Tato práce se zabývá analýzou a komparací vybraných průmyslových kovů a jejich porovnáním s vybranými finančními indexy. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretická východiska z oblasti finančních trhů, charakteristiku komoditních trhů a průmyslových kovů a v neposlední řade na investiční analýzy využívané k obchodování s komoditami. Další část je věnována bližšímu představení vybraných průmyslových kovů, jejich vzájemné analýze a komparaci dle mezinárodní klasifikace Elliottových vln a korelační analýzy. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem nepřímé voltametrické metody pro stanovení hliníku v potravinách a léčivech. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány zdroje hliníku, jeho chování v lidském organismu a zpracován stručný přehled metod k jeho stanovení, především elektroanalytických postupů. Experimentální část se věnuje nejprve výběru vhodného činidla komplexujícího s hliníkem pomocí UV-Vis spektrofotometrické studie a techniky lineární voltametrie. A Gurney velocity is often used to determine terminal velocity achievable by metal acceleration by explosive charge. The theory significantly simplifies the phenomena and does not include properties of the accelerated material. In this work we compare experimentally determined terminal velocities of copper and aluminum plates of exactly same mass accelerated by A-IX-1 charges and discuss the course of the metal acceleration. The experimental results are compared with results of Gurney approach and LS-DYNA numerical model for the same metal-explosive mass ratio. Unlike with mechanical joints, it is possible to use bonded joints to anchor large format cladding panels to bearing substructures of various shapes and sizes. The design is simple, but very technically demanding to implement. One of the factors which have an impact on both the design and its implementation is the bearing substructure itself. As part of a research project, a load bearing substructure made from wood and aluminium alloy was tested. The test results prove that the mechanical properties of the materials used, especially their thermal and moisture expansion, directly influence the size of the cladding. Diplomová práce se týká praktického využití ICP-OES firmy Shimadzu pro řešení problematiky recyklace niklu s využitím hydrometalurgických technik a to konkrétně postupů chemického srážení. V teoretické části je shrnuta problematika použití niklu, jeho vlastnosti, průmyslový význam a možné vlivy jeho použití na životní prostředí a lidské zdraví. V další části práce jsou popsány hydrometalurgické operace a problematika výskytu niklu v odpadech. Method of separation has been developed to model the acidic aqueous solutions of aluminum sulfate and nickel sulfate generated during hydrometallurgical processing of hydrogenation catalysts. The experimental part of the thesis describes and processing of individual experiments, which were conducted in optimizing suitable method for separating nickel from aluminum to model-ready storage solutions. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou veřejného LED osvětlení. Teoretická část je věnována historii osvětlovací techniky a technologii světelných zdrojů. Jsou zde také vysvětleny základní pojmy a výrobní možnosti v oblasti veřejného osvětlení. V úvodu praktické části probíhá analýza současné produkce, po které následují konzultace s technology a odborníky na danou problematiku. Závěr práce rozebírá designové a technické řešení, ke kterému jsem dospěl, a také správné zvolení materiálů u konečného návrhu., The subject matter of this graduate degree work is the exterior public lighting by LED lights. The theoretical part of this work is the lighting technology history and light source technology. In this part we explain the basic terms and also the production possibilities at the street lighting sector. At the beginning of the practical part we explain current lighting technology. The second part consist of consultations with technologists and experts speciallising in this area. Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem tavného a tlakového svařování na výsledné vlastnosti hliníkových slitin. Pro praktickou realizaci byla zvolena vytvrditelná hliníková slitina EN AW 6082. Svary byly provedeny jak tavnými metodami TIG 141 a MIG 131, tak i tlakovým svařováním metodou FSW. V úvodu práce je obecně pojednáno o hliníku a jeho slitinách. Dále je zde nastíněna problematika svařování těchto materiálů s uvedením vhodných svařovacích metod. V experimentální části práce je proveden rozbor daného základního a přídavného materiálu a popsána metodika svařování. Práce pokračuje zkouškami zkušebních dílů a jejich vyhodnocením. V závěru je provedena diskuse a zhodnocení výsledků., This Master’s thesis is concerned with the effect of fusion and pressure welding on the final properties of aluminium alloys. It used hardenable aluminium alloy EN AW 6082. Experimental welds were provided by fusion methods TIG 141 and MIG 131 as well as the pressure method FSW. The first part of this work describes aluminium and its alloys including weldability and suitable welding methods. An analysis of the parental and filler materials and welding methodology was carried out in the second experimental part. This is followed with tests of trial pieces and their evaluation. V této disertační práci byla studována struktura a reaktivita sloučenin 2-(N,Ndimethylaminomethyl) anilinu a kovů hlavních skupin, pozornost byla zaměřena na reakce hořčíku, hliníku a zinku se záměrem využít sloučeniny jako katalyzátory pro přípravu biodegradovatelných polymerů, a také na reakce sloučenin kovů 14. skupiny v nižším oxidačním stavu, u kterých byla zkoumána stabilizace nižšího oxidačního stavu, reaktivita zaměřená na syntézu asymetrických stannylenů a v neposlední řadě také aktivace malých molekul, v tomto případě chalkogenů., The structure and reactivity of 2-(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)aniline and its main group metal complexes were studied. The attention was focused on magnesium, aluminium and zinc complexes, which can be applied as catalysts for the preparation of biodegradable polymers. Next to that, the stabilization of lower oxidation state in the group 14 metal complexes with the aforementioned ligand was explored. Furthermore, the synthesis of various asymmetric stannylenes and activation of small molecules, in particular chalcogenes, were studied. V úvodu práce je obecně pojednáno o hliníku a jeho slitinách. Dále je zde nastíněna problematika svařování těchto materiálů s uvedením vhodných svařovacích metod. V experimentální části práce je proveden rozbor daného základního a přídavného materiálu a popsána metodika svařování. Práce pokračuje zkouškami zkušebních dílů a jejich vyhodnocením. V závěru je provedena diskuse a porovnání výsledků s teoretickými předpoklady., This bachelor thesis is concerned with the welding of aluminium alloys termed EN AW 6082 using methods TIG 141 and MIG 131 under the protection of argon and their influence on mechanical properties of the resulting welding joint. This work opens with a general overview of aluminium and its alloys. A subsequent description of the issue of welding these materials which includes applicable welding methods. In the experimental part of the work an analysis was conducted of the given basic and additional material and welding methodology. This is followed with tests of trial pieces and their evaluation. Práce je zaměřena na studium vyluhovatelnosti mědi z mosazi, niklu z nerezavějící oceli potravinářské kvality a hliníku z hliníkové nádoby. Byly provedeny výluhové testy daných kovů za použití 3% vodných roztoků organických kyselin (octové, vinné a citronové) v různých časových intervalech. Nejvyšších koncentrací bylo dosaženo ve výluzích 3% vodných roztoků kyseliny octové, kdy tyto koncentrace byly po 144 hodinovém luhování ve výluhu z mosazi 2209,5 mg.l-1 a ve výluhu z hliníkové nádoby 1021,00 mg.l-1. V případě výluhu z nerezové oceli bylo nejvyšší koncentrace dosaženo po 32 hodinovém vyluhováním 3,87 mg.l-1. U všech vzorků připravených 144 hodinovým vyluhováním příslušného kovu, byly provedeny sorpční testy za pomoci kávové sedliny, celulózové vaty, huminových kyselin nebo celit. Nejúčinnějším sorbentem ve všech vzorcích se ukázaly huminové kyseliny. Aktuální koncentrace určovaných kovů v připravených výluzích a koncentrace kovu ve vzorku po působení daného sorbentu byly stanovovány pomocí ICP-OES., This work is focused on the study of leaching of copper from brass, nickel from stainless steel and aluminum from aluminum vessel. Leach tests of corresponding metals with 3% aqueous solution of organic acids (acetic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid) in various time intervals were made. The highest concentrations were reached in extracts of 3% aqueous acetic acid solutions, when these concentrations were at 144-hour liquor brewing in brass 2209,5 mg.l-1 and an extract of an aluminum vessel 1021,00 mg.l-1. In the case of liquor made of stainless steel was the highest concentration reached after 32-hour leaching 3,87 mg.l-1. For all samples prepared by digesting the 144-hour metal sorption tests were performed using mated crushed coffee beans, cotton, humic acids or celite. The most effective sorbent from all samples were humic acids. An actual concentration of studied metals in prepared extracts and concentration of metals in samples after the sorption tests were determined by the help of ICP-OES analysis., Katedra analytické chemie, Studentka přednesla obhajobu své bakalářské práce a zodpověděla dotazy komise.

Cílem této práce bylo zjistit jaké množství železa, manganu a hliníku obsahují pitné vody ve Dvoře Králové nad Labem a okolí a jak moc přesahují dané normy. V úvodu jsou zmíněny právní předpisy pro kvalitu pitných vod v České Republice, prvky obsažené v pitných vodách a jejich limity. Teoretická část přibližuje metody AAS a ICP a jejich jednotlivé části přístroje. V experimentální části je uvedeno, jak bylo postupováno při odběru vzorků a přípravě kalibračních roztoků. V závěru této práce je vyhodnocení rizikových lokalit, které v průběhu celého roku vykazovaly zvýšené koncentrace sledovaných kovů., The aim of this study was to determine how much iron, manganese and aluminum containing drinking water in Dvůr Králové nad Labem and the surrounding area and how much these elements exceeding the standard. In the introduction are mentioned legal regulations for quality of drinking water in Czech Republic, elements contained in drinking water and their limits. Theoretical part is aproarching AAS and ICP methods and their aplications. In the experimental part is how to proceed during collecting of samples and preparing of calibration solutions.
