth regulator in scenario 3. Both the higher dosage of nitrogen and the addition of growth regulator had a positive effect on yield-forming elements, and increased the number of ears per m2, further reducing the average number of grains in a spike in scenarios 2 and 3. The weight of one thousand grains was positively affected by a higher dosage of nitrogen in scenario 2, but negatively affected in scenario 3. All quality parameters (nitrogen content, gluten content, Zeleny test and bulk mass) were positively affected by a higher dosage of nitrogen in scenario 2. The application of the growth regulator in scenario 3 increased the declining trend, the Zeleny test, the gluten content, the nitrogen content and also negatively affected the bulk mass.

The aim of submitted thesis was to evaluate the application of selected fertilizers with nitrogen and sulfur to the grain yield and the quality of winter wheat production and the impact of their use on the economy of this cereal crop. Their testing was carried out in a one-year field experiment. In the experiment selected combinations of fertilizers containing various forms of N, N-fertilizers with sulfur and manure added with nitrogen conversion inhibitors were tested. Fertilizers were applied in selected terms of regeneration, production and quality fertilization. At a total ration of 159 kg/ha N. N-fertilizer with urease inhibitors and nitrification inhibitor – Urea Stabil and Alzon Neo – achieved the best results. Their application increased the yield (Alzon Neo) and consequently the economy of wheat growing technology (Urea Stabil). A decrease in the results of the experiment was recorded for sulfur-containing fertilizers (Ensin and DASA). Low yield effect was found after application of LAD + LAD + DAM 390 fertilization. Wheat food quality E was achieved in all fertilization variants tested. In the variant using a uniform application of fertilizer with urease inhibitor (Urea Stabil), the economy of the growing technology generated up to 37 % rel.

22. Využitie dusíkatých hnojív so sírou vo výžive slnečnice ročnej

The main goal of this diploma thesis with topic „Application of nitrogen fertilizers with sulphur in nutrition of common sunflower“ was to find out the effect of split nutrition in common sunflower and its quantitative and qualitative yield parameters. The diploma thesis is about advisement of used fertilizers with nitrogen and sulphur influence on achenes yield, WTS, oil content and oil production. One year vegetative experiment was realised in ZD Hrušovany u Brna. Urea was used in all variants in dose 100 kg.ha-1 (in control variant was used 200 kg.ha-1). In growth stage of eight leaf were aplicated 40 kg.ha-1 of nitrogen with fertilizers LOVOGRAN, LOVOGRAN IN, DASA H, ENSIN, DASAMAG and MAGNISUL on variants with splitting nutrition. The highest yield and economical efficiency were gained by LOVOGRAN. In comparasion with control variant the yield of achenes incresed by 9,3 % and the profit was about 40,85 €.ha-1. Even the highest WTS was reached in variant with MAGNISUL (38,95 g), the profit from yield grew up to 2,8 % in comparasion with control variant. Variant with DASA H gained statistically influenced the highest oil content (44,88 %). The highest oil production was gained by LOVOGRAN.

23. Typological classification and categorization og grasslands in selected area and recommendation of sutable grassland management

The aim of this thesis was to create the botanic snap of the chosen locations, which were meadows, grasslands, pastures and also fallow grass areas, to determine the area coverage of three main agrobotanic species i.e. grass, herbs and clover, to process it with the statistcal software and determine the method and intensity of use and fertilization of individual locations and suggest the suitable prato-technical methods. The cenological structure of the locations has been observed and described using botanic snaps. The prato-technic method used were documented for each of the locations and evaluated the influence on the cenological structure. The research was performed in locations Vřeskovice, Čeletice, Městiště in the region Pilsen, former district of Klatovy. In each location the botanic snaps were taken from 3 areas of about 5 x 6 meters each. There were determined the area coverage of grass, herbs and clovers and calculated the mean indication value of humidity. Mean indication value of humidity is the parameter usable for determination of permanent grassland management and utilization. The data from the research was elaborated in software MS Excel. I recommend to manage the analyzed permanent grasslands as follows: 1. The meadow Vřeskovice behind the sewage cleaning station - additional sow of perennial rye grass, meadow clover and white clover. 2. The meadow Mstice - total recovery alternatively conservative prato-technic measures - manure fertilization for about 20t/ha and additional sow of meadow and white clover and grass - red fescue, blue grass and perennial ryegrass. 3. The meadow above the transformer station Vřeskovice - keep on current management od additional clovers sow. 4. The pasture Čeletice grazed by horses - keep on current management or additional sow of red fescue, tall fescue and timothy grass. 5. The meadow Městiště with combined utilization by cattle pasture and mowing - keep on current way of use. 6. The pasture Vřeskovice grazed by cattle - keep on current utilization or additional sow meadow and white clover. 7. The pasture Vřeskovice grazed by sheep - keep on the current utilization, in future after the reduction of dangerous knapweed to decrease the amount of pastured animals. 8. Aim of this work is to determine the applicability of growth stimulators in intensive cultivation of spruce seedlings and to assess their effect on the seedlings based on different varieties of applied fertilizers. Hypothetically, every examined variety (excluding the control variety) would respond with increased growth in both aboveground and belowground biomass. Theoretical part of presented thesis is based on knowledge of scientific literature. Practical part describes the methodology of measurement and data processing. On the provided plot we established eight varieties, which were compared to ecach other (Silvamix®R30S2+VERMAKTIV Stimul, Silvamix®R30S2, Silvamix®R30S, Silvamix®R50S2, Silvamix®R30, Agluform®90S, calcareous dolomite, control). Data were collected in course of two years. Observed parameters were namely: aboveground height, yearly increment, thickness of root collar and overall health and vitality. Results are matching the criteria in majority of observed cases, best results were detected in R50s2, SR, SRs2_VrmS varieties, worst resutlts were obtained in VapDol together with K variety. Measured data were analysed with STATISTICA software using the ANOVA variance analysis.

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the influence of three different pre-crops on the spring wheat growing in real conditions of a chosen agricultural business. In 2018, a pilot plant test was established on the property in KÚ Dolní Svince, č.p. 0802/23 with the total area of 13,19 ha. For the establishment of the pilot plant test, an area of 5 ha had been used, which, due to its position, occupied the area of all thre pre-crops (corn for silage, winter barley, winter triticale). During the vegetation period, the occurence of weeds had been monitored and the crop yield elements for all stages of all spring wheat had been evaluated. After the harvest, the real crop yield of the wheat had been evaluated and a final economical evaluation had been made. The average crop yield concerning the first option, (pre-crop corn for silage) reached the yield value of 5,65 t.ha-1 , which was a 0,42 t.ha-1 more than the second option (pre-crop winter barley), in which case the value of harvest was 5,23 t.ha-1. Concerning the third monitored option (pre-crop winter triticale), the harvest value was almost similar to the second option - 5,36 t.ha-1. The most suitable pre-crop for the highest harvest of spring wheat is corn for silage, which has reached the highest profit when compared to the other options. In spite of a less advantageous pre-crop, the third option reached the highest-quality of nitrogen and nitrogen compouns.

The aim of this work is to assess the influence of mowing and grazing with different frequency and fertilization on species composition, fodder value and bimas production. The experiment was carried out at the village of Hrazany, district of Písek in 2017. The ecological conditions of grasslands, terms and intensity of use, biomass production, botanical composition and species diversity were monitored on these parcels. The data obtained was used to calculate the Hill's Diversity Index, calculate the pasture load, and calculate the yield in dry matter. Non-fertilized plots reach the lowest yields. Most grasses are located on the soil fertilized with urine. The smallest disturbance and shortcomings appear on the pasture with the finch pasture. The values were statistically processed.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis was a study of effect of a foliar application of sul-phur in the opium poppy (Papaver somniferum). Final thesis deals with the assessment of the effect of different forms of sulphur on the yield parameters of the poppy. The sulphur forms were applicated in foliar way by commercial fertilizers. The experiment was realized in the form of a small-plot year-long experiment in ŠPZ Žabčice in year 2017. The foliar application of thiosulphate sulphur (fertilizers YaraVita Thiotrac 300, SK sol, Folit Thiosulf), elementary sulphur (Ferti MK S 800 SC, Folit sulphur) and polysulfide sulphur (Sulka K, Sulka H) were used in this experiment. The application was performed in phase of 10th leaf. Two weeks after the application of fertilizers a nutritive status of plants was evaluated by an inorganic analysis. Higher amount of sulphur correlated with higher amount of nitrogen. The biggest influence on the yield was proved after the application of fertilizer SK sol. In this variant the seed yield was increased by 7.2 % in comparison with the unfertilized control. On the contrary the smallest influence on the seed yield had the fertilizer Sulka K with an increase by 3 %.

This bachelor thesis deals with the determination of suitable conditions for overwinter storage of containerized planting stock of forest tree species, namely European beech and Norway spruce. The monitored trees were stored over the winter in freezer storage with set and recorded temperatures of -1.7 °C, -2.7 °C and -6.6 °C. Another was used the refrigerated storage in cooler storage where was the temperature set of +2.4 °C and maintained at 100% relative atmospheric humidity and the nonrefrigerated storage systems – open storage. The overwinter storage´s trees were planted in the spring and the plant´s vitality was appraised. At the end of the first vegetation period, the basic morphological parameters and aspects were evaluated. According to the processed and evaluated results, it is necessary to store the plants in a state of deep dormancy from the point of view of the appropriate storage period. As an inappropriate temperature for storage of the two tree species of interest, the temperature was determined at -6.6 °C. The optimum storage temperature in freezer storages is determined at -2.7 °C. The results show that Norway spruce is less suitable for a cooler storage with temperature of +2.4 °C due to fungal diseases, even after application of fungicide. The optimum time of thawing – acclimation time for temperature -2.7 °C is 1 week. Longer acclimatization 35 days is only suitable for plants storage at -6.6 °C because of losses during the first growing period. According to the results, optimal amount of nitrogen fertilization should be observed, since over-fertilization and non-fertilization lead to higher losses and poor growth of plants after planting, especially the European beech.

This thesis presents the results of malting barley's fertilization obtained on the basis of a field experiment in an agricultural company. The aim of the work was to determine how the rate of nutrients will affect yield and malting quality. Fertilizing was based on three different rations of LAV fertilizer given to plants in an advanced phase of their growth. The rations of nitrogen were set to 20, 40 and 60 kg per hectare. The positive effect of a late fertilization was observed for yield elements. There has been an increase of the number of grains in the ear and of the weight of a thousand grains. Some malting properties were also improved. It was especially the fraction of the front grain and in part germination. But the content of N-substances exceeded the limit in two of three variants.

The thesis deals with theme of fast-growing species and with the impact of agricultural practices (like choice of location, care and possibility of fertilizers usage) which are the most important factors for successful cultivation of energy tree species. The introductory part of the thesis contains an explanation of the term biomass and its possible distribution by types and ways of obtaining the biomass. Following chapters deal with fast-growing tree species. The issues of cultivation are also described here in parts like basic characteristics, history of these energy species, legislative restrictions and procedure during founding of the plantation itself, selection and preparation of locality, the use of agricultural practices (cultivation, fertilization). The practical part deals with it´s own experiment with a clone of poplar J 105 (Populus nigra L. x Populus maximowiczii Henry). This clone of poplar was planted on four experimental plots. The growth depending on the conditions of habitat and selected agritechnical measures was observed in following years. There are descriptions of conditions on all localities, chosen ways of planting and aftercare about tree vegetation. Another experiment which contained adding different types of nitrogenous fertilizers was performed in the last period of observing. Results showed that the greatest impacts on the quality of the growth of fast-growing trees have properly chosen location and aftercare about tree vegetation, at least in the first vegetation period. Addition of fertilizer seemed as important only in case of planting on nutrient very poor sites.

This paper undertakes an assessment of the impact of staggered doses on the yield and quality of maize seed. The task was resolved in the form of a semi-operational field test on a seed multiplication field for maize in the municipality of Kelčany in 2016. 90 kg.ha-1 N was applied to all variants, followed at the 10-leaf stage by a staggered application of nitrogen contained in DASA fertilizer. The test comprised five variant dosages: 1st - fertilized with 120 kg.ha-1 N, 2nd - 90 kg.ha-1 N, 3rd - 60 kg.ha- 1 N, 4th - 30 kg.ha-1 N, and 5th variant - no fertilizer. After harvesting, grain yield at t.ha-1 was determined at 14 % dry mass. For determining the quality of seed, the maize was calibrated by grain size fractions and the germination rate was tested. For Variant 1, which received the highest fertilizer dosage, the highest grain yield was established compared to the control group. For the other variants, no substantial difference in yield was observed. Based on this one-year field test, the most suitable nitrogen doses in relation to yield and seed quality are 90 kg.ha -1 N and 60 kg.ha-1 N.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the comparsion of three variations of growing winter wheat in practical conditions of a chosen agricultural business. A pilot plant experiment was established in 2015 on the property in cadarstral office Dolní Svince 0802/2 of the total area of 12 ha. For the experiment as such the area of 6 ha was used, which was then divided into three parts, each of the area of 2 ha. During the vegetation period, the presence of weeds was monitored and the yield elements of the individual phases of winter wheat evaluated. After the harvest, the real yield of the grain was evaluated and the final economical appraisal was performed. The average yield of the grain of the first variation (treated by herbicides, fertilized by nitrogen) reached the total of 5,54 t.ha-1 which was a 1,56 t.ha-1 more than the second variation (not treated by herbicides, fertilized by nitrogen). The yield of the second variation was 3,98 t.ha-1. The last established was the third variation (not treated by herbicides, not fertilized by nitrogen) and its yield of the harvested grain was around 2,73 t.ha-1.

My diploma thesis was focused on the corn nutrition in practical conditions of the agricultural company. The evaluation was made with the help of an experiment, which was made at an altitude of 508 metres, the experimental land belongs to the agricultural company Jasanka s.r.o. The experiment is based on the nutrition of corn with different fertilization doses. Various parameters characterizing plant development were observed during the vegetation season. The final results of this experiment showed the overall differences between the fertilized variants. For all the evaluated indicators, a decreasing tendency with a decreasing amount of nitrogen was confirmed. It is clear that all parameters of the best results were obtained for fertilizer variant 1 (58.5 kg N*ha-1). Similarly, for all parameters, the gradual decrease of values decreasing the fertilizer dose is evident.

Utility lawns are lawns that complete the human environment and that is why they need proper care. The objective of this study was to characterized the utility lawns and lawn care. Among the basic caespetechnique measures belong cutting, verticutting, aeration and fertilization. The lawn is necessary to cut as often that maximum 1/3 of the assimilation area would be removed. Verticutting removes lawn thatch of vegetation that prevents the access of water, air and nutrients to the root system. Pruning of the lawn is sufficient twice a year to a depth of 1.5 - 2 mm. Aeration aerates compacted vegetation substrate to a depth of 50 - 150 mm. For sandblasting is used a sharp silicious sand but it is also possible to use new materials such as a crumb rubber. It is necessary to divide the dose of fertilization into several terms to ensure the functionality of the lawn across whole vegetation season. Nitrogen fertilization encourages lawn density by having better offshoots of grasses. The plant tissues are stronger by supplying the required amounts of phosphorus and potassium and it also increases resistance to drought, cold temperatures and fungal diseases.

The goal of this project was to compare the different compounds of magnesium and its influence on yield and volume of sugar beet. This project was realized by small plot experiment in Pusté Jakartice u Opavy. Sugar beet was fertilizated using four different experiment setups: 1. not fertilized, 2. DUMAG (ammonium nitrate + magnesium nitra-te), 3. DASAMAG (ammonium nitrate + ammonium sulphate with magnesite), 4. MAGNISUL (ammonium nitrate + ammonium sulphate with kieserite). Variety with fertilizer DASAMAG has the highest yield of sugar beet. The highest digestion of sugar beet has non-fertilizated variety and variety with fertilizer DUMAG.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to compare a fertilizing technology of the Yara Agri Czech republic, s.r.o. company with a classic winter wheat fertilizing technology (LAD) used in the Czech Republic. The issue was being solved in the economic year 2014/2015 by a small-scale field experiment at the Mendel University Brno experimental compound, at Žabčice Field Research Station and at Vatín Feed Research Station near the town of Žďár nad Sázavou to be exact. Three variants were included in the experiment: 1. Non-fertilized; 2. LAD fertilized; 3. Yara fertilizing technology. With the Yara variant, Sulphur-containing nitrogenous fertilizers were used, but not with the LAD variant. The influence of a variant on a nutritive state of the growth, as well as grain yield and its qualitative parameters were evaluated. A statistically conclusive influence of fertilizing on N-tester values, grain yield, ni-trogenous substances and sedimentation values of grain was observed at the Žabčice Field Research Station. The best results was achieved by the LAD variant, with its grain yield and N-tester values conclusively higher than both the non-fertilized variant and the Yara fertilizing technology variant. Regarding the N-substance content in grain and the sedimentation value, the fertilized variants were statistically inconclusive. At the Vatín Feed Research Station, the sedimentation value was statistically con-clusively higher with both the fertilized variants in comparison to the non-fertilized var-iant. The N-tester values were only statistically conclusively higher with the LAD vari-ant in comparison to both other variants. The results of grain yield and nitrogenous sub-stances content results were inconclusive and highly variable, with the control variant achieving better average results than the fertilized variants

The subject of this thesis was through a field experiment to compare the economics of different options silage maize. Comparisons were ways to stand establishment and variants of fertilization, the nitrogen dose was always the same. It analyzed the influence of fertilizer with the addition of sulfur on maize cultivation. When comparing the establishment of vegetation were evaluated influences on selected production characteristics of silage maize. It was evaluated price per sown hectare, more expensive option, seeding side dress treatment under the heel was implemented through agricultural services and cheaper alternative was seeding fertilizer under the heel of machines owned by the company. Fertilization formed the basis of all variants urea applied before seeding at 250 kg per hectare. In cases when fertilizer was applied directly to seed, it was also used urea. The rest to a total dose of 200 kg nitrogen per hectare was in both versions foundation used more fertilizers, which was urea, manure and aqueous solution of ammonium sulphate with urea (SAM). Even if fertilization effects were evaluated at selected production characteristics depending on the price.

The final work discusses the influence of the applied treatment of the series Sylvamix (Sylvamix A + stimulator, Sylvamix F + stimulator, Sylvamix R + stimulator, Sylvamix R), dolomitic limestone and organo-stimulatory product Vermaktiv, with regard to the nutrition of spruce (Picea abies /L./ Karsten). The research was conducted in forest nursery named Dykova and forest nursery named Budišov. In each forest nursery were further divided surfaces into individual fertiliser allotments. Assessment of the influence of the applied preparations was evaluated after two years from application. The main objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of individual fertiliser preparation. The analyses carried out it has been observed that the application fertiliser product has a positive effect on nutrition, faster growth and mightier root system of spruce. Top results were obtained product Sylvamix F + stimulator and showed also a positive effect of Sylvamix R + stimulator. The effect of each fertilizer varies depending on ecological site conditions habitat.

In the literary part of the thesis are information about the possibilities of influencing the quality of grain barely with foliar fertilizers and elicitors. In the practical part we explored the effect off ertilizer of company AGRA GROUP a.s. on quality of barley. The results of small-plot field trials established on plots of the Agrospol agricultural enterprise in 2014 and 2015 in Velká Bystřic we can see the positive effect of applied foliar fertilizers on the yield of the grain of spring barley variety Bojos. Also we can see positive effect on the quality of the grain, specially on the mechanical properties. Preparation NanoFyt Si had the positive effect on the yield, increase the proportion of leading grain and contributed to higher starch content. Foliar fertilizer K-Gel supported the use of fertilizers UREAstabil + AmisaN, which led to higher yields and better grain quality. Preparation nitrophenol increased yield and starch content of the grain.

The aim was to assess the effects of fertilising by a different forms of suplhur on the conten of the water - soluble suplhur in the soil, yield of seed and the oiliness of winter rape. The experiment was conducted in the form of a small-plot field trial at ŠZP in Žabčice in the farming years 2012/2013 and 2013/2014. There were 6 different variants enrolled in the experiment: 1. unfertilized variant, 2. LAD (ammonium nitrate with dolomite) + LAD, 3. DASA (ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulphate) + DAM 390, 4. DASA + DASA, 5. WIGOR + LAD, 6. WIGOR + DASA. Fertilizer DASA containing sulphate form and fertilizer WIGOR including elementary sulphur. All variants of experiment despite of unfertilized soil were fertilising with nitrogen (195 kg per hectare). It was divided to regeneration, the first and the second production fertilising. In the variant 5 and 6 was apllied 60 kg of Wigor S including elementary sulphur. In the variant 3,4 and 6 was apllied DASA containing sulphate form. Fertilizers including sulphur had got the positive effect on the conten of the water - soluble suplhur in the soil. Fertilising with sulphur hadnt influenced ratio between nutrients in plants of winter rape and hadnt increased the yield of grain. Values relating to oiliness of seed were statistical different. Grain of winter rape from unfertilizing parcel had got higher oiliness than grain from fertilizing parcel.

Between 2014 and 2015 was monitored the influence of liming and N fertilization on dry matter yield, floristic composition, species diversity and quality semi-natural grassland at the experimental flat Kameničky. The experimental plots were arranged in four repetitions and divided into not limed and limed blocks. For the purposes used liming ground dolomitic limestone. Nitrogen in the form of urea was applied at doses N0, N50, N100. Species composition affected all indicators monitored permanent grassland, while also have an influence on yield formation. Nitrogen fertilization without other nutrients to the experimental flat Kameničky did not manifest into higher yields, higher species diversity and quality of the grassland. The diploma thesis deals with the observation of the maize. The quantitative parameters of the maize, variety KWS 9361 fertilized by nitrogen liquid fertilizer DAM - 390 were observed and evaluated during one year field experiment. The base level of 156 kg N.ha-1 was applied in all variants before the start of experiment. Nitrogen fertilization was used separately or in combination with a weeder as well. Variants 3 - 6 were subsequently fertilized with extra amount of 39 kg N.ha-1 to the total level of 195 kg N.ha-1 and compared to variant 1, respectively with variant with usage of weeder without any extra fertilization (variant 2). The grain yield increased in all variants in comparison to variant 1. The highest numbers of collected data were found out in connection with variant 4. The yield ranged between 10.54 and 11.94 t.ha-1. The significant differences among the variants were proved after the determination of dry matter, N content during the growing period, thousand grain weight, and starch content of collected plants.

The aim of this thesis was gathering current literature data on factors (internal - the type, stage of development) and (external - soil and climatic conditions for cultivation) that most affect the oil content in the genus Mentha L. On the basis of the results obtained during laboratory analysis of quantitative content of essential oils in plants of the genus Mentha L. taxa planted on an experimental plot of garden-technical faculty in the refrigerator was a hypothesis based harvesting time, the impact of species and cultivars on the essential oil content is confirmed. Further, the predicted calculation that based on the current state of the essential nutri-ents in the soil experimental plot could be the addition of nitrogen fertilizer to increase the amount of green mass, and while maintaining the integrity of the plants, especially leaf area increase the total yield of oil from the cultivated taxa genus Mentha L. The direct impact of climatic conditions on essential oil content was not established due to the very dry summer with little rainfall and dependence on irrigation.
