Title: Quantification of passing and releasing actions with and without the puck in small area games in ice hockey for the 4th grade category Objectives: In practice, use small area games for the 4th grade category that will focus on the development of pass processing and player release with and without the puck and then quantify these individual game activities. Methods: Creation of small-area games using the method of searching literature and electronic resources. Applying these games in practice and using the method of observation. Taking video recordings of games on ice and then analysing the individual's game skills passing, controling a pass, breaking with puck and breaking to opening using quantitative analysis. Results: The result of the work is the quantification of individual game activities for 10 selected games in a small space. Each game is independently evaluated, ranked on a subjective difficulty scale, and insights from practice are added. The highest number of passes took place during the game "Bago", while the lowest number of passes took place during the game "One-goal game with a pass to the coach". In my opinion, the most complex and one of the most difficult games was the game "2 on 2 on a split field" where all the observed game activities of an individual appear in a...

Title: Training of offensive game activities of an individual during games in a small space in the 5th class (category U10) Goals: The main aim of these bachelor thesis is to create modern exercises, which are combination of games and skills in one unit. The exercises are focused on the development of two game activities of an individual and on the basic movement skill of skating. For each of these skills, I assigned ten exercises in small area games. Methods: In my bachelor thesis I used a qualitative description of exercises, which are focused on two skills that fall into the game activities of the individual and one basic movement skill skating. The stack of exercises is therefore focused on these skills in the U10 category. The exercises were created by combining games and skills together, so the exercises are very varied and suitable for the category. To create, I used the theoretical basis of the work itself, which I combined with the methodology of the Czech Hockey Association and my own experience, which brought me mainly movement games. Each exercise has a given form of difficulty, according to which we include the exercise in the training plan. The meaning of work: Efforts to improve training units, as games in a small space are known to many coaches only as 1vs1 or 3vs3. Kids need more variety, so...

The aim of this graduation thesis is, on the basis of specialized literature and practical knowledge, to create, compile and verify a multimedia set of individual game activities exercises suitable for the select age in the form of DVD. We concentrate the theoretical part on a broader specification of the age group, as well as on the abilities important for the development of a young sportsman. In compliance with the gathered information of the theoretical part and the specialized information from practice we created a set of exercises which serves the model for making a DVD. The instructional DVD can be used by coaches, teachers and parents of young footballers. It provides simple directions how to use the exercises in basic game activities of an individual. We made the DVD in a simple and clear form even for children themselves, so after seeing the film they can train with their friends as well.

1 RESUME The title of the thesis: The possibilities for Volleyball Training of Children aged 6-10 Place: Charles University Faculty of Physical Education and Sport Department of Sport Games Author: Magdaléna Choutková Branch of Study: Physical Education and Sports Thesis Supervisor: doc. PhDr. Jaroslav Buchtel, CSc. Year of Thesis Defence: 2012 Abstract: The master's thesis deals with the issue of the preparation of young volleyball players who are not able to master either basic ways of playing or individual game activities in volleyball. The children are between six and ten years old which corresponds with the lower primary education. Volleyball is a kind of sport where the basic individual game activities are considered very difficult. For playing volleyball well, children must firstly reach a certain degree of physical abilities. If we start too early, then we achieve an early specialization, which has mostly a negative impact on young sportsmen. The aim of the thesis is to choose and evaluate some ways of preparation of young volleyball players between six and ten. At the same time I am going to focus on the approaches, which are specific for the real volleyball game. I do not intend to list activities, which only generally help to develop the kinesthetic abilities, but I want to deal with activities,...
