DergiPark: 689290 trakyasobed Background: Sex and gender differences are often overlooked in research design, study implementation and scientific reporting, as well as in general science communication. This oversight limits the generalizability of research findings and their applicability to clinical practice, in particular for women but also for men. This article describes the rationale for an international set of guidelines to encourage a more systematic approach to the reporting of sex and gender in research across disciplines.Methods: A panel of 13 experts representing nine countries developed the guidelines through a series of teleconferences, conference presentations and a 2-day workshop. An internet survey of 716 journal editors, scientists and other members of the international publishing community was conducted as well as a literature search on sex and gender policies in scientific publishing.Results: The Sex and Gender Equity in Research (SAGER) guidelines are a comprehensive procedure for reporting of sex and gender information in study design, data analyses, results and interpretation of findings.Conclusions: The SAGER guidelines are designed primarily to guide authors in preparing their manuscripts, but they are also useful for editors, as gatekeepers of science, to integrate assessment of sex and gender into all manuscripts as an integral part of the editorial process. Bu durum, araştırma bulgularının genelleştirilebilirliği ve bunların klinik uygulamaya uygulanabilirliğini öncellikle kadınlar için, ancak aynı zamanda erkekler için de sınırlamaktadır. Bu makale disiplinlerarası araştırmalarda cinsiyet raporlamaya daha sistematik bir yaklaşımı teşvik etmek için geliştirilen uluslararası yönergelerin gerekçesini açıklamaktadır.Yöntem: Dokuz ülkeyi temsil eden 13 uzmanın katıldığı bir panel, bir dizi telekonferans, konferans sunumları ve 2 günlük bir çalıştay aracılığıyla yönergeler geliştirildi. 716 dergi editörüne, bilim insanlarına ve uluslararası yayıncılık topluluğunun diğer üyelerine internet aracılığıyla anket yapıldı ve aynı zamanda bilimsel yayıncılıkta cinsiyet politikaları üzerine literatür taraması gerçekleştirildi.Bulgular: Araştırmalarda Cinsiyet ve Toplumsal Cinsiyet Eşitliği (Sex and Gender Equity in Research: SAGER) yönergeleri, çalışma tasarımında cinsiyet ve toplumsal cinsiyet bilgilerinin raporlanması, veri analizleri, sonuç ve bulguların yorumlanması için kapsamlı bir prosedürdür.Sonuç: SAGER yönergeleri öncelikle yazarlara çalışmalarını hazırlamada rehberlik etmek üzere tasarlanmıştır. Aynı zamanda, bilimin bekçileri olan editörlerin de cinsiyet ve toplumsal cinsiyet kavramlarının değerlendirmesini editöryal sürecin ayrılmaz bir parçası olarak, tüm çalışmalara dahil etmeleri açısından da yararlı olacaktır.

Republika Hrvatska preuzela je pristupanjem Europskoj uniji i niz odgovornih zadaća iz područja osnovnoga obrazovanja. Tako je neposredno prije pristupanja, u siječnju 2013. godine, Ministarstvo znanosti, obrazovanja i sporta (MZOS) donijelo Pravilnik kojim se predviđa stručna organizacija i provedba nastave za inojezične učenike kako bi se oni što učinkovitije uklopili u sustav obrazovanja RH, pripremne i dopunske nastave za učenike kojima hrvatski nije materinski jezik. Ovaj će rad u pokušati dati odgovore na neka pitanja kao što su mogućnost provedbe nastave na hrvatskome jeziku za inojezične učenike, kvalificiranost i obučenost nastavnika u hrvatskome obrazovnome sustavu za provedbu ovakvog oblika nastave, postojeći zakonski propisi vezani uz uklapanje neizvornih govornika hrvatskoga jezika u obrazovni sustav i nastavne metode primjenjive u osmišljavanju i provedbi nastave predviđene Pravilnikom., As a part of European Union, The Republic of Croatia has taken numerous tasks in the field of elementary education. Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sports published in January 2013 an official document concerning Croatian L2 speakers: Pravilnik o provođenju pripremne i dopunske nastave za učenike koji ne znaju ili nedostatno znaju hrvatski jezik i za provođenje nastave materinskoga jezika i kulture država podrijetla učenika. This document provides guideliness for professional organization and implementation classes for students who do not speak Croatian as their mother tongue. In this paper issues several questions concerning the application of these guideliness are addressed: the availability of Croatian classes for foreign students in primary and secondary educational system; teaching methods applicable in accordance with the Regulations; qualified and trained personnel for implementation of this model of teaching; the existing legislation relating to the integration of non-native speakers of Croatian language in the education system. The second part of the paper first explains micro-concepts that should be used in Croatian as L2 classes and offers some activities that could be useful for teachers.

Vast majority of visual anthropologists of the 20th century were more focused on general phenomenology of visual anthropology, i.e. the content aspect of their works and their impact on scientific knowledge, leaving behind style of directing and practical principles & processes of creating anthropological film. So far, judging by the available literature, there are no strict guidelines for directorial procedures, nor the precise definition of determining of the methodical processes in production of an anthropological film. Consequently, the goal of this study is to determine the structure and forms of methodical processes as well as to define the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. By using adequate guidelines, the researcher, i.e. the author of the anthropological film, can optimize the production and post-production processes as soon as in preparation (preproduction) period of working on the film, by the technical choice of the approach to the production (proactive/reactive/subjective/objective...) and by defining the style of directing. In other words, it ultimately means more relevant scientific research result with less time and resources.
